We ordered a from the catering menu for a birthday celebration. The food was hot and ready on time for pickup

Wasn't many people there the day our group of 4 went for dinner. The drinks were good. The food was plenty full. We stayed way past our dinner just enjoying our groups company. Nothing was said and we weren't bothered either. The prices weren't to bad either.

Our server, Angelina M. was outstanding. This was our 1st time here and she had the best customer service. She had her Manager bring us a sampler of 3 appetizers and they were awesome. We ordered 2 separate items from her recommendations and they were off the chart. We ended up texting our friends at the table letting them know that they definitely need to try Glory Days and skip some of the other chain restaurants. We will definitely be back! Waitress took forever to come and take our order, then never came back. Had the nachos for an appetizer. There were 3 pieces of chicken on the tray, cold and dry, no bar-b-que sauce, and the chips had an incredible amount of salt on them. We ordered our food from another waitress because our original waitress was nowhere to be found. We ordered two burgers, the mushroom, onion burger and the blue burger (both medium) and the boneless wings. One burger was medium(as requested) but had no onions on it and three mushrooms, the blue burger was still mooing as it was raw and no blue cheese or balsamic on it. Sent the blue burger back, all they did was put different bread on it, still raw. Both burgers came with fries that had so much salt on them that we literally were scrapping off all the salt to eat them. The boneless wings were dry and cold. Nobody finished their meal. Had to get a third waitress to get our check because waitress one and two never returned. We ate here when the restaurant first opened and didn’t care for it then, years later, we decided to give them another try and we will NEVER return. Bill was over $70 and they wanted an 18% tip. Couldn’t figure out who the tip would go to seeing as nobody ever returned. Most of the staff was more interested in talking about the latest gossip with each other then taking care of the customers. Made it home only to find out that two out of the three people that ate there got food poisoning. Not only did the meal cost a lot, but it came with a nice doctor bill as well. DO NOT EAT HERE! There are much better establishments in the Lakeland area that are worth the time and money.

Hey Glory Days. If you want 5 stars, how about putting in some decent TV's on the patio? Plz see pix. 1/2 screen? Really? Servers are wonderful, especially Angelina and Cole. They are the best. Food is always good. Decent pricing with some good specials. Worth a trip

Standard fare. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce only, but it came with everything. Got halfway through the chicken and it was pink inside. I couldn't finish it.

All 4 of us were disappointed. Never tried Glory Days so we thought we would give it a try. We ordered a mushroom burger, American burger, meatloaf and a chicken tender dinner. Every single one of us didn’t have a great experience with the food. The burgers were bland, greasy and tasted overpowered of liquid smoke flavor. Ordered both burgers well done, one was cooked ok but the other one, only half of the burger was cooked properly. The meatloaf didn’t even taste like meatloaf, looked and tasted just like the burgers. Overpowered smoke taste. The chicken tenders were bland and dry. Spent $70+ for horrible food. If you want good food, this is not it.

Went for lunch, no wait to be seated. Good food and service. Plenty of T.Vs to watch sports.

We love Glory days. They stay open till 11 so they’re always our go to. If it’s late at night outside seating is wonderful always a breeze and fans.

Great sports bar. Loads of TVs and awesome staff. The food is definitely better than most sports bars too.

Used to be my favorite, but went badly downhill after covid. Very happy to say they are back to being great! The fish on Fridays is excellent. EdIT- 1 yr later, Friday fish is still great but they've done weird with the Monte Cristo. Turned it on its sides and just sprinkled a little bit of powdered sugar on it. Wasn't my order, good thing bc I would have been mad.

The buffalo chicken sandwich was tough and dry, the bun was not grilled so the bottom was a soggy mess. The home run burger was just over saturated with salt and spices. The Cesar salad dressing wasn’t very good and the baked beans were so soft I thought they were baby food. Would not recommend.

My family came in for an early dinner today and had a great experience with the staff. The hostess with the cute lemon barrettes in her hair was really nice! Our waiter was also very attentive and sweet with our young daughter. We can’t wait to come back for the great atmosphere!

