Didn’t have the best experience here. The waiter didn’t seem to care about our table at all. We had to ask for pretty much everything… For water , napkins and for him to clear the table. The food wasn’t that good. The best dish we had was the crab dip. The Alfredo was dry and the Mac n cheese tasted like the oven. It was truly an unsatisfying experience & a waste of money.

Awesome dinner - I couldn’t ask for more… Server Carissa, a real professional-lovely; Calamari was delicious, husband LOVED the brussel sprouts, I loved the carrot cake and coffe. Mmm. Mmm. Good.

Could be a nicer place, maybe 4 stars. Waited so long to get food. Their restaurant was quite empty due to time we went. They were open at least an hour. To many mistake, ask for onions and green peppers in eggs, waitress not aware they don't have green peppers. So they put red peppers and onions in my potatoes not in my eggs, and it was burnt peppers and onions, changed the favor of everything. One constellation they took the peppers and onions up charge off the bill.

Fantastic food. Service was good, but felt rushed. The atmosphere was casual. I was surprised by how worn out everything was. Booths need some TLC. We'll be back for the food!

I had a really bad experience here. The calamari was hard and overcooked. We couldn’t and didn’t even eat it. Then one or more of the crab dishes we ordered, crab deviled eggs, cream of crab soup or the crab balls, were bad. I threw up right at the table. It was horrible. I had to call over the manager and she offered me a ginger ale, which was watered down. Your establishment was serving bad crab, made your guest sick and you still made them pay for food they couldn’t eat. I will never be back. Poor service and management. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Excellent 👍. Very good service, tasty cocktails, appetizing starters and aperitifs, with an elegant presentation and flavors to match. I really recommend. Very hearty calamari, the devils eggs on crab 🦀 a delight. Clean, uncluttered setting. Without hesitation, go ahead. Very easy to park. Small downside closing early 😉. I would have added some spices to the Tune tartare but I asked for soy sauce and it was very good. Enjoy.

Grillfire is a hidden little spot, but it is worth a visit. The food was good, and the service was great. It has a warm vibe.

Oddly placed off of the beaten path of the nearby mall complex, this hotel-integrated restaurant screams end-of-day conference hangout. The scene, upon entering, is centered on the larger bar area rather than the seating area. The service is good and deserving of praise. The flavoring of the food leans to the side of explosive, which keeps me wanting more. I’d go again.

Grillfire is my local neighborhood restaurant. Usually, I come here for lunch or dinner, but this time, I tried breakfast, and it was subpar. The pancakes were not good at all. The omelet and the potatoes were less than great. Everything else about the restaurant is on point, but skip breakfast.

My friend had the meat lovers omelette and it came with potatoes. I had a Chesapeake omelette with the side order of bacon. The Chesapeake omelette was filled with crab meat and seasoned very well and the bacon was cooked. Perfect no fat crispy just right price was good atmosphere was goodwill return again

Ordered their salmon and wild rice. spent almost $40 including fees. they gave me a salmon tail.... the audacity to charge top dollar and not even give a belly cut is an astrocity to the food industry as a whole. its bad enough the fish itself is low quality farmed salmon, but to actually sell a tail on top of it is wild. salmon tail tastes nothing like the rest of the fish. you should throw these away or put them in a taco or some other cheap dish, you dont serve this as a filet. what kind of low budget cos-playing as high budget non-sense is this?!?! if i felt like driving i'd come there and throw this on the floor.

THE SERVICE WAS AMAZING 👌🏽 THE ATMOSPHERE WAS VERY PEACEFUL A VIBE. BABY THE STAR OF THE SHOW WAS THE CRAB SOUP. LOTS MEAT. THE GRAB DEVIL EGGS LOTS OF CRAB. WASN'T EXPENSIVE VERY AFFORDABLE. THE CHILDREN PORTION WERE NICE SIZE. THE CHOCOLATE CHIP BREAD PUDDING WAS VERY DRY. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND IT. OVERALL THE PLACE GET 9.5 OUT TEN.

Bomb food! Fresh fast and perfect! I got the shrimp and lobster fettuccine and it was a 10!

Food ok, good steaks and burgers too. The restaurant also serves hotel breakfasts, it could open half an hour earlier to give those staying for work the opportunity to be a little more comfortable.

