After Church today, my Family had dinner at LongHorn Steakhouse/ Arundel Mills. Everything was fantastic! The Salmon was moist, the Loaded Baked Potato was filled with toppings, the Sweet Potato was delicious, and the Mixed Greens Salad was also a delight. However, when I tasted the Barbecue Spareribs, they were beyond my expectation. I thought that I was going to get sick, because they were succulent, juicy and tender. My eyes were bigger than my stomach. The Flo’s Filet was as good. The waitress was very attentive. Needless to say,there was very little room left for the delicious desserts. I cannot wait to return sometime in the near future. The waitress was very attentive, and made certain that our needs were met.

Had an amazing experience there. Request Jonathan Friday thru Monday if you go in from 4 to close. You will not regret it. The food is also amazing and the service was timely.

My husband and I recently went here for a late lunch. When we arrived, we were seated fairly quickly, and the restaurant was not super crowded. Our server came to greet us at our table within just a few moments. She was polite and professional , while also very personable. My husband and I ordered the onion ring appetizer. I cannot remember the name from the menu, but it is similar to a blooming onion. The pieces were very well coated, and the breading was seasoned perfectly. For the main meal, my husband ordered a ribeye and I ordered a fillet. They were cooked to our desired temperature and seasoned nicely. If you are looking to have a nice steak meal, but don’t want to pay a ton of money, this is a very nice, middle of the road option.

There were 15 of us on a Monday night 8 were children. It took a long time for the food to come out,i boxed mine up when it came out. The food was decent the next day. The employees were courteous.

Food is good, service is good. I found a hair in my butter (that comes with the bread) and asked my waitress for a new plate of bread and butter because of it. She was really nice about it and brought me another plate of bread (I really hope they didn’t just replace the butter or remove the long strand of hair) and they took some money off my bill because of it. I would still go back because I think they actually care about customers.

Great food, good service. You really can’t go wrong with longhorn. The Outback Ribeye is best in calls for steak on the menu.

Food was good and it Didn't take long at all, Appetizers and Drinks came straight out and the Entrees not to long after that...The Waitress was nice and kept making sure that we were good 👍🏽

I ordered a variety of food for takeout; the spinach dip app, the lunch cheeseburger, the salmon and shrimp with seasoned rice and broccoli, and the lava cake. The order was accurate and fulfilled, just as ordered. Everything was delicious and this would have been a 5 star review across the board, except for the salmon and shrimp dish with the seasoned rice. The rice is normally delicious, but this time, it was hard and didn't have much flavor, and the salmon and broccoli were overcooked.

The food here is pretty amazing. I’ve had a few items on the menu and they didn’t disappoint. Their Chicken Strawberry 🍓 Salad is quite delicious. I enjoyed the entire thing.

My second time eating at Longhorns. I live in TX and it sucks here. I ate it in Maryland and it was equally as bad. Our waitress was awesome but the food is bland and boring. Needless to say there won't be a strike 3.

All I wanted was a nice piece of steak lastnight but it turned out to be the worst steak I have ever ate 3 times in a row…. So I got there NY Strip Steak (medium well) with Parmesan crusted cheese on top, mashed potatoes and Asparagus and let me tell u it was nasty, the steak came out burnt the first time and the Asparagus was hard as hell wasn’t cooked all the way through, the second time they made the steak it was damn near raw when I cut into and the third time they bought me out a steak that was raw blood was coming out of the steak into the Crusted Parmesan it was just a bad experience for a place that I love to come to for a great steak, a total disappointment

They Overcooked my steak that was supposed to be medium well... Too much attitude from the waitress that took my order and my green beans were overcooked... Seem like everyone was having a bad day. To

Food was great but server was very rude. We had Marcy. Hardly came to check in on us and had a bad attitude. She also completely ignored my son’s attempts to greet her. Next time we’ll ask to have someone else serve us.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Longhorn Steakhouse in Arundel Mills on my birthday. My friends and I arrived at 9:50 PM and approached the register to request a takeout menu. The gentleman at the register initially seemed helpful but abruptly disappeared after I asked for a menu. Confused, we waited patiently until another employee came out to assist a customer who had already placed an order. I politely reiterated that we were there for a takeout order and needed a menu. To my dismay, the second employee informed me that they were no longer taking takeout orders because he had just served his "last customer." I pointed out that the restaurant didn't close until 11 PM and they were still seating customers, but he dismissively replied that he wouldn't be taking any more orders. The lack of customer service and the dismissive attitude towards my request was extremely frustrating, especially on my birthday. It's disappointing to see such poor service at what should have been a celebratory dinner. Needless to say, I won't be returning to Longhorn Steakhouse anytime soon after this experience.

