I recently visited Smile Cafe and had an exceptional experience, largely thanks to Vanessa, who truly made my visit memorable. From the moment I walked in, her warm welcome and attentive service set the tone for a delightful meal. She was knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations, ensuring I tried some of the cafe's best dishes. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, perfect for enjoying a leisurely breakfast. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, further enhancing the experience. Overall, Vanessa's outstanding service and the quality of the food made my visit to Smile Cafe unforgettable. I can't wait to return!

Absolutely delicious hidden gem of a breakfast spot. I live for breakfast and this definitely was top notch and affordable prices. High quality food. Only thing is that it is loud when it is a full house but it just means everyone's enjoying!

We stumbled upon them when they were in Phillipsburg, NJ. We were so excited when they moved to PA! Their food is spectacular and their wait staff is super friendly! Every dish is made from scratch by the owner. You can’t go wrong with any choice whether it’s sweet or savory; and the portions are that you can take some home to enjoy the next day! Highly recommend!!!!!

The food was so good I forgot to take a picture of it. The Gyro Skillet was perfectly seasoned and delicious. The warm pita was a great addition. The tzatziki sauce was one of the best I've ever had. What a unique and pleasant breakfast. The corned beef hash was also fantastic. It had large, tender chunks of corned beef. They do a FANTASTIC hollandaise as well. But the star of the show were the Kourabiedes that come with the specialty coffee drinks. She makes them in house and they were delightful. I would stop there again just for a couple of those little cookies.

My 2nd time enjoying breakfast here. Food is delicious and service is great. I will definitely back to try the lunch menu.

Hats off to Michelle! Her demand for perfection has never failed. After all the years my wife and I have eaten there ( from south main to now smile cafe) she has always delivered on quality and taste. Her food is amazingly delicious everytime. Puts most other restaurants to shame. Not to mention the price. You get way better food at half the price of expensive so so restaurants. And she makes sure to always have polite, attentive staff

Haven't been here in a while just because I've been busy. Food is still amazing. I love that I can get my favorite breakfast meals but with a Middle Eastern touch! Eggs Benedict over falafel! Breakfast skillet with gyro meat! pita bread and tzatziki sauce on the side. The chef made my home fries extra crispy just the way I love them. (They also make traditional American style breakfast too.) Server was super friendly. If you like strong, hot tea, be sure to order the Turkish tea!

Well, folks, I must say that our recent visit to Smiles Restaurant wasn't what we expected. My old Vietnam mates and I, a group of grizzled vets and high school mates decided to have our usual brunch there. The place felt like a cramped hooch in the jungle, way too small and crowded for us old-timers. We like to stretch our legs and enjoy our meal without feeling packed in like sardines. The chow was decent enough, but the service was something else. Our waiter didn't seem to notice us at all. Granted it was busy time, and it was like being out in the bush with no radio comms. Not once did the waiter check on us or see if we needed anything else. Meanwhile, all the other waitresses were attending to other tables, but we were abandoned just like a cherry lieutenant who abandons his platoon to schmooze with the brass while leaving his own men behind. This establishment needs to brush their service skills and learn to treat all customers with the same level of attentiveness. We hope you square this away and pay proper heed to us old-timers who've been around the block.

One of the best cafes in the area in my opinion. They have a lot of great typical breakfast and lunch food that you can find at cafes/diners, but I urge you to try any of their Turkish food options if you haven't already. The breakfast platter is awesome and has a bunch of different things to try if you're not sure what to get. They have a lot of great tea and coffee too!

The most charming, darling cafe in town. The quaint, old world feel with yesteryear music is the perfect setting to enjoy a scrumptious cappuccino with a delectable pastry or anything else on the menu. The background chatter of other customers adds a delightful touch to the experience; the wait staff is so happy and accommodating. I will return here again and again. Thank you!

My sister and I were so happy to find this restaurant. We had visited it on their last day at their previous location in Phillipsburg and loved it. After some detective work we found them. And they did NOT disappoint. I had the special which was a buttermilk waffle with a very generous fried chicken breast, lettuce and tomato and homemade ranch dressing and perogies. I also asked for maple syrup. My sister order the Monte Crisco. Her sandwich has house roasted turkey that was so moist and delicious. It was a fantastic meal with great service. The owner visited with us. We leave feeling happy and satisfied. We will definitely visit again

This is a great place to get breakfast or lunch! First time there& we were amazed at the fantastic food, service & dining! Definitely will be going again!

We're do I start. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Had a western omelet home fries and a side of bacon. The omelet was soo fresh,home fries great and bacon. Never had bacon so thick and tasty and 4 slices for only 2 dollars xtra. Went here on a recondition from a friend. This is my new breakfast spot.

my mom and I have been coming here a lot recently and the service here is absolutely amazing , everyone’s always smiling and giving compliments (: i always get the biscuits and gravy with one pancake and let me tell you, i was never a fan of biscuits and gravy until i had them here. the biscuits are fresh and sometimes crispy and i love that they have cheddar cheese in them

I bring everyone I love to this restaurant just to show it off. It is the absolute best breakfast I’ve ever had. Service is always kind and swift but never rushed even when the place is packed some days. Very affordably priced too!! I will never stop coming here. The personal tea pots made with fresh herbs are unlike anything I’ve experienced.

Wow! Was recommended, so high expectations and did not disappoint! Food was clean, fresh, and healthy. Menu diverse. Chicken kabobs excellent. Best green salad I have had in FOREVER! Fresh greens and quality products on the green salad. Freshly cut cucumber, tomato and onions. Blu cheese dressing very good. House bread amazing! I love this place. Service over the top great! It is crowding out some of my top picks for restaurants.. I will definitely make this a regular stop.

