PLEASE fix the A/C! We go for the bar and cocktail area staff because they are outstanding. If they weren't there, we'd be gone. It has been months.

Crab dip with pretzel is the bomb. Rachel was a delight and a very attentive server. Had the fried pickles, chicken tenders basket and MD crab soup. Also enjoyed the peach and cherry limeade happy hour cocktails.

Meet up for business. Staff was friendly to work with. Private room was free. Ordered sliders and Mac&Cheese. Served warm, plentiful. Taylor did an EXCELLENT job serving drinks. We used drink tickets which worked great. TVs throughout for presentation. Only issue was air conditioner not working. Fans were on but please please get that fixed. Hence the 3 Star for atmosphere. This FL girl needs air! Thank you. 👍👍

I ordered via Grubhub. The Patty Stack Melt tasted like old oil, was extremely greasy, and had no seasoning. I had to throw it out. The fries tasted old, and their texture felt as if they had been stored in a freezer. Huge disappointment and waste of money.

Good bar food. It's been busy, and I waited the last 3 times for a bar top, but it wasn't too long.

We had a party on Saturday July 20th the waitress key was rude and showed no empathy my brother left a Apple Watch and no one returned it and we left cup cakes and tipped great but no one cared of tried to find watch that was in a private room I wont be recommend this bar to #hide everything cause you won’t get it back

I've been to this location 3 times in 3 weeks because it's the closest restaurant to my hotel. 1st visit - No air conditioning and no sign stating so. By the time you notice you're sweating, it's too late to leave. Moved to a table under the fan. Oh, and my bank statement shows a different amount than the copy on my receipt. Extra tip added, nice. 2nd visit - No air conditioning and no sign, again. Moved tables. Just let people know, that's all. Good waiter! 3rd visit - Ordered the steak and cheese sub from the bar. Took a bite and blistered my tongue and fingers. No warning. Bar tender, who was the worst bar tender I have ever had - holds the title, said, "yeah it's the cheese" and just walks off. Had to ask for a cup of ice. He was too worried about his social life I guess. I will not be going back to this location ever again.

I am not sure what happened to this place. But we had an Army party for about 40 planned 3 months in advance and no one knew… The food orders took well over an hour. No napkins. We had to get our own water. Now for the food… The patty stack melt was children burgers on a toasted bun. Chicken wrap is was dry as the desert. Shrimp tasted awful. Wrong order wings… I hate to leave such a bad review, but the service and food were just too bad… Don’t come here.

Food is good and the atmosphere is relaxed.

Got my Cajun pasta and it was not Cajun at all. My waitress called a tall Black guy over to my table he take the food back offered to remake it or make me something else. I went with the Maryland style wings and they were delicious. Bottom line his customer service made up for the fact they forgot the Cajun on the Pasta.

Very short staffed, managers didn’t help the single bar tender on a Friday night. Food was ok but I paid extra for double steak +$5 and sweet potato fries +$2. The cheesesteak came out with more bread than meat and there were exactly 11 sweet potato fries on the plate….absolutely ridiculous for the price.

I was in from out of town and stopped in for an early dinner on a weekday - so it wasn't busy which was nice. Sat at the bar, got good service. Ordered the Crabby Melt sandwich and it was DELICIOUS. My only negative was the bacon was thick, rolled up and very hard to chew, but the flavor was amazing. Would definitely go back.

Service was fine. Food has gone down hill, was mediocre at best. The burger patty looked like what you get on a McDonalds cheeseburger.

I will note we were not warned of low staffing issues or long wait times. Now we came on a Sunday and it wasn’t busy at all. Our waiter was nice but very slow and we hardly saw him throughout our time there. We ordered our waters and food and waited……waited……and waited. Mind you, it wasn’t busy. It took forever to get our drinks and food. Our appetizer was given to us with our dinner, which we didn’t like. Our kids food was fine, but our adult meals and appetizer were cold. I told the waiter and he was happy to get it cooked again. He came back about 2-3 minutes later with my “new” burger (it was the same burger) and it was obnoxiously hot….microwave hot to be exact. Our appetizer was just as bad because all they did was pour more sauce on the wings and chose not to remake them. I’m extremely frustrated with my experience and will not be back.

Pretty good place. Very good onion rings, and I am picky about them. Had the shrimp basket for dinner, over-cooked the shrimp some, fries were very good.

I attended an office social but had nothing to eat or drink. Good atmosphere for such a gathering.

Service was okay, our server got my order wrong even though they had the handheld terminal when taking my order, though they did take ownership and apologize for making the error. I had the passion fruit Paloma with mezcal which was pretty good and the atmosphere was really nice. The food however was not great. I had the shrimp tacos. It seems less of a kitchen issue and more of a poor choice of ingredients for the dish. The flour tortilla is not good and ruins the overall flavor of the tacos. The shrimp was actually good and cooked well but with it just having pickled onions and lime crema left a lot to be desired. In a large tortilla. And two tacos for 16 bucks (and chips and salsa) is honestly underwhelming.

Good food here. I had the Hand Breaded Chicken basket and it was very good. I would recommend adding more than one sauce for the tenders.

came in literally waited 15 mins at the front with i want to say a good 15 plus people waiting to be seated and not one person came up front the whole time and when someone did we waited for someone to take out order which took another 20 mins. People was coming in and leaving right back out . It wasnt even that packed on a saturday night which should tell you something. But the waiter we did have i mean he was great he really tried his best and was basically helping everyone.. The other ppl that was working there was just walking around. The food was not good at all or the drinks we actually sent our drinks back to get something else. The only thing i like was the carne asda taco with the cole slaw on it im not sure why they put that on it . i end up taking it off and it was much better. safe to say my husband and i wont be returning.

