Wow, I honestly wasn't expecting the quick service and how nice it is inside. From the outside, I always questioned the location because inside always looks dark and not like a spot you'd want to enter. That isn't as until you walk in and finally realize that it's the dark tinted windows in the front that make it look like this. The inside is different and is very welcoming. I went in at around 9am on a weekday and ordered a classic bowl with an acai base. It was delicious! The service was quick! The inside is fairly small I will say and if there is a heavy line one day, you might be waiting some time as it seems they only have 2 employees working at the same time. I don't know if this count is different on the weekdays, but just take it as a heads up. They do have shakes and bowls that have whey protein in them, but I really wish they would list what kind of whey protein they use. Especially for folks who have specific allergies to specific food items. If I had known that the whey powder didn't have any soy in it, I would've paid the extra $$ to get different bowl. Still good fruit bowls, worth coming back here again or ordering take out from this location!

You pay $11 for the smallest Acai bowl!😂 when I got mines I wanted to laugh of how small the bowl is. I usually get mines near Walmart there is this Acai bowl place there that they give you a big tub of it for just $8 and you can fill it up as much as you want! But when I came here the small bowl is $11!!! That is crazy! Just watch once you order it you will see what im talking about😂

I like my Açaí bowl but got a small which I would mark for children 🧒 the açaí was good fruit was good. Staff was great 😊 but 13$ for a small bowl when the other day I paid the same for a large.

This is the best service I have ever received and the food was incredible. Alanis was extremely friendly, kind, and had excellent customer service. The atmosphere is inviting and very comfortable. They even gave me complementary avocado toast. I highly recommend this location!!

Very friendly service. The fruit is prepared for you after you order. The options to build your bowl allow for lots of combinations. Blended fruit smoothie topped with drizzle and crunch. Enjoy.

Was craving an acai bowl and decided to try a new spot and wow! I’m glad I stumbled across Frutta Bowls. When I was looking at the menu, it all sounded so good and was torn between a bowl or a smoothie and little did you know, they have a “pick two” between (acai bowl, smoothie or toast). I went with the whey-up protein and the build your acai bowl option (strawberry, blueberry,banana, vanilla protein, peanut butter and almond slices). While the bowl was the “larger” option, it was honestly a small bowl so I’m glad I decided to get the smoothie as well otherwise I would have left hungry. That’s the only thing, I hope they consider a larger bowl option in the future. Overall, the team was excellent, atmosphere was cool and clean and the food was on point! Will be going back!

terrible service. we walked in and they just stared at us not even attended us or greeted us. we came for pick up and when we said excuse me we were ignored. when we finally got their attention the worker had an attitude and pushed the food to us without even saying anything. keep in mind their was three workers and the store was empty so they could’ve easily acknowledged us.

This place has the best service and best acai in town. Big shoutout to Maria! Shes awesome. Maria is a hard working person and always greets me with a smile.

This place is my go to treat after a workout or meet up with a friend. It's quaint and cozy inside, not too big or too small. The bowls are out of this world. I also tried the other items from the menu like the toast and everything was delicious. Really healthy options for someone looking to eat clean at an affordable price

Great food, excellent service, and a wonderful culture they have built within their team. Every employee has been amazing. Maria, Estella, Annalise, Maury, Desiree, Samantha, Lucia, another Maria, and many more, has all been amazing. I have been there since the store has opened and they have always been great with their energy as soon I walk into the store. Highly Recommended!!

Absolutely love this place. It’s my go to spot for a healthy breakfast or post workout meal. Great location in the Hunter’s Creek area. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. One of the managers, Maria, has always provided amazing customer service along with her staff. It’s also evident that the ingredients and fruits they serve are fresh and healthy. They make it easy to support a small local business like this one.

This is by far the best açaí joint in Orlando. There toasts and açaí bowls are fantastic. The customer service is outstanding.

Regrettable experience on Thursday, June 20 at 4:00 pm. I placed my order for two Bowls, the person who takes my order tells me that their system is not working, for this reason they cannot provide me with a payment receipt, they tell me to wait for 5 minutes. I was never called, 20 minutes passed and I didn't know anything about my order or receipt. I approached to ask about my order and a glasses employee answered me in a bad way, I told her what I said before and her response was "what's your name, what did you order?" she muttered something with another of her colleagues, she came up and told me Nobody is saying that he didn't pay, what did he ask for? He wrote it on a piece of paper. I did not receive from her a “sorry, the system did not provide me with your receipt, sorry for the delay.” What do I know!!! Something more cordial and empathetic on the part of the staff. But his attitude and tone of voice was what really pissed me off!!! Of course I get angry, because I provide my TIPS in the best way, on my part it does not fail, for this reason, I give one star, because employees must understand that customer service is essential for the client to return again and can give a good opinion of the place. Someone who makes the staff understand that their work depends on them, if they do not work with the best attitude and disposition with the client, they can change jobs, it is not their thing! This is for the good of the restaurant itself.

