This place is fabulous! They have so many fantastic grocery items and the desserts are delicious. A must if you have a sweet tooth or need to add some flavor to your pantry.

This place is superb, the gentleman who owns the store is very welcoming and their products are always fresh. Also for being an Iranian who has been away from motherland for so long his nostalgic selection just makes sense.

A great Persian bakery including Barbari, Tafton, and sangagak in DMV area. Staffs are friendly as well.

Expired product and bad service

Every iranian geroceries, they bake bread every day morning. Every kind of iranian bread. Taftoon, sangak and barbari.

It has everything you need. I think they don’t bake Sangak on Mondays, plan ahead.

Clean, Variety, Rice, Tea, Spices, Feta, and much more, Plus of course Fresh Bread, good service and opens earlier than other Persian stores and markets

They always have a fresh bakery good quality foods and great customer service.

Golden bakery is an Iranian store. Barbari, Sangak and Taftoon bake every day The store is clean The staff is friendly Great products and good quality with a reasonable price Persian cookies, traditional ice cream and faloodeh are available in the store.

Great bakery as traditional bread from back home is available in this store especially whole wheat Taftoon and Barbary.

Went there at 3 pm on Monday, and absolutely no sangak on the shelf. Owner said he ran out and to come back tomorrow. It's a bakery, isn't it? Why dont they bake bread during the day? Call before you go to check on supply.

Golden Bakery & Market is a Persian store that offers a fantastic grocery shopping experience. The store is well-designed and organized, making it easy to navigate. During my recent visit, I particularly enjoyed the checkout process. They have a great selection of Iranian food, including fresh Taftoon bread, which was amazing! Additionally, they offer halal chicken and beef ham. The only thing missing from our shopping list was Persian Pofak. Will check this place again and add more details!

I think among the Persian bakeries, golden bakery is the best. Their bread is one of the best around. Their pastries are excellent and seems to be fresh anytime I purchased!

I love this store sooooo much! Not only they have the freshest breads ever but also they are the nicest people on earth! I highly recommend trimming their sangak bread. I bought three and put them in the freezer and one month later, as fresh as they just baked them :)

The Golden Bakery and Market is a really nice middle Eastern store they have fantastic selection of middle Eastern food and sweets and the employees are very friendly and helpful: This store is right on the ride on bus line so it's easy to get there.

Fresh persian breads - barbari, sangak, taftoon- very delicious! The owner is kind and friendly. The store has good amount of items too!

Fresh Persian bread in the morning is great however, it seems the flour they use is not pure and therefore the taste is not ideal.

If you are missing fresh different types of Persian bread you might not miss this bakery! We loved it! Updates: The quality diminished drastically just in two months! The most dangerous approach for newly running businesses! Most probably won’t go there any more! Dishonesty never pays!

Great fresh Sangak. Very clean store. Loved it. You have to try their Sangak. We drive a long way to get there but it worth it.

Fresh bread everyday. The quality is amazing

Warm staff, not sure about taste and price of baked goods yet. Sorry. Do not know names if all the baked goods. Round bread with cream filling was okay. Doughy with heavy cream. But it supposed to be that. -$5 each Long bread supposed to have a meat inside- will taste soon -$5 each Baklava- was to my taste - soft, moiste, and not super sweet- $10 per pound Spent $26 overall, still trying to figure how I like the taste of other baked goods!
