Looney entitled Asian women pretends to not hear the last part of my order then attempts to make a big deal of the issue. When I speak louder for her to hear me she says as most of these racist that can’t directly say what they want to say, “I can refuse service and begins rolling her eyes” at this point it’s not worth talking to this women. I ask to speak to the supervisor, she yells and laughs I am the supervisor. I take a picture of this person so it can be noted what one will have to deal with from the Karen if she does not like you. I literally went down the street to competitor with a longer line and they heard me just fine.

This location sucks! They hire incompetent people who don’t know how to communicate at the drive-thru. Their male morning manager is also sassy and unprofessional

Weekend team is absolutely bad. Drinks are always made wrong, don't ask for soy as it's a 50/50 if you'll get it. No ice? Oh your getting ice that's for damn sure. You want oleato? Nah sweet cream is what you actually wanted..... Won't return go to any other Starbucks in the area.

Came in from out of town and picked a random Starbucks. This place was on point. Even though they were busy (piles if pastries and drink orders) I was in and out in 10 minutes. Perfect nitro. Great store.

I just ordered a grande hot chocolate from this location, and when I picked it up it felt lighter than usual. Sure enough, I take off the top to check and I’m missing almost half of it. This is the fifth time this has happened to me (the other times I ordered a venti shaken oatmilk espresso and it was never filled to the top). Honestly, I just want to get the amount that I paid for :( not cool that I’m ordering and paying for larger drinks and they’re giving me significantly less.

I wish the drive through entered from near where Hardee's is.

The staff here is so great. They even put a happy flower sticker on my cup, which brightened my day.

Food looked poisonous and they got my name all the way wrong. I said annalise they put eloise like huh? 🤦🏿‍♀️

Location right off the main road. Right next to a Wingstop. Staff is friendly and they have some comfy leather seats. They have high ceilings and outdoor seating. Music is a lil loud so if you plan on making calls this may not be the place

Frequently visit. Great staff. Excellent service. One of the staff members, Claudia suggested we purchase our own cups. We did, and that totally changed our experience. I think we come more often🤣 😋🥰. We patronize this Starbucks over any other.

Around 7:28pm today I ordered at the drive through, I noticed 3 young ladies making Tik toks while I was trying to make an order. I clearly asked for a Trenta size mango dragon fruit refresher with extra dragon fruit, the young lady repeated it back to me and when I received my drink I noticed that it barley had any fruit in it . My drink taste like water . I didn’t bother in saying anything so I went to a different Starbucks that is 7 minutes further to get the same drink and it was so much better. As you can compare the drink on the left is what I got from this location. It was very disrespectful on their part to give me something like that , it’s like they messed up my drink on purpose.

I come through the drive through almost every morning and get the same thing. They have always been nice and friendly up until yesterday. I had a girl tell me to honor the pickup time for my drive through order ( because I order through the app) and I tell I her swear on everything I didn’t know there was a pickup time which I really didn’t know . She proceeds to tell me yes and I’m like okay my apologies. TODAY I go through and does what she said to and now my drink is half melted when I get to the window. I ask them to remake it please and I was being nice. Then a new girl tells me that I should time my order better so this won’t happen again and I told her what the other lady said and she said ignore her 😑…….. so she hands it to some big white guy behind her who said he’ll remake it and when I get the cup back all he did was literally dump out half of the actual blended part and replace it with like 2 inches of whip cream. So now I have a $7 cup of whip cream - 1/4 cup of coffee - 2 inches of whip cream. Like what the actual heck. And this is 7am in the morning like come on bro.

Not a huge fan of Starbucks, I think there are better coffee places, but I did enjoy my oat milk brown sugar cold brew with extra pumps

One of my least favorite Starbucks nearby. The store needs a good deep cleaning and could do much better with keeping it very clean during business hours. There were a lot of flies in the store during my last visit and it didn’t make sense. Please take this review as constructive and do more to ensure an exceptionally clean environment.

Utilized the 🚗 thru for my daughter. We got through the line pretty quickly. Cashiers sounded a little annoyed when taking the order. My daughter said her bagel 🥯 tasted old. Otherwise, it would have been a 5/5. BTW, attached to a Wing STOP by the Drive thru is only for Starbucks.

Credit card machine was down. They didn't mention it until ordering. There should hv been a sign out. Luckily I had cash because I wldv had to wait since there were numerous cars in front and behind me. The wait was ridiculous and service was really slow this a.m. And they handed me the wrong drink. Luckily i noticed before I left. I was late to work.

