Literally the best time I’ve had in Miami and I come here often. The food was incredible. Our server Nathan took care of us and was super sweet. Our girl had a bachelorette party weekend and felt Extremely special.

Great place to be.. the bartenders were awesome especially Lindsey. Good vibes all around. and the server Mahryahh took care of us for dinner and made our experience worth coming back. 100% recommended Giselle!

Nathan was wonderful and super attentive. We had a party of 10 and between all of us, we had the wagyu dumplings, Caesar salads, calamari to start. For dinner we had the tomahawk steak with Mac and cheese, snapper, skirt steaks, sea bass, and pichana. EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS. The tomahawk was TO DIE FOR! A beautiful and outstanding dinning experience. Thank you Giselles!!!!

Such a fun and exciting food experience. Form the moment Nathan greeted us, he made it such an exciting experience. Definitely recommend coming in a big group and enjoying different items off the menu because it’s all so tasty. For a starter cocktail, I highly recommend the French Kiss. The Pork dumplings and Caesar Salad are the perfect starters. And the Standing Mac and Cheese is unlike any other.

We came here for my bestfriends birthday celebration and we definitely enjoyed ourselves! To the food, the atmosphere and especially our server, Nathan. He was very attentive and just simply kind.

Beautiful place! Came here with some girlfriends to celebrate our birthdays this month and Giselle did not disappoint. Our server was Stewart and he was amazing. Super knowledgeable and walked us through the menu. He explained everything so well and really helped us in choosing our meal. Everything we ordered was delicious and beautifully prepared! As promised. After having a few amazing experiences at the Rosa Sky Rooftop, my friend and I had to go and check out the sister over at Giselle's Miami Rooftop. Well...what can I say? It was another amazing place to go. The menu was filled with a combination of delicious foods between Mediterranean, French, and Asian cuisines. We ended up having some appetizers and drinks. And let me tell you? The Mushroom Escargot and the Szechaun Calamari and the drinks (Expresso Martini) were not a disappointment. It was delicious 😋 that we wanted to order a second round of them. A must try. Although we did have more drinks.🍸The ambiance was spectacular. The city views and music, different rooms of your choice to dine-in, early or late, and the overall service (although we were at the beautiful bar) was perfection in our eyes. Can't go wrong this place. Live DJ and enough space for you to have fun in, with great service. And of course...good food and drinks.😉 We will definitely be coming back and have officially made Rosa Sky and Giselle Rooftops our top 2 in Miami. ⭐⭐⭐ Even better ladies. Service was lacking. We felt like our server must’ve been in high pressure car sales, it was like we were talking to a wall. Once the food was ordered it came out quickly and was delicious. The “service” provided by the server makes me not want to return. I’m not sure how service could be so slow when you’re given an iPad to place order. We weren’t greeted for fifteen minutes and it wasn’t until another staff member noticed that we were starting to get restless did someone come in to give us water and notify us that the server would be a minute.. turns out he was talking to the table next to us the entire time.. he didn’t turn around to say anything to us but in the middle of his long winded sales speech he stopped a few times to speak to staff that were attending his other table so it seems reasonable that he could’ve said something to us the 15 minutes we were waiting.

Stewart has been our main reason for going back to Giselle , the food and atmosphere is fantastic, my team and I love this place- Stewart is by far the best server I’ve experienced in Miami - Brian

I had the pleasure of dining at Giselle on Friday, August 23rd, for my partner’s 30th birthday, and to say the experience was exceptional would be an understatement. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond, addressing me by name and giving us time to soak in the stunning ambiance—perfect for those who love a good photo op. Once we were seated, I had a chance to discuss the evening’s plans with our incredible server, Laura. While Giselle doesn’t allow birthday setups in advance, they still made the night beyond special. We opted for the Love course menu, complemented by a few champagne bottles, and were blown away by the performance and presentation. And if that wasn’t enough, the chef personally visited our table, greeting us and surprising us with extra dishes beyond the course menu! We couldn’t finish it all, but luckily, we took the leftovers for some late-night hotel munchies. 😆 Laura, our server, was truly phenomenal. She kept our glasses full and catered to my partner’s aversion to seafood with a variety of unexpected options. She was warm, engaging, and even got us to try some of the chef’s test dishes. Our group had a great laugh about how stuffed we were, but the experience was just too good to resist. Food recommendations? You must try the wagyu dumplings, flaming lobster, Mac n’ cheese (seriously, 10/10!), oysters, and the steak cuts—juicy and cooked to perfection. The sauce on the Peking chicken was so flavorful. The Cesar salad was amazing! The only dish that didn’t hit for me was the mushroom escargot, as it had too much lemon for my taste, though everyone else loved it. But really, everything else was amazing. Oh and the birthday tower! Get that! The entire team at Giselle made this night unforgettable for my partner, who hasn’t stopped raving about it. If you’re looking for a unique, over-the-top dining experience, Giselle is the place to be. Check out my photos because these dishes are just as beautiful as they are delicious! If your into having dinner in a nightclub, this is the place for you. It’s loud and flashy. Ambiance is nice for a nightclub type restaurant. Food is trying to be elevated but if your the type who frequents proper restaurants, the food will very much fall short of expectations. The lettuce tastes like fridge, etc. if your going to Eleven and want to get a bite to eat and drink beforehand, this is the place. But to go to this restaurant as a standalone (which I did last evening) isn’t a good idea.

