Came here once again wit the wife long line but always worth the wait n they DNT even take long there quik n giv u big portions of food n this proof how much I love this place

Bought a 4 entree to go and they put 4 broccoli and 2 pieces of meat and pulled on the other 2. Got to the register and all of a sudden they can't speak English lmao it was only $1 more so I didn't make a big fuss about it I just laughed. But if you only order 2 sides they will pile on the beef and broccoli I watched them do it. Other then that the food was great and the line goes by pretty fast.

I got the 3 combination plate with orange chicken sesame chicken and the fried rice. The orange chicken was decent soft but didn’t taste flavorful but at least it was edible the sesame chicken was disgusting it was hard as bricks and I couldn’t even eat it the one soft piece I did eat was bland and didn’t taste flavorful nor did they have sesame seed on sesame chicken the rice was good. I also got egg roll and it was burnt and cold, it seems they overcook food expecting to be super busy and when they slow down the food just sits there until people come in they need to frequently cook fresh food and it will be ok the staff were fast and friendly tho I appreciated that UPDATE: went that same week on a Friday to give another chance and got two course with orange and spicy general chicken it was way better and FRESH

Food is always good. Usually have great service, however when I went in tonight, the "supposed" owner was selling things at $6.99. One of those selections were took spicy for me to eat, so she wanted to charge me $9.50 for just 1 item. I'm a normal patron of theirs, but won't be back for a long time. Terrible customer service. For that being the owner, she can take someone else's money

Gummy yet dry orange chicken and stir fried spaghetti passing as lomein for $9 a bowl. A tiny step above Panda. Tiny.

$2 more than panda , cheap drinks, even have horchata ! Delicious food ! Orange chicken actually tastes like oranges! Will be coming back !

My husband delivered food there once. Saw the conditions of the kitchen, so I won't be buying food from there again. It's great food they just need to learn to handle good better.

If you are hungry for quantity than quality 👌 this is your choice. it's good just right if you are famished!

The portions at Flaming Wok are undeniably generous, but unfortunately, the flavors fell short of expectations. The entrees lacked the "wow" factor, especially given the hefty price tag of $35 for two plates. The meats didn't quite impress, and the noodles reminded me of something similar to basic instant ramen, albeit with a hint of flavor. This experience, coupled with the subpar taste, makes it challenging to justify the cost. Opting for another Chinese restaurant or even a place like Panda Express seems more favorable. Perhaps a reevaluation of their pricing and taste quality could enhance the appeal. As for the star rating, it's hard to determine due to the overall underwhelming experience. I really wished it was better but unfortunately it is what it is.

The meat is good, however the lo mein wasn't the best nor the rice. The ladies behind the glass are really rude and they give you attitude. Probably won't come back here.

My favorite Chinese place in the valley

I was recently at this place, the worst customer service you can think of. The lady taking the order was taking everything down wrong, when I corrected her she started screaming and telling me she didn’t understand what I was telling her when their menu is pretty simple. Their food is great, but they need to fix the ladies attitudes that are taking orders. Nobody wants to be getting yelled at when they get corrected for taking orders wrong and then later stating they don’t understand what I was trying to order.

Ordering behind a plastic shield is kind of difficult. Food was tasty and portions were large!

When I first came here, there was no line. The two employees were talking to each other, and I had gotten the three combo meal which should’ve been 12 something alone. As shown on the screen, the lady decided to put a lot of orange chicken and only a little bit of the teriyaki. The orange chicken taste very soft and robbery & The teriyaki was pretty good. The noodles were very rubbery as well does not taste cooked all the way. However, the cheese wontons were pretty good except they tasted very sweet. I don’t know what it is inside but it’s very different than other Chinese spots. And I got a Coke bottle which was 350 and when I opened it it was very flat so my bill ran up to $21. They also over priced the guy in front of me. Claiming it was because of the tax. My problem with this place is they have one thing with the prices on it and then when you get to the register it’s a different price and I understand you have to add the tax but you need to let them know ahead of time or you just need to put with tax on the board already so that way we know what we’re paying for.

the food is actually really good but the customer service is horrible. this short lady with short dark hair thats always taking the orders was so rude and giving attitude because i had asked her for two 4 course combos and one 3 course combo and screaming at me like i was stupid. i was trying to be nice but she kept screaming. once we were paying we told the man helping us that she was being extremely rude and he didn't acknowledge what we said. we weren't the only ones she was being rude to either, she was screaming at customers before us and after us and shes always like that. really makes us thinking twice about eating there.

