Pretty disappointing location. I'm from Gaithersburg and usually go to that one or Silver Spring, but gave this one a shot and left pretty disappointed. A game called Zombie Snatcher had all the higher value pucks and jackpot puck just removed from the machine. The ones at other locations have up to 500 ticket pucks but this one had none of the 250, 500, or jackpot pucks, even if you play enough to get the pucks to reset. I enjoy throwing games and the machines just do not have enough balls in them. It sucks to spend money on a game, throw some balls, and then just have to stand there and wait for more to appear as the clock goes down since there are not enough in the machine. There are some older coin pushers, but not a single machine had an actual seat. They are low to the floor and I have never seen them not have seats. It's like they don't want you to play them since you either need to hunch over or literally kneel on the floor. I'm gonna stick to other locations.

This is only really a review of the arcade and not the food or the sports bar or anything. I go to arcades like this around once a month minimum and have been going here for years, but it is crazy how far behind it is to something like Round1 these days. To start off, the game selection is definitely more sparse than a place like Round1, with the bigger issue being that they just do not really get new games at a good rate. There was apparently a grand reopening of sorts a few months ago, but it honestly feels the same as a few years ago with the game selection. It is fine for a one-off day, but it gets pretty stale if you want to regularly go. It is definitely expensive and more expensive than ever, but that is not a D&B exclusive thing. There is an issue though where if you want to play redemption games, the amount of tickets has been lowered to pretty crazy amounts. A game with a 1000 ticket jackpot elsewhere will be 250 here, or it will be made much more difficult to win tickets. As an example, a game called Baseball Pro gives 25 tickets per run scored at Round1 and you get the jackpot if you get over 10 runs. At this D&B, it is 12 tickets per run scored and 26(!) runs needed to win the jackpot. And it is not like someone just scored a huge score to set the high score, since I know that the jackpot number stays at 10 even if you win it since that is actually a reasonable number to hit. And then there are games that will take your credits but be broken for extended periods like Dizzy Chicken. So you get less tickets for the same cost of games, but then the selection of prizes is also so much worse and more expensive. There have been the same prizes for years now while you can see a good number of new things every month at other places. For a price comparison, a Switch is 120,000 tickets here and 48,000 tickets at Round1. I have not really had any issues with non-redemption games, but I honestly do not play them as much. I would have rated something like two or three stars since it is still okay as a one-off even if it is expensive, but it looks like they are now doing some variable pricing thing which kind of kills me wanting to go. They have always done these price surges where games become 25% even more expensive during things like holiday weeks, but I went in a random week in August and the prices were 25% more for seemingly no reason. They went back down again last time of was there, but it is insane that the prices now can just randomly shoot up. I know I would not go if the already expensive prices were 25% more expensive, but now you have to do something like call ahead to know prices if you want to know since the app does not tell you. That is just insane. And I know I have been singing Round1 praises (outside of the similar price), but I would definitely go the 30 extra minutes to Towson or to the one in Woodbridge if you are further South right now. I honestly just think it is a better arcade experience at this time.

I didn't get food, just played games with a friend then walked around the mall. I've been here over the years a couple of times.

I never get food at Dave and busters I just stop there to play games with my daughter each time we go to the movies. They added a new game called the Arena which is worthwhile.

It's a playland for people to dump money. Most of the games work and they seem to try to add new things from time to time. The food looks alright and the beer is cold. Wednesday is half price so it is much better on the wallet.

Fun place for family and friends to hang out and celebrate events. Can be a bit pricey when it comes to food but overall experience is worth it.

First, I would like to say that if you enjoy having cold, hard food then this is the place for you. Second, I was there for a birthday party and a Mouse went running across the floor into the kitchen. Third, the place is riddled with trash and food all throughout the restaurant. I mean how is it when you first come in, you're greeted by trash on the floor. All people were saying was this is a health inspectors dream.

Food service could have been better, but had a great time and lots of fun with the family!!

Since their grand reopening, the place feels big and less crowded. They keep up with the issues with the arcade games and claw machines. The bathroom is usually pretty clean. I have seen the day/night manager in there picking papers. The new menu items are awesome. The pizza and cheese sticks were yummy and came out hot. The service is pretty good. People are nice and attentive enough. The day/night manager even goes around greeting customers. My only complaint in the last 10 visits is it's freaking loud. Even when no one is there. It's to be expected since there are a ton of machines. The music is super loud too. Overall, I have a great time at DnB with my family every time we go.

Visited just for the games and had a blast. Stayed for a little under 2 hours playing the variety of games and spent about $40 per person. Very fun. We wished there was more variety of the prizes offered and more of the games allowed more than 2 players at a time. Will visit again.

