Chef David has created such a unique and well thought out experience, we were so excited to make this our anniversary memory. From the antique tableware, incredible art on the walls, to the fine details put in each dish, plus Mr. Perry's wine pairing and conversations made last night so special to us. Fantastic place, can't wait to go back.

We were so happy to be able to experience a fine, fine meal here. David created a superb prix fix menu. We had the table side Steak Tartare, Lobster, Duck and Quail, etc etc. Everything was so well paired and delicious. From first course to desserts, we enjoyed all. Yes some photos were taken after we dived in because we couldn’t wait and only realized after, that we hadn’t taken photos first 😛. Perry was so attentive and made sure our glasses were never empty with the bubblies. David and Perry shared their stories through out the night. It was as if we dined at friends’ house. Every time we are in town, we will be certain to visit again. Thanks for a wonderful dining experience and your hospitality.

We loved our time at Flambé After Dark! My husband and I dined in for the first time after hearing great things from friends, so we both had high expectations. The setting is intimate, with only a few tables in the restaurant, but far enough apart to have a dining space where conversation remains private. The courses are well-thought-out, absolutely delicious, unique, and designed by a talented and techniqued chef with Foodies in mind. Being from the North, we had not found the quality of fine dining cooking we are accustomed to (akin to Michelin starred or Diamond tiered restaurants) in FWB, until we came to David's this week. David takes the time to get to know each guest and chats alongside your table throughout the evening, making wine recommendations, and sharing the origins of carefully curated ingredients. The entire dining experience was top-notch, and I couldn't recommend Flambé After Dark any more fervently! We definitely plan on going back to try more of David's culinary innovations soon... Such an amazing experience. Chef David and Perry make the place outstanding! You’re served early 1900 plates and silverware and surrounded by beautiful paintings. They have so much experience in fine dining and history around the states. You have to be there!! This is the place on the whole panhandle side to go to and I’m not the type to over exaggerate. Come here if you want to impress your family or friends. This is the place💕

This is not the first time that I have been to Flambe after Dark but it was the first time I have been since David changed to a prix fixe menu. I wasn't sure how I felt about the new menu, as I like selection and loved so many of the items that he had on his menu previously. BUT his new menu did not disappoint, the food was spectacular and was impeccably curated. If you want to celebrate a special occasion or just enjoy an incredibly great meal, this is the place to be.

Amazing hidden gem on Racetrack Rd. Run by a chef who loves his craft. The dining concept is a predetermined 5 course meal (some substitutions available) with choice of flambé desserts afterwards. Great little place with a warm and romantic atmosphere. The best duck I’ve ever had.

It was an incredible experience. The atmosphere was amazing. The chef was engaging and friendly while providing top tier dishes. The waiter was friendly and provided outstanding service. A truly perfect evening.

We had the most wonderful anniversary dinner here! Chef David and server Perry were so welcoming and attentive to us all evening. We had best meal i have ever had in my life! Everything was so intimate and romantic. The decor is elegant with the most beautiful art gallery on display. I cant recommend this place enough, i can't wait to go back!

David was a fantastic chef for our dinner. The food here is above and beyond the best food food in northwest Florida, and probably the best meal I’ve ever eaten (and I spent 4 years in Los Angeles). I cannot wait to come back to Flambé After Dark. From making the reservation through dessert and afterwards, David ensured we had an absolutely incredible experience. I cannot recommend this place enough and I have told everyone about it. I’m pretty sure some of my friends have already made reservations. This is the Max Verstappen of restaurants.

Flambé After Dark was an amazing experience. My wife and I went for our anniversary dinner. Chief David is amazing and personable with lots of stories from his life experiences, and his staff are all wonderful! The food and I mean oh my goodness the food was absolutely delicious!! I give Flambé After Dark five stars and then five more. Seriously make reservations and try this place you will be so glad you did! We look forward to returning for our next special night out.

Talk about a hidden gem! A pedestrian exterior hides a beautiful, cozy dining room decorated with original art. David is an outstanding chef, serving up gourmet multi-course meals perfect for special occasions. I have eaten there several times, and am never disappointed with the delicious food.

Chef David does a wonderful job preparing the different dishes. We were a party of six, celebrating an anniversary and it was quite an amazing experience!! The six course dinner prepared table side was very tasteful! You can tell that Chef David has a passion for cooking. Highly recommend you try his restaurant.

My husband and I went here for date night last night and it was WONDERFUL. The price for the 6 course meal can be a bit intimidating but you get sooo much food for that price it is honestly a deal. This was some of the best food we’ve both ever had and David is an amazing chef. Mikayla was assisting David with the service and she was sooooo great. She was very personable and answered all of our questions about the menu and the wines. You can expect to be here for about 2 hours. The atmosphere is so classic and romantic. And with the good food and drinks it is so easy to forget any worries you have and actually be able to enjoy yourself. The menu is changing in August and we will 100% be back. Seriously go!!!

Food was VERY good. This place is an experience. Do not go in expecting a quick turnaround. Meals average about two hours. Food is well presented and surprisingly filling. Reservations are required. The chef and assistant were very personable.

Always have wanted to go here. Finally did after seeing that this hidden gem may close for good this year. Incredible food and experience. Highly recommend! Perfect date night spot with someone special. Chef treats everyone like family and has amazing back stories for his dishes being served. Old school dishes/sauces that time is forgetting because today's fast paced world doesn't have the time and heart for the preparation. Don't let the location turn you away from trying this place. Once inside, you are teleported to an alternate universe. I would expect a place like this inside of a fancy casino in Vegas. Even a nice little art gallery in the back you can check out. The glasses you drink from and cutlery you use are old works of art. I am mad at myself for waiting so long to go here. I generally hope this place stays with us for a bit longer and highly suggest for anyone questioning this place whether they want to try or not to call and book your reservation immediately 🙂

The team provided excellent service and created an intimate setting that is perfect for date night. The owner/chef prepared some of the most delicious seafood table side while conversing with the guests. It was an unhurried, luxurious experience that was perfectly topped off with Bananas After Dark, the chef's take on bananas foster. There are only five tables in the restaurant and the chef said he plans to close in May 2023. Make reservations and experience this place before it's too late!

Its a unique experience to get a multi-course meal from a seasoned chef. Unfortunately the food was very good but wasn't amazing and the chef himself was pretentious and overly chatty. Very overpriced as well.

This is our second time eating with Flambe After Dark. The dining experience was truly next level. Once you have your reservations the table is yours for the rest of the night. Not once did we feel rushed to get up to leave. The atmosphere was calm with great lighting. Every course was amazing and they had a great wine selection. Michaela was awesome from the point of making reservations and all through service and David's food is hands down some of the best food we have ever had. Flambe After Dark was truly a one of a kind experience that we will never forget and hope to experience in the future with their new endeavors. We cannot wait to see what Flambe After Dark will do next!

It has been quite a while since I've had a fine dining experience quite like this. The table was set immaculately. Unfortunately I was on a budget so I only ordered an entree and a sparkling water. But I really enjoyed the show, the table side cooking was very flawless. Chef David is quite a host. Maybe I'll go back if I hit the lottery! Lol. I'm quite sure prices have increased! Due to inflation.

This restaurant gives you a personalized experience like no other and some of the best food you will ever taste. The main chef and owner will cook food exactly how you’d like at your table side. The dishes are unique (beef tartar, duck confit, caviar, etc.) and the quality of the food is superb. I had the best truffle covered tenderloin steak. This place is a must try for a special occasion if you live anywhere within fort walton beach Florida and is worth every penny.