The food was good, service was good, food is extremely expensive. Not good enough to spend over $100 for two people though. It took maybe 15 minutes to get our food after ordering at around 645 pm. Quick service.

Stopped in to celebrate a friend’s birthday! Nice atmosphere, the music wasn’t too loud. Our server Demetri had good pacing and was very polite. We had the Crab Artichoke dip to start which was wonderful. Steak tacos were definitely a hit. The French Onion Pork chop was amazing, I think the sauce could have been slightly thicker, I had to get a spoon for my potatoes as they mingled together … over all great experience

Loved the atmosphere, beautiful restaurant. I forgot our server's name, but she was great. The calamari was good, but I wish I had known beforehand that that the fried peppers were spicy. I would have enjoyed it more without the heat. The cheeseburger was delicious, but the fries were basic. Overall, my husband and I enjoyed it here and look forward to returning.

Only had appetizers - crab balls & shrimp. They were delicious!! Two tables with the fireplace right next to them. Lovely interior.

Mother's Day Dinner did not disappoint! On a day where most nice restaurants were all booked, George Martin's was available for a party of 4 for much of the entire evening. Was only able to try 3 dishes this time around but will be going back. The Ribeye steak was prepared medium rare as ordered and had a great amount of flavor. I subbed the garlic mashed potatoes for the herb roasted potatoes and regret doing so as there was no garlic flavor. The Lobster and Shrimp Fettuccine was filled with shrimp and lobster more so than everyone was expecting. The shrimp were not as big as I would've liked, but the ample amount of lobster meat more than made up for it. It was an alfredo sauce, so do not expect it to be bursting with the same flavor as these cajun seafood pastas that we know and love. The Smash Burger had excellent flavor and was very filling. I recommend all 3 of these dishes and will most definitely be coming back to try more.

I came here for my mothers birthday our waitress was Raven. She had my child’s order wrong instead of fixing it . She kept walking pass as if she didn’t see me or my child. I ended up having to get up from me seat to get her attention .My child was upset and so was I . Than she charged me 94 and another charge of 400 .This was unbelievable .I felt devastated.

Came for dinner with my wife last night. We've been before but long ago. Really nice place. The waitstaff is very attentive; they popped by quite often (but not too often) to be sure that all was well. We got the crab artichoke dip as an appetizer. I got the lobster/shrimp on pasta with parmesan cheese sauce. It was delicious, though they could have put on slightly less sauce. This is the restaurant for the Hotel At Arundel Preserve. Parking is easy as there is a garage right next door, and you don't even have to walk outside to get to the restaurant itself. Slightly pricey but we'll be back. The food and the staff are what will bring us back.

Grillfire is always a vibe! The food is always consistent. I haven't ordered anything that I didn't like. The service is consistent too. Definitely check them out if you are into modern American eatery.

We go every time we're in Baltimore for training, it's consistently good and this time the service was exceptional.

This was a great experience and great time . It was a random date for my(ploy-date) threeopal and it was amazing 🤩. We saw it driving and went in and was a great time. Food was great 👍🏾. The feel was amazing and we enjoyed every moment. A definite place to come to again.

It was ok. I probably had higher expectations based on the reviews. The prices are definitely high, perhaps because it’s in a hotel. $15 for Brussels sprouts 😬?!? Crab devil eggs were ok- overhyped imo. Needed a little salt or something. 1 Appetizer, lemonade and entree with tip was like 65 bucks. As a foodie for one person at this establishment felt overpriced. The swordfish was good the mango salsa was the star of the show.

This was our first time eating at George Martins Grillfire. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a wonderful manager. We sat down in a Comfortable booth with beautiful lighting , wood and stone work decor. We were approached by a enthusiastic and friendly server and ordered our meals. It was a delightful experience. We had the cream of crab soup and the cobb salad as appetizers. For our entrée, we had a meatloaf Entree. We decided to share it, which was a good idea because it was enough to feed a family of four. The food was enmorous portions and delicious. We highly recommend this restaurant.

Great spot! Seated fast on a Friday night. The servers were attentive enough, got our water right away after being seated. Our server Nicolette was very nice. The 3 girls in the front not so much. Not even an acknowledgment or a smile when we got there. Food prices seem expensive but the servings are huge! The appetizers we got were for sure good for 3.

