Jersey Mike's makes the best Philly Steak sandwiches on earth. I have been a customer for several years. The quality is superb, and the taste is like heaven. They bake their own bread, which makes the sandwiches fresh daily. Their prices are reasonable, and the staff is very friendly.

Best place for subs and cheese and chicken cheesesteaks. Love the staff and fresh cut meats.

My bread was so stale, I included a video. I was heading to work so I didn't have time to go back and I called to see if I could get credit for another sub and no one answered the phone. My sandwich was not enjoyable at all as you can see it was extremely stale. I have contacted the email below without a response. I just want a replacement sub so I get what I paid for.

Ordered delivery through Jersey Mikes APP. Got 4 subs and paid a good amount of money. Got the California Chicken. It’s chicken, white American cheese, lettuce, tomato, and mayo on bread. Get my order, it’s cold, there is no lettuce, tomato or mayo. Then I cut up lettuce because that’s what I was expecting on my sandwich since I paid for it, but no. Didn’t have any tomato to add. Open it up to put my lettuce inside the sandwich and there’s grilled onions. Which are not supposed to be there. What if I was allergic? What if someone allergic ate that? It would end badly. Brad was chewy liked it was microwaved. Paying almost 80$ for 4 sandwiches, and one is completely messed up. Definitely not worth it. Second time trying them, disappointed.

Good food but bad service, therefore I will not return to this branch in particular, the manager's duty is to ask for your order and not make you wait 20 minutes, if you have many orders, help your staff not leave one alone and the one with less experience

Go under 1 day, the girl says I have to double charge you for the Turkey for the Turkey and Cheese Sandwich and I say why every other Jersey Mike's doesn't do that just says well, you happen to be lucky to do that, and then when I said I'm gonna go to a different. Place she makes fun of me behind my back. So I am never coming back to this place again. I hope this place goes out of business for the terrible service

My kids and I decided on sandwiches one evening while on vacationing in Orlando. We're from Long Island NY and just wanted something quick. The sandwiches were great as always but the workers were phenomenal! That evening/night crew guy are THEE BEST!

I love this place. Subs are always fresh, light, and hit the spot. Tons of variety in food and drink. I've ordered their Phillies a few times but prefer the #8 - turkey, ham, bacon. The bread is the best!

NEVER ordering from this location again. This is the third time I order from this location through Uber eats and something is messed up. First two times my order was messed up this last time I’m missing a WHOLE sandwich. I let the first two times slide cause I thought maybe they were busy. But this time I can’t let it slide. How do you forget a whole damn sandwich?? Get it together.

Tried them today for the 1st and last time. SUCKS. Going back to Firehouse immediately.

Have been to this location and always been super impressed ith everything. The service is very good - most of the staff are pretty young (or maybe I'm the old one, eek) but they have excellent service and communication skills👌 my go-to sandwich is #6 beef and provolone and it is superb, very moreish and I aim to get it so the juices and oils are dripping out the bottom - that how I know I have a good sandwich! Maybe will venture to other flavors but the beef quality is so good, I'm happy to stick to what I know (unless I get an offering of a freebie for other options, you never know!)

I come here often and the food is almost always good, definitely best subs around. However sometimes the attitude of the workers just ruin the experience. There have been times the workers clearly don’t want to be there. Aurora is one of the workers that is always rude and unhelpful especially when it comes to getting free subs from the rewards. I know sometimes it is busy and overwhelming, I work in the food industry too so I get it but she has no sense of customer service.

First time eating Jersey Mike's it was great had a Chicken Cheese Philly extra everything......it was so good

5 stars for the subs but 1 star for the price. $40 for 2 subs with tip will unfortunately make it an occasional indulgence.

So I stopped by this Jersey Mike's today to buy a Stickball and Philly cheese for my buds coming over to watch the big game. As I unwrapped them to put them on trays I noticed the stickball barely had any meat on it. I know inflation is bad but seriously. And to top it off, the server told me she wasn't allowed to cut the sliced tomatoes she was going to put on the sandwich anyway in half. My bud doesn't like a lot of tomatoes. She did it but I don't want to hear that. If you can't accommodate a simple request from your customers, what business do you have being in food service. And these guys swear by Jersey. My bud is right: Quality service is reserved for quality people who care about going above and beyond. Sickening.

Great subs first time I've ever been to a jersey Mike's. Nice fresh buns Great cold cuts fresh veggies tasty fresh bun. I'm from Canada and usually do mr.sub these are at par with mr.

So I try Jersey Mike's for first time. Pretty pricey compared to other deli sandwiches. Wanted to see what all the hype was about according to friends and family. Took a bite and I was like "oh ok!, nice texture,.. great taste" now I see why it's a hit. Worth the money. Quality sandwich and what made it stand out?..... I put half in refrigerator and the next day...it was as soft as if I had just bought it. Didn't have to heat it up or peel away hard parts. Well worth the money.

