Halter Ranch has always had outstanding wine and it's a great addition to our awesome local wineries. Rosalie was very friendly and made us feel right at home.

My mother and I had such a great experience at Halter Ranch. The wine was amazing and scenery was absolutely beautiful. The staff was great especially Greg. He was wonderful. So personable and made are experience that much better. 🥰

My first experience in January at this winery sold me to become a member. They had enjoyable reds and great service with comped glasses and they sold the benefits of the beautiful Paso location. I returned on Father's Day to the Temecula location and wasn't greeted despite an empty tasting room and was abruptly reminded that free/comped glasses for members was not allowed per CA law. Perhaps this is loosely enforced by other wineries because of the dozen of wineries i've visited and been members at, I've never had someone actually enforce this. Despite the no member glass comp, the $20 per glass with a 20% discount was suggested, an absolutely embarassing concession for members. While I understand the law about not granting free glasses, expecting members to purchase overpriced glasses is wild. Additionally, the service is subpar at best depending on who you get. Our second visit's customer service was so poor that along with the lack of member perks, I decided to cancel, almost on the spot. BTW Tastings are less than almost any other winery I've been to with a literal taste, likely as defined by the Alcohol Beverage Control (maybe 1oz). The Temecula location leaves a lot to be desired as well. The Paso and TX locations are magnificent upscale wineries where you might expect lesser service in exchange for the venue, but the Temecula location really only can offer a service and wine quality benefit, both lacking from the experiences I've encountered.

We love the winery in Paso Robles, and it's great to have one so close to San Diego. It is pricy like the rest of Temecula and Paso.

Easy on, easy off. Beautiful head-trained old vines next to parking area. Interesting concept- one of Paso Robles top wines, Halter Ranch, in Temecula? Excellent service at the tasting bar. Tasted a couple of samples- a HR Cab & a Temecula GSM. Both were tasty. In the end we decided to share a bottle of excellent HR rose on the deck. Year in and year out one of the best roses in the world. Heaters on the deck helped but be sure to wear warm clothes if you go on a cool day. Loss of star for web site that forces you to give up your contact information ☹️!

I'm a member and not happy with the no glass of wine for tasting policy. The tastings are small and takes 20 min or so to get the next pour while you're sitting there empty glassed lol. My other memberships at wineries get a full glass of wine so i can enjoy it. Or at least a full flight like Thornton accross the street. Wines are ok, I think they are still moving out the old stuff from Hart.

We came in today for my husband’s birthday and we had the most amazing time! Greg was so stellar and his guest service and wine knowledge is unmatched. He made our trip out here so perfect.

Is winery is a great little find amidst all of the other very good wineries in Temecula. Greg who runs the tasting room is fantastic.

Really nice winery, great staff, they had some really good pizza there the day I went. We say outside for any 2 hours, grabbed some bottles of really nice CABs. If wineries are your thing, you will certainly enjoy Halter Ranch, I wouldn't consider myself a wine person, but I really enjoyed my time here. It's the company you go with that's important, but staff there also added to the experience

So happy to find this taste of Paso locally in Temecula. Tasting the difference between Paso and Temecula is an amazing experience with the staff here! Would definitely recommend to any fans of wine! Hopefully you get to hang out with Brandon cuz he makes the whole experience worth while!

Brandon was so lovely as our server. I can definitively say I did not have a wine I did not like. Great whites, rosés and reds. A lovely variety of wines and so happy that we can taste Paso wines in Temecula. Made membership an easy decision. Thank you for having a great location easily available in the IE.

So excited to learn that there is Halter Ranch availability in Temecula! We have loved our Halter Ranch experiences in Paso Robles, but to know it is also available closer to home is amazing! Thank you for making great wines out of both Paso and Temecula!

My husband and I have been members of Halter Ranch in Paso Robles for several years and we couldn’t be happier that they have extended their service to Temecula. The Temecula location is sweet and feels like you are visiting family. We love Greg (super tall dude if you didn’t know his name) and all of the other staff as well.

Kevin at Haler Ranch Temecula was such an amazing host. Very attentive, knowledgeable, and fun. Honestly, the best host I have ever experienced at any winery.

Greg and Rosealie are literally the bomb!!!! They are the reason we have stayed at Halter!!!!! There is no Halter without Greg and Rosealie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Really loved the reds, they also have a nice dry rosé. The Ancestor and Place In The Sun blends were well done. They have a really nice Tanat and a deliciousBarbera.

So glad HR has come to Temecula!!! In addition to the great wine, there’s spectacular wood oven pizza on the weekends. Carmine’s pizza is a perfect pairing with the wine. Carmine prides himself on hand made, all organic pizza. From the sourdough to the fresh toppings, every bite is delicious. Carmine and his wife provide a fun atmosphere that my wife and I look forward to experiencing again soon.

Tasting room staff is very knowledgeable. Brandon gave us excellent service and was super attentive. Some of the best wine selection offered in the valley. Beautiful property. Would definitely recommend. They offered pizza and snacks for food. Temecula is very hit or miss, leaning towards miss. This place was a definite hit!

YOU NEED TO VISIT THIS PLACE!!! first at all, they have pizza on the weekends, no just pizza, The pizza... It's a 200 years old SOURDOUGH pizza, the chef Carmine is amazing, very knowledgeable, very welcoming and good looking. He is italian and all his ingredients are Italian and organic. I tried 3 of their pizzas, pizza picante, crema de pesto and margarita, they are the best pizza I ever ate, very fresh and delicious, we were a big group and we LOVED everything. The pizza with halter ranch wines are a must have.

This is the place to be!! We LOVE LOVE the pizza... We were recommended by a friend about Carmine's pizza and it was beyond what we expected. Everything is fresh, you can taste the ingredients, the dough is perfectly made. It's the best pizza I ever ate. The wines are delicious.

We recently became members at the winery. The staff is very nice and helpful. The view from the back patio is beautiful and so relaxing. We especially love Carmine’s pizza, it’s amazing! Highly recommend trying the creamy pesto or the s’mores pizza.

Terrific wines and great service from the wine pourer and Carmeni pizza on site! Matt Browne played a really wonderful acoustic guitar music set during our leisurely tasting! Really Great Place!!!
