What a hidden gem. Went there last week with 3 kids. We all got something we liked and actually finished our food . Everything was fresh. The chef was pleasant and explained everything in each Bowl to ensure the kids like what they get. He was very accommodating. The place is clean and quiet. We will be back with more people.

Fresh food from someone who cares. My husband and I have been obsessed with their poke bowl since they opened! Poke rice is so good. Chicken is always perfect. We always tell him "sweet sauce with a little spicy" and he just gives the perfect combo of sauces - I don't know what he gives us, but it's delightful!

My favorite spot in the mall! The price is not cheap but it’s totally worth it. Huge portion and amazing taste!

Stopped there earlier this week with the wife and we were both blown away at how phenomenal this place was. The steamed pork buns were fantastic, the red bowl I had was amazing, I got a few bites of the tom yum seafood ramen my wife had and cannot say enough good things about this place. We stopped there on a whim in between some shopping and are now planning our next dinner there lol Amazing place!

Been going here for years and it's always been good food. I never had an issue with freshness or quality. The owner is very sweet and kind. The atmosphere is also great because it usually is more quiet inside and it's very clean. The prices are better compared to the other poke bowl places in this area too.

SOOO GOOD! I got the pork tonkotsu ramen there yesterday and paid the extra dollar for extra noodles and yum! It was tasty, hot, and filling. I would definitely go back!

A nice place with great food options. Their seafood ramen tastes fresh and really spicy for me. I say they are very serious about spice and flavorings. Worth the price!

Love the food, the price point and the gentleman serving is always polite, friendly and quick to finish up orders! Also has an option for email receipts so less paper waste! Always tip!

The tonkotsu ramen is amazing and the owner is great! I've had ramen in various places in NY and none of them have compared to the ramen bowls here. The noodles are springy, broth flavorful, and the meat is tender and full of flavor as well.

So good, much yum! We made custom bowls and would recommend!

I love this place, especially because you can build your own bowl and the ingredients are super fresh! I hope they get their own place soon. The ambiance is really nice and its a cute spot. I just don't go to Sangertown much because the mall isn't great, but Green n Wave is worth it to stop in.

This is Absolutely Incredible! Owner was super attentive and was courteous to substitutions, etc. If you are in Utica, this is a must! Ps. The Blue bowl was hands down the best!

Delicious, very fresh food, under seasoned but that didn't bother me much. My husband added Sriracha to his bowl. Otherwise yummy.

My new favorite place, if I lived closer I would eat there twice a day instead of twice a week at the least.

Working here has been a grate time for me ans the crew. Every thing is prepaired freash as can be. Healthy eating aling with masive bowls or wraps. All in all this is a treat to new york. Come try some thing new and amazing.
