I live in Buffalo NY, my brother lives in Baton Rouge right next to the Fork n’ Spoon and man am I jealous of him! What an amazing place to get something to eat. I went there daily when I visited him last year and have thought about it quite often since. The girls working there are super friendly and attentive and the food is so well made and at a great price. I cannot recommend this place enough! It’s a must go! I’m already counting down the days until I can visit again in September.

Throw a dart at the menu and you will get a large portion size of an unbelievable meal for a great price, with fantastic service and fresh complimentary coffee. Would highly highly recommend. My favorite restaurant in Baton Rouge.

This quaint gem is nestled at the end of a thriving shopping strip center. There is inside and outside eating. It's not ideal for large parties, but we did see several patrons ordering food to go. It may be small in size but it is huge in flavor and charm. I had the loaded hash, (amazing), the potato's were cooked to perfection and the portion and taste of everything was spot on. Others in my party had French Toast and the hash bowl. Their comments were the same about their dishes as well. With complimentary self-service coffee and water, and a staff that is super friendly and accommodating Fork and Spoon needs to be on your shortlist of places to visit. We will certainly be back the next time we are in town.

Home-style cooking, warm customer service, an IDEAL breakfast and lunch spot. If you’re craving a home cooked meal you MUST give Fork n Spoon a try. Not only was the owner and staff incredible kind, everyone eating with us was also so pleasant. An all around cozy cafe vibe. I can’t wait to come back!

Disappointed :/. Ordered just a breakfast burrito and a bagel and it took 45 minutes. My cream cheese had mold on it. Breakfast burrito was great at least. Tried calling to tell them but they never answered.

before keith reviewed this place i had never heard of it because i never come on this side of town for anything. but im glad i tried it! best eggs i think i’ve ever had from a restaurant & the grits are delicious. i really liked the atmosphere and the attitude of the employees, it was very peaceful and welcoming despite them being very busy! i’ll definitely be back, im happy they’re getting the business they so clearly deserve

After seeing our Mayor post a video on the Gram about this place, my wife and I decided to give it a shot. We went on a Saturday at Noon. Not a good time to go. The food was amazing. The space was the challenge. It is a small storefront establishment with just a few tables inside and 2 or 3 small tables on the sidewalk outside. Obviously, due to the line out the door, they have their food on point. So, if you don't mind getting your food to go, or waiting awhile for a table, I highly recommend Fork & Spoon. We are headed back, but will try a time shortly after opening to see if it's less crowded.

This place is freaking awesome! Definitely the best breakfast I’ve had in Baton Rouge, and it’s affordable too.

Experiencing our first visit, we were impressed by the diverse menu options, including vegan-friendly choices. Their Loaded Grits dish is a hearty serving made with stone-ground grits. We also enjoyed the delicious Floral Palmer Tea, infused with rose water, reminiscent of Lebanese tea. To our surprise, we were offered birthday cupcakes to celebrate a staff member's special day. Be prepared for a potential wait and limited seating. Overall, the menu offers delectable choices. #keithlee

They have a perfect 5 stars currently and they deserve it. Trust me when I say, if you ever see a review less than 4 stars, it's something wrong with the customer. Because they are so friendly, the atmosphere is great, the service is fantastic. And they are so nice, if something is wrong they will 99% of the time do what they can to fix it. They have a great little place

I had the Country Bowl (to go) with sausage, country gravy, and scrambled eggs over grits, with added bacon and fried over-medium eggs. The grits were seasoned really well, and the over-medium eggs were cooked perfectly. With my add-ons, this was enough food for two! Everyone who worked there was smiling, friendly, and accommodating. Highly recommend! 🥰

I recently visited, and this will definitely be a new go-to spot. The floral tea was so amazing and the tacos were awesome. Very filling but so was the toast. This is a really gourmet way to serve a delicious breakfast. Everything was seasoned perfectly. The owner was so sweet and kind. This will be a great place to grab a to go brunch and chill at one of the nearby parks or to just eat in.Do yourself a favor- TRY THE FLORAL TEA!!