Just left Long Horn in Hanover, Md. Our waiter was great. The food was ok. However, had issues with the salad. It taste like medicine. Someone sitting near us had the same experience with their salad. This restaurant needs to closed and cleaned thoroughly. The lobby entrance is dirty and the glass is filthy. The bathrooms are horrible and floors are slippery. Someone is going to get hurt and sick from the conditions of this restaurant.

We had a wonderful Filipino Lady as our waitress and she was extremely nice! In fact I would go back just to see her. My wife & had the Spicy Shrimp and it was delicious!

Quickly seated. Drinks very fast then it took a little bit for the wait staff to get around to us for dinner which was fine because we weren't in a hurry if you're in a hurry it wouldn't be a good place for you

Our food selection of steak, ribs, burgers, and chicken tenders all came out perfectly prepared. The steaks are always delicious. Everyone loved their food. Our server Carly was superb and a delight, thank you!

T h e food was not as we were told it should be. A party of 11 persons, only two persons enjoyed their meals, the salmon meal and the baby back ribs. Their menu has lamb on it, but I was told they don't serve it anymore, then remove it from the menu. Some of the drinks we ordered were watered down (my opinion). We had to ask for it to be made over. The bar be que chicken the fries the t-bone steak and other items we ordered were overly salted so we just let it stay on the table, you get tired of asking them to do items over. We spent over $300.dollars and did not enjoy our Friday night get-together meal. Don't know if they were having a bad day or maybe working a double shift that night, but it did not work out for us. I forgot to mention that they have a great Mac and cheese.

Still a great place to go for a reasonably priced meal. Steaks are prepared perfectly and food is always served hot and delicious. We always have pleasant servers which make the night even that much better.

The receptionist is extremely rude and vulgar, disappointing the whole experience. She was so rude we had to walk away. The manager just looked like nothing. Horrendous

John was our waiter and my husband and I were very pleased with our waiter John... his engagement and overall service was top tier! He understands customer service. 10/10.

I had an amazing experience here for Fathers Day weekend! The wait was extremely long (to be expected on a holiday) but the service once seated was amazing and the food was absolutely delicious! I especially am writing this review for our waiter, John. He was one of the kindest waiters and he remembered every single order (for 6 people!) without missing a beat. He didn’t even write the order down and got every single person’s specification. It was so incredible and impressive!0 He continuously checked in and was such a pleasure. Thank you John for your service and your kindness!

Their young blonde hostess unfortunately had the worst attitude. Clearly didn’t to be there or service us. She did not greet us when we entered and made no attempt to engage us. She was standing so far back for a moment I thought she was just a server standing at the host stand. She also asked if the seven of us would squeeze into a booth, to which we denied. After she found us a table, she didn’t even come up to our group to get us or call the name we gave her. She stood in the restaurant and just waved at me. At the table instead of walking around and setting our silverware down, she stood in one spot and threw/slid them across the table. Would not look at us, didn’t say a word to us, didn’t even tell us our server would be with us shortly—just plopped down menus and walked away. Truly appalling behavior, left a really bad taste in my mouth. Thankfully our server was polite and handled our table very well.

Very bad one .... we had to wait for an hour for our waiter to arrive. People came from behind got sitted just because they were three or less! Do not go there before 5pm if you are more than three people

Went there at 4 pm on Monday evening. My brother is handicap and special needs. Open tables all over the place. The hostess, after finishing her text, stated it will be 15 to 20 minutes for table. I stated he can barely walk and you want him to stand for 15 to 20 minutes. She had to finish another text then said , yep we has no waiters. We left. I will NEVER go there again. I

The waiter we had was terrible! Then had the audacity to ask if the $10 tip I left was it! What a mess this was a family birthday dinner for me.