We had our daughter's birthday party here. The service was great! We had the party in the VIP room. I was allowed to come an hour early to set up a balloon arch and my cake table. We had our own server, who was there the entire time. She refreshed the drinks as soon as they got low, and she took orders for the older guests. The food came out on time and tasted great. We had a manager that came and introduced himself, and he checked on us throughout the party. The kids had a great time. We will definitely consider D&B for our future parties...

I took my granddaughter she loved it, she's 4 years old and I'm 60 and we both had a great time.

Bad experience, I asked the service girl for a jug of soda, they passed around 25 minutes and they never brought it to me. I approached the bar and they denied it because it's only for parties, but they gave excellent attention to the handsome people who were here. as well as a dark-skinned man who only came with 2 and one as a Latino the worst attention

This place is huge and crazy! LOLOL If you want games and excitement, sports, drinks and food.... this is the place for it! We stopped in for some wings.

It's gotten even better than it used to be sort of. I miss the billiards hall but the esthetics are better and they left 2 pool tables. There is also virtual darts and hand shuffle boards. Half price Wednesdays. Don't forget

Wasn't very impressed with the service we received during this particular visit. Food was pretty decent, but the vip party area with the darts game was exceptionally fun (better with a more attentive server)!

Good service and nice menu selections. I was disappointed that you were out of fried pickles. According to our server this was the 2nd day in a row of being out of those. California Avocado Cesar Salad was good though.

We’ve been waiting over 15 minutes and nobody has even asked us what we want to drink. On our way out of the restaurant we saw the only waiter talking to the hostess at the front.

We arrived for dinner on a Saturday night and had to wait for the hostess to show up for several minutes. Once seated we ordered drinks and they took over ten minutes to arrive. We ordered our appetizers before the drinks arrived as it was taking long. The waitress did not know the menu but we got through it. She never took our menus and we had to toss them over to the next table to get some room.Drinks finally came out and the alcoholic drinks left something to be desired for the hefty price. The appetizers were the best part of the meal. My burger was dry and bland, would not order again. The children’s pizza was also not tasty. Overall not the best place for food and service. Someone ordered the chicken wings and they were barely touched. The chicken sandwich was good and the person enjoyed it.

We had a large group, and our waitress Mariah was great. She showed great patience with us and grace. She was awesome!!

Idk if the A/C is broke, but I was sweating the whole time I was there with my 3yr old daughter who was sweating the whole time too and playing sitting games mostly not running around at all... then I started looking around an everyone was sweating 😓

Seemed like half of the games wouldn't scan my phone to play and it was 100 effing degrees inside. Walking around watching my son play games and I'm sweating profusely... Won't even consider going back this summer since they don't want to use their air conditioning.

I didn't eat here but I took my friend's nephew and he had a blast. It is a little expensive. And I was surprised to see a bar in the of an arcade that seems to cater to children and teenagers.

We came in to dine at the restaurant. We ordered the pot stickers, pretzel dogs, and smashed burger sliders. The service was pretty quick although I did have to go up to the bar multiple times for requests. The sliders and pot stickers were very good. The pretzel dogs were over seasoned and spicier than I preferred.

Went there yesterday and one of the waiters was a complete jackass, tried to kick us off the table but whole time he never brought us menus, my friend order only a drink while order nothing cause I refused to put money in a place like this, he made sure to make us wait 20 mins, he was just standing there laughing with his coworkers swishing her drink around. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, just poor service they could use some retraining.

Arcade games, prizes, and lots of fun. Noisy, but what expected based on the number of games. Attended a company awards lunch. Private room was spacious and cool mural of the Baltimore cityscape. Food was really good and plentiful.

The heat was unbearable. After talking w the bartender apparently the AC being broken has been an ongoing issue. It made the experience miserable. Additionally the tap lines haven’t been cleared in long time so the beer tasted awful. The staff was nice but the overall atmosphere made me think of a nasty club more than an arcade.

We were there on July 4, The food was good, the waitress seemed as if she wasn't trying to wait on us and geeez it was so hot in there we ate and played about 5 games, we couldn't take the heat it was too uncomfortable 🥵🥵

Went bowling with my kids and grandkids and the female behind the bar had a terrible attitude, made us not want to bowl a second game.

Right now my review is STRICTLY only about the phone call I just had. I JUST called and spoke to a woman ( I really wish I got her name) and she was very rude on the phone. She said she would go check something for me and then hung up the phone. I then called back and was given so much attitude by this same lady. My HOPE is when my family and I come into this establishment the energy will be different. Good customer service is so important to my family and I because it’s very rare nowadays to go to a place and receive great customer service. I will update my review after we go tomorrow.

the food was good the service was a little slow but she was nice and it was weird that I had a and I had three different servers and then when I first came in there was no host it was closed there should be someone there to greet you and point you in the right direction if that's your first time coming in

Work event room service: Mini Crab cakes and chicken tenders were overcooked dry and crunchy. Other food was okay. Just not the quality one would expect for the cost. The music was too loud to hold a conversation. Some areas are currently under renovation to modenize the entertainment areas.

