I love Five Guys, just not this location. It's because of the rude staff. The guy on the grill was so angry that we put in an order close to closing. Before, he began prepping it; he stood there staring at us with this angry look on his face. He also went directly from sweeping the floor, to putting on his gloves without washing his hands. We told them nevermind, and left. We won't come back to this one.

Everything made fresh. Delicious, clean and not busy. Bathroom was open and clean too. Was driving back from S.C to N.J. perfect spot for a break

I recently visited Five Guys and had an outstanding experience. The customer service was fantastic from start to finish. The staff greeted me with smiles and were incredibly friendly and attentive. They took the time to ensure my order was correct and even offered helpful suggestions.

Great service, great burgers and fries!

I only buy Five Guys 1-3 times a year because of the price, lol. But banter aside, you are paying for higher quality burgers and fries. The food is always great and this Five Guys is well organized, friendly, clean, inviting and more. For the first time, I tried their milkshakes and wasn't disappointed.

Burger wasn't hot. Fries were cold.

Great customer service, food was delicious as always. The atmosphere is comfortable, great area outside if you want to eat out there. There is enough parking space. Semi drivers, they have room for you too. Employees here are cool and helpful. I'll give this place a 9.4/10

Love this place. The build inside is nice because you can sit away from everyone. The service takes a bit longer than normal but otherwise 100% recommend.

Made me wait 2 minutes to order while they looked at me. I was the only one in line no I’ll be with you or nothing. I asked for my peppers to be grilled wasn’t.

Burgers are overpriced everyone else is cool, I can go to wawa and get better and bigger burgers. I want to type this in the nicest way. The night guys need to lower the volume when speaking Spanish. I get it!! I don’t want to sound like a jerk but the loud chatter in Spanish can ruin the time for customers who speak English. It’s fine to speak in your language but when you have a crowd of people waiting and the staff is goofing off in a loud manner in Spanish can really be annoying and unprofessional. Otherwise a good place

To start off my previous experiences at five guys have been good but this most recent trip not so much. I ordered ahead and told them who I was when I arrived then I waited 15 minutes for my food (mind you I ordered ahead), when I asked if my food was ready I found out it had been sitting there the whole time. To add injury to insult I get home just onfind my order was incorrect.

Cannot follow simple directions when preparing orders—especially orders with a food allergy. I’ve ordered from this location multiple times in the past two years and on an almost consistent basis they cannot follow directions on extremely simple orders. Orders as simple as “bacon burger, no cheese, plus three ingredients (ketchup + mustard + pickles) are either missing ingredients or have ingredients swapped with other burgers within the same order. My order typically contains a burger for someone with a dairy allergy (no cheese) and on multiple occasions I have to return to this location and have a burger prepared with no cheese, even though the receipt says something such as “allergy - no cheese”. On every occasion I have to display the receipt in which the order was placed correctly, so I’m absolutely certain every time that I am not mistakenly placing an order incorrectly. Food is great, atmosphere is expected for a Five Guys location, but extremely simple directions cannot be followed on a consistent basis. Five Guys has excellent food, but I’m beginning to refrain from coming back due to the consistent issues I encounter at this location.

Kinda pricey for hotdogs & fries

My first time at a Five Guys, great stuff tasty burger, skin on slightly oily fries, inane soda selection.

The food and the service is great.

The staff is absolutely obnoxious and loud. The fries tasted like they've been cooked in extremely old oil, burges are just ok. Definitely won't return.

Location is very clean and staff were very nice. Fries were just ok. I have heard so many things about their fries but my kiddos were not impressed. Bathrooms were super clean which was very nice.

Great place to get a delicious burger. Best place I have found to get my burger fix. Try the Cajun fries. They are cut fresh daily and the seasoning is perfect. I usually get some of the seasoning to put on my burger too for a tiny kick. You also would be hard pressed to beat their drink selection. They make shakes too! They have free peanuts to munch on while you wait for your made to order burger. They also have restroom available.

So good! Gave me extra set of fries, and the PEANUTS were banging!

After just getting iffy a flight and was hungry, on my way home, stopped to get something to eat. Got there around 9ish and the place closed at 10. But the staff were cool and the food was delicious and tasted fresh.

With Five Guys, you always get consistency, at least with the food. I find it always tastes fresh and I have a weakness for the Cajun fries 🍟💞 Have never waited more than 5 minutes or so for my order even in a moderately busy time. This location has attentive and friendly staff and quick service. Standard Five Guys appearance in the store, so don't expect much there. Highly recommend this place if you want a good burger, amazing fries...oh,and their milkshakes are nice too!

Would have been5 stars for the food except that there was a piece of plastic at the bottom of the shake. Apparently it was from the lid.

This review isn't specific to this location, but reflects across the chain. The food is good and fairly quick. Who doesn't like a fresh burger and a huge side of fresh fries, but the price is too much for what you get. The value just isn't there anymore.

To be perfectly honest I was disappointed. Don't get me wrong, the food was good. But it wasn't $20 a person good. I can make better burgers at home. No value as far as cost to quality. If you are looking to spend more than what it's worth, then this is a good spot. For the price you could make burgers for 4 at home 4 times. So... Yeah... No

Horrible place to eat, employees yelling screaming can barely hear the conversation i had with my family, employees touching each other while having their gloves on ! Fries were so soggy seem like they had been there for a while… DEFINITELY NOT COMING BACK HERE AND DO NOT RECOMMEND.

So 5 Guys is my go-to for fries. You get way more in an order than you will anyplace else. They are made from fresh cut potatoes not frozen processed. The shakes are pretty awesome too! Just wish they had a turkey or lamb burger on the menu 😀

Outstanding. Consistently very good as always with 5 Guys in my experience. Fries cut seasoned and cooked to perfection. Place was clean and the workers were friendly. It's deceivingly big inside. The burgers were cooked perfectly and juicy. Toppings free as always and plentiful. Milkshake was awesome. I've never had anything but consistently very Good food at any 5 Guys and this was no exception

My food was good. But y’all should really wear masks in there.. not only because of COVID, but you guys are talking and yelling back and forth over peoples food!!! Do not talk over peoples food if your not gonna wear a mask.. smh

What’s the point in ordering online for pickup when you get there the store is empty but the burgers are ready sitting in a bag but fries need 12 min to cook. UGH !!!! They do more chit chatting then making sure the food is ready for pickup time !! my burger was cold,had no cheese and tasteless. This wasn’t my first bad experience at this location but it will be my last.Time to find another location.

Perfect juicy burgers and fries, just delicious!! Cooked to order and pick your toppings. Very clean location, lots of parking, wheelchair accessible and very friendly staff. Convenient location to stop at while traveling on 95 North or South.

Burgers to the 5 guys standard with no compromise. Establishment was clean and staff was friendly. Can’t ask for more than that. We stopped by on the way back to Texas and definitely enjoyed the food.

The service was great, and the burgers and fries were amazing. However, the temperature in the restaurant was too cold for my 96 year old mom. My wife and I ate our burgers pretty quickly, then took mom out to the car, and we hit the road. She finished hers in the car and at home. That's the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars!!
