Food was great, got the brisket with mac n cheese and green beans. But for $17, the portion was ridiculously small. Five tiny slivers of brisket, two spoonfuls of mac n cheese, a store bought hamburger bun, and another two spoonfuls of green beans. Would have needed two meals to even feel satiated. Disappointing overall.

This place is awesome. The food is incredible (we had ribs and chicken) the rice was great, and they had some of the best coleslaw I've had in a long time.

Stopped by for the first time, had the brisket and it was excellent. The customer service was seriously top notch as well. They were so nice and you can tell they really care about the business. I also wanted to mention that the sides we picked (Mac & Cheese and Rice) were both really good too. Much better than side items typically are at most restaurants. We will be back!

Gary’s got the best bbq in Alabama! The baby back ribs are to succulent and soft! Brisket sandwich with the white sauce is chef’s kiss. I will definitely be back

Great food!! Some of the best BBQ in the city. Get the meat and 3 you won’t be disappointed. The brisket and ribs are awesome.

Gary’s Unique Eatery has delicious BBQ. The smart move is to get something of everything but my favorite is the chicken 😉.

Was riding down the street on my way to go pick up my children and I smelled barbecue and I was hungry so I decided to stop, I am so glad I did because baby when I tell you the customer service I received was beyond amazing everyone was so nice but let me get to this food. I got the two meats and two sides the mac & cheese and G’s rice, Lord my goodness, the ribs, and the chicken was so good and seasoned very well. I will definitely be back.