Service was great, very attentive; The med rare filet steak literally melts in your mouth. Mac n cheese was smoked, creamy and delicious; I’d recommend a fresh side to cut through the richness of the meat and cheese flavors.

This was our 3rd time eating at this Longhorn steakhouse location in York PA. The food was good the first two times. This last visit not so much. The steaks were not seasoned, but my fries were so overly salty they were not edible. They did bring out a fresh batch of fries but I only had a few bites of steak left to eat with them.

Call-in and pickup was flawless. Food was good. Order was correct.

Service was stellar and our waitress made sure our drinks were always topped off despite having a bunch of tables due to a call-out. Food was perfect right down to the exact temperature of the steak that everyone requested. Most steakhouses fall short in this area. It came out fast and hot like it had not been sitting. Appetizers were amazing and the drinks were strong. We didn't get dessert since we were stuffed but will definitely be returning for another date night!

We got there close to closing time, and ordered baby back ribs and baked potatoes. Everything was not fresh or good. Potatoes wrinkles, ribs looked old. Ice cream didn't taste good. Won't go back ever again.

Had to wait almost 20 minutes for our soft drinks. Brought the wrong salad. Said he would get the correct one and then brought our the meals. Asked about salad and wad told he was waiting for them to make a new one. We told him to never-ending the salad. Food was not hot. Waiter disappeared during our dinner. The place was not busy.

We went to Longhorn with low expectations after spending serious money on local steakhouses, but we were pleasantly surprised with the food quality, especially for the price. Flo’s fillet was tender, and outlaw ribeye was flavorful. Also liked all the sides we ordered: Brussels sprouts, corn, fries, and loaded baked potato. Highly recommended for anyone craving a steak and wouldn’t want to break the bank.

First time at this Longhorn location...arrived before 5pm on a Wednesday, and I'm glad I did. The restaurant wasn't busy. We were seated right away and waited briefly for our bread, but so far, so good. We both ordered a 20 oz ribeye, and let me say, I am not ashamed to say, I am a steak snob. The steak arrived, and it looked ok, but looks were deceiving....it was cooked the way I requested it and very tasty, slightly too much salt, but overall, delicious! The sides were way better than I expected, mash potatoes were whipped nicely and can't mess up a baked potato. Our server, Rosa, was not the friendliest of servers, but it might be me not understanding her clearly. Come early as by the time we left, there was already a wait time to get a table. It was semi quiet when we arrived, but by the time we left, the noise level was lively as there was a party of nine next to us. I would definitely return but only on a weekday and early to avoid the rush...

If i could give this establish no stars i would. From the time that we walked in we were greeted with nasty attitudes from the young lady at the door. Secondly we arrived at our table, our waitress SELENA’S Attitude was horrendous from the moment she walked over. She gave us cold bread.. There was no introduction.. we didn’t get a chance to look at the menu before she started rushing us to order. I asked her did they have the brown sugar butter she told me no which is a complete lie. it’s on the website and google. Most important i had to ask another waiter for napkins and straws. I did ask SELENA and she refused the napkins but slammed the straw in front of me as i had my hand out to get it. She did not give us any thing that we asked for. No ketchup utensils anything ! I spoke with the manager and he was not much help . ( He is her father.) . To sit there and to secretly discuss a patron of this piss poor establishment is disgusting. As I am attempting to enjoy my food. Hence we came here for my birthday dinner. Which has been completely ruined by this incompetent staff. Eventually we switch to rose. she was nice, she tried to help the best she could. she completed our order the best way she could giving the circumstances. Honestly i will never come to this establishment again. If you want some one to be openly racists towards you come here. you won’t be disappointed.

This restaurant is NOT handicap friendly. The aisles were blocked to the point that scooters and wheelchairs could not get through. My disabled son had to use the restroom and it was very small. Had trouble getting scooter in. Also had trouble opening restroom door. We did not stay for food as I was so outraged at this restaurant's lack of empathy for handicap customers.

