Years ago I worked there, and since then Grandma's has improved 200%. Service was fairly friendly in person but better over the phone. The cookies, cupcakes and breads are a rare treat!! Pricey but we'll worth it, and the atmosphere is is amazing! Cozy like Grandma's house and so much to see and lots to buy besides goodies. Good job Kathy !!

Prices are high for cheesecake. $12 for a quarter slice. We bought some peach muffins that were not good. We won't be back.

Great selection of baked goods. We tried a couple different things and they were all delicious, we especially loved the season blackberry pastry. The girls working were very nice. Hope to be back soon!

All the products are excellent and the atmosphere is very nice but the prices are very high.

My wife and I have ordered multiple cakes from here, gotten baked goods, and had the cheesecakes. Every single one has been delicious. Beats the pants off of Prantls and the other better known bakeries in the area. Highly, highly recommended. Update: check out the Tuesday night market. Great local fair.

We ordered a wedding cake, cookies and the succulent cupcakes for a reception. The cake and cookies were delicious. The cupcakes were adorable and made a great favor. I would highly recommend this bakery.

The tomato pie is the best and I can't thank Allison enough for her long distance delivery service to make sure someone special to me got to enjoy the pie as much as I have.

Great tarts! I had the raspberry, blueberry, and cherry. The crust was flaky and the filling was gooey.

Very cool set up inside, the people were very nice and helpful, and the butter cream icing on this cupcake is ELITE. Glad I found this hidden gem!

I got a few things from this place but the problem I have is there stuff is way to sweet. I like cakes, donuts, cookies but there is such a thing as too sweet. The Boston creme chocolate cake icing is way, way to sweet I can't even eat it because it's too sweet. And the custard just doesn't have that creaminess to it. Even there cookies are like one big block of sugar. I will stick to Oakmont bakery. Also as you can clearly see the owner nor management at this place responds to none of there reviews probably because they are to lazy to look at them , a good business will look at there reviews to find out what customers think about there products but this place can care less, not sure how they been operating as long as they have been. Problem is most people that live in Westmoreland county pa are use to lower standards. I live in North Hills where the standards are much higher and we believe that if you pay $29 for a small cake then it better be good.

Ever since Schramm's closed it seems like there prices went up? Also there is a $10 card perchance minimum. Other places only require $5.Guess not too many people come around here anymore. Time to relocate.

Pass a sign for this place frequently for work and finally stopped in. Anything cheesecake on a billboard gets my attention:) I was surprised they are open till 7. They have a good selection of baked goods. All their cheesecake is actually frozen so that was a bummer. I had to wait till later when I got home to try it. The plastic wrapped around it was stuck to it unfortunately. Besides that it was good cheesecake. Service was lacking as most of my questions weren’t answered but she was quite young, all good. In the pic I have an Apple dumpling which was decent and best warmed up. Buttercream wafers we’re good. Best two things were the cherry almond biscotti, wow, and the pecan tassies. They’re not pictured for obvious reasons:) I’ll have to try some other items next time.

We have been ordering birthday cakes and buying pastries for about 4 years now. They have never disappointed us. The cakes have the right amount of sweetness and are very soft and moist. The staff is always friendly and full of enthusiasm. Would highly recommed this bakery.

I found it hard to choose what to buy because everything looked delicious. I ended up buying their strawberries and rhubarb tart, snickerdoodle scone, and some crescents (peach and nuts); everything was delicious, not overly sweet either. The tart was my favorite and I look forward to trying the other flavors. They also make bread and cakes (ready to buy or to order). The girl behind the counter was very nice and quick. The bakery is next to the Schramm's farm Marker and there is a large parking lot. It's a bit far from my house otherwise I'd be there weekly. I recommend you stop by and try some of their delicious sweets!

Small bakery attached to the side of another business. I got some side selection of stuff from them, cookies, bread, etc. It was mostly okay and will work in a pinch. Won't be a regular destination for me even though I only live 7 minutes away. Other options nearby-ish are exceptionally better in options and flavor.

What a wonderful bakery. I ordered 4 dozen specially decorated cookies for my daughter's baby shower. I sent a picture and was contacted by phone to complete the order. When I picked up the cookies the morning of the shower and saw how beautiful they were, I was not disappointed. They looked just like the picture of the cookies she wanted and they tasted delicious. There is always plenty of parking, the bakery case is always stocked with fresh baked items and the freezer is kept just as full with frozen desserts as well.

We have been getting all of our cakes from grandmas over the last 5 years or so.They are amazingly delicious and decorated the best we've ever had. Been shopping for farm fresh produce here since we moved nearby roughly 30 yrs ago. Love being close to a farm & having a yr round farmer's market to shop at regularly.

We order all of our cakes from here because they are amazing. They are always moist and the icing is never too sweet. Not to mention their decorating team does phenomenal work.

They did our wedding cake back in October and is was exactly what I hoped for! Prices are amazing and the cake is delicious! They decorated the cake the morning of the wedding with flowers from my florist!

Price was very fair. Great taste. This was our first time getting a custom cake from them and they did not disappoint. Very easy with communication. Just all around fantastic experience. We will be getting all our bake goods from them for now on. Also got the chocolate bombs while I was there they were amazing!

My wife recently purchased a German Chocolate cake here. This cake was absolutely delicious and one of the best cakes I have ever eaten!!

I've been to Grandma's a few times, and have always enjoyed their homemade treats. Well, living in Colorado now, I needed their help to get a birthday cake and goodie package to a friend of mine who lives near their store. Even though PA was "shut down" due to COVID-19, their staff went out of their way to purchase balloons, put together a basket, and deliver everything. Working with them was seamless, and they went out of their way to ensure I was completely satisfied. THANK YOU GRANDMA's!
