Delicious ice cream and donuts me and my aunt loved it!

Very busy, athough food was very good as well as the service.

I informed the cashier I didn't want to purchase any of the upsell add-ons before I cashed out. The cashier, Amanda then slapped the change in my hand hard and rudely.

Always fantastic! I had an out of town guest with me and they were happily given a few samples before they made their selection.

We go to Graeters at least once a week. We love it! 👍❤

The Cookie Monster Signature Sundae was thick, creamy, and chunky with lots of flavorful toppings.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a friendly smile and quick service. The customer service, smiling faces, postive attitude and willingness to help - top of line!! The ice cream was delicious also. Highly recommend!!

If you haven’t been here before, do yourself a favor and go. It’s an experience, and the ice cream is fantastic.

Busy as usual but with the wait!

I’d never heard of Graeter’s until we were at Kings Island and we wanted ice cream. Turns out, this place offered exactly the kind of ice cream we were looking for. A true ice cream parlor focused on hard serve specialties. Taste was fantastic and prices weren’t out of line from what I’d expect. If we had locations in Michigan, I’d be giving them my business routinely.

Great ice-cream! David, the manager, was awesome - friendly and knowledgeable! We enjoyed our visit!

If you've never had Graeter's, do yourself a favor, don't. Your waistline and wallet will thank you. Seriously, this is some of the best ice cream you'll ever have. The buckeye blitz in a waffle cone is just so good!

Prices are a bit on the high side, but the ice cream is really good and the service is always great, despite the late hour...

🚨UPDATED🚨 okay so I’ve been here several times as well as other locations and Graeter’s is hand down the best it’s absolutely incredible! The 1870 Tower is a sinful indulgence that’s not to be missed. Oh man! First time here. Came in with an open mind, thinking I wanted a banana split. But then the staff suggested the Black Raspberry Chocolate ice cream. Said it made up about 1/3 of their sales so I tried it and can see why! It’s delicious! Got a bag of chocolate malt balls to take back to the hotel. Graeter’s is a wonderful treat!

Got a little bit of HAPPINESS today on this dreary day!! Would have been a million times better if AMARETTO CRUNCH was available!!

We were there all of 5 minutes and the staff was absolutely AMAZING! You can get free samples and there are dozens of ice cream flavors to choose from. Keep up the great work team!

Great location. Service is always wonderful. They have a fantastic selection of donuts, muffins and other baked goods. Best blueberry muffins! YUM!

I love their ice cream. But would actually like to get what I asked and paid for. Cookie dough is not Cookies and Cream. This is the second time this has happened and I ended up throwing away my ice cream and wasting it. I don’t get upset easily. But then I thought what if I had been allergic?

We don't come here very often, so it's always a special treat! We selected our favorite flavors, and sat down for a glorious indulgence. To say we were satisfied is insufficient. We were, once again, blown away by the flavors and textures and creaminess. Maybe we should do this more often.

The bakery has a lot of great treats for everyone; donuts, cupcakes, cheese crowns, etc. The best part of this place is the friendly employees. When I dropped the bottle cap of my Diet Coke on the floor, a nice man working the bakery offered to clean the cap (it landed where the seal was) and gave it back to me wrapped in a napkin. I wasn’t expecting that level of customer service, but I am glad I came here!

Always good especially with family. A scoop of Graeters puts a smile on your face.

Absolutely delicious! I ate a brownie Sunday, and we also got the cream cheese cake thing at the bakery side. I'm from the south, where we have Braums as the local ice cream shop, but there is no doubt that if we had this as an option in Oklahoma, it would be ever so popular!

I've been to this Graeter's many times over the years. The service is always friendly and fast even when the lines are long in the summers. Graeter's ice cream is stellar in its own and I haven't had a flavor I didn't like. What sets them apart is the small batch method which translates into a balanced ice cream between creaminess, sweetness and texture. The chocolate chips are big, literal chips off a hunk of chocolate. The cookies in cookies and cream are sometimes about a whole cookie. Raspberry chocolate chip is an original and worth a try at least. Otherwise their standard flavors stand above other companies and their signature flavors, seasonal and limited editions are worth a try. Buckeye Blitz if you like peanut butter and chocolate is a personal favorite as is a flavor I just tried, Buttery Popcorn.

If you don't LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Graeter's, then apparently you just haven't tried it yet. Rich, smooth, creamy, dense ice cream. Phenomenal. Had another awesome new flavor of the month tonight: Midnight Snack. It was spectacular!! Malted ice cream, mini brownie bites, mini peanut butter cup bites and chocolate covered pretzel pieces. Very well done, NOT so overloaded that it's like eating a candy bar all at once. Each bite becomes a unique flavor/texture in your mouth. Another hit out of the ballpark for Graeter's! I hope this flavor becomes a regular. Night owls unite for #MidnightSnack!!!!! And Cheese Crown is back! Woo Hoo!! 😀

One crowd favorite place, especially during summer days! They definitely have a good variety of ice creams.

We took a friend from out of town here over fathers day weekend. She is lactose intolerant so I was not sure what we would find. I was excited to learn that they have lactose free flavors (cookie and cream, black raspberry chip and vanilla ) that is made with lactose free milk. Our friend said most other places try to use other items which makes the ice cream taste odd. She said it tasted exactly like ice cream. We even bought several pints for her to take home.

Graeters ice cream is smooth, creamy and very tasty. Their ice cream is made from simple ingredients and not a lot of unnecessary chemicals. I love to stop in when I go near there.

old review: I update the review regarding the current ice cream quality not the location. Greater's ice cream itself quality last year was much better than this year from taste and consistance. This year peacans taste old, ice cream texture as it was not well blended during manufacturing. The large boxes even the same as well, pieces of ice all over the peaches ice cream more than the peaches themselves. Lower manufacturing quality. So sad. Tasty ice cream. Nice place to sit indoor and outdoor. Easy parking lot. Friendly staff.

I worked at Graeter’s when I was in high school in the Western Hills Shopping Center.for several years. My mom also worked there. I am now a grandmother and I still love Graeter’s!

I live 1/2 mile from Graeters so I spend a lot of serious time there. For breakfast items, pies cakes, and ice cream. Of course it’s all good and they hire a great batch of people as unique as the flavors of their ice cream. My wife and I just love it.

First time having Graeter's and we were not disappointed. Ice cream was amazing! Location was busy, but the service was great!