For the 4th of July got 125 wings to feed my family they are having a big sale 25 rings for $15. They were absolutely delicious and it was a great hit at the 4th of July barbecue

I always order their grilled chicken Cesar salad and they don’t miss. One of the best Cesar salads I’ve ever had 10/10!!

The floors had trash all over and the place smelled like a old wet mop

The fries the ribs are perfect and also there fried pickles was so good this was my first time coming here they gave us a free burger and appetizers I will recommend to come here. It would be 5 stars but the ribs were a little bit to barbecued but overall it was so good.

Let me start by saying the waitresses did amazing at least the ones I had but our problem is the food we came in kinda late with a descent size group got our food drinks no problem but my son was throwing up and pooping like crazy thought he was just sick fast forward to last night we order take out and then my wife was getting sick come to find out they both got food poisoning so me and my family won’t be eating the food again

I visited this Glory Days today with my family and I have to say, had the experience of a lifetime. Our Waiter/Host/ToGo Specialist DaShaun, was amazing. He took our experience above and beyond. Attentive, corteous, charistmatic. He really is the whole package. Would definitely recommend this place; specially if DaShaun is there. This guy should be giving training to others or be a supervisor, because he was trully amazing! Thanks DaShaun for your great service!

My boneless chicken was burnt but the sangria was great

Fish fry is advertised as beer battered cod. What I got was a thin piece of lightly batted dried out talapia. Used to be good. Poor service and awful food now.

We had a large party that we had called three days earlier. They had one very professional waitress for everyone. She finally received some help about 3/4 of the way thru the meal. Very disappointed with management and coworkers for providing no help.

My husband and I absolutely love this restaurant, we had started coming here when the only place that we could eat at in Lakeland for years stopped offering good service, value, and proper allergy protocols for my food!! And generally horrible experiences. You see, I have severe allergies to gluten, dairy , pecan to name a few and I have celiac disease so if I have any food that is cross contaminated with gluten, I will be very very sick. I’m not talking about for like an hour. I’m talking about for days, potentially weeks. So it’s a big deal if I have somewhere to eat OK… so my husband and I love this place!!! the service - top notch! Everybody has been so kind and nice to us and so understanding about my allergies, especially and the manager comes out and talks with you, they have a separate gluten-free fryer, so there is nowhere else in this city that I know of that has that and the value that you get is tremendous. The prices are very good like for drinks. They’re clear about four dollars cheaper than the other place we used to go to and they make a really good lemon drop martini, my husband really likes the boneless wings. My favorite thing is the chicken wing flats cooked in a gluten-free fryer and I get the garlic salt and lemon on it only and a side of french fries, the fact that I can go there and get french fries is, amazing to me because I can’t do that anywhere else, maybe Chick-fil-A but but if I go there then I don’t feel well for days, They aren’t safe enough, highly recommend this restaurant to anybody that we can and also when you go in the place feels clean and we really like it, we can go and have a great date for right around $50. Recently, we just went and had Mike as our server, and he personally to me was our favorite so far but we have just loved everyone!

Had lunch today and our bartender was amazing at providing a fun experience and correcting any issues. She has a very friendly demeanor. We asked for a baswball game to be put on tv anx sbe even provided a aound box so fhe sound doesnt bother others around us. I got a buffalo chicken sandwich which tasted great. Fries were fresh. My husbands steak a little overcooked but fixed immediately.

There was a booth open and we requested it. The lady gave us a look and said "Sorry it's reserved for someone else. If you want a booth you will have to wait longer". There are no reservations at this restaurant. Funny thing is two women were seated at a booth that seats 6 right before us with no issue. Further, that booth sat open for over 30min. Felt very discriminatory in nature.

The burger was there, but it could've used more onions and mushroom and cheese... Mushroom Swiss burger.... The bread should've been, at least, a little juicy from the onion and mushroom... I throwed away most of my bread so I could enjoy the burger I purchased, still then it could've used more of the onions and mushrooms! The young lady working our table was AWESOME! She was trying to keep a lot of people going, when on a graduation night there should have been a couple of more workers to help on an extremely busy night.

