We have been to this location for pickup only. We called in our order and have always been treated very cordially through the process. The atmosphere is quiet as it appears to be mostly take outs that we've seen. Always greeted with a friendly smile & excellent timing on pickup! The pizza 🍕 😋 is always exceptional, and we've never been disappointed with our meal. We always return when visiting our son & grandbabies in Nebraska! 🥰

We placed an online order, pickup time was 7:40. It’s now 8:10 and still no pizza in sight. They aren’t even busy!! Save your time and your money and go literally anywhere but here.

When we order extra sauce on our pizza I expect extra sauce! Extremely disappointed as we received a pizza with light sauce and it was extremely dry.

The pizza was very good, but the employee at the counter, Kaleb, was very disrespectful and had such an attitude with me! 🤦‍♀️

Ordered online. It’s currently 25 minutes after they said it would be ready and I’m still waiting. Won’t come back ever again.

Absolutely the last time I order from this store. Always short staffed doesn’t deliver half the time. I ordered 6 large pizzas for a party told it would be delivered in an hour, called after 75 minutes to find out it hasn’t left the store and I was told depends on when the delivery driver gets back. I asked for an approximate time Dave couldn’t say.

The best godfathers in the city

We are longtime fans of Godfather's Pizza. It has been our special treat for several years now. Recently, all of our experiences have been very negative. We regularly call orders in 2 to 3 hours ahead of time. The orders are often lost or not started by the pick-up time. It is not unusual to have to wait an additional thirty to forty minutes for a pizza that was ordered 2 or more hours in advance. We have also noticed that orders are more likely to be incorrect.

We went here for lunch today. We had the we place to ourselves. The straws were out and the soda machine was running out of soda. Saw 2 people working and had to ask for service.

Fast, pleasant and outstanding pizza. Went for lunch received my personal size pizza in around 15 minutes.

Ordered online. After 90 minutes I called to see where my food was. They said it was done but they didn't have a driver available to bring it so they were waiting on Door Dash to bring it to me. I said I didn't want a cold pizza order I spent $50 on. They offered no solutions so I asked for a refund and received no pizza. I then ordered from a different location.

The garlic bread was gross. Soaked in butter and salt and just frozen Texas toast style garlic bread. Service was slow and no one out front. Couldn't buy a 2liter of pop for dine in. Inside was old and not updated.

Waited about 40 minutes for pizza after we arrived on time. When we got it home it had a horrible taste to it. We couldn’t eat it. Not worth the money. We won’t be back for awhile

This review isn’t for the food quality just the attitude I received when calling the store. Very unprofessional. Won’t be eating here simply because of that.

I have ordered 4 orders over a few weeks. Only I am a pizza freak and am specific to what I like. For example extra sauce, always add cream cheese. And it’s an expensive combo, $50 easy for a pizza ordered. Don’t waist your time as there is no attention to detail and honestly I feel I’ve been scammed. Order a large get a medium, I’ve even gotten a completely different order than what has been requested 3, three times. Recently I provide an example that has nothing on what I ordered,l. Just adding that I do tip and tip very well. Made absolutely no difference. Go to the store get a frozen pizza.

Horrible experience. Ordered pizza and was given a pickup time. Waited 1/2 hour and the line moved 1 car on the pickup line. What business would tell 8 people to all come at the same time? Luckily I did not pay in advance so I took off. Won't go back until they get their act together

I believe in giving an establishment the chance to vindicate themselves if they have been bad-mouthed in the past. So, today, I wanted a pizza from one of the Godfathers here locally. I surfed the reviews and noticed that the one I had gone to in the past had received some bad press. I don't want to spend my money and get crap, so I called the manager. She made a good case that recent changes had been made - their buffet is now gone, several past managers have been let go, and this manager had been there as one of the longest, their main dining room had been closed, etc. I went ahead and ordered a super combo to be delivered. I was the first order of the day. DAMN FOLKS....that was a good pizza!! Expensive? Not too much more than those fluffed up Valentino's or Pizza Hut packages. I look at it this way. You want McDonald's or Brother Sebastian's food quality? When I eat a pizza (not to often), then I want it to be GOOD. They did a good job....period. The pizza was delivered right about on time, and the dude was courteous. I have no complaints, and if they hold to these benchmarks, you won't either.