The food was delicious. The temp inside the building was a tad warm. The French toast is mouth watering good!!! We will be back for sure!

The place is amazing and the food tastes incredible! You have to get the freshly squeezed orange juice when you go! The breakfast Quessdilla is my personal favorite!

Cute little hole in the wall. I found this place on tik tok and all of the comments were saying how good this “hidden gem” was. I ended up getting the steak breakfast bowl over hashbrowns. 10/10. Service was great. Food was even better. Definitely will be back!!

While looking for a new brunch spot, I came across this place and thought we'd give it a try. The food was amazing and they have great prices. The service was great. The coffee was self-serve and complimentary so I helped myself while waiting for the food. I ordered the Western bowl with grits. The food was brought out to us pretty quickly and it was hot and fresh. There isn't much parking so we almost ordered to go, but glad we hung around and found a spot. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely amazing breakfast spot. One of the best I’ve ever been to. If you are feeling like eating good, comfort food then this is the place. The entire staff is so friendly and easy to talk to. The owners really care about making sure everyone has a great time and enjoys their cooking. I always get either the veggie bowl or the veggie club with an egg on it. It’s really amazing that this place has actual filling vegetarian options and you don’t have to just order something without meat. Absolutely love this place and would eat here everyday if I could

Hands down best breakfast food in BR if you want classic breakfast comfort food. The grits are insanely delicious. I tried the braised beef grits last weekend and WOW. Everything I’ve tried is SO good. My boyfriend is a vegetarian and he loves the veggie bowl and the veggie club (add an egg). It would be impossible to be disappointed. It’s our go to almost every weekend. The staff and owners are SO friendly. Having graduated from LSU 10 years ago, it was little bit of a hidden gem for me bc I rarely make my way close to campus but I promise it’s worth it!

Listen!!! If you want some good breakfast, this is the place to get it from. This is my second time stopping by and I have to say as long as they are open I’ll always support! They weren’t lying when they said they have feel good food and their customer service is the best!!! Oh and their lemonade is unmatched, so make sure you get you one with your food!

Quite literally the best breakfast place in the entire Baton Rouge area. The employees are so kind and welcoming. The FOOD IS DELICIOUS, I have yet to find a single thing on the menu I don’t love & every time I get paid it’s the first stop on my day off. (I recommend the classic grits bowl or breakfast burrito)

I enjoyed this restaurant, the customer service and the food were great! I'm most definitely coming back and would recommend it. I had the avocado texas toast with bacon, a fried egg, and pico on top. It was delicious, also a cup of fresh fruit and cold white chocolate coffee.

We had a Philly Cheese steak and the Hot Ham, with iced teas. Great food, presented well, and "the girls" were great, friendly, and even asked about a friend of mine. Overall, a great experience. Come give it a try!

Food was great and the service was friendly. The parking lot is extremely small and the dining room is also small and was loud.... probably because it was full of college kids, but that is expected in a college town. Overall a great experience.

BR is light in great breakfast options. If word gets out about Fork & Spoon, they're going to need a bigger location.

The aesthetics was cute of course. I ordered the classic breakfast bowl. I honestly would recommend anything on there menu. The only thing I didn’t like is having to scrape my own dish in trash and put it in the bucket to be washed.

I absolutely adore Fork N Spoon! The inside is beautiful and so fun, and the food is DELICIOUS! You can taste the love, and the two owners are the sweetest sisters I've ever met! It's also a really great place to study, with a few open outlets available and free wifi! They serve a lot of breakfast options with hot tea and (free)hot coffee! They also have freshly squeezed orange juice and lemonade(to die for)!

The food here is really tasty. The grits are never bland and the coffee is always hot. Their employees are welcoming, hospitable, and kind. A great spot to eat with friends or take to-go.
