Food is always good however , you can tell this restaurant is on its final legs..Positive is that there isn't a rush and not many people dine here .so the restaurant is pretty empty. However , the staff seems not to care about the customers... They are also giving a lot of really good deals so I would advise to take advantage of that for sure!

Husband ordered takeout at the bar and I decided to order a cocktail while we waited. The “waitress” was obviously new and or inexperienced because she got the drink order wrong and I was given a virgin margarita and when my husband pointed out the error the bartender made the drink over as it should have been made the first time WITH alcohol and then she charged me $2 for the shot and then wanted to charge us another $9 for the drink after I had already paid for the first drink that was made incorrectly. My husband asked to speak with the manager but all she did was try to co-sign on us being charged for both drinks instead of addressing the problem which was the waitress telling all of us that she assumed that I was ordering a virgin margarita when I never even asked for it. No wonder this restaurant had to be bailed out by a rapper from the 80’s.

Ordered $100+ dollars worth of food for takeout. Got home, and items were missing. Called the restaurant to see what could be done, they offered to email me a gift card for the balance. I said sure, but nothing ever came. Neither inbox or spam folder. The food was a bit bland, they didn't include any of the right condiments with the food (i.e. tartar sauce) and they just straight up didn't give me the shrimp cocktail that was ordered. I don't think I'll be back to this location. If you choose to eat here, do dine-in. That way, when they mess up your order, you can try to get it resolved then and there. Otherwise, you'll be out of luck.

I have not been to Red Lobster in a while. The menu has changed but that is be expected. The Good: The server Cory R. was attentive and made sure our order was correct. The lobster duo was ordered by my wife and she enjoyed it very much and my youngest loved her crab legs. The bad: I ordered the Admirals feast. The rice was microwaved and tasted very watery and hard. The seafood tasted off like the oil was bad and for the price that was very disappointing. My oldest daughter ordered the shrimp linguinni alfredo. The white Alfredo sauce was very watery to the point it was partially translucent. It was not thick and white. That pretty much doomed the flavor for everything in the dish, including the shrimp. Not to mention the shrimp were rubbery, chewy due to being over-cooked. Final word: I understand inflation drives up cost and that is fine. My biggest problem is the quality of the food should not go done such a large degree when the check is climbing. I question if I will return and I see so many people complaining about the same thing. Usually, I love red lobster but the food was at such a level I felt a need to write a review. Maybe this location needed to be added to the list of stores that have closed in Maryland. I hope they can try to do better in the kitchen because it makes everything else suffer.

I went in to dine alone one evening and once I was seated I could tell there was something up with the serving situation. I wound up being served by a manager named AJ who was not intended to be my server. Well I must tell you he couldn't have been more accommodating. Aside from the fact that the food was very good AJ's service made my meal so memorable that I feel obligated to let everybody know what a great job he did. When you walk in there I strongly suggest you ask for him. AJ if you read this review please accept it as another big thank you from me.

The Good: Dennis was our server. From beginning to end his service was superb. He knew his stuff. There were some changes to the menu since I been here last. Dennis answered all my questions efficiently. Five stars and above for him. Food came out fast and hot. My dad enjoyed his pasta. The Bad: It was disappointing to hear white wine mussels are no longer on the appetizer menu. They have been my favorite for years! The famous biscuits have gone downhill they are not as seasoned and came dough-like The Ugly: Ordered Crab Queso , it wasn’t even edible. It came out like water. Where was the crab meat?? Must have been blended in. There were no crab chunks. The potatoes under my crab legs were very crispy however, they were oily and wet from the Cajun butter. I knew it would be like this I wanted to substitute the fried potatoes for a baked potato but that wasn’t an option. There were multiple crab legs with no meat inside.

Took my girlfriend out to eat here because I had a gift card, food was rubbery and cold like it came out of a microwave and was left out for a while, not to mention my girlfriends rice was barely cooked with some parts of it being raw. On top of that the service was disappointing, our server did the bare minimum, got our order and grabbed our food. I liked the atmosphere though.

What made our eating experience great was watching Shaye at work. Even though the restaurant was somewhat busy and she played multiple roles, she did not miss a beat. We were seated in a timely fashion, received our meals in a timely fashion and she also made a point to stop back to make sure everything was fine and that we were enjoying our meal. Met up with my best to have a few drinks at the bar tonight and I must say although I don't eat seafood, I had a really good time, the drinks were really good and according to my best friend the food was really good. I also must say that the Bartender, Adam made you feel welcomed, it was my first time there and he made us all feel like we got our money's worth and plus more!! I will return and I highly recommend this location, oh the Happy hour at Bar was real low key and chill y'all, quaint lil area tucked away in the side pocket when you enter. Red lobster is still one of the best "Side Piece" links..I love the atmosphere

I’m sitting in the restaurant now celebrating my dad’s birthday and the service is subpar. I ordered the Lobster Bake and I couldn’t even get through it. I had to send it back. The mussels were horrible and meal was under seasoned. On top of that our waitress wasn’t very good. The general manager came to my table to address my party, they didn’t apologize for anything. I had to run to the restroom while writing this review to vomit. After disclosing this to the general manager he said he would give me a number to file a claim.