They did not have many options for games. One of the shooting games wasn't working, but we were able to get our chips reloaded back onto our card. Not sure if they fixed the game after we made a complaint. All in all, I had a good time. Played a few games while I waited for my movie to start.

We had a party of ten. I took some time for the meal to come out. Just as one of the guest was packing her food up to go home she found a live bug at the bottom of her bowl… it looked like a medium size black beetle like bug. We all lost or appetites and did not want to eat anything from their. The manger came over never apologized and them wanted us to pay for the door we were afraid to eat. He had terrible customer service. We won’t be going back and you shouldn’t either!!!

I was here with my family, and we were having a good time until we learned that one of the games with the blue card reader doesn't pay out tickets. My young son got upset, so I spoke with a technician who told me there's nothing that he can do because blue card readers do not pay out tickets, and he just kept repeating that. I spoke to a second technician who referred me to Mr Garry Hux, I explained the situation to Mr. Garry Hux, and he told me not to worry. He reimbursed my son for lost tickets and credits, which made me look like a super dad. That made my day and time at this Dave and Busters one of the best. I must say Mr Garry's compassion and willingness to listen has been lost on a lot of employees these days, and it was such a breath of fresh air to see that in humanity and I want to tip my hat to him.

My husband's ID was lost by the staff, they didn't apologize or made it up for the mistake.

Usually I am loving Dave and Busters but the service overall was terrible! I was excited to take my 4 yr old nephew there with my family for his preschool graduation celebration. To start off our waitress was extremely rude....took over 30 mins to even take our drink orders and even longer for our food orders so we ended up just not getting anything else besides an appetizer. Then we went to check out choose some items toys and stood at that counter for over 10 mins before being helped. I don't know that I will be going back for while because of this whole experience

This place is always a hit and miss for me. Never know what service im going to receive. Today I came in … the place was under renovation so it looked totally different . I sat a bar for a quick bite . My strawberry henny did not disappointment , however my Ceasar salad was great , my pot stickers was just horrible . Cold on the inside. I returned it and hot fries instead, again this place is a hit or miss depending on when you come in

The service here SUCKS. They need to hire more people. We waited 30 minutes for drink refills. The food was good..needed more flavor in the Salmon bowl. They need to improve the wait staff service ASAP..or people will stop ordering food.

Chris is the BEST bartender!!! I enjoyed my conversation with him and his hospitality. He deserves a raise!

Current renovations at that time so may be unfair to rate so low but bathrooms were dirty, sat at the bar about 20 minutes before leaving after being recognized by bar staff and member of management.

I would like to give a shout out to Christopher! He was phenomenal and made our experience great. They were short staff. He was the only one serving and was a rockstar taking care of our large party along with other tables and large parties. Excellent experience with him as our server!

Food is typical, salads chicken strips etc. I waited at the bar that had 1 person sitting at *literally and 3 staff standing around doung nothing and I could not get service...I left.

Sat and waited a while for someone to take a simple drink order, they refused to get me a tea because the tea was in the back in the kitchen. Took 16 minutes for someone to come by and take our food order. I ended up wiping down the bar top with my hand sanitizing wipes because nobody else was going to do it. It was gross and sticky. Poor attitudes, bad customer service and hospitality. Won't be coming back.

I came here yesterday/Saturday to celebrate my graduation I play some of the arcade games and they're pretty decent and I wish there were more game that were good and give you more tickets my favorite and recommend arcade are Mario kart and angry birds idk maybe I'm biased but still these are the best game you should play while the other arcade are they're fine or decent like pop the lock,the Turkey game and candy crush,etc and now for the the prize I wish the prize ether have them restocked the item lower the price of the items because they're a bit expensive but not too expensive like how is the Sonic plushes are more expensive than the Mario or the pokémon it cost like 2,000 tickets while the Mario is 1,000 the pokémon 800 for some reason they shouldn't make the tickets for the sonic want to even like the Mario I wish they have more plushy characters from other series besides video game like anime cartoons and even live shows like the office Big bang theory etc.and there some items are not that interesting I wish there were unique and interesting items like a laser pointer or a cool hat that says Dave and buster is the best place and heck they should add a ring like that item I saw it pretty unique that I actually got there's a necklace that is very gold and shiny but I wish the length of the chain of for the necklace was a bit longer because it does not fit or fanny pack but there just idea so conclusive it decent now for the atmosphere some part of the area is under construction and I hope it complete when I come back get some thinking about coming back there one day or soon

I just wanna know one question? Why would you take the Mushroom Stout Burger off the menu? It's the best burger you have on the menu for those who don't eat meat. And yes a have it with no BACON jam. That shouldn't even be an option lol

Busy fun place to enjoy some family game time. It's a little pricey but nowadays that's the norm if you want to have fun. We plan on visiting again in the near future.