My daughter loves her Starbucks. Her day doesn’t start without it. She gets it for her and her coworkers. We do drive thru, preorders, and inside pickups. We tried all these methods and the customer service is great each and every time. We love their pitch, tone, and mannerisms. They are friendly, speak clearly, repeat your order for accuracy, and give you a wonderful smile to start your day. They also package the order nicely, cute, and with care. The parking lot and drive thru takes some getting used to, but it’s a great experience over all. I definitely recommend them.

I stood in line at the Starbucks on Annapolis Rd in Odentin today and waited while the cashier and customer carried on an extended conversation The part that ticked me off was the cashier made eye contact with me and totally ignored me and went on with her conversation. “No I’ll be with you”. Nothing! This was insulting and rude. Please take your business elsewhere as I did. Do not beg anyone to take your money. Starbucks you can do better. 👎👎👎👎👎. Maybe not based on your history

This is nothing on the baristas but more so on scheduling. The wonderful baristas are doing all they can to make ends meet for us but it always looks like they are understaffed whenever I come in. I’m not sure what the cause of this issue is but it would be nice to see them less stressed whenever their working. The Starbucks experiences should not only be decent for those who are consumers but also a place where the people making the drinks are mentally stable as well. I’m speaking directly to the people who are in charge changing this issue ; the manager because I’m sure you can do something. My belief is that if one has the power to change it then they should. There shouldn’t be excuses for why things are the way they are now when it can be solved by one person.

I’ve been going to this Starbucks ever since I moved to the Parkside development over a year ago. 2 weeks ago I went and they asked me to get back in the drive thru line, because my mobile order wasn’t quite ready yet. If you know this store, you know the line is always wrapped around the building. I told them I was either sitting there and waiting, because had I just placed my order I’d have to wait, or someone would need to bring my items out, because it was no way I was getting back in the line. Eventually someone agreed to bring it out, but even then they barely wanted to leave the door.

Shout out to the barista who comped my coffee on a busy, rushed, everything-is-going-wrong morning when I sent a mobile order to the wrong shop. It's the little things.

I typically order the turkey bacon, cheese and egg white, my suggestion is to make sure the bacon is completly done prior to pulling off. Other than that.. Starbucks is always great

I literally just witnessed the manager Devon (he/him) talk trash ABOUT his employees to another manager (she/ her) with short colored hair, all while I was just trying to get my mobile order in peace. It is so unprofessional, unacceptable and inhumane to treat his employees (they/them) in that manner. I can't support this location anymore because of how malicious the manager is. You would think starbucks would hire more inclusive and accepting manager and not one that talks trash their staff infront of customers. The only good thing about this place is the very staff the manager would trash talk. I'll be messaging corporate about this incident.

Every morning, or during any other rush hour or busy time... the drive through is incredibly unsafe due to there being no designated line for vehicles. Cars are literally wrapped in front of the building and vehicles stop in the middle of the road and near by parking lots and just wait. Often stoping and blocking traffic or causing accidents.

One of the best locations staff-wise and cleanliness however there are some downsizes: 1) it’s always freezing, so if you’re trying to to conduct business here and don’t naturally run hot, where a coat or extra layers. 2) The music isn’t coffee shop music. It’s loud, full base, and at times it has been inappropriate (Drunk in love for example 😆😮‍💨). While that’s improved in recent months, it’s still nearly impossible to carry out a meeting here without sounding like you’re in a bar. Outside of that, the drinks are good, it’s clean, and everyone is very friendly. I work here often and really wish they’d cater to the people that telework here more because it’s a shared opinion based on what I hear other people comment in passing. I still come despite.

Every time we go they are professional, friendly, helpful and patient. Quick service and knowledgeable staff. We love going inside to order. But even the drive-through is fast and simple. I have seen one incident inside and they dealt with a difficult customer smoothly and descalated the situation. Don't mess with this staff because their nice will overwhelm! Will continue to purchase here and highly suggest it to others! What a great neighborhood experience.

Unfortunately this is the only Starbucks closer to work. Ive ordered several times using the mobile app and they never have my order ready. Today I ordered a coffee traveler and it took them over 50 mnts to get it ready. UNACCEPTABLE!!

This is a very busy location and I can tell the staff works hard. Unfortunately, it seems they likely have poor management and a lack of leadership. It seems very disorganized anytime I come in from an online order I placed. Picking up coffee I ordered for the entire office today they had the cardboard drink trays out but still wrapped, I knocked over their sign trying to get one for myself since no one had placed my drinks in one despite having ordered five drinks. They are regularly out of items. Today apparently they are out of the plastic they put in the lip of their cups to keep it from spilling all over the place so needless to say the drinks were a mess by the time I returned to the office. Clearly this location needs better management. Someone who is more proactive in taking inventory and placing orders for what this location needs. In addition to help their staff in staying organized during busy times. Work smarter, not harder.

