Just I want to say the frappe was horrible 😣 they only taste like water, no flavor 😟.

I ordered a cheesecake ferrero frappe and it only tasted like chocolate syrup.

Used to love this place until today. The worker who was at the counter today could not be more rude. Talking over me just after asking a single question and raising her voice bc apparently my questions about the products bothered her. Poor customer service, lack of empathy and awful communications skills. MANAGEMENT- please discuss and correct this behavior or you will continue to loose customers. I hope this does not goes unseen.

drove 40mins to get a nutella frappe and all I got was a choc syrup flavored drink that had way too much sweetener in it😖 never again!

I will start off by saying!! This are one of the best ice cream pops I’ve had, which is great but my family and I left with a very bittersweet feeling, we went there so happy since we are new to the neighborhood, a family of 5 and willing to spend a few bucks on good acaii bowls, shakes and ice cream but instead we left very unsatisfied with the customer service, the minute we walked in the store the women on the registered rush us without even greeting us, there was only 2 customer seating outside waiting and she told us very rudely _if you’re gonna pay with card, place your order on the kiosk to Wich we reply sure, to which then she proceeded to tell us she was very busy and that it was gonna be a while and we said ok, but she keapt making comments as if she didn’t want to serve us, I hope this is not an everyday occurrence, and that she was just having a bad day, we ended up living with just to ice pop so my kids will not have a fit, but if it wasn’t for them I would of left the store with empty hands!!!!!

The ice cream was completely filled with frost bitt.

I wanna start by thanking this man and his family outside of the store for convincing us to stay even though we were considering going somewhere else, since we’ve never been and wanted something a bit quicker, but I’ll say it was worth the wait! So thank you, nameless man and his family outside. So! The interior of the store is tiny, but it’s very cute. I like the little mascot characters they have! As for the service, you can order through a little Kiosk off to the right of the entrance. I don’t really mind that since I imagine most of the employees have to focus on getting the orders out. I will say that it took maybe 15 or so minutes, so make sure to stop by here if you aren’t in a rush, it’s worth it! Our drinks were delicious, I got the Red Velvet with poundcake and little fruity pebbles flakes. Once again, highly recommended!

Bad service, they close and open the store at any time, they shout inside the establishment. The smoothies were very delicious, but the attention and staff were very bad.

The only place that takes my $$$ away so easily is that Acai are something else out of this world 💯🔥🔥❤️

I love this place, excellent artisanal frape, very well prepared and the fruits are all fresh, a 10 for it.

I recommend it 100%, I had bad experiences with Frappe in other places and I was afraid but I gave myself the opportunity to try and now Artisanal Frappe has become my favorite place to go with my family. You have to take the opportunity to visit them!

I love the bowls, the only thing I regret is that the good days to go are when the owners or Lisa are there. I think they should be more selective when choosing their employees. Anyone who does not have the same vision, and the desire for the client to leave satisfied, is not prepared to work there. I wish him well. I congratulate you, I have been to many others and I always end up returning to you.

Always love coming here when I don't have an appetite. I enjoy a protein filled frappe or smoothie. Made with natural fruits and choice of water milk base products The beverage feels like a meal replacement. Fruity, yummy and healthy. Service is great and always super clean

The frappe they sell was quite delicious, but the girl who served me is quite arrogant and looked at me quite badly. I don't understand how someone who clearly doesn't want to work finds himself occupying that position. Very bad customer service.

Açaí bowl barely had any açaí and was more fruit and granola than anything else. Which made me feel like I paid nearly $10 for a bowl of fruit and granola. I ordered a Ferrero Roche frappe that tasted nothing like Ferrero Roche and more like a chocolate milkshake with peanuts garnished with a piece of Ferrero Roche. My sister-in-law ordered a Nutella frappe which tasted like melted chocolate ice cream. The frappes cost over $9 and we were extremely disappointed with what we received. While the service was great and the employee was kind I would not return as I do not feel the price we paid reflected in the quality of the products we received.

He tomado frappé de ferrero en diferentes ocasiones y es bueno. Esta última ocasión lo pedí de Nutella y no sabía para nada a Nutella(creo q usan imitación) deben poner frappé d Hazelnut y no Nutella original. El sabor fue desagradable.

Ordered açai bowl, with blueberries, strawberries and pineapple. The fruits don't feel fresh. They have a weird after taste. Had a strawberry cheesecake frappe, the cheesecake and strawberry topping were no good, same thing...yucky after taste.

Love the frappes here very delicious!! I come here often once a week and always struggle to get here before it closes, today 5/13 /23 I got there right at 9:59 I know they close at 10 the sign was still out and open sign lit on, parked right infront of the store and as soon as I got out the girl turned the sign off. I understand closing is at 10 but dang you can’t just make a couple more frappes??? We made eye contact too me and the front desk girl so it made it more awkward, but guess they have to make sure to follow the rules “Close means closed” even if u get there right at 9:59.

Me encantan pero hoy de vdd que botaron la pelota el bowl antes hasta la Nutella tocaba la parte de arriba de lo lleno que lo daban pero mano me lo dieron hoy vacío.

El mejor frappe q he tomado en años. Es perfecto, el sabor, la contestura, la presentación. Simplemente deliciosos, los encontré por door dash y tuve q venir al local, no me arrepiento, super limpio, organizado y el servicio al cliente excelente.

Siempre que pido por Door Dash llega excelente, pero cuando llamo para recogerlo no es lo mismo, la última vez le añadieron un syrup de chocolate cuando no lleva eso, la vez anterior a esa la señorita me dio el toppin (cheesecake) en una servilleta 😑. Creo que tienen "sus días".

One of the best frappes I've had in a while, the employees were extremely helpful and nice making my first visit memorable, they catered to what I wanted, and made the best frappe. They definitely know how to help you choose what you want, and are very helpful if you are having a hard time chosing from the menu. The kids size was extremely cheap for $6. I definitely recommend the Chocolate banana one, it was delicious! They speak English and Spanish, and are very accommodating as well.

i was not expecting how good it would be, i got a key lime smoothie. plus, even though i only spoke english, they were very accommodating . hopefully they can build up the inside more in the future

I ordered a Custome frappe. Nutella, peanut butter and bananas. My favorite combinations. It was DELECTABLE. Very friendly, and cozy service. Reminded me of being in Puerto Rico. My family and that’s a good impression for me. I’ve always tried Nutella cheesecake. Delicious. Obliviously I love chocolate. My memory is failing me but Yashira/Yaritza made it, and it is just so gooood.

Best Acaí's in town. The staff is super friendly as well. The place is very clean and they have a big menu of diferent healthy items and of course you can add Nutella 😋 for the sweet cravings

I ordered two things, one of them being an acai bowl for my mom. I asked for only coconut oil and strawberries on it, even selected 'don't add' to everything else, yet it came with everything she didn't want. It isn't the first time this happens, and every time we try to find a way to contact we don't find anything. the website doesn't work.

I asked for a strawberry and Nutella frappe, the girl was a little hesitant bc she said they don’t always come out good but she made mine perfectly! She was in there ALONE and kept her composure not getting overwhelmed even though I’m sure she was bc there were a lot of people. There were 12 people in my group and at least 5 people there before us. Very great customer service and very good frappes.
