Amazing choice of food everything is fresh and the meat doesn’t have any things that meats usually do so when I say everything is healthy it’s because EVERYTHING is healthy! My day really brightened up with the amazing attention from Sheyla she was incredibly sweet and very helpful with helping with the food.

I worked for knock delivery's Knock and They are thieves! I speak to you with proof…. Run if they call you to work… I made two orders and they stole the last one, it was 62 dollars with tip and they paid me 10 dollars, it was a huge order and they were very miserable charging 10 dollars for a bag in transit….

I went here for the cold pressed juices. The original time I went here, I ordered a large bowl with steak and salmon. This time, I ordered a small bowl with salmon. the bowls are pretty good. You can get mostly whole and mostly unprocessed (excluding cooking) foods. The juices are mostly whole as well. Overall good

I was in Miami for a short visit and wish I found this place earlier. It’s one of the best meals I’ve had in Miami (including all the fancy restaurants). The place is beautifully decorated, the staff was super friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The food although you’d think it’s simple, was amazing! So tasty, such great fresh ingredients. I was blown away. Next time I visit I will be back for sure! Oh and my picky 6 year old loved it and ate everything on his plate (that never happens).

I came to Fresh Kitchen July 25th and the experience is always something to remember, the food was good and the cashier not only helped me with my food options but when I finished he offered to throw away my bowl and gave suggestions on proteins I should try next time overall I always enjoy my time here keep it up ❤️

Fresh Kitchen is always a hit! The food is consistently fresh and every item has its own flavor. No sauce necessary, however, the holy kale sauce is delicious! No flavor overpowers the other. The service is always top tier. Highly recommended.

Prolly the best and fresh ingredients I have had in a lunch anywhere!!!! Katie is great and we had the most delicious time:) I’d highly recommend if you are veggie 🥑 or green focused w some tasteful modifications. I had the BBQ 🍗 chicken w the sweet potato 🍠 noodles. The noodles are tooooo good. Moo free almond milk w cinnamon / sea salt. 🧂 The creamy ginger sauce 🔥

Fresh Kitchen 10/10 food was amazing & tasteful. Many great options to choose but my all time favorite was the BBQ chicken, Brown rice & Lemon Garlic Broccoli. My colleagues were also super happy with the great quality of food. Also huge shout out to Jordan Catering Manager for amazing service she provided. Amazing food! Definitely recommend the cauliflower potato mash! It was my first time here and Nigel was very helpful, offered us some samples to make sure we liked what we were choosing. Everything we tried tasted amazing, I also recommend the Baked Almond Chicken and the Grilled Citrus Chicken. Everything was above and beyond!

This was my first visit (introduced by the Hot Girl Walk) and I was super impressed. The food quality and flavors made my palate happy while the portion size made my stomach very satisfied. Healthy doesn’t have to be boring. The staff was professional, courteous and pleasant. A+ for customer service to all, especially the young lady on the register and one next to her.

We had never eaten here before. But Marie took the time to explain the menu to us and let us sample the veggies which were delicious. We visited the mid town Miami location and all the serving staff were very friendly and helpful. I will coming back often!

He’s a great leader among his peers and truly has excellent customer service, which is very hard to come these days. Keep killing it I‘ve never reviewed a place twice, but when the service is outstanding, you just gotta do it. One managing partner in particular sticks out to me the most, her name is Cassie. She‘s always greeting you with a big beautiful smile, eager to assist when you order your food. She’s a “one woman army”, & truly shows what a great leader she is. Wether shes in the back all hands on deck prepping food, or in the serving line attending customers, doing interviews and carrying out meetings, all while keeping the customer attended, it’s truly admirable to see someone take ownership of their job so much to make it their passion. I went to fresh Kitchen yesterday May 16th and they looked quite busy and it was my first time. As soon as the cashier finished a customer he explained the concept of making bowls and was patient when I was sampling food. My first time experience was a 10/10 and will be back for sure.

I don’t live in Florida, and every time I come to visit I eat Fresh kitchen everyday until I leave because it’s THAT good. The food is well seasoned and super fresh and the staff is always so nice! Cassie and Jordan helped me out and they were amazing. The line moves quick and it’s very reasonably priced especially how yummy the food is. 100000/10

Fresh Kitchen in Midtown Miami is super cool. The place looks nice and chill, and you can see the chefs making your food. They've got lots of healthy stuff like salads, bowls, and tasty meals for everyone, whether you're into veggies or meat. What's really neat is you get to pick what you want in your meal, like choosing your favorite veggies, grains, and sauces. Plus, they have these yummy drinks that make you feel good. The people who work there are really nice and make sure you're happy. Fresh Kitchen is a great spot to grab a quick, healthy bite or hang out with friends. where do i even begin with my love for fresh kitchen?? first off there is NO seed oils! there are options for everyone whether you’re veg or pescatarian or meat eating, they have options for everyone. the food tastes SO good, the staff is so sweet, the drinks are low in sugar, the cookies are healthy and delicious, but the real kicker is that i got ALL of this for $32 with tip. pura vida could NEVER 😂 i got a bowl with spinach salad, sweet potato noodles (my fav), mushrooms double salmon, and feta cheese on top. this is a true gem in miami. please never change!!!!