My drinks are always made well, the staff is friendly, and the location is clean. However, the drive thru here in the mornings between about 7:30 and 10:00 is a nightmare when it comes to waiting times. Cars wrapped around the building and it takes forever to move anywhere. This morning it took 25 minutes from arrival in the drive thru line before I even placed my order. This is not the first time I’ve had this experience either. It’s actually faster to park, go inside and order during these hours.

Plenty of seating for a quick meeting. Mornings are the worst time to go through the drive through. Head-up: There's a really bad fly problem that exists near the front door window seats. So try to sit near the back section.

The team here on the morning shifts are the absolute best. A+ every single morning and always greeted with smiles and coffee waiting ready to go!

I made a online order at 8:09.. my Order said it’ll be ready at 8:18. I waited until 8:34 before they finally gave me my order. Then I got it it was completely melted… I asked her to remake it. I didn’t leave until 8:42.. no apology no nothing… what is the point of ordering ahead

I always wait inside, their priority is drive thru. 5 employees are waiting on the window, I am waiting on the cashier :X There is no common sense.

The service here is great however the confusion in the parking lot is the absolute worst!! Your much better off parking your car and going inside for faster service vs using the drive-thru….

At least 7 people working and all socializing (excessively), long lines and still drinks come out incorrect. I used to work at a Starbucks, I appreciate the laid back environment but this is just poor customer service. I've seen other Starbucks locally close, I can't imagine how this one is still one they choose to keep open. A trip here wasn't worth the price a month ago, and definitely isn't worth it now that they've upped the price.

This is a pretty good Starbucks. It’s for sure always clean and most of the employees are always in a good mood and nice. Starbucks in general just on my nerves with the way they up-charge for everything under the sun. I’m surprised they don’t charge you like $0.50 for placing a order. Anyway the biggest downfall is that they get super busy and be forgetting orders. I’ve placed a mobile order and come after the pickup time to my order not being ready more than once. There’s a guy who is usually on the register and he does a great job!

i came here during a road trip and the service was great! there was only one women creating the drinks, and got both of the VERY custom drinks i got correctly, and they both tasted great!!! the wait was short and the staff was very nice.

One of the best locations I’ve gone to. My order came out tasty and my drink was great. Definitely fast and efficient. I left very impressed at how the staff works and the cleanliness.

Not sure why anyone would need to read a narrative about Starbucks, but if you're still reading then rest assured the drinks here are as good as the ones you had in Paris, Istanbul or London.

Love this location, this is my usual location and thry rarely disappoint.

Great place to get your evening caffeine fix

I usually order online, get inside and bounce. Today, to my surprise, I walked in and paid careful attention to the store. They had my flag up and I felt soooooo happy. I talked to the manager (which she was so nice and her tone of voice was warm) and thank her for having the flags up. I haven’t been to a store that has done that before. The staff is always nice and my drinks are always on point. I have one Starbucks on-post and I rather drive a few miles just to got to this Starbucks. THANK YOU RIDGEVIEW STARBUCKS TEAM FOR MAKING MY DAY!!!

This Starbucks is awesome the one one Rt 198 has screwed up my drink.orders twice now I ordered 2 Venti strawberry refreshers with water not lemonade but they didn't listen gave me the wrong drinks so I went to the one in Hanover MD and told them what happened and they replaced my drinks at no charge I will definitely be going back to this one now it's nice and fast drive thru service 😊

Very friendly workers. This place is always clean and there are usually seats available (non-COVID times) to sit with your laptop to do some work. I frequently used to do my grad school work in this Starbucks and the workers were always very friendly with me. Fast service and the workers will cater to interesting requests.

I’m a regular at this Starbucks. They’re always friendly and their customer service is phenomenal. COVID-19 update: during the pandemic they have been phenomenal keeping social distancing and masks on. Their indoor dining is currently closed, but the patio is open.

Adam is a great young man. Wonderful customer service here from both Adam and Corey in the drive thru. Adam was so helpful to me creating a refreshing drink low in sugar and tasty. The next time I visited, he recognized my voice and remembered my drink passionfruit tea, no sweatner no water, coconut milk. Delicious and such a friendly, kind and courteous employee who pays attention to details with his customers! Corey also super friendly and courteous. This is a great store!

This is the best Starbucks in the area and I go out of my way to come to this one if I am wanting Starbucks! I have had bad experiences at other local Starbucks, but this one has never made my drinks wrong or been rude. The staff always has a great attitude and the environment inside the store is warm and welcoming. I hope it stays like this! Quite thankful for the good customer service I receive here as the cs around town is seriously lacking. Thank you for providing a good experience!