We live in Connecticut and didn’t know where to go for breakfast. I search for a place and saw the reviews in goggle. I am so happy, we decided to try this place for breakfast. Everything was so fresh and delicious. My husband and son had short ribs rahash and I had Greek omelete. The coffee was fresh and strong and the toast taste like homemade.The server Barack was so friendly and professional.Thank you so much. I highly recommend this place. We will definitely be back in the future.

Today, I had one of the best waitresses I have ever had . . . she was sincere, kind, and despite it being the height of lunch hour . . . handling orders, checking on customers, and ringing them out . . . she did so with humor & grace. Thank you Erin for making my week better.

Very nice brand new breakfast and lunch shop. We tried this today and the selection is varied and excellent. Our waitress Gabby was very helpful explaining what some of the Turkish items were. She also told us about the homemade strawberry 🍓 preserves which were delicious. The omelets are large and filled with toppings. I had the western omelet and it was excellent. The hash browns are crispy on the outside and thin so not much non browned potato. The orange 🍊 juice is fresh squeezed. We will definitely be regulars at this location. The decor is nice and inviting. The dining area is renovated and all new. Very nice! They have free WiFi. 2022: They had rose 🌹 marmalade today and it was delicious. 😋 They also have no added sugar strawberry preserves. I am managing my A1C and this helps. 2023: I bring my own sugar free preserves for the toast. New owner now with a larger menu. Will need to continue to try all the new options. 😀 2024: Erin was an awesome 😎 waitress. Love all the new options on the menu and the cozy atmosphere.

I went there for the 1st time on Sunday 3/2 and the place was busy, which is always a good sign. We had to wait about 15 to 20 minutes and got a chance to have some interaction with the servers, and they were really nice. Once we got the table, we had to wait a little bit but we totally understood. Once I got the menu, oh boy I was in trouble...everything seems delicious. I got the California eggs benedict with coffee, my husband had the berry french toast and my girl got the tradicional eggs benedict with avocado.... Let me tell you..THE FOOD WAS AMAZING. The flavors were incredible and the servers super friendly. I felt I wwas having breakfast at home with a big family and that was awesome. For a small place, the flavors are big and the family ambiance is warming. I will definitely come back to try everything they have to ofer and to enojoy a good time with a big family. Thank you for your outstanding service and amazing home flavors.

Absolutely fantastic. The wait was maybe 10 minutes. The staff works like a well-oiled machine. They are coordinated, efficient, and knowledgeable. They even know their customers by name. While waiting, at least 3 of them came to ensure we knew they were working on getting us seated as quickly as possible. The food was fantastic and super high quality. The french toats were the best Ive had, and my 5 year old absolutely loved her food. She kept saying "hmm yum" with every bite... we don't normally get that as she is a picky eater. The atmosphere was very much like you were there with family. The place is spotless and is very nicely decorated on the inside. Highly recommended...

The eight of us experienced what we all agreed was a great breakfast today. Everyone ordered a full breakfast ranging from eggs benedict to crepes. The service, food, and atmosphere were outstanding. I only regret that I forgot to find out the waitress's name she was fantastic!

Happened upon this place by chance after an appt. We fell in love with the wonderful food and delightful people! The crème brûlée French toast was outstanding, the American cheese and ham omelet was chefs kiss* with hash browns to perfection! The buttered toast was delicious as well! We couldn’t have asked for a more delicious meal and perfect start to our day! Chris was amazingly funny and cheeky and made us feel like we were at home. Highly recommend!

My husand and I went to this restaurant on 12/17/23. We were greeted immediately by friendly hostess and offered the bar. Waitess quickly checked in on us and took our drink and food order. I ordered Turkish breakfast platter and my husband ordered waffles, eggs, and homefries. Husband was offered freshly squeezed orange juice which was unexpected for a non-fancy place. Waitress was young but charming and knowledgeable of the menu and recalled the specials. Food came out in reasonable time. My God.. was the Turkish platter was impressive! I loved the variety and all ingredients were truly fresh. Husband thought the waffle was better than other breakfast places. I'd have to day, the quality of food was well worth the price. Will definitely return. Please don't ever take the Turkish platter off the menu! The only thing I would change is the decor, but let's be honest.. the food and service was so good, the decor didn't end up mattering anyway. Great job. Keep up great work.

Seeking breakfast, my daughter selected this choice. We decided to give it a try. This restaurant is very small and busy. Parking was available. We opened the door and stood behind some other patrons waiting to be able to put our names on the wait list. The place was packed. The sweet and very kind waitress working that day was wearing several hats. She served food and also was acting as the hostess. My husband put our names on the list and we sat on the benches outside and waited to be seated about a half an hour. We were eventually seated next to the register by front door. Minus people watching us as they were waiting for their tables and a few bottoms facing us, we did get breakfast. Our options were very good. The attentive waitress was fantastic and made each guest feel very welcome with her down to earth conversation and greeting each time she came to our table.

Nice LITTLE place the menu has a Turkish flair. Sorry the food is mostly eaten in the photos but we were very hungry. The hash browns are excellent. The bacon is thick and a large portion. The shows about 30% of the full order. The staff was very friendly and very efficient. Next time in the area I’m heading back.

It was our first time in this adorable, little cafe, tucked just off of William Penn Highway. The space was inviting and the staff was so welcoming! Smile cafe is a great place for breakfast. Food is always good. I go often and would recommend. Their Turkish breakfast dishes are awesome along with their home fries. I’ve never had a bad meal here