We had a reservation but ended up waiting to be seated for almost an hour! The reason? They’re understaff. Plenty of open tables but only 3 servers! Why say yes to a reservation but not able to accommodate us? Food is good, server is great, just not happy about the unnecessary wait!

My first time at Glory was in Lakeland Fl. The staff was great the food was good atmosphere was good also. The waitress the first night was really nice. A man came up and gave us a sampler plate, I think, because I've never before. I'm not sure why but that was super cool great service. So we came back again tonight our server was super sweet. Got the fried fish and chips it was super good. The Tito and OJ was real good. I will go to Gloy Days when we get back to Maryland, but I'm sure the service won't be the same.. Sry, I don't know any names to give. PS.. Salmon broc and rice were good, and you can get flats only with the wings .

Had monte crisco it was so greasy felt like lead in my stomach. Was so disappointed. Everyone at my table was disappointed with there food also.

We went for the first time today for Mother's Day. They were busy, but we got seated in about 20 minutes. Found out that us ladies got to eat for free!! Awesome. The food was phenomenal, the waitress, Jessica, was on point. She stayed on top of her game and checked on us often. Will definitely be back.

It was the first time 4 members of my family have been to your restaurant. The food was well portioned, variety offered excellent and the service from the staff top notch. First time in the area for work. Manager came out with a sample appetizer platter & made some recommendations from the menu. Their Mac n cheese bites were pretty dang good compared to other places I’ve had. Got their fish sandwich. Just the right amount of seasoning & heat to give it good flavor & a little after zing on the tongue but not too hot. Waitress was very attentive & stopped by frequently to check on us. Will definitely recommend coming here if you’re in the area!

Cole is the best server I’ve had! He’s polite, professional, on time with everything and the best all around! Kudos to the best service! I’ll be asking for him every time I come here what a great waiter 💕💕💕

Had the Salmon Strawberry salad. Everything so fresh, and service was excellent! Without a doubt, best grilled salmon I've ever had. My husband was a master cook. He excelled at cedar planked salmon, but I think they beat him out on this. Oh, and the salad vinaigrette was like dessert. Enough to bring home a good portion for supper. We'll be back! If you don't try it, you'll regret it. Carolyn

Glory Days Grill is truly a gem! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The cold beer selection was fantastic, perfectly complementing the amazing appetizers that were served. When it came to the main course, the service was impeccable, and the food exceeded all expectations in taste and presentation. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience. A big thank you to the team at Glory Days Grill for their outstanding service and delicious food!

Food was ho-hum. Kind of plain. Our waitress was fantastic and patient. We had a party of 10. She was very attentive and prompt with drinks. She changed the channel to cartoons for the kids after the hostess said she would handle it but never came back. The place was pretty empty when we were there, so to make room on the table for the amount of food that was about to be ordered, we set the napkin holder, ketchup, salt and pepper on an unused chair at our table. The hostess then returned towards the end of our meal and had an issue with this, and proceeded to move the items back on the table where there wasn't much room for it due to the amount of food we ordered. We weren't occupying any extra chairs, so we didn't see the issue with this. Apparently, it was against restaurant policy that she mumbled under her breath. I have had better experiences here before, but Glory Days has been on a down slope the past three visits.

Very good and very fun. The food was great and the service was on point. I don't think I ever had to wait on anything. Our waitress was "jonny on th espot" with everything wwe asked of her. GREAT experiance.

Always consistent and the margaritas are the best.....maybe a little less ice though.

