Best ice cream parlor and chocolates that is open year round.

I grew up in Manlius and now live in Virginia. When I come to visit, this is one of my favorite spots to come. My favorite flavor is Peppermint Pattie. My mother's is Mint Chocolate chip. There are also a lot of other favors equally delicious. It's hard to choose. I also buy truffles (also hard to choose flavors) and other goodies to take back to Virginia to share with friends. The truffles are the best they have tasted. Highly recommend Gabrielle Chocolates & Ice Cream in Manlius NY.

Very broad of assortment of high quality chocolates, ice creams, shakes and custom desserts and treats. Many are handmade. Costs a little bit more but worth it. Friendly, helpful service. Expect to sometimes wait a few minutes when ordering. Seating inside and outside.

The whole time I was there I was helped by excellent staff. To go along with that they made sure the place was clean and that I had all accommodations I needed. Excellent work!

The guy who helped me was named Abdalla he was the best employee I’ve ever seen he really helped me so much I struggle with anxiety and shy to order he took care of me good

I love the collaboration with the middle school and still find myself coming to get the delicious flavor created by previous 8th grade students. “A lotta panna cotta” is a delicious flavor that even my grandpa who visits from Italy loves. Turns out one of the creators of that flavor is someone who now works at Gabrielle’s -one of their best! Talk about standing by what your create!

My wife and I enjoy visiting Gabrielle’s in Manlius year-end. The crew on shift greet us when we walk in and are quick to offer us support as we decide what flavor to choose. It is great to have a local ice cream shop in town to support and provide a place for teenagers to work. Support your local community by visiting Gabrielle’s.

I love this store. The chocolates are amazing, and the chocolate cherry bomb ice cream is the perfect combination of chocolate and fruit.

The inventory was a bit limited. There was only one attendant. She seemed a little too busy when I walked in to ask me how she could help. The product was excellent however.

I'm somewhat of an Ice Cream afficionado with a particular interest in creamy homemade varieties. Gabrielle Chocolates and Ice Cream definitely is among the best I've had. The ice cream is smooth and not grainy, rich tasting, and makes you want to return quickly! I liked the waffle cone with my Chocolate Chip cookie dough, but I have had one better in Virginia. The owner was present, fully dedicated to making sure our experiences was perfect. The variety of chocolate and ice cream choices is nearly overwhelmed. The location is conveniently located on the corner of a plaza in Manlius New York and is very clean when you enter. I found it enjoyable to look at all the pictures of young children with ice cream who later had pictures taken in the exact same place 5 to 10 years later. Very nice touch.

I went to the shop today with a friend and watched an employee come up to the girl serving us and tell her that Gabrielle needed to speak with her. My friend and I watched fear in this poor girls face. Then instead of there being some sort of privacy between staff and customers the employee who came up to our server embarrassed her in front of the other customers. This is not the first time I have watched employees be embarrassed at this work place and yes it is gabrielle the owner contributing to a very toxic work environment. I will no longer be a customer of Gabrielle’s.

Great spot for ice cream and fancy chocolates that they make from scratch! There's rarely a wait because they have plenty of staff to help customers. Try the Black Raspberry Chocolate Chunk in a Dark Chocolate Waffle Cone ... but make sure you leave some for me!

I just had ice cream here to celebrate my 20th birthday with my cousin and it was fantastic! The ice cream was wonderful and the staff were so friendly! I would love come again!

I really enjoy that there are always at least 2 no-sugar-added ice cream flavors in the dip cooler, and even more flavors packed into quarts in the freezer. The coffee-based flavors are great! I was recently gifted a box of assorted chocolate truffles and OH MYYY they are rich, smooth, and delicious. Each center is different in flavor and texture - I really love unique textures in sweets. The chili ate isn’t waxy or overly sweet. Cute packaging too! My kids love the choices of ice cream for cones (I’m not crazy about the price for baby cones but you pay for quality!) and all the beautifully wrapped candies on display and the case of chocolates. Clean shops, friendly staff. This place is definitely a treat!

Stop here often for their ice cream. Tonight had German Chocolate Cake. Creamy, smooth chicolate with coconut and nuts. It was delicious. I will be back later this week for more ice cream and some Bear Claws.

Special ordered an ice cream cake for my father's birthday. He normally would get a Carvel ice cream cake, but no one else would eat it. I was given this place as a recommendation so I had to try it. I ordered a small cake with mint chocolate chip AND chocolate peppermint ice cream!! It was really good, my father said it was the best ice cream cake he's ever eaten

YUM, march dont walk, so tasty. I had the cookie monster (like a blue cookies and cream) and the bananas foster( carmely and sweet). I did not get any banana flavor from the bananas foster, but the carmel swirl was not just sweet, but packed great flavor and the buttery flavor made it that much better

The soft serve ice cream is creamy and dreamy! 😍 wow!!! Im a fedex driver and I delivered some stuff there and the woman working(presumably the owner) offered me a free ice cream!!! Im not one to turn down ice cream. Lol She offered me like 3 diff cone choices and I chose a normal one and let me tell you, this hit the spot!!!! Probably one of the best soft serves I’ve had ever. What a great place - excellent, high quality ice cream, eclectic selection of treats, and wonderful service. This is my family's go-to place to take the kids for this sort of thing. My only critique is that they should put a citronella candle or thermacell outside around the patio seating during the warmer months to deter mosquitoes, which unfortunately have been rampant this year.

I thought that the prices were fair since there was a great variety of options for ice cream, but get at least a regular size ice cream (2 scoops) if it seems expensive, because it's more worth it. Really nice customer service too!