My boyfriend and I have been here 3 times and the service and food never disappoints! The snapper is by far our favorite. All three times we were lucky enough to have Andrew as our server he really knows his stuff he convinced us to break our caviar virginity lol . His attention to detail was impeccable . Came into Giselle with three little kids and normally that can cause an issue. But our server Andrew was more than accommodating! It really feels good that some restaurants provide the level of service we were looking for even with kids at the table.

We were visiting from Cuba and went to Giselle Miami! My man bought this Smokey Treasure drink and I bought a nice strawberry lemon drop that was served in a martini glass! I was surprised at how amazing it was since we spoke little to no English! Andrew was our server. And Fred was his assistant. This restaurant was beautiful, sexy, and had all my favorite colors! I will recommend all my girls to visit Giselle Miami.

Giselle is as much a scene as it is a restaurant, so if you like to indulge this is your place. Andrew, our server in the bar area, was fun, attentive, and fast to accommodate our requests, including highlighting the best options on the menu (and drinks). He made it feel like anyone could be part of the scene.

My wife and I were in Miami for the long weekend, we heard great things about Giselle and wanted to enjoy a rooftop restaurant and we heard the one above 11 nightclub is a must try! And we were not disappointed. Mainly because of our server, Andrew. He was incredible! Very kind, easily approachable, and full of passion. The way he talked about the chefs, and the way he described the food made us fall in love before we even had a bite. Thank you for really showing us what good service is. We have never experienced anything like it! We hope that when we return to Boston we can find an establishment with such amazing service and food.

Gisele Restaurant was a stylish dining experience with modern elegance and high-quality cuisine. The atmosphere was very chic. The drinks complements the dishes. I recommend this spot for a sophisticated meal in Miami. Bri was super sweet and made sure my girls and I were well taken care of. Ask for Bri as your waitress when you do visit. Very pleasant and professional. We will be visiting soon again!

I had a wonderful time here while dining late in the evening on August 18th to celebrate my birthday before catching my flight back up north. I opted to visit this restaurant for the first time because it has late dining options and was recommended by Google. The hostess and server Puma made the experience wonderful. During my visit, Puma exhibited great attention and kindness. He recommended me a delicious drink that complemented my outfit LOL. The meal was delicious, Puma continuously checked in with me to make sure everything was going well. Overall, I had a wonderful time and enjoyed the meal. The music and atmosphere were amazing. I'll definitely visit again soon.

Best restaurant in Miami! I always want to meet others, but I end up going there every time I'm in Miami, it's so good! And on the night of my birthday they saved my night, I arrived just in time for the kitchen to close and they still served us, and the service was excellent and unhurried! I love ❤️

I was unsure about Giselle since there are so many new restaurants in Mia but the experience is like none other! Our waiter was Stewart & there aren’t words to describe how incredible he made our evening. My husband and I were unsure if Miami was the place for us until this moment. He had great recommendations and patiently described everything we were interested in on the menu. Thank you Stewart - sending him love and blessings. We also had a great moment with Mez at the bar. He made us feel welcome with genuine & funny banter. Great place to go on any day. Only place in Miami worth the high price tag.

Some friends invited me because we had a pending dinner for my birthday. They couldn't have chosen a better place. Everything was perfect. The atmosphere, the food was incredibly good, the service was extraordinary. We were attended by a boy named Steward who made our night very pleasant and the suggested food was very well received.

We hosted an incredible private party at Giselle thanks to Medhi, Giselle’s Manager who personally supervised the event. We started with the happy hour drinks in the main restaurant where we served seafood and mushroom rolls, bao and beautifully crafted cocktails. After, we floated over to the romantic private room which had seating for our 40 guests set up in a way that you could mingle with ease. Dinner started with a fabulous seafood platter of oysters, shrimp, crudo for each table with dry ice. The visual effect was absolutely stunning. The party continued with absolutely incredible fish, mouthwateringly juicy chicken and delectable steak! The mac & cheese was out of this world. Medhi ensured that the vegetarians in the group were well taken off with mushroom ‘escargot’, veggie rolls, truffle pasta and celery root! The cocktails were created with finesse and the wine selection was on point. The opulent atmosphere, impeccable service, gourmet food and especially the warmth felt by each of us was palpable! Our guests absolutely loved the experience. It was easy to walk over to the main floor and enjoy the performances as well. Definitely going to do this again!