This place was a great surprise. If you visit, and if they ask, be sure to say yes that its your first visit! The manager might then bring you a complimentary sampler dish of some wings, pretzels, and other goodies. We ordered wings anyway as well as ribs and a chicken-shrimp dinner. As far as the food, there was nothing at all to complain about. However, when it comes to the atmosphere, there was one mild complaint. There are TVs everywhere, and they have these little tabletop sound boxes that you can tune to the TV you want to hear. They don't always work very well, but I didn't really care because I was more interested in talking to my partner about the great wings and sauces than listening to whatever golf tournament or flag football game - no really - that was on TV at the time. If this location weren't nearly an hour away, we would go back. Unfortunately, that's a loooong drive, so sadly we are not likely to return. Our loss. Maybe they'll work on opening one near Kissimmee or Orlando.

Service was inattentive and although I left a 20% tip, I was never offered a refill on my drink, once my food was delivered by a table runner not even the girl who took my order; I never saw her again except at other tables. I really wish I hadn't even left her a tip because she did absolutely nothing to deserve it. It wasn't even busy! The hostess seated me, server took order, set drink down and never came back until she brought the check; I never even got silverware until the table runner delivered my food. Very poor service and never even came and asked how my food was. Won't return to this location in particular. Food was delicious but service was worst I've ever had in 67 years.

We come here 4 to 5 x a week. you will NEVER GET BETTER SERVICE ANYWHERE! We sit outside with our Bimini fur baby and dine! I don't think anyone here doesn't like pets! Our yorkie cries when we pull in to see the staff! Truly beautiful hearts working here! The food and service is spectacular! Prices are affordable and for everything you purchase you can rack up points and redeem them when you want! Seriously this place is wonderful! I wish they still had their margarita pizza though. We had it everytime we went! BTW the patio is almost always spotless if you have a small dog! Please check it out. So ask for Angelina, Cole or Sierra!! Not in any order!! We do!! Honestly they're the best they have!! Sincere too! Just original loving people!!

Mike the manager came over after we placed our orders and brought us a sampler appetizer platter, I have to say I was really impressed. The wings were amazing and I would have never thought Mac and cheese balls would be so good!! Between the four of us we had ordered the ribs, chicken, shrimp and Penne pasta and everything was excellent!!! Thank you Mike and our waitress Faith for a wonderful dinner with our granddaughters!!!

Food was honestly terrible. Ordered a chicken wrap and it was extraordinarily dry. Could tell the fries were old as well.

So our waitress the other night was really rude. And on top of that she decided to give herself a 55$ tip on our card when my husband tipped her in cash. Will not be returning and I hope that girl gets caught doing these things to people. We called and emailed them and they said they aren’t gonna do anything about it. Forget you guys. Awful.

We came to this location during a soccer tournament. We were a party of over 25 with no reservation. We came in and Coleman created us and did not even hesitate to say he would take our table. He did this all alone and we have never had better service in 2 years! Usually I am our team assistant order and will take orders and run food, but he handled it all on his own!! Anyone with a big group or party I highly recommend this location and highly suggest asking for Coleman! He went above and beyond to serve us and deserved all the praise in the world! We will definitely be back next time we are in the area!

This is their famous hero Burger it tastes like dry Frozen low quality beef burger patties and burger came with no sauce whatsoever so I had to add my own mayo and ketchup

These were the best wings that I have had in a long time. They gave us a welcome sampler and the dessert was amazing. We asked for the Iowa game to be pit on the television and they did it right away. Just a great place.

During our inaugural visit to Glory Days in Lakeland, FL, the bustling atmosphere didn't deter us; we were seated promptly despite the crowd. Our waitress, handling a sizable table, was understandably occupied. Initial hiccups like missing plates and silverware were swiftly rectified, and despite a hiccup in my wife's chicken pasta order, the bill was adjusted. My sirloin steak was enjoyable, and our companions were satisfied with their meals. The occasional mishaps seemed attributable to the restaurant's busy state, but overall, it was a positive dining experience.

Went around 10pm on a Tuesday for our first time. it was slow inside, the staff was friendly and inviting. The food was delicious and we will go again. I had the nachos and requested no meat, this came out without any issues! I also ordered the Buffalo cauliflower appetizer and that was delicious. The sizes of the pieces were huge! The flavor of the Buffalo sauce was on point! We all decided that we waited too long to go and we cannot wait to visit again.

