I came in to eat a few days ago, and while I wasn’t greeted at the front by one of the young ladies, a sweet girl with curly hair who was working at the window came over to check if I had placed an order. She was so kind and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. Please make sure she stays at the front!

Friendly, welcoming, and accommodating staff

The guy that you have in the window taking orders is in the wrong position. He doesn’t need to be on anyone’s window taking orders. His vocal demeanor, tone, etc., is absolutely horrendous. Why is it that people just can’t do their jobs in a professional manner!!! It’s absolutely ridiculous!!!!

This Hardee's location is always clean, and well maintained. The people working are always professional and pleasant. Burgers and fries are good, with rolls, lettuce, tomatoes and such being fresh. For a fast food establishment, one of the best in the local area. Keep up the good work!

I got one famous cheeseburger, they made me pull up and wait for it. I got it and it was cold? I figured they were making it fresh or something since I had to pull up but it was not. I had been craving Hardee's for weeks and I don't think I'll want it ever again.

I stop by this Hardee's on a regular for breakfast. If you don't request a fresh biscuit sandwich you will get a hard biscuit with dried eggs. The breakfast is awful and rushed. Do better Hardees.

My first time at Hardee’s but definitely not the last. Top level fast food and service is Spectacular. The server Taheem in Particular. Didn’t rush me, made great suggestions and the food came out fresh and delicious. 10/10

This whole take someone's money then have someone pull up and make people wait is just not organized for the drive thru or the establishment. Who thought of this idea? The workers are already slow , they just created an even slower process. Save yourself a headache and time from dealing with the ghetto staff in the evenings and go to another fast food place. Every time I go to this Hardee’s the staff is amazing! Maia at the drive thru is always super pleasant and it’s always a great experience! They always get my order right too!

Everyone is so awesome! They go out of their way to make the experience the best. Im a "regular" and they know my order and make it special. They have many customers and always make me feel special.

Quick service and great customer service from Garren. The burger to bun ratio is off, as the bun is too thick for a single patty burger. Great flavor on my burger though

The service and food are top notch excellent. I bought a camouflage Hardee's hat from the Hanover location before. I asked upon this visit if they still sell them. Unfortunately they do not ☹️

The best part of my visit was the customer service. I was greeted by Kate she was so patient and polite!!!! Kate answered any questions I had. This was my first time visiting a Hardee's so I wasn't sure what to order. When I decided, I ordered my food. The dining area was very clean and well kept. I did not dine in because its a nice hot day out and I like to be outside. The restrooms were clean.

The manager at this Hardee’s obviously works hard to assure the place is clean and the service is good at lunchtime. Also appreciate that Hardee’s offers coupons periodically to get us in.

My kids always eat all their food when we come here. I don’t know what it is about these chicken tenders but they are always a hit. We dined in today. Tyheem helped us and he was such a gentleman. We usually go through the drive thru and the service is always A1. Thank you for employing such an amazing team of people.

Went through the drive thru at 10pm to get some milkshakes (which tasted delicious) and the guy working was super friendly and welcoming. He made our quick experience there pleasant and memorable! Keep up the great work!

Service excellent. Fries delicious. Chicken tenders overcooked, terrible.. 6 people in place, music blaring. Lovely counter gals.

To start with, our cashier, Hayzel, was super nice and patient! When she took our order she had a level tone and was very attentive about when we were ready to give her our order. Using the drive through can be hectic, especially with children, but she did great! Once we got home and were able to eat, our food was super delicious! Well cooked, fries could have been a little crispier, but I get they may have had a slower day so the fries sat under the lamp too long. Other than that, great service and burgers were on point!

Customer service was ok, not great not bad. The value was poor just like most fast food currently. The breakfast sandwich i ordered was the Frisco sourdough smoked ham, egg & cheese. It was soooo lame! It was so thin I couldn't tell if anything was between the bread slices. There was a very small amount of ingredients, so little that I threw away one slice of the bread and just folded over the keeper. Very underwhelming.

I order a bbq bacon double burger. I received a double burger with mustard and onions.

I ordered #3 and the bacon was stale overcooked, the bread was DRENCHED IN MAYO I tried cleaning out the burger with napkins but no good. I just threw it out I couldn’t take another bite what a waste of my time and money. Never again.

I decided to stop in for lunch and was immediately greeted. I wasn't ready to order, so I stepped back to check the menu. When I was prepared to make my order, Hayzel stepped in to take care of me. Food came out quick and Hayzel was nice enough to bring me additional condiments, which was awesome!

Best Hardee’s location near me. The service here hasn’t failed me yet, and they rarely mess up my order; granted, I don’t get anything special, but many other fast food places nearby mess up on the simple stuff. I’ve seen Kyra a few times, and she’s always been polite and quick.

Very slow getting your order don't go their if your in a hurry and make sure they give a fork and knife

Out of half their menu and horrible customer service. Very disappointing for a fast food restaurant typically always enjoy in other parts of the country.

Skip breakfast here. Its greasy even for fast food and I dont know what is wrong with their heat lamps or grills but everything has always been a bit soggy & stale tasting. Gravy tastes like water & powder with a quartered sausage patty on top. Burgers are B+ among fast food and their shakes are extra thick and very large. Their prices seem to be on the higher end of fast food as-well. As for

Sheebe executed excellent customer service to me in the drive through line at Hardee’s, even let me order a milk shake after my initial purchase, luckily no one was in line behind me, so I didn’t hold up the line with my second transaction. Thank you Sheebe!

Terrible all around. No wait to place my order for a cheeseburger kids meal, but had to wait 5+ mins to get it all for it to be cold as hell. The car in front of me was waiting so I assumed I'd get fresh food NOT.. I asked for an apple turnover (8min wait) had I known then what I knew now, I'd wait for it. At least i knew that would have been fresh.

Food was good and warm, price was a bit higher than expected, one biscuit an gravy with fries and egg/cheese biscuit with fries both meals with drinks $18

Super quick and nice service. Fries were really good and I'm not a crinkle fry person usually. Frisco burger's bread and bacon would have been better if it was a little more crisp.

Service here is nice - they were patient and quick. I ordered a cheeseburger with fries and a drink combo. The burger was ok; a bit bland. The main issue was that it barely even felt warm - PLEASE keep your food a hotter temperature. The fries were kept hot though and tasted amazing. It was seasoned/salted so well.

I think service has been fantastic, everyone that works the drive-thru have been personable and a pleasure to interact with. Imo their burgers and fries are easily better than the other major fast food burgers.

The customer service at this location was outstanding.. Notwithstanding, given the fact it was 10:00 pm at night and the young man in drive thru welcomed us with an enthusiastic can do attitude. I’ve NEVER experiienced this in a Hardees before as they should make the young man with dreads a trainer or something for the company.

Love that they have Mushroom Swiss Burger!! Ssssoooooo good. Makes a mess. I do get it on Sourdough bread instead and it helps soak up the sauce.

Love me some Hardee's. Feel like the food can be hit or miss depending on the day, but it's great more often than not. Staff is pretty friendly. More so than the other fast food places nearby.

Giving a refresh. Prior 7 months to 4/23 has 5 stars. Hardees lately has been good on order accuracy, professionalism, and they are not stiffing folks on fries which is nice to see, unlike some competitors in the area. I usually go around 1-4pm. Drinks have been accurate to. Thanks everyone at the store for keeping it real.