Every attentive and knowledgeable servers. Certain items on the menu come out with a fun display/show which is cool to see whether you ordered it or another table. Decorated nice, would love to just sit at the bar one night because of its good vibes. Wasn’t super crowded which ended up being nice, food and drinks came out quick, table was cleaned up between courses fast as well. But we never felt rushed! Me and 2 friends went for a light dinner, we started with the Wagyu dumplings and the szechuan calamari, then we each had the Caesar salad with shrimp, a side of ratatouille, and for dessert the caviar and white chocolate gelato. I tried the Parmesan espresso martini and at first thought I was reading the menu wrong or there was a spelling error but turns out the foam of the espresso martini has actual Parmesan cheese in it. The server told me that cheese compliments the espresso. I was very standoffish as the thought of drinking cheese was weird. He politely told me that if I didn’t like it he could swap it out for a regular one. It was not my forte but I can see the interest.

Had dinner here for a friend’s birthday and the experience was nothing short of amazing. The food was out of this world but the experience topped that. Nathan did an amazing job describing all of the options and his recommendations did not disappoint. To top it off, they gave scented towels in between meals for an experience I will never forget.

I thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience at this establishment. Our server was engaging professional attentive informative and client focused. He offered great suggestions and the overall staff were all on point with their client service. My favorite dishes were Bluefin Tuna Truffle Cones, Pistachio Baby Carrots and the Mediterranean Branzino. Cocktails were also delicious and beautiful. I did feel they were overpriced in comparison to many other establishments that served the same or comparable quality cuisine so I am not sure that I would frequent this location because of that yet the venue does offer a great energy and vibe for a night out and is a definite stop of you're into interesting flavors and atmosphere.

Giselle is a great spot if you’re celebrating a 21st birthday or a girls night out. The vibe is definitely cubby chic and their food is presented with a lot of fanfare and the fusion flavors do not disappoint. What makes this restaurant a venue that you would return to is the service. Our waiter, Alvaro, was attentive, responsive, and helpful when I needed assistance to order for a large group. During our dinner, however, the club was filming a promotional video for their website. They had a lighting kit that was very bright and a bit distracting. Alvaro brought this to the manager’s attention who promptly introduced himself and apologized for the inconvenience. He even graciously offered free champagne for the disturbance. It’s that type of service that garners customer loyalty and I would not only highly recommend this place for a celebratory dinner, but I plan to return the next time I am in town. We had a wonderful time here celebrating my friend birthday. The drinks were unique and strong (no water down). The staff and servers were friendly and attentive. We had an assortment of dishes and drinks that everyone was satisfied with. Most notable were the standing Mac and Cheese, Mushroom Escargot, Waygu dumplings, Caesar Salad, Bao Buns, Ratatouille, Baby carrots, and the Pomme purée. The highlight were the mushrooms escargot. They were great and a must have. The Ratatouille was mid (okay) but not something we would order again. The noteworthy entree’s we’ve enjoyed were the Peking Chicken, Sea Bass, Filet Mignon. The chicken was juicy. The Sea Bass was cooked just right, especially pairing it with the sauce elevated the dish. Lastly, I enjoyed the filet mignon as it was cooked to order and not over done. All in all, it was an enjoyable experience with great music in the background. Also, the aesthetically appealing artistic designs give this place a great touch and Miami vibe. I would highly recommend coming here.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had in Miami! I do not recommend! We arrived for our party of two on time and were asked to wait at the bar. After waiting 45 minutes I approached the hostess station to check on the status of our table to which there was no avail. We were asked to wait an additional 10 minutes after which we were still not seated. After wasting an hour we decided to leave to salvage our evening! Save yourself the time and hassle!

I recently dined at Giselle, and it was fantastic. From the warm welcome to the attentive service by Puma, everything was top-notch. The appetizers, especially the Toro & Caviar Crispy Rice, were delicious and beautifully presented. The main course, Skirt Steak, was perfectly cooked, and the dessert platter, was a delightful finish. The atmosphere was lively, making it a great place for a memorable meal with friends. I highly recommend it for excellent food and service.

The food was not only delicious but presented beautifully. Wait staff was diligent, pleasant and kind. DJ sets the mood along with burlesque performance. My lady and I finally went to Giselle last week for the first time. Let’s just say the hype is real. The food, the drinks and service was amazing. We became really cool with Jonathan the manager.
