Honestly this review isn’t targeting this specific location, more so their ingredients and nutrition. It’s appalling that so many carbs can be shoved into a 10 cm cookie. I tried the mint cream for the first time the other evening and it really didn’t taste like anything. Maybe I should’ve chosen the classic chocolate chip. Not really my thing I guess.

The cookies were just fine, moist, fresh and as described for that weeks menu. I was able to place an order and do carry out fine as well , my only complaint honestly is that the staff inside Crumbl were unwelcoming and cold. Rude even. Not my best experience but the cookies were at least good.

Their cookies are always delicious, and they have the best customer service.

I am deeply disappointed with the service my son and I experienced at Crumbl today July 27th at 10:30 pm. I don’t normally leave reviews but this has me so upset. My son, who has autism, went to pick up an order of 4 cookies that I had placed online. The staff packed the order in front of him, and he was told that the cookie I wanted, which had been unavailable earlier, was now available. Excitedly, he came back to the car to get my card to purchase the cookie. When he returned with the card, he was told to wait as three other families had come in. Despite having already placed an online order and just wanting to add one cookie, my son was made to wait for 15 minutes while the other families were served. Concerned, I went inside and was told they were making the cookie. I returned to the car, expecting the wait to be short. However, after another 20 minutes of waiting, my son returned to the car, visibly upset. Not only had they forgotten about him, but they also gave his cookies to someone else and proceeded to serve three more families before him. In the end, we had to settle for chocolate chip cookies because they had run out of the other flavors. It was heartbreaking to see my son, who was so happy and excited, have to wait and be ignored. This experience highlights a lack of consideration and basic kindness for individuals with disabilities. It’s just sad. How can they do this

The cookies are so good and worth the price.

Always timely ordering and friendly staff that know what they're doing, however I do feel that there could be more room in the lobby. You Can order in person and that combined with ordering in advance creates a decently busy room during peak hours.

I feel sorry for the workers tonight only three workers were on shift. I don’t think crumble understands the definition of over work. There manager should be ashamed of themselves. At some point you need to stop taking on line orders and check up on current cook orders. What’s a shame 30 minutes for a cookie that was even up to the challenge.

A mediocre place with nasty sickly sweet cookies. I really wanted to like them but every flavor I've tried I can't stand to eat more than a 1/8th of at best. Not to mention for all the "variety" and weekly offerings, they all taste about the same. At 700 to 800 calories PER COOKIE, which is more than what's even in a Big Mac at McDonald's, I can't see how anyone eats these even semi-regularly. There's over 60-76 grams of sugar per cookie, nearly as much as a liter of Coke. Honestly if you need that much sugar to make something taste good then it probably doesn't actually taste good. Honestly they're more like an undercooked cake to me- too thick, too sweet, too much frosting. There's so many local businesses I'd rather frequent instead. The staff are all absolute gems though.

Cancelled my order after waiting for 1.5hrs. Estimated time was 10 minutes when I ordered.

The crumbl in Manchester always has the cookies for the week, they never are sold out, so we look forward to going each week. These have been my pregnancy cravings, and they never disappoint.

I placed an order and paid for 6 cookies hours in advanced. When I arrived I was told it would be another 10 minutes. They were clearly super busy so this was fine. After waiting 30 minutes they told me they were sold out of 2 of the types of cookies I ordered. I asked if I could just get a refund for them instead of picking other flavors. They said yes then proceeded to cancel my entire order. When I told them I still wanted a 4 pack they told me I could order but would have to wait and my order would be last in line. I then asked if I could just keep my original order but it was too late. They said they could make a new order with the 4 I wanted but that they might not have them by the time they got to me. I understand they were busy but the lack of customer service was mind blowing. I waited 30 minutes just for them to cancel my order and do nothing to fix it.

Service was lackluster and the cookies were mid.

Every cookie was under cooked in the middle maybe that's just how they make there cookies but to me that's nasty and you can definitely tell that your cookies were undercooked

The food is good have good service is very clean inside overall a really good cookie to get a snack from

I'm not really sure about what all the hype is about with this please but they do serve very good and big cookies I will say that it's the only fact for me that when you walk in you feel like you're walking into the back of a bakery there is really no main area to sit down and eat it's more of a grab and go there's usually a wait time there's probably only one register open when there's about three registers there there's about six people in the back preparing cookies for takeouts but all in all it is a good place to go if you're looking for a quick bite or a treat for yourself for a loved one

Okay. The cookies are AMAZING!! They are delicious and a great sweet treat! However, the people working there look kind of tired and don’t have the best attitude. Yes, I know they work a while, but keep your pretty smile on your face! Also, me and my mom tried these cookies and got bloated, and stomach bugs. The inside is great though!

CRUMBL Cookies taste amazing. They have new flavors every week and they are very creative. The staff always says “Welcome to CRUMBL” in such a creative voice! I wish they partnered with other brands to create cookies more often.

We love Crumbl Cookies! We check every Monday for the flavors, and then every Friday night we have a cookie tasting night. The best part is they are just as soft and delicious the next morning for breakfast.

I made a very large order with little to short notice and this store was FANTASTIC! The customer service was great and they accommodated me with no problem! I will absolutely be back again!

Very nice, busy location. Great cookies in interesting flavors. Cookies are soft, not crispy fyi. The location is clean and secure. Limited parking in front of the store and due to location near a congested exit from the shopping plaza, I'd recommend parking in the main parking lot and walking the short distance.

So I worked here for about 4 weeks and it was by far the worst job I'd ever had. I was constantly bullied and put down and the manager called me "replaceable" and threatened to fire me almost every other day because "I wasn't learning fast enough" and when I vocalized my concerns to her she told me I that I was just needed to deal with it, so I put my two weeks in. I didn't want to just walk out and abandon the crew without replacing me. But then the manager cut what hours I had left and was extremely rude to me for my next couple shifts. Then I was in a car accident and my hours got cut all together and when I showed the manager proof of this she said "cool". Dont work here unless you want to be bullied. The manager told me "good luck finding a job where the manager is as patient as I was" but not even 2 weeks later I got offered a LEAD position at Dunkin where I am alone and close by myself every night. Whereas she told me I'd never be able to do that at her store bc I guess I don't learn fast enough lol even though I was hired to be a lead there as well. But it's okay bc where I work now I'm respected, and paid more lol

So overrated and overpriced they let me down. All the cookies are the same base they either add chocolate peanut butter or vanilla. They have little to no flavor. Every week the topping changes but the flavorless cookies remain the same. Where the real butter I've had grocery store cookies that taste better. If you're just looking for sugar this is the place.

I walked in behind a man that had pre-ordered nine boxes of 6 cookies. None of them had been started. I wanted 2 cookies, was told they would be with me soon (meaning after they had filled the other order). I was the only other customer, could they have taken my small order? I left.