Not easy to build up tickets for the price you pay for the credits. The one good thing is it all goes on a card so no lost of paper tickets to be concerned about. The food we ordered was very tasty.

I wondered about germ control because the booths weren't as clean as they should have been, which makes me think that gaming items aren't cleaned well, too. Food wasn't so great.

It’s so bad a couldn’t wait to leave before writing a review. I’m sitting the bar area at the high top tables. The service is absolutely horrible. Not properly staffed and the manager is incompetent for not assisting the ONE waiter they had in the bar area trying to serve all the high top tables. The waiter is running around like crazy. SMH

We go to play and I’ve been to this location on serval occasions but this time have been the most boring one ever. They are renovating a little when you walk through the double doors and there wasn’t much of a game option in my opinion like it’s the sand games give us something new!

Went to Dave and Buster's with some friends for a game of bowling. The pricing for bowling was a bit expensive but we still had a great time. Ordered the spicy Korean wings but they weren't spicy at all. Asked the waiter to switch them to buffalo wings but those weren't any better either. The wings were dry and there was no dipping sauce. Finally got some dipping sauce after searching for the waiter for a while. The drinks weren't any better either. Tried the dangerous water island punch but it tasted like water. The food wasn't really my thing.

My worst dining experience. I told our server, Latoya (terrible server) that I had my rewards for the 50 percent off. It said on the app I could tell our service the phone number so they could put it in. She blew me off before walking away at 50MPH saying, ''oh we'll put it on at the end''. She failed to do so, charged my card regular price. Also, I told her the issue of that then she said ''just take your card'' with an angry face then walked away. Didn't say she would help us. We waited 30 minutes before asking for a manager, then waiting 15 minutes for that manager. I got a free beer, which really didn't do anything. I'm still so upset that I wrote this review. The server had the AUDACITY to come back to our table after I told the manager I had the worst experience because of Latoya. She even said ''you can leave a tip if you want'', I honestly held back heavy laughter because of the ignorance towards us for no reason. Latoya was the worst server I have ever seen. I spent the last two years as a server, and she is someone who should not work in service or with customers. She was ignorant at first by leaning onto our table with her first on her chin like she was bored in math class while taking our order. She did not give us any reassurance about our drink which took 25 minutes, I'd be cool if at least I knew it was going to take some time. I personally believe it's best Latoya finds a job out of service, and the establishment lets her go. I do not think it is worth it for the business to have someone like her causing experiences like that for nothing. If I was super mean, and super demanding, I could have understood the attitude. For example asking for lemon for water, or complaining about the way something looks. I was really doing nothing.

My server was disrespectful and was intentionally, completely ignoring and delaying service, got me the wrong order. Took my beer away. Did not get me the check and I had to ask another server for it. Horrible experience! Will not recommend! 0/10 👎🏼

The service is pretty poor. We waited about 30 minutes for appetizers after we ordered them; had to chase our waitress for drinks (both new and refills) and the appetizers were mid, at best. Lots of videogames and things to do, but it's so loud in there that it's hard to concentrate on any conversations.

We came for my sons 16th birthday. He was almost 17 by the time anyone even noticed we were there. Almost THIRTY minutes before being greeted. Only because I made a face when she walked by, clearly displeased. Every interaction after that was far and few between. The service is horrible. Nice girl. I’ll blame it on very poor management. Will never waste my time or money here, again.

We chose to come here after my grandma's funeral and we had some family come in from outta town. I waited 2 hours for my food, my table all received their food but Me, the waiters bought us food we didn't order I got a slight discount for my food but of course by the time I got my food our party was ready to leave it was chaotic

They have newer games, which were fun. All the winnings are on the card instead of paper tickets. Fun environment with the kids while at the mall.

Dave and Busters has always been expensive buy geez the new prices to size ratio is not worth it at all. The boneless chicken wings were super tiny and they're charging $15 for margaritas that have maybe 6 Oz of liquid in them. The arcade games are about the only reason to come if you have kids. Otherwise spend you money at a restaurant that deserves it.

Fun time for the whole family. Bar/restaurant was understaffed with slow service and delivered wrong food, but the manager was very kind and fixed it. Otherwise great experience.