It looked like a great restaurant. Food was as not that great. Steak was dry, fish tacos were kind of not alright. Salad was great. Burger was a bit dry as well.

My family and I were looking for a quick place for brunch after church and stumbled across this hidden gem. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was peaceful and semi elegant. Pedro was our server and he was very attentive and made great brunch suggestions. Highly recommend.

Only giving 2 stars because the bartender was very very very nice. Filet medium -came out blue (no, I am not exaggerating.. I would have been fine with medium rare). Sent back... they burnt the F out of it, came back out GRAY and too crunchy/burnt to eat. Same sides on the plate, came back cold. Filet should never be gray. I haven't eaten at the Mexican place that is attached to the hotel but would suggest you go there instead.

A few friends and I were here for happy hour the other night and it was a nice experience. The service for happy hour was quick and the drinks were great. Our waitress who also worked the bar was great. The Brussels sprouts, crab deviled eggs, jumbo wings, and calamari were great.

Bar closes at 10pm no matter the demand. Food was decent about on par with Great American Restaurant chain. Poor service when seated but picked up after we went to the bar to directly order drinks.

Ate here as part of a work event. The restaurant easily accommodated our larger group and the service was attentive and friendly. Menu offers a wide selection of items. I recommend the Brussels sprouts and the meatloaf, which is made from ground sirloin. It's not your regular meatloaf. Was absolutely delicious and the portion so big that I had the rest for lunch the next day.

On my way to work, I decided to stop in and have breakfast. Great food, great service in a cozy and pleasant environment. My server was very amiable, making sure I had everything I needed. I had the Meat Lover's Omelet and the French Toast. Both were delicious.

I didn’t appreciate getting racially profiled by the manager/supervisor/server (the woman dressed differently than the other employees). Just because I’m black and walking to and from the restroom doesn’t mean I’m trying to leave without paying. Smh. I would like to feel more welcomed when I’m spending over $100 to have a good time with my Valentines’s date. My actual waiter was good. The food was great; ordered the ribeye with bleu-cheese crumble sauce and truffle mac and cheese. But I will gladly take my well-earned money elsewhere.

2022: I have wanting to stop by this place for months and finally today I did! The place looks and smells clean 😁 The atmosphere is very relaxing and the lighting is dim which is my style. The drink I ordered was great! I ordered take out and it was very delicious. 2023: This is still one of my regular places, however, I did not frequent it for awhile as one of the staff members is extremely racist, etc. to say the least. If I do see this behavior again, I will report it to corporate; a few other patrons told me about their witnessing and experiencing this as well regarding this particular staff member. The comments were not directed to me, but they were unacceptable; if I were a manager at a restaurant and heard my employee talk like that, they would be fired on the spot. I contemplated never going back here, but I will just leave if that person is there and go to another place. Now that that is out of the way lol, let me continue... Service here all depends on who you get, it varies SIGNIFICANTLY. Some of the staff are very friendly, VERY responsive and go above and beyond in their duties; then, there are a couple that do the bare minimum; and then, there are a couple who should be working in another profession - they are not friendly, they will not come to your table to check in with you, and if they do, it will be likely just once if you are there for an hour. Most of the time you will get waited on quickly, however, there was one time I waited 20 MINUTES for my waitstaff to come to my table! I got my water delivered in about 5 to 10 minutes - it was not busy at all, probably about at 20% capacity at most. The food is average I would say and I think they have different chefs so one time it may be excellent, another time it may be just alright; but, I have never had BAD food there. And, if you like carrot cake, it is the best I have ever had in any establishment, by far. LOL, I just wish it was calorie friendly. I dropped a star due to the inconsistency with waitstaff and the staff member who should not be working in a public establishment imo unless he can control his words he speaks while in a workplace frequented by so many.