🤯Not sure what is going on with these restaurants when it comes to carry out or to go orders. I scheduled my to go order on line@ 2pm & scheduled my pick up for 4:30p. Upon arrival staff walk by you & NEVER acknowledge your presence for 10-15 mins. Finally someone took my name but then I had waited over 30 minutes before I received my food. Why has the service gotten so BAD?? This is one of my favorite restaurants & to receive such horrible service is😔 unacceptable. To Go orders are just as important as when I dine in!! Please do better Red Lobster🦞

So after a hard day at working my part-time job I get off and met my husband and brother-in-law here and I was truly hungry. They were already eating and I ordered the ultimate endless shrimp with clam chowder and side broccoli. So the waitress Layla N brought out my clam chowder which was small I asked her why was it so small she stated with the ultimate it only allows the cup size so as we’re talking I’m starring my clam chow and LAWDY BEHOLD a FREAKING PIECE OF HAIR. I looked at Layla like you see this she said yes let me get my manager. Manager comes to our table goes to the side where my husband and brother-in-law is and say how may I help you. I look and said there’s hair in my clam chowder she says oh I can remove it and get you another 👀 UMMMM 😳 NO THANK YOU I don’t want anything at all now that just ruined my appetite. I really liked this Red Lobster too our first visit was last year 2023 April or May and Heather was our waitress she was very nice and the atmosphere pleasant just cold 🥶 oh Layla is nice as well the preparation of the clam chowder turned me completely off and lost my appetite not sure when if I’ll be coming back again. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

Just had an early dinner. Sat at Gigi’s (Gwendolyn’s) table. Cannot say enough about our time there! We just wanted some cheesy biscuits and got 5 star treatment and super tasty food! This Red lobster always has the worst service we only went as we were invited out by a family member. I've only ever received good service during lunch one time a young African-American man waited.on my friend and I, he was very attentive other than that never again for dinner at this place. I ordered all you can eat shrimp, however, after the bill was paid as some of our party had to leave to show a house, the waiter refused to bring me more shrimp, after already being slow before the bill was paid, I feel like if customer service is your goal, there should be a way around this rule they'll never have to worry about me again I'll take my dollars somewhere else

Naomi the front door and Heather the bartender/ server is awesome. Heather made sure that she gave outstanding customer service to all of her guests. She went far and beyond to satisfy us. She is very people friendly and oriented. She smiles a lot and have good communication skills. I have been to surrounding are Red Lobsters. This is far most the absolute best experience I have ever had. The restaurant was clean and the cleanliness. The food quality was excellent and hot. Way to go to the chef. This is my new Red Lobster because of Heather and my overall experience. The manager even listened in ti assure that we were satisfied. Love everything about this team. I would give 10 stars if I could.

I received a gift card for Red Lobster for Christmas and grabbed a takeout lunch from here. We ordered the 4 shrimp deal online which came with four different types of shrimp, two cans of soda, one side and 6 of their cheddar bay biscuits. Since we still had a little leftover on the gift card, we also ordered a caesar salad and side of coleslaw. When we arrived, we parked at the pick-up and called them to bring us our order. After a few minutes of nobody picking up the phone, my husband went into the restaurant and had a hard time finding someone who could assist with giving us our order. We finally got our food 15 minutes after our pick-up time. Despite the bad customer service, everything was in the order and the food tasted good.

The restraint is dirty. The hostess carries on a 10 minute conversation with a waitress before addressing the only people standing at the hostess both. I’m surprised they didn’t walk out especially when they were right in front of the customer. Food splatters in wall And window of our booth. I looked up and the ceiling tiles near the vents were almost black with dust. If they can’t keep the front of house clean I dread to see what the kitchen is like. Food was not that great. I doubt we will be back.

When we arrived, you could tell they were a little short staff. This became evident when the manager was also dropping off food. The bartender was our server (I wish we got her name). She was absolutely amazing, attentive, and fast. The manager dropped off our food and she was super sweet. For a chain restaurant, it was a fun and enjoyable evening, which was primarily due to the staff!

I ate here for the first time and my experience lacked luster. First of all I ordered the endless soup and salad which was advertised because I wanted something simple and light before going home since I work near the establishment. Once ordered it took 30 minutes for the soup to finally come out to be like warm ,gritty from the clams not being properly cleaned and it's advertised that you get at least four cheddar biscuits which only two came in the basket. The ceasar salad that I ordered didn't have any flavor. I am totally shocked at how a chain that I have been going since I was a child has turned into a fast food quality place. The saving grace was the beautiful young lady tending the bar that constantly checked on me and delivered any of my requests very professionally and timely. From a sincere patron please step up your game so that I may return for at least a beer .

This is my first time eating at this location. I was there right after lunch, so early dinner hours and our waitress Kielyn was excellent, professional and personable. I ordered a new drink and Kielyn mentioned it was her first time making it but it was spot on perfectly made for my taste. I recommend the mango berry sangria made by Kielyn (so ask for her lol). I would definitely return.