Great happy hour spot with $3 beers! I had the crab dip served with hot pretzels which was amazing! Of course I was one pretzel stick short to finish but was able to purchase one more!

This is my favorite Greene Turtle ❤️. Always great food and service, and always a good beer list and tv selection for sports and for the kids too. Thanks Ricky for making sure we had a good experience even though the place was really busy tonight! Bit of a wait for seating but that usually doesn’t happen here.

I love green turtle usually but went to dinner with my family and sat for over 20 minutes with multiple servers just walking past us. They were not extremely busy, I've had better service at places that were busy. We ended up leaving

April was our server we had a big party from work and she was absolutely awesome! Kudos to the staff for doing everything to make our big group feel welcome and taking care of. Food was good. Atmosphere was very chill very relaxed lot of local people which was nice to see because all of us were from out of town. They set us up with appetizers in like a buffet line which is really awesome thank you to the staff and everyone who worked for us

We watched the Super Bowl here and had a blast! There are TVs everywhere so no matter what direction you look there is a screen. If you sit in a booth, there are even a little private screen there as well..winning! Drinks were strong and tasty. We ordered the rockfish bites and crab dip, over and over..delicious!! Waitresses were stretched thin but ours was great!

Staff and mgmt were awesome tonight.

Fun spot while in town. Didn't eat this time but the bar was fun and the beer tasty. Service was good, sports on the TV's. I wouldn't hesitate to return next time I'm in town and staying on the area.

I just had the saddest most disappointing crab cake in my life and it came from this Greene Turtle. If disdain, disappointment and a crustacean had a love child, it would be this crabcake. It was dried out, cold, old and sad. I had been really looking forward to it too. If you are in the mood for a yummy crabcake, please go somewhere else.

The food was great. The service was excellent. The host and servers were super friendly and the atmosphere was lively and welcoming.

I just turned 21 this past month and went out to eat with my girlfriend and get some drinks but they don’t accept vertical IDs which is crazy considering I am literally 21. Not really sure why they do this because there’s literally a date that shows I am 21 on my ID. Not the waitresses fault because she explained it’s managements rules but management needs to change those rules. Definitely won’t be coming back. Food was fine just sucks that I couldn’t be allowed to get a drink solely due to the fact of my ID being vertical when I am legally allowed to drink. They lost more money and business because of this.

They sent a coupon to my house and it worked - it got me in the door. Had a nice dinner with my husband and our server Koraan was a sweetheart.

We went on a Friday it was a bit melow for our taste but there wasn't any sports or anything I would prefer livelier music

I love the atmosphere here. I love the TVs in the booths and all around the restaurant. I had my Smokey BBQ wings, fried hard and extra BBQ sauce. So good. I really enjoyed the vibe. I’ll be back!

We wanted so send a big thank you to the staff at the Green Turtle in Hanover. They hosted our Wedding on Halloween. Held the wedding on their patio. Everyone raved about the food. We did a football and baseball theme.

Personally, I've had poor experiences at most Greene Turtles.. but I'm so glad I didn't give up! This is a true diamond in the rough. You can tell these people love their job. I truly enjoy happy hours there after work. The service is awesome and the manager (Danny) is amazing! He truly treats that place like it's his home. Its tucked away, but I promise you won't regret checking it out! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

GT Hanover has the best bartenders of all of the GT's, especially Danny Deltufo. He always has a smile on his face, shakes my hand and remembers my wife's name! The food is better than what you would consider pub food. The menu is thoughtful and has something for everyone. Two of my kids are vegetarian but have no problem navigating the menu. The right games are always on the TVs but they are more than happy to switch when asked!

Great location proximate to our hotel. Staff was fun and great at their job. Take off the ridiculous masks though. Really hard to understand what is being said. Engorged on the pprk shank was addictive

Great place to go for drinks and grub , especially when you’re a member of the mug club! Shout out to April Gibson for the great service! She always knows what I’m gonna order as my entree and has my drink of choice ready ready for me when I sit down. She really knows how to give the V.I.T.(very important turtle)Treatment to her customers and she’s kinda easy on the eyes too!

Came here on my lunch break. Went straight to the bar since it was only me. Glad I did! April was the best!!! She suggested I get the Nola chicken bowl so I did it was amazing. She was so nice. She told me about the rewards so I signed up. I will be coming here for lunch now. Great place and will definitely come back to have her brighten up my day

Came here with my girlfriend for dinner. Our server April was great. She was quick, very nice and helpful. Explained every entree we asked about and recommended the Cajun shrimp pasta. Was delicious! Will definitely be returning for date night again.

Always have loved the Green Turtle 🐢 sports bars but Hanover is the best by far because of the bartending team. Danny is the most personal and attentive bartender. He gives you just one more reason why to come back if not just for the wings and beer :)

I've been going to the Greene Turtle for years, and wanted to give a shout out to the bartender Danny! I work across the street at the casino, and whenever we have a happy hour, or a going away party we go to the Turtle. He has the best customer service I've ever received from a restaurant! He's always smiling, knows everyone's order, and helps us straight away. I have been coming to this location since it opened and the food and crowd are always great. A wonderful bar to experience a football game at. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. There is one bartender that is a standout and has been there from the beginning. Many have come and went but this guy is wonderful and funny and short..... Danny! He is amazing and short!

We sat at the bar and we were greeted by April who introduced herself and informed us of the specials. We decided on a couple of beers and a couple of appetizers to share.