Exceptional service, very attentive, fast hard working. Ambience is positive and clean! Phenomenal chunky bowls, lots of fruits so good for the price. I love how it’s just a walk away. LOVE THIS PLACE! And kids too!

My family and I have been visiting this location for years and could not speak more highly of this establishment. The ingredients are always fresh, the portions are perfect, and the atmosphere is fantastic. If you’re looking for a fresh pick me up, and filling, yet healthy meal, I would strongly recommend this spot (the Frutta bowl and Avacado toast is 10/10!!!). We will keep coming back as it’s impossible to find another açaí joint that even compares. So much love and appreciation for Frutta!

It was a very dull experience… I walked in and nobody even looked at me to say hello or welcome until I got to the cashier. I understand that the store is very busy but there’s a point to customer service and always projecting a good attitude even when you don’t feel like it — I know I work in customer service. The staff would completely ignore me while I waited at the cashier to make my order and when they came to take my order, the person who took my order barely looked me. The bowl I got barely had any açaí, it had almost the whole pack of granola… it was nicely decorated and it had a fair taste but honestly I wouldn’t come back to this place because I spent 9 almost 10 dollars for some granola…

My favorite place & go-to for açaí bowls, you can feel the freshness in every spoonful. I like to sit outside and enjoy my bowls every time I go, their service and attention are 🤌❤️. Their avocado toasts are good and you can also pick 2 menu items for a really good price. I just can’t wait to go again. I’ll be adding more pictures!

TERRIBLE SERVICE! The customer service representatives chose the fruits and toppings without asking me what I desired, they called the order name and brought the incorrect juice; when my sister informed them of this, they simply displayed a bad face and removed the juice and replaced it with the correct one without sugar or the option to sweeten it - an awful smoothie. Customer service and client experience were poor. The bowl was fresh and tasty. I don't recommend visit this place.

Please put how much protein I’m getting with your shakes. I paid today $15 and I have no clue neither the employees about it

This establishment exceeded my expectations during my initial visit, and I anticipate returning in the future. The delectable and fresh bowl was prepared promptly. They did call me by my name when it was ready. If you seek a healthful option, I wholeheartedly endorse this establishment. The flavors were both sweet and delectable.

Update on my review is incredible that I ordered a fruit bowl to take away and these people only gave me banana and strawberry when in the photo they have in the image it comes with kiwi pineapple strawberry and they gave me a mountain of banana and I only eat 3 strawberries when it arrives To my house was when I realized that they placed my order whatever they wanted or they ran out of fruit and they didn't say anything, they filled it with bananas, totally disenchanted with this place, I paid for them to give me one thing and it turned out to be another abuser.

I love smoothies but this place wasn’t it for me. Just my personal preference. We spent about $20 for 2 smoothies in a small/medium size plastic cup. I didn’t like the smoothie at all tasted sour. Not sure if it was old, not going to assume. I won’t be going back there. I’ll stick to tropical smoothie.

I ordered * waited ,while one employee was cleaning and other on her phone,when I approached them to see how long it will take,she said it has only been 6 mn,and rolled her eyes apparently she was the owner ( Maria) with big attitude & obvious negative body language. Zero customer service, talked to me with loud voice and hand in the air ,thinking she is embarrassing me in front of other customer .seriously I have no words for such behavior, too bad to have to deal with these kind of ppl .you need to adjust your attitude and learn skills how to deal with customers ,otherwise you are in the wrong business

One of the best places in Orlando to get Acaí bowls! They also have a great menu for all kinds of healthy foods, even if you don't like fruit bowls. Most items are a little pricey but it is definitely worth it in this case.

Love this place!!! Their açaí is always good, the consistency is on point, fruit is fresh and service is quick. I just wish there was actually more of difference between the small and regular size in comparison to the price difference between the two.

Maybe preference, Mayne they're more natural flavored. We like more sweetness. Fruit was fresh but the Acai base was lacking a bit. Lots of customers so it could be my pallet preference.
