Good food, service workers were friendly enough. Though I did see one service worker a little annoyed someone didn't push in their seat while she was cleaning up the table and ended up forcibly pushing it back in. I get it not many customers are cut from same cloth as others.

We went to the Hunters Creek location near Orlando and found that we had chosen the correct day (Thursday) which had specials. We each got the burrito bowl. 2 ordered with chicken and one with steak. There was plenty of meat and vegetables (which can be ordered with or without certain items—your choice). The many varieties of sauces available (tame to scalding) were tasty and quality made! I would go here every week if we had any of these restaurants back in Iowa!

Staff is always amazing, and the food is delicious and priced very reasonably!

Came to eat with my family and the food took a while to arrive. My nachos were burnt and the chicken tasted crazy, it was really old and too chewy. I asked the bigger guy in the front with long hair if he could change the meal or offer me a refund, he said he would talk to the kitchen and never came back. However, I went to the front and Jade was able to help me. and apologized about this issue letting me know I was getting the meal re-made but the chicken just made me not want this dish at all. She got me a replacement meal and had great customer service.

Unfortunately, I can’t recommend a place that doesn’t value their customers besides the food being cold when served we still ate it no complains. What I didn’t appreciate was finding a hair in my food. Telling the employees and them not acknowledging nor concerning the problem. I look towards the back and I see the crew making the food with no hair nets on their heads and no gloves not cool. Very disappointed, I loved coming here. 😞 poor customer service.

Didn't get one of my toppings. Some of lettuce was gross. High speed ceiling fans cool food off too quickly.

The food was far from impressive, and the experience was made even worse by the rude general manager. I won't go into detail about the food, but let's just say it fell short of expectations on both taste and quality. To make matters worse, when I brought my concerns to the general manager, their response was dismissive and unapologetic. This left me feeling frustrated and disappointed with the entire experience. Overall, I would not recommend Tijuana Flats to others. There are many other Mexican fast-food restaurants that offer better food and service.

I work at Amscot next door to the restaurant and the manager came to me and told me that they can’t deliver the food to us because they are busy to bring our food to next door. Jajaja so funny really! But thank you guys because your burritos are not that good, lack of flavor.

Decent tacos. Was disappointed that they had no beans day I visited. Had been wanting a burrito, but switched to dos tacos. Will probably try again in future when bean shortage ends. :-)

Hit the spot as always! Never been to a bad Tijuana flats location

Being from the west coast it is absolutely shameful they claim this as Mexican food. I got a steak chimichanga. But, let's call it what it really was.... it was a thick quesadilla. The sauce selection, although interesting, belonged in a BBQ joint NOT Mexican. They were all so sweet. Again, definitely not west coast Mexican food. If you see the name and get excited, like I did, you will be very disappointed. The place was clean and service was ok.

All Tijuana Flats are great but the food and service of this one are top notch.

I don’t know what is going on with the restaurant we were here on Friday and the food was so disappointing, the chips were not fresh were old and tasted absolutely horrible very greasy , the restaurant was not busy at all,Used to love this place not anymore. I don’t even know how they serve old chips to the guest.

Went with a group of friends for take out and we didn’t do a tip (it was take out so why would there be a tip on no service) and they left our food out to get cold while everyone that ordered after got their food promptly. We saw the food laying about ready to go but they said it wasn’t ours till about 15 minutes later.

I love T-flats, but this location could be improved. The service is pretty slow. I waited 45minutes for my food. By the time I ate my spouse was already finished with his meal. I typically skip this location and go to the Sand Lake or Millenia one.

Big SHOUTOUT to Spooky. I called St.Cloud first because they are closer but told me they couldn't make my request. So I called Hunters Creek and she was not only super nice but said "sure I can make a special order for you.," I just wanted atom bombs with no jalapeno. Sounds small but it made my whole month. Today is a tough one for me having lost my husband and I just wanted my favorite food for happiness. So thank you so much for taking my order and being so sweet the whole way through!

I love Tijuana Flats! I have eaten at this establishment for years and it remains a staple of dining out for me. My ONLY complaint is for the dry rub chili wings, which the establishment served, but no longer do. They did away with the order. Sad. They were my fav. Not overly hot with a slight zing. Please bring them back!

Always a great experience when we come in for Lunch, or even when we carry out. The food has always been hot and fresh, the servers have always been friendly and attentive to us. The drinks never run empty, and the good vibes are a plenty. During this recent dine in experience we had no issues, there were 4 of us from work, food came out quickly and hot, we were visited multiple times by the servers and manager asking how everything was, if they could take away trash/empty plates, and of course, if we needed refills. Always a favorite lunch run.

Overall it was good. Throw back Thursday makes it a good value. 👍

I love Tijuana Flats but for some reason this location can never get it right. Every time I place an order whether it being to-go or in store, my order always comes out incorrect. One of my most recents visits I included in my order 2 large drinks and was only brought out one. When I asked for my second drink it was like i was an inconvenience to the lady and she even made a comment about checking the receipt in the back in case I was lying. The service is always off and so is the food. I would much rather drive 15-20 min to a different location to get better food and service which is sad. UPDATE 04/6/2022.
