Pizza was cold and under cooked plus they used doordash I had an issue trying to get the correct change because the gentleman who brought the pizza didn have change or speak English

So to start I order here all the time! I’m definitely a 108th street fan! I’ve even had mess ups and someone will bring out any items missed. However tonight I ordered a late order but it was sooo good. The flavors were there, The melted cheese was there, topping were there and straight up deliciousness was there. Even talked to the manager Zachery and he was on point. Very cool guy and was expecting a bad call but I actually called to tell him the service and food was on point!! I hate when you order food and it is not good and the feeling that you overpaid takes over! Not tonight I feel like I owe them a bigger tip! Awesome Job guys!!

Zachary/Zackary deserves a raise, he has amazing customer from the moment he answered the phone to when I picked my order up.

Employees are dumb, act like they don’t know anything, how hard is it to work at a pizza place and listen to orders and ring it up. Had us on hold and transferred us just for the stupid lady to not listen to our order and not ring it up, and hung up in my face because we asked for cinnamon breadsticks and she couldn’t comprehend that.

Had an issue with a delivery order, called store and talked to Zachary, he took care of issue promptly

Placed order at 6:50. The tracker said it would be to us by 7:50. The order was wrong. Not correct pizzas at all and pizzas looked like that had been dropped, pictures add. Called spoke with manager was told he was sorry and would get resent out. Maybe half hour. An hour later 9pm I now have pizza and a 30 dollar credit. I guess next time I should either order for pick up or order 3 hours ahead of when I want it.

Over the last couple years, I rarely go to Pizza Hut but opted for Little Caesars. A lot cheaper for not much drop in quality. Plus, Pizza Hut's pizzas were lacking in ingredients on the pizza for the price. With inflation, it seens Little Caesars prices have gone up more as a percentage of original price and the ingredients on their pizzas have decreased. About 2 yrs ago, out of desperation, I had a Personal Pan Pizza at Pizza Hut and it was AMAZING. Since then, on rare occasions, I'd buy a deal but not for Pan Pizza. I REFUSE to pay $2 more for Pan. Your pizzas cost too much as it is. Then, several months ago, there was a deal on a Pan Pizza and I got the Pepperoni Lover's. It was AMAZING too. No skimping on ingredients, crust was not doughy in the middle. Just like when I was a kid. Perfect quality that almost makes it worth the higher price. If you'd lower the price, get rid of the $2 upcharge for Pan, and/or give more Pan Pizza deals, I would visit much, much more often. :)

Recently ordered a large number of pizzas from this location and the GM went out of his way to fulfill our order correctly, on time, and with excellent service. He was great to work with!

I had a fantastic experience at Pizza Hut on Emmet Street, thanks to Zackery! His customer service was outstanding he was incredibly friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. Zackery went above and beyond to ensure that my order was correct and that I was satisfied with my meal. His positive attitude made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. Grewnup in Omaha and used to order here. Needlessnt9 say all thenpizzas 8 ordered mysteriously had trimmed hairs from someone's head on every pizza I ever ordered from this location. Not sure how this run down location is still in businesses. Omaha is rundown at this point. Hairy pizza avoid!

Service has totally turned around. 5 stars all around now that those jokers aren't there anymore. Everything was very professional. They even added my onions to the melt for me where in the last jokers refused. Thanks you pizza hut for bringing back awesome service. Will definitely be back again!!

One of worst pizza huts to go to, I've had tons of late or messed up Orders My pizza has been undercooked, same with my wings. Management would be nice sure but they always try to find ways to avoid issues. I've been promised refunds, I've been promised credits and 9 times out of ten nothing. They are always short staffed and they send deliveries through door dash. The store isn't very clean , always smells like dirty rags. I honestly don't ever want to go back however it's one of the closest pizza huts. Lately the oven has been hsving issues not cooking stuffed crust I hardly think thats the case. If they hsve equipment issues put work orders in with the franchise owners or shut the store down.

Mobile app bugged out taking a 30% discount away ( which appeared as an offer on a new order, after my order was placed). Wasn't able to find out how to cancel order. Food tasted good but ended up costing more. Only action available, was to log a complaint with customer service.

The pan pizzas from this particular restaurant are always fluffy not flat.

They dont double check to make sure customers receive everything they ordered before sending food out for delivery.

Had the stuffed crust & it was pretty good. I think maybe it should have been cooked a little longer but other then that..it was good and we ate it. 9-13-23 Would give 5 stars but they forgot the 2 liter I ordered.

It stated delivery, but does not actually provide it. And the main part is the NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. As well as the closing early, for what?

Ordered 2 3-topping pizzas and an order of wings. We received a two-topping pizza and a 1-topping pizza, and no wings, with no explanation for the error.

Ordered pizza at 8pm, never received it, never received a phone call telling me they canceled the order. Next day I tried calling their store multiple times during business hours and no one answered. Had to drive to their store to deal with a pizza they charged me for but never delivered. Do better, atleast call if you are going to cancel people’s orders.

Hadn't ordered from Pizza Hut for years. Used to go when it offered dining. Ordered carryout. The app said would be ready in 15 minutes and it was. Guy at the counter was friendly and thanked me for my order. Great tasting pizza.

The pizza has always been hot from hear and service is friendly. My only complaint is the smell of the place, smelled like a sewer when I walked in, like from a bathroom. Also, the entrance could be cleaner. This is the only time it has smelled like that but it was not pleasant.