We were visiting our son at Creighton University in Omaha. We ordered pizza and dessert cost was higher than what we expected but food was good. Our order was correct and it was ready on time. Overall decent pizza.

Placed an online order here for carryout on a Tuesday night. Ordering process was easy and the time window they gave us was also faster than expected. When we arrived a woman at the pickup window (who I assume was a manager or lead of somesort) notified us that one pizza had to be remade due to an error. I appreciated that they caught this on the front end and provided us with an accurate order upon arrival. We will return to this location again. They took time to verify accuracy and fix any issues.

Pizza was fresh, hot, and so good and the service was nice!

Was kind of disappointed. Our pizza seemed like it was not to temp. And didnt taste very good. I really wish Melissa was there, but it was her day off. she always makes great pizza.

Went with the family for my birthday and we had the beef pizza, jalapeño popper pizza and cherry cheesecake dessert pizza. All with original crust. Very good!

Mediocre pizza for the price you pay

Good pizza that's consistent. The pizza wont blow you away, but the cheeseburger and taco pizza are pretty good! Clean location too

We stopped by twice on our last visit to Omaha. Food was great both times, and always is which is why this is on our list of must eat at places. The only complaint we had was while ordering one night we were were reminded that they close at 9pm when we arrived at 8:15 that night. I've only worked in one restaurant, but that was never our policy. Sure half an hour after or so after closing you make some subtle hints by doing some clean up, but you never remind the customer what time you close. The second night the counter staff was friendly and courteous. Both nights we were out before their closing time.

This is our first time at this location and it will not be our last. From beginning to end we had an exceptional experience. I called the day before to see if they could accommodate a larger crowd as I had never seen or been to this location. When I first called it went to a call center not on site and the women had me call back to reroute me directly to the store. I then spoke with the manager, she offered to reserve seating then discussed pizza specials with me and set up a time. Just like that everything was set up. The next day we arrived, everything was as discussed and the pizza ready and it was the Godfathers Pizza I remembered. We were there for probably a couple hours visiting with our group of friends and the staff frequently asked if we needed anything and if the food was ok. They were all far more accommodating than any Godfathers I've been to, especially since they were maintaining a steady flow of calls and lobby customers. I was extremely impressed of the staff working the evening of Jan 5th 2019. Thanks for making our dinner and birthday celebration so enjoyable.

Always good food. Now it would even be better if they were in Florida.

Good pizza buffet at lunch, not cheap but Very good...

Excellent pizza !! But what stood out to me was the above and beyond customer service I received from Lisa when I called to order and from the team when I came to pick up. Not always used to that these days ! :) Keep up the good work all !!

The cheapest gluten free pizza within 5 miles of my house. My kids like the video game option.

Pizza was ok. We had the Supreme original crust and chicken ranch bacon. Salad was good. Did not care for the dressings. Service was very good and place was clean. Did not give 5 stars review because its just ok. I have had better pizza somewhere else.

Great food, store was clean. The staff, not the best. Seemed very put out when we arrived for my sons' baseball team party. Rushed us out the door because their friends were there to hangout, even commenting that "We close at 9". I'm sorry, I was in before you locked the door, therefore you're OPEN until we leave. Overall I would say the experience was OK, but we don't eat Godfathers Pizza very often and this solidifies our reasons why.

The pizza is not my favorite, very expensive, slightly run down and dirty inside

I don't mind going to Godfather's when I am buying pizza for my kids and other kids for a party or after a game but it is not something I would order for just the wife and I. Decent pizza for the price but average at best.

I told them I was surprising my fiancé with lunch for his bday and they went above and beyond!!! Thank you!!!

They always get my order wrong or forget to cook something by the time I arrive. They get one more chance to make my order right or I am done ordering from this one.