Good healthy fast food option in Midtown.

My first visit and what a great experience. The place is clean, well staffed, food being served was in small batches. The gentleman with the braids who was making my bowl explained my options and even asked me about my allergies and let me taste the proteins before making my selection. The cashier gave me some of each sauce so I could get the full flavor experience, I liked the creamy ginger the best. The beverages were refreshing. Including a 15% tip, a pick 4 meal with two drinks was $19.99. I'm looking forward to coming back to try different flavor combos.

Always love the food at Fresh Kitchen. Used to only be able to get it in Boca when visiting family up there, or in Davie when work or kids’ activities take me there. So great to have them closer to home in Midtown. Food is consistently good and much cleaner than some other fast casual options. Staff is always friendly. Hoping to see it busier there soon!!

My first time here probably will not be back. Atmosphere and service were great but small portions. There were 4 meat options and all chicken . Came hungry and left hungry .

Delicious & safe for celiac disease

Very taster but portions are SOO small compared to competitors like Bolay. I believe the large bowl is $15 and I’ve ordered it 2 times from this location and the portion of veggies and base and protein is so small. Bolay charges the same price maybe a little less but you get WAY more food. I would consider giving more than one scoop since with tax and tip I end up paying almost $20 for a bowl that’s not even half full. However, the service is amazing and the teriyaki chicken is tasty.

My fiancé and I each got a bowl and unfortunately, his was made incorrectly at first. However, Nigel went out of his way to talk to us and make the situation right. They remade his food and now both of us are happily enjoying our food. Thank you Nigel and team for being so quick to fix the mistake! We love FK’s food!

I go here every time I’m in the area. Really reasonably priced. Food is excellent quality, and they apparently use only olive oil. Service is always very friendly.

I got steak bowl here. The steak portion was way too small. I compare here with Bolay. There you get 2x quantity of steak and they charge less than here. $4 extra for 1.5 oz beef is just too much. Also it has a burnt crust. Okay i might want to skip steak next time but all they have for protein is 4 other types of chicken. They never thought that some people don't eat chicken. Also this place mentions it's healthy but I didn't see any caloric values or macros being displayed. Having said that the food was yummy. It's just i wish you could have more protein options and larger portions.

They are all consistent and friendly people working there. The paleo cookies are so addicting! Highly recommended for lunch or any get together with friends such as a boat day.

Fantastic affordable food. Keto friendly. Best choice we’ve made while in Miami. We will probably be coming back for dinner before our flight. Came back the next year and ate almost exclusively here for 4 days. It’s nice to have an option for delicious healthy food that is affordable.

New location in Midtown and I’m ecstatic! The atmosphere and service were great in addition to the ambiance. I ordered steak and Grilled Citrus Chicken with lemon garlic broccoli , sweet potato noodles and quinoa with kale pesto tomatoes and a few other things. I got 2 sauces by recommendation of the person behind the counter which paired so well with my meal. It was absolutely delicious plus fresh steak was brought out to me which made me very happy. I drank a combination of house-made teas and juices while dining in. Can’t wait to return!

New years day...I don't even know why in the world the cook, manager who ever he was acted so aggressive and in a hurry so rude and harsh spoken to me, I left and probably will never come back ☹️ I can't tell anything about the food cuz it was my first time and last 🤷🏻‍♀️. He kept correcting me about how many portions when I tried to switch from a single side to two, and looked at me like if I don't understand or can't read ,very uncomfortable experience. Stressed intense and rude guy is not a good combination for a someone in charge 👎🏼

Consistently high quality. I would say the salmon is expensive as compared with the size of the portion, but it’s cooked so well that I can’t resist ordering it. Wonderful sides, I would say they are winning at the bowl game as there are plenty of options to choose from.

On a busy night I ordered two bowls for the week! The herb roasted salmon was delicious, on the salty side but flaky and well seasoned. The kale caesar and sweet potato noodles are phenomenal bases. The amount of cheese and dressing provided is well balanced. I loved the creamy sesame sauce the best! Every ingredient tasted fine to me except the almond crusted chicken which lacked in taste IMO. Busy place, my only qualm being they ran out of an ingredient for one of my bowls but they waited for me to approach the pickup stand (15 mins after pickup) to tell me, when they should have called out my name.