The bathroom was a hot mess with no toilet paper. I ordered the surf an turf the shrimp and the n.y. strip was good. The bacon macaroni and cheese was bland. The biscuits aren't as cheesey as they used to be.My waiters name was Corey he was cool. I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in so that was cool. Overall an o.k. experience. Would I return? Service was good considering only 4 waiters and it was pretty busy. Our waiter did excellent. Food was good. Drinks were good but watered down or just lacking liquor period. And Red Lobster just doesn't have that special feel it used to. No place mats? No lobster bibs. Lol I understand cutting costs, but...I made due and enjoyed myself. Fair price, except for the drinks.

Standard Red Lobster with outdated and bland decor. This location as all of them, really need a thorough cleaning, they all look dirty. The biscuits are the best thing at Red Lobster, that is one thing I will give them kudos for, those biscuits rock! The food is average, nothing special. The wait staff is a hit or miss. During my last visit, it was absolutely horrible; the waitress continually got orders wrong, did not come back to the table to check on us, etc....and I overheard the same experience happening to customers sitting near us. When people pay for a meal in a restaurant, they should be treated well and waited on, and their orders should be correct; we even had to pay for the bill in its entirety and the order was messed up 2 TIMES! Seriously.

So this review will mostly focus on the service I received from this red lobster. One word to sum it would be awesome. Had a party of 10 for a bday celebration and was fortunate enough to have Monica as our waitress. The most accommodating, down to earth and FUN waitress I’ve probably had in a long time. Really dope personality and even though the food was just decent, she made our entire party feel good about being there and made our experience top notch. Definitely deserves recognition for such awesome service and would probably only go back RL because of her.

My wife and I ate at Red Lobster in Hanover, MD, last Thursday. We both decided on the endless shrimp. My wife had the grilled shrimp skewers, and I had the Parrot Isle coconut shrimp. We enjoyed our food immensely. Our server was super & kept checking with us to see if we wanted more refills. We asked for our dessert to go because we were so full! We enjoyed the evening thoroughly. We'll be going back again soon.

After a bad experience at one the same night we came to this one and everything and everyone was polite and greet-able. We greeted by one host she went and clean off a table for us and then another host came over and greeted us but we inform her we was already being help. Our server deshaun was awesome he offer this new drink to my boyfriend he love it. I requested whipped cream at the bottom and he was able to get it for me. This is now our favorite red lobster.

A rare, positive experience at a restaurant occurred. All of my food and that of my wife's was delivered in a timely fashion, it was hot and flavorful! The server, Dashaun, was also attentive. What a surprisingly excellent experience!

First, I love red lobster! I think the food is great! but this past wednesday afternoon 8/2/23, I was disappointed. I was shown to the table and told the usual "someone will be with you shortly". Usually this is a true statement at Red Lobster. I waited and waited and watched as more potential customers came in, were seated, and told the same as I...."shortly.".. Then I noticed a couple come in and within 4 minutes a server came to ask for their order. Mind you, I had been waiting twice as long. There weren't' a lot of customers in there so maybe they were short staffed. Because the couple that got served right away was white as was the server and the seater, (and I not) I got up and made a beeline to Olive Garden next door, and had a fabulous meal and drinks. My point is, maybe if the young lady doing the seating was just a teeny bit more in touch with the growing number of people sitting unattended she could have reassured us that a server was coming. (or maybe inform the manager, if there was one). As I got to my car I noticed a couple who came in right after me walk out as well. Who nowadays can afford to lose business especially in the casual dining industry? (Could it have been racial?) I love you Red Lobster, food is delicious and creative and your servers are great, but tweak it! ..Managers, pay attention..Owners ....You are losing business for no good reason.

I always get my favorite dish which is Walt’s Famous Shrimp. I’m not sure who Walt is but I thank him. :) The restaurant is clean! The lighting is dim. I love looking at the live lobsters in the front of the restaurant. The food was good! My family really love the cheddar biscuits. All in all, it was a nice visit. We were so hungry we forgot to take pictures. :)

I went today 7/24/23 to enjoy their ultimate all you can eat shrimp. This is an advertisement on their website for this particular store and when you walk in there's this large poster saying the same exact thing. We had to wait for several minutes to be seated even though we were the only ones in the lobby area. It was only when I went in to the sitting area and called out hello, that a young lady came from the bar area to seat us. When I ordered, she, the same employee from the bar area informed me that there was no all you can eat shrimp anymore. I wasn't even going to take exception to the poster saying the all you can eat shrimp was $20, but the price in the menu which also had it was $21.99. Disappointing.

What a wonderful dining experience! Thank you Justin! I was not feeling 100% but we were celebrating a birthday and I asked if you had ginger ale and you advised me that you did not have it in the menu but you could make me a ginger ale and by the time I left the restaurant I was feeling better! I also ordered a cup of hot tar with lemon. Our food choices were the Grilled Shrimp and Scallops over rice with a Caesar Salad and Mashed Potatoes, The Admirals Feast with a House Salad, Lobster and Shrimp Tacos, Lobster Dip, and the Stuffed Mushrooms. We ordered those famous Cheddar Biscuits but I had to skip them this visit. All and All we enjoyed our time here! Thanks again!!!