Place was full with customers and the food still came out pretty quick and good service.

I order a steak sandwich and found a hair in my food was so discussed it never again will go to them again 😡

I ordered for sandwiches and I ordered them around 11:45 to be ready for 12:30 it is now almost 12:45 and they're still not ready the place is not that crowded it is for 25 people in the back I don't know what they're doing I've never seen such poor service happen at this Jersey Mike's is always on top of things but now it's just a laying my day

Not a fan of subs as I generally find them pretty bland and lack adequate protein. Jersey Mike's has redeemed the sub experience! Absolutely delicious and fresh. The tuna is outstanding and Big Kahuna Cheesesteak was absolutely amazing! Thank you Jersey Mike's!!!

Service was so so. Staff was friendly however they were doing online orders and we had to wait for them...waiting there for approx. 10 minutes as we were the only ones in line and standing there watching them prep for what seemed like 15 sandwiches. Then when they decided to help us they were out of the bread we wanted because they used it for online orders. I visited here based off high recommendations but was disappointed. Hopefully visiting them earlier in the day may be a better experience.

I went into Jersey Mikes Subs on 3-3-2022 around 11:42am to get a drink and was greeted by a man and woman working they were very polite the young man rang me up he wad polit conversated with me as a customer that made my day....tell those 2 to keep up the good work

The sandwiches are amazing here, but the real gem are the staff, who always seem happy to help and are very friendly. Today my boyfriend I couldn't stop laughing talking to some of your wonderful staff. I told them I wanted a ridiculous amount of pickles and they gave me just that, it was wonderful. Walked in here tonight not a hello welcome to jersey Mike's or anything. 7min later they finally acknowledge me to only have me wait some more. So I found my way to door which wasn't hard to find cause it wasn't packed and spent my money else where. Family of 5 by the way! You do the math.

Garbage food. Paid 30.00 for ONE sandwich and it wasn't made right. Called to speak to a manager who refused to get on the phone and refused to tell me his name. Franchise owner was supposed to call me within 24 hours. Its been over a week. So NOT waste your money here. Also corporate customer service number is disconnected.

JM subs are pretty good as it is but the staff on shift when we were in there last really prompt me to give a 5 star review. Friendly, chatty and just a nice vybe whilst we ordered that set up a good experience for dining in there.

I showed up at Jersey Mike’s at 8:45pm and the representative told me that he cannot cook my sandwich because he turned off the grill, you guys close at 9 PM I think that is very unprofessional to turn off your grill 15 minutes before you close your closing time is 9 PM not 845 I will never come back to this location again. As long as you guys are open and I go in the store before 9 PM I should be served.

Staff was courteous from the moment I entered with a hearty hello. It was my first time back at Mike's for some time, and I was out of practice. JSB staff gave me the support only an extraordinaire sandwich artist could. I selected the Italian, and boy! That was a great choice. The place was clean, and so was the counter where sandwiches were prepped. I'll be back.

Vegetarian option: I got the veggie sub with the chips and drink combo. I also opted into the Triple Chocolate cookie - highly recommend! Staff provided excellent customer service. They were busy with online and take out orders. you could see they were trying to get everyone taken care of in a timely manner. They also communicated that to you with a smile. A couple of customers in front of me seemed to be giving the two employees behind the counter a difficult time but they both kept their cool and stayed polite as they finished the order. I dined in and loved watching them recognize and greet their regular customers coming in for the lunch hour.

Far far away in a place call Juy-zee, this location always does good but always looks/seems closer before you start the drive. They need another location on the other side of town. The sandwich was great, not too much sauce just the right amount of meat (ordered double meat but not sure it was really doubled) and no f-n pickle. Happy camper.

Ordered pick up and for our hot sub they waited until we showed up to finish it. Awesome!

Absolutely wonderful service at this amazing location!! We were just visiting for the day but wanted to stop in for the best sub around and we were greeted by amazing service. I was having a bad day and the employees (especially one) made me feel so good about myself and even wrote me a sweet message to keep my head up and have a "gorgeous" day!! I wish I got his name but so super sweet. Visit on June 3rd 2021 around 6:30! He needs a raise!!! Thank you ❤

I'd rather get Jersey Mike's over Jimmy John's or Subway any day. Im a fan of the classic Turkey and Provolone, but the Philly Cheese Steak and the Italian are close 2nd and 3rd. Their rewards point system makes it easy to get a free sandwich in no time.

I love that they are almost in every strip mall that you come across. It makes for easy access to a really solid sub shop. Their tuna subs and chipotle chicken are worth trying more than once.

Be sure to try the Philly cheesesteak better with provolone cheese.

The Price's of a sub are kind of much, but growing up as a kid, this was what was real sub sandwich. The rest of these place got it twisted.

Great Subs made with what you want on them we ordered the steak and cheese which are really good and I get the number 4 always good food and if you go there sign up for their rewards because after a few Subs you get a free one so it always works out for us if we get a free one and that's always better