Prices went up food quantity went down. 👎

Flaming Wok is like a Desert Sky Mall staple. You know how Curacao and Dillard's are like anchor stores? Well Flaming Wok is the anchor restaurant of the food court. It's been there the longest and still going strong because the food is delicious! The Bourbon chicken is a classic meat and goes well on lo mein if you want a recommendation. The orange rice is also really tasty and has some zest to it. Goes well with steamed rice. There is one downside though and that's the plexiglass that they put up during the pandemic. It was a good idea and shows you how they really care about their business, but communication to order has gotten difficult. You have to speak through a squawk-box that you will need to raise your voice up in order for them to hear you, but it's difficult at times to hear their responses ti ensure they got the order right. If you're hard at hearing, you might have a difficult time. Overall it's great service and great food, so it is worth the hassel. I do recommend coming on a weekday because you will see longer lines on the weekends.

Fast and fresh Chinese, very good food. Always has a bit of a line but it moves quick. Great prices for a very heavy stuffed plate. Only dislike they never have spring rolls 😒

If you want good Chinese food, add this place as a must go! And talk about bang for your buck! The serving you get feeds me 3 times! At $12.99 for the 4 item, you get your money's worth! I try not to go too often because it's worth going only when your in the mood for Chinese! I've never been disappointed for going there!

Terrible lo mein is literally spaghetti noodle, I don't think beef and broccoli is really "beef" and the sweet and sour pork? More like sweet and soggy pork, with alot of fat. Flamingwok use to be great 10years ago, now, it's changed along with its customer service and food. Never going back especially 15 per plate.waste of money.

Food looked amazing but flavor not so amazing.Trust me when i tell you I'm a chinese food fanatic.Noodles are thin spaghetti no flavor and rice undercooked n no flavor. Beef n broccoli okay, orange chicken ok. Wontons are sweet cream cheese inside. You're better off asking for white rice .

Had a sweet and sour bowl with fried rice at the bottom, MASSIVE mounds of random meat and too many coats of sauce, was terrible would not recommend near closing hours.

Not really sure why this place is so popular to be honest. Maybe I just like different food then most people. The chicken was just weird. I couldn’t eat it anymore cause it just wasn’t good quality chicken. The flavors are good but the chicken itself wasn’t. As for the rice and noodles they are very buttery and almost taste like they came from a box. I spent nearly $40 here feeding my family cause the line was long so we figure it must be good. We all ended up throwing our food away & getting pretzel maker. I would say try it for yourself for sure cause you may like it but we were not impressed.

I love this place. They make quality food at good prices and very good portions. I love the taste and quality. I always get greeted with a smile very helpful and courteous workers. Always will return and will be my first choice when it comes to Chinese food.

The line is usually Hella long and there has never been anything new on the menu, but it's OK for mall food. I like it better than the black/white bear express.

Very flavorful choices! Food is always freshly made. The portions are very large too. Expect to wait quite some time, lines can get really long. They have combo plates that have a lot of food or bowls for a smaller portion. I've tried the noodles, rice, beef & broccoli, kung pao chicken, spicy general chicken and the BBQ chicken. Let me tell you they are all good.

Place always has great food an great customer service. Especially at the last hour they tend to have half off plates! 😋🥰

Wow!! How do you make vegetables taste so delicious, juicy and tender?! Definatley worth the price! Portions are large. I shared my dinner and still have leftovers for lunch the next day .Staff is friendly. I will definitely be eating here even if I'm not going to the mall.

The food was excellent but the workers were kind of rude

Got flaming wok earlier today but was very surprised to see that the price rose once again. It used to be $9 or so dollars now its $10.50 . Even before the price of about $9 dollars, it used to be $8.50 ish. Sad to see the price go up, but the 3 meal combo was worth the price. Glad to see that they still use the little stamped cards, with that I was able to get a free meal besides my own!