Drinks were great and on special price for margaritas and sangria!

First, our server Kaia was great. Very efficient and friendly. The team all worked great together. The food was good bar type food and the ambiance was great for the game.

The ribs were gross. The steak was like shoe leather. Great service. Cool looking place inside.

We ended up being there for 2 hours, because order being messed up. The guy that waited on us was clueless . Food was very good,but not a food experience at all!!

Good food and service, but a very noisy place between the chatter, the music, and the TVs. If you are a sports enthusiast, you may appreciate the TVs. If you want a quiet meal and be able to hear yourself and others talk, this is NOT the place.

The burgers were super delicious as was the sides that came with. Genuine southern sweet tea and overall nice staff. Definitely recommend for people who love American food!

First time visiting, our vehicle was towed from the highway. We were waiting to be picked up. The waitress and manager were extremely friendly. We hope to return soon.

Our server was AMAZING! Made any adjustments to our order we asked for without hesitation and without a falter in his smile! Made the experience that much better! Food is great and atmosphere was great... clean and fun with tons of TVs showing every game that was on! We'll definitely be back on our next trip to Lakeland!

Menu selection is so large and everything we had was tasty. Great beer selection. Buffalo chicken dip was delicious. Grilled short rib cheese was phenomenal. Brandie was such an amazing server and bartender. Gave perfect recommendations. New sport for dinner and food.

Well I had the double so called hand patty cheese burger. I was disappointed. It didn't have much flavor and for $15.50 I felt it should have wowed me. My fries were way to Sally and over seasoned. The traditional wings I ordered as an appetizer were really good in the Thai Chili sauce. My friend had the fish and chip(fries) his fries were much better with just a light seasoning of salt and he said the fish was really great!

Glory Days has some nerve rounding my bill UP by almost $1 because they dont have change. Shame on you!

Glory Days used to have one of the best interactive allergen menus online but it appeared to have been deactivated and is nowhere to be found. With my horrible memory of what was and was not safe, I was left asking the server for an allergen menu. The server Michelle admitted she had no knowledge but would find out for me. (Server was amazing ftr) Within three seconds a rather rude hostess appeared telling me they did not have a gluten free menu. Ok. But I asked for an allergen menu as I have many… so I reiterated I needed an allergen menu and asked to speak to a mgr. Hostess goes to mgr and comes back 30 seconds later and again with attitude, tells me they have GF options but no menu. Mind you, she doesn’t know what the gf options are and says again they have no dedicated gf menu. Sweetie… I didn’t ask for a gf menu. I asked for allergen information and your mgr. Go get her… More attitude before the “mgr” shows up and also immediately says “we don’t have a gf menu”. FFS someone listen to my request. I asked for an ALLERGEN menu. Not once did I say gluten free only. I explain my THREE allergens (gluten, dairy, soy) and I’m assured by the mgr that the wings and fries I want will be cooked in a dedicated fryer and will remain allergen compliant. Ok. I’ll give it a whirl… Food comes out and there’s a cup of ranch on my plate despite me saying no ranch and explaining again the dairy allergy. Thankfully that was not spilled and didn’t appear to be an issue. Food was decent at best. Wings were over cooked with minimal honey old bay sauce (which I thankfully remembered was allergen safe). If you want great wings and safe fries, Glory Days is an amazing option. But skip the Lakeland location and drive to Winter Haven. Never once had an issue at the WH location . This location is filled with college kids that have ZERO knowledge of allergens and had no problem giving attitude to customers. (Not to mention talking trash and cursing while clearing tables nearby.) This location is a hard pass from now on. ***Edit. It’s been 20 minutes and I’m nauseous. So much for dedicated fryers.

The food is good, but becareful that the man with 4 inch fingernails doesnt serve you. It really grossed me out and I could not finish my food. I will not go back.

It didnt look like the bathrooms had been cleaned since the last time I had been there, a couple of days ago. Everything in there was filthy.