Alright, y'all, let's talk food 😋!!! So, this was my first time at George Martin's Grillfire. I didn't know what to expect 😕. My wife found this place on the fly, and we were going to save it for a date night venue. However, we were close to the restaurant and it was dinner time so we went. I love the location because it is behind this nice hotel and the location is in a romantic spot. Fellas, that information was for you! So, we were seated quickly... I think it was a good night and time because as the night went on, more people came in. Our server was superb 👌. My man was on it start to finish. He watched and waited and kept the drinks (strawberry lemonade) coming to the table without saying a word to him. He was knowledgeable concerning the menu. He was a real vet. We ordered. I got the Korean BBQ chicken and broccoli. Y'all can I tell you? That broccoli 🥦 was some of the best I have had: it was crunchy, 🧈ery and good. 😅. My wife had a lobster 🦞 and shrimp 🍤 fettuccine, and my daughter had a grilled cheese sandwich 🥪 and fries. The food on this night was timely and delicious. So, just speaking of this dining experience, it was an excellent night. Ps... get the Calamari, it was delightful.

I really enjoy the food here. It's got a great atmosphere & the service is friendly. They have not disappointed any time I've been. When you look at the menu it really feels like you can't go wrong with whatever you order. It's a tad expensive but well worth it!

The best cream of crab soup ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was very filling and delicious!!! I also loved the crab miniatures. This was the perfect dinner!!!! Can't wait to come back and order the same two items!!

I came to the establishment thinking I would be served from the lunch menu during the weekend and they only serve that during the week so we decoded to eat somewhere else. I got up from the table and thought I had everything but left my small mom purse. We left drove maybe 5-10 minutes down the street and I realized I didn't have my purse . I immediately call the restaurant back and they could not find it. I went back to see for myself and asked about the video camera's. The hostess stated that they couldn't retrieve it cause the manager would not be in until the following week and so I asked what about the police the waitress stated I would need a warrant and the manager on duty did not assist either. I decided to call the police anyway. The police arrived and to my surprise they don't even have access to the video the hotel does(suspicious right) after viewing the video the cop clearly saw me go in with the purse but the purse mysteriously never left back out the front door. I have not heard back from them at all.

AMAZING!! My husband ordered takeout from here on Christmas Eve. We had never been here in person, but now we absolutely will be going. If the takeout was as amazing as it was, we can't even imagine how it will taste when it is fresh out of the kitchen in person. We ordered steaks, which come with potatoes, broccoli, and onion straws. We got a side of the truffle mac and cheese (worth the $14, the "side" is HUGE and we couldn't finish it). We also ordered a dessert that I cannot remember the name of but it was also amazing. It was easily one of the best all around meals we have had. The steaks were cooked perfectly.

In this busy world it is hard to find a restaurant that makes you feel like you’ve stepped into Cheers. That actual homie feel with elevated dining experience is something we all look for but far too rarely find. My partner and I first came to Grillfire the night we moved into our new home just down the street. We were exhausted and looking to quietly celebrate and discover the area. The hostess made us feel instantly at home. She was kind and warm and friendly. Since then we have been back twice and that amazing woman remembers us and asks about our move and settling into the area. I cannot rave enough about the people. THE FOOD?! Bar none it delivers every time. I’m an adventurous eater so I want to try everything on the menu and they never miss. The signature drinks are amazing (Pear Spritz I’m looking at you) and the bartender offers an “it might not be as great this time” when a change has to be made to the signature even though the drink was a huge hit. All in all I cannot recommend this place enough. It might be tucked into the hotel but it outshines anywhere else I have experienced in the area.

Happy Hour: First impression of vibe/decor 4/5. I requested a seat near the fireplace. Thankfully it was available. Set up was a little different than I imagined. First impression of service not so good... Three people at the host's podium, one person in front of us, I was happy to wait our turn, until I we realized the person in front of us was also an employee. No eye contact, no "we'll be right with you"... I don't demand perfection; but acknowledge me. Then my glass was dirty 🤦🏽‍♀️. Baby smash burger was good, parm fries were very tasty. Black Cherry whiskey sour was worth trying. Steak strips were super tender and kissed by the grill. I Don't know who served us. I don't remember her introducing herself. I do think I'll return to try some other items on the menu.

Service was quite slow (both in taking the order then bringing the food/drinks to the table). The restaurant was mostly empty when our group arrived (6 people; we had a reservation and we all showed up within 5 minutes of each other), so it didn't make sense that the service was slow. As always, the food was good (once it arrived). Normally, the atmosphere is much nicer but the hotel lobby is undergoing renovations, so that hurt the overall ambiance.

