I got my daughter’s birthday cake here and they’re always beautiful!

Ordered a Cuban sandwich with no mayo and no pickles. Horrible, such a simple request. Aside from the mayo and multitude of pickles, 1 slice of ham and 1 of pork.

My wife and I went on a small breakfast date and it was such an amazing time, the food was amazing and great atmosphere. Clean beautiful and uplifting. 100% recommended.

The Gigi breakfast was terrible…the French fried potatoes were fried in old dirty oil and tasted greasy. The rest of the dish was very bland and tasteless. Also, the restroom was not clean. Not sure about the bakery items…I heard they were good?

I came from Missouri to visit family I was told you to check you guys out and it turn out I love you guys! I love your pastry’s they are delicious and sandwiches are also delicious . Came from Lakeland FL visiting family. We went for breakfast the guava, mango cheesecake amazing! The media noches and Cafe con leche amazing! We ordered their specials with congris, ropa Viejas y maduros so so delicious!!!From the owner to the young man at the register, very attentive to detail and just such a warm welcome....awesome place!!! I go here some mornings/afternoons before work to get a bite to eat. I love the staff and how they try to remember you and make small conversation. The food is great, I only ever got one pastry (Hazelnut Croissant) for my mother and she said it was delicious. Also it's quite beautiful in the bakery I love the decor.

I ordered a cake to be made, they didn't check the order properly and they made the cake for me with a different name and a different age. Anyway, I didn't like the decorations, they weren't pretty.

I thought I had found a great new bakery, but I was sadly mistaken. As I began eating a savory pastry, I was horrified to see what looked like a dropping roll out of the empanada. To my dismay, it turned out to be a raisin. I can't stand raisins, and this was very off-putting. Please provide a full list of ingredients to avoid such unpleasant surprises and wasted money. This experience made me feel sick and completely turned me off from your bakery.

Just discovered this little gem when looking for a coffee shop in North Naples to meet a friend. We met Gigi herself, and what a treat! She's a sweet little woman with a heart of gold and God! The cuban coffee here was AMAZING!! I didn't try any of the pastries, but man did they look good! That guava and cream cheese one was calling my name!

They always have tasty treats and good eats. Good thing I live down the street. Potato balls are a favorite.

Excellent bakery, I ordered a plate of red tail, delicious, the cakes and sandwiches were very good, the only thing was the service was a little slow but the guys who serve were super friendly, I recommend this bakery

I went in for a few cupcakes. They were tiny! The guy behind the counter had difficulty understanding what i was asking for. I paid $4 for a small, dry cupcake. I won't be going back!

I have to say that this place is amazing. Everything we have had at Gigi's has been exceptional/outstanding. From the wonderful pastries to the extraordinary team/staff. You must visit and bring your appetite.

Best Hispanic bakery in the area. I grew up with Miami pastelitos and Gigi’s is super consistent with quality and have great staff. Ropa vieja empanadas are to die for- definitely a must try.

Baked goods are great. Sandwiches are too.

This place is better than any Bakery I have ever been to. Since I was a kid I have been addicted to "Meat Pastries" and these are the best I have ever had! Their Shredded Beef Recipe is PERFECT as well and I cannot recommend enough to try their amazing croquettes. And their delicious desserts. Just incredible the quality of food coming out of this small bakery. Even the World Famous Versaillles Bakery does not hold a candle to Gigis.

Love the coffee, pastelitos, pastries & croquetas.😋. Disappointed in the order to go of a Cuban Sandwich; it wasn’t pressed and they left out the mustard and pickle 😩 . I previously ordered a Chocoflan for a party. The flan consistency was super dense and cheesecake like. Disappointing for a flan lover.

I was in town for work and the sandwiches were majestic. I was offered some sweet plantain balls filed with meat. I’m not a fan of sweet plantains but these things were good. Really good! I had my employee get me another sandwich a few days later. On my last day, I went in and bought a bunch of pastries for my trip back home for the family. Everything was amazing, as I enjoy a piece of cake right now.

Been coming since they opened. Large variety of American favorite bakery items like red velvet cake to Latin pastel de tres leches and everything in between. Empanadas and pastries always good.

The service was super courteous and professional. The peanut butter trilogy and eclair were as delicious as they looked! Inside the store was absolutely charming. Got a beautiful cake as well. Excellent service! Delicious food! I paid 13 bucks for lunch and I could only eat half of it! Their lunch special! It consisted of rice with beans, chicken breast, and I ask for a mix salad instead of the plantains! Everything was superb! Definitely a go to place for me! Love it 😍