I was served a rotten potato ,spare ribs look like it was eaten off called the manager spoke to him he told no worries called back he act like he didn’t kno who I was wen he had the number and my name I wouldn’t recommend going there the store manager name is ( NEF )

I really like this spot for lunch with coworkers. There are a few lunch specials that won't break the bank and the complimentary bread is great. Service is also good. I hope they continue to stay open and remain in business.

I took my three Grandkids to dinner at the Arundel Mills restaurant. The service was excellent and the food was the best. Even the grands, 9 and 10 year old said the food was the best. I will be back for sure!

Don't use your debit card there. I card was hacked at this restaurant. Only use a credit card, please. Other than that, I had a good time

Despite the bustling atmosphere, my experience with Nicole was an absolute pleasure. Her kindness, amiability, and willingness to accommodate were truly remarkable, making her service exceptional. She was truly amazing.

Food is usually decent , but today , my 1yo wouldn’t touch the Mac & cheese. It was super dry. & they charged me $18 for a salad that they packaged to go & gave me half the portion that is usually provided in house. & our steak came out Medium Rare ! however the host (unprofessional) doesn’t belong at a restaurant like this, maybe TGI Fridays is more her speed. & the manager takes no accountability , only makes excuses and talked down to me , like I didn’t know what I was talking about , even worse ! I was a manager at Carrabbas , so I know what is supposed to be expected on a customer service level. Was initially told that wait was 35-40 min, at the 30 min mark , they assured me I would be sat soon. Then 30 more minutes later , we were being sat at a table that “according to the manager” (isn’t used for that amount of people) as if they were doing us a favor. I had a party of 3 kids and 2 adults. If they would have communicated that the wait was going to be much longer, my kids wouldn’t have been fussy and starving, all for them to not even like the food. I ended up still spending full price for every meal. If you want a whole dining experience that’s worth your money , Don’t eat at this location.! (The server was nice) - we ended up ordering our food to go. Will be sending this to corporate as well !

Other than the waiting period, it was pretty good. This was my 1st time.

We are longtime customers and today was truly a disappointment. We ordered drinks and apps. We got water and eventually the apps came when I asked about the drink the server responded with an attitude the bartender is working on them. Finally got the drinks we normally have shrimp leftover not this time. I did notice our service paying more attention to whyt customers. After 25 minutes I told my husband to pay for the drinks and shrimp as I am irritated. A gentleman that didn't identify himself said you want to see me.. Who are you? Wearing a chef jacket and baseball cap. They never apologized with attitude gave us our check. We tip big but we tip based on service. Perhaps the assumption that we wouldn't tip made us bottom list guest. We won't be back.

The cheeseburger was one of, if not, the best, I've ever had! I also bought the ribeye steak with a stuffed baked potato for a friend. The wings were well seasoned and tasty, though a tad bit hard. The buffalo sauce makes up for it, though. The molten lava cake: cake tasted like a usual chocolate cake, but the ice cream enhances it! Overall, great!

We went here for a birthday dinner. It was fantastic. Everyone had a great time. Our server was fantastic considering how busy they were. The appetizer was amazing. My longhorn sirloin was delicious and Caesar salad was great. Everyone’s meal was perfect.

The food here was great! Steak was cooked properly and was very flavorful! The rice pilaf was very tasty. The pita chip type bread that comes with the avocado dip is quite greesy, but the dip is fantastic. Overall, I would happily come back here and try some of the other food.

I went to Longhorn in Hanover Maryland. My bill was $160.00 and the card was charged $30.00 for a tip even though I gave the server his tip while we were still seated at the table. On the receipt I marked through gratuity and wrote that the tip was left on the table. Whenever I called the restaurant after seeing the additional charge on my card the manager went to look for the receipt.....he couldn't find the original receipt I signed, there was only the copy in the computer showing that $30.00 was added. The manager was very apologetic and quickly refunded the $30.00. (I never throw away a receipt) Please look at your receipt very carefully and pay attention to your bank notification. It was during the Christmas Holiday so they probably thought I wouldn't notice.....the service was good but not $55.00 worth.

I love their cheese stuffed mushrooms and the salmon was cooked perfectly.