This really is the worst Pizza Hut to order from. They never answer their phone and they take forever delivering your order. They always forget the sauces that I add to my order and when I told the delivery driver that my sauces weren’t there yet again he just looked at me with a dumb look on his face, didn’t offer to bring me some back or anything. It’s not even about them forgetting sauces though, it’s the worst customer service they offer.

Well, the delivery guy was really weird. I put the apartment number in the order so that he could come upstairs, and he left it on the floor of the apartment entrance. We tipped this person $7.00 and he could not even bring the food upstairs to the door. They also forgot to bring us the rest of our order and had to go back to get our drinks and the rest of our food.

The staff is rude and they constantly cancel my order! I’ve ordered out with them and the first time I waited 4 hours for my order only for me to have to go pick it up myself! they then call and cancel my order around the time for me to pick it up. I don’t want to sound like a Karen here but the staff are a bunch of punk kids and ordering food from this branch is a Complete waist of time!

The wait was 4 minutes past the reserved time, however, not an issue, and the pizzas were very good!

Worst customer service ever. I placed an order and it was wrong. I tried for a full day to call the store to talk to someone and never got anyone to answer the phone and the next day when someone finally answered, they were upset with me for expecting better.

The pizza and break sticks were cold when I got them. But after I warmed them up, the tasted fine. Could always use more toppings but they charge to much for extra toppings.

Pizza Hut advertises a tamper proof seal for deliveries. My pizza didn't have a tampered proof seal when it was delivered. What am I supposed to think? I almost got my door - driver fired. It turns out they just stopped using the tamper proof seal even though the tweet advertising it is still up.

Closed at 8:12 on a Friday. 4 hours early? Pathetic

Horrible. Management is disrespectful, hung up in my face. Never there during required hours. Just horrible. At this point just start all over.

Ordered pizza online for delivery waited over an hour, called they said it was for carryout they can charge a little more and deliver im like okay cool. Delivery guy gets here, I'm busy miss the call. Doesn't ring my apartment or walk in complex to deliver pizza even tho the main door was open.

Ordering from the app is so easy and convenient and the curbside pickup is great. I was barely parked and my food was at my door. The pan pizza and the breadsticks are my faves.

I was told I couldn’t put a place in order while I was at the counter at 6 PM because you’re too busy on deliveries. They said it be about 45 minute wait that’s why they couldn’t do it I said no problem. And then they told me there’s no hand tossed and they had to charge me the up charge for pan because they’re out of hand tossed so I would get charge extra for them not having supplies. Seems really really inconvenient really sad to see service go this bad.

It's close by to my family so that is convenient. However, smoking pot out back while telling people you're closed, not so convenient. Especially at 630PM. Delivery said 30-60 minutes. Guy showed up in 20 minutes and I was balls deep in the wife.

Dont get food from here. Customer service is just terrible, and they DELIBERATELY ignore their phone to avoid ANY accountability. When I showed up with my very poorly cooked pizza, their phone was ringing in the background. Tried calling customer service and I was told there is no complaint you can file. Trash place for trash people.

Ordered through the app at 6pm. Delivery window said 130 minutes. I tried to call the store to cancel the order, but got hung up on. Twice. Ordered from a competitor and they had pizza here in 30 minutes. Never heard anything from Pizza Hut. Finally decided to check the front door. There was a box of pizza sitting there. No knock, no doorbell ring, nothing. I have no idea how long the pizza sat outside. Usually grat service from these guys. Very disappointed with how things went last night.

Poor service, long delivery time, got a text that my delivery went out over an hour ago. So I guess I'm paying for cold food, because it's still not here going on 45 minutes out on delivery. If you don't have the staff, don't offer the option for delivery. I will be seeking a refund if it's cold

This story has poor management leading to slow delivery time in and in turn, cold nasty food. Good luck getting a hold of anyone on the phone as they rarely answer. 0/10 would not recommend.

Pizza always made how I want it. The app is a plus to have always getting free stuff when you order.

Food was very good tasting. The cheese bread sticks were very tasty and the chicken wings were so delicious. The pizza was just as ordered and was enjoyable to eat.

We ordered 2 pizzas. The large thin crust was great, but the medium pizza had so many bubbles that at least 4 of the pieces had almost no cheese.

The pizza was so salty, we had to throw it away. Never Have we had a pizza that salty. *UPDATE* My review needs to be changed, as 2 days after this review, I tested positive for Covid, thus my taste was jacked!! Sorry Pizza Hut Omaha, your pizza was fine, I was messed up!!

The pizza box was not what I thought. The corner pieces were lacking sause and toppings... thd toppibgs were just a circle on the crust.... very poorly made

Easy pick up and fresh hot pizza. Loved the Detroit style!

First of all, I was surprised at the quality of the pizza. Kudos for that! However, first I wanted curbside pickup. There was no designated parking space and the parking lot is poorly maintained, it looks like the moon's surface. I tried ordering on line but I couldn't remember my password so I got frustrated and tried to phone in my order. I was put on permahold. Once again I got frustrated. I tried again to order on line, this time as a guest. It finally worked. Maybe Papa John will be easier to order from! Lastly, I went inside to get my order and the person that helped me was not cheerful and courteous. Maybe she would have been if I had tipped her. At least the pizza tastes good, wings were ok and breadsticks were ok. Enough said!

I bought personal pan pizzas. The hamburger one was a little overdone. Otherwise the service was great. I did feel bad for the workers because the air conditioning was broke and it was very warm in the building.