Stayed at the Hotel at arundel preserve after a long day of travel. We ordered penne vodka and the sirloin meatloaf. The food was AMAZING. Would definitely recommend.

I was quite nervous to arrange a company event at a restaurant that I have not been to previously. Plus, we have quite the picky crowd and I have to say....EVERYTHING was beyond expectations, and I appreciate the crew at GrillFire Hanover immensely. Thank you. I will be back with my hubby one evening.

My husband and I came here for our anniversary. Food and drinks was amazing! Honey old bay Wings were just like I like them. I got the Penne Vodka pasta was so delicious and my husband got the Ribeye with broccolini and roasted potatoes. Everyone was nice and the atmosphere was very refreshing. Highly recommend!

Food was great, ordered breaktfast platter. Everything tasted great except bacon which soggy and not crispy. However, I am not too sure about the tray in which dish waa served in. Not sure if it was "going with the theme", but it looked nasty.

This was my first time at Grill Fire. I went with a group of 15 people. We made a last minute reservation for 12, but ended up having a few more people. The host/manager was very nice and able to find a table near our group for the additional 3 people. All of the staff were professional, proficient, and nice. The food came out fairly quickly despite the busyness of the restaurant. I ordered the calamari as an appetizer and it was very good. For my dinner, I ordered the Barbecue short rib. It was one of the best I've ever had, tender and flavorful as it should be.

Excellent service, blueberry mule was delicious. I had the encrusted meatloaf, which was also amazing. The ambiance is a nice business casual. *Update* This time had the Brussel sprouts and shrimp Mac and cheese. Both were great. Had the fridge brownie dessert, and it was underwhelming. Service was ok, disappeared often and it wasn't busy. *Second update* Brussel sprouts, Shrimp and Calimari all delicious starters. Then tried the special, short rib ravioli. Very good. Tried the brownie again, still eh.

Nice thick lean slices of a unique version of meatloaf with a side of whipped potatoes is just what I needed. There is plenty leftover for round two and three for later. Came back, and by recommendation of my bartender, I got the Mongolian beef noodles. Packed with a ton of flavor. Tasted very good cold for breakfast the next day.

Just go!!! The food is amazing. The Caesar salads are so good and huge. The lobster and shrimp pasta are so tasty, and the crabcakes are divine.

Mehhhhh. The atmosphere is relaxing, low lighting with a fire place. The food is mediocre. The steak didn’t have much flavor. Upon our arrival, we were told we had a ten minute wait. After ten minutes, two couples walked up and got seated immediately. The host said they had forgot about us. The manger was very reasonable when trying to rectify this issue. However, this is not a place I recommend you go to. Six out of ten.

My husband and I are from Texas and we had reservations at The Hotel Arundel Reserve. After a busy day of traveling, we were looking for something to eat not far from our hotel. The front desk staff recommended your restaurant. This was also our first visit and I must say, we both loved everything about George Martin's Grillfire Restaurant. Both our meals were prepared to perfection and absolutely deliciously good. An excellent recommendation.

Went to this restaurant for lunch, saw it on social media & everything was deceiving. The atmosphere was nice due to the fact that the restaurant is located in a hotel, however the food was nowhere near close. Tried the happy hour chicken tenders which you can tell were frozen. My guest tried the crab cake with potatoes which also seemed frozen. I wanted to try their flatbread… which tasted frozen. The point is nothing at this establishment was fresh or tasted good. My guest & I ended up talking to another person at the restaurant & the conversation led to us talking about other restaurant, since both her and I ended up sending our food back to the kitchen.

easy walk from parking! Menu was terrific. Service was outstanding. Ambiance set with fireplace and relaxed. Don't go without a desert. We had cheesecake and so yummy but it is huge. a Must Share with the table.

Very nice place, the brunch was very good, as well as the dinner items on the menu. One of my new regular spots.

liked this place overall. wasn’t sure what the bill was, but i got a burger and it was really good, not at the top but pretty close. had an abundance of fries too.

I eat here regularly. I absolutely love their food and the service has always been great.

We stayed at The Hotel at Arundel Preserve for the weekend and only ate at Grillfire. Brunch and dinner were amazing.

Way nicer than I planned for. But I felt under dress but they accommodated me anyway. Burger was delicious and I can't wait to go back when I'm dressed better and we'll try more of the menu
