Waited in drive through for 30 minutes. Can't even see the receipt looks like they ran out of ink. Only time Hardee's is busy is breakfast you got to wait 30 minutes in drive thru.

This was one of the most uncomfortable experiences ive ever had at a fast food restaurant. Not one employee was happy to be there. Cussing, yelling, slamming things around. Everyone including the drive thru were waiting crazy amount of time. Somethjng ive never witnessed before. Food was fine.

Waited almost 20 mins for food to dine in. The burgers were good. Fries old, had someone on break during lunch rush. sweet lady in drive thru trying to keep everything together and move customers as fast as she could. She had to go to the kitchen to help as well. Dinning room was clean although the drink station needs a deep clean, and the drain fixed maybe to stop water from going in the floor.

Employees are very courteous. This is my preferred fast food location. When going through the drive-thru, the order that I receive has always been accurate to what I ordered. The dining area is very nice except the dining room floor can be slippery\greasy.

Hands down the worst food I've had at a Hardee's. We waited forever for our food, only for it to be old and stale? Inedible, threw it out. What a waste...

I have picked up food here a few times, and it seems each time I return, the place and food gets worse and worse. My latest visit will be my last and prompted me to write this review. I stopped in during peak dinner time and there were only 3 employees there. There were chairs on the tables (so not very inviting to sit and eat), and the place was a 2/10 on the cleanliness scale. The cook and the front lady were indecisive about which burger had no tomatoes and I witnessed the front lady opening the package and looking in the burger with no gloves on. Then it was placed in a bag with other food and given to some poor unknowing person in the drive through. My to-go oder came up and I took my food and left. Walking out of the restaurant my shoes were slippery from whatever was on the floors (yuck). When my wife and I were eating our dinner, we both noticed there was something off with the burger meat, but I don't know what. Not sure if it was old meat, or not cooked thoroughly, but just had an odd taste. Fries were good though. In my option, this location needs an extensive corporate inspection, a thorough cleaning, and more staff.

Worst franchise I have ever been to, never waste any time here. Always a 15 minute PLUS wait at the drive thru and 30 minutes for dine in. We finally got so tired of waiting drive thru we walked in to see our $40 bag waiting at the register. Not to mention order was wrong.

It constantly takes at least 30 minutes in the drive through, usually longer. You’d think they are literally inside plucking the chickens to get ready to cook them. Every fast food place in Waynesboro is run by staff that’s 40++++ years old, and somehow it’s the worst I’ve ever dealt with.

I’m giving only 2 stars for the food taste quality. If it weren’t for the food, I’d give zero stars as much as I hate to say that. The reason being for this review and rating is because I want them to be the Hardee’s I know they are capable of being. Sadly, every time if not every other visit here, there’s always repeatedly something negative about the experiences. The fountain drinks always taste imbalanced like they either have too much syrup or never enough syrup. Then the other issue is it seems they always are out of ice. Frustrating when the drinks don’t even come out ice cold from the dispenser. There is never napkins, ketchup, ice, etc. All too often out or just not stocked. During slow periods of business, that’s when things should be well stocked and cleaned. I worked for a Hardee’s in my early adult years so I am familiar with how operations should run. I give them credit though, best fast food breakfast around for the money. These mobile orders that have come along are another story. I have often been here where there’d be a big line in the lobby and drive-thru, and all the employees leave people standing in line quite a bit with no acknowledgment or any prompt attention. It’s like the top priority here is mobile app orders. All customer should be waited on appropriately and in a timely fashion. If it want for the miraculous quality of the food, I wouldn’t bother coming back. It shouldn’t be just about the food. It should be about the whole guest experience. Definitely could benefit from new management or some kind of effective change.

This place has gone to pieces. They have cars lined in the street. They only take one order at a time and make sure they pay and get thier food before taking their next car. Expect 45 minute waits in the drive thru. Today I waited my 30 minutes and than they shut down the drive thru and told me to wait in line here. They are doing the same at the cashiers window. Take 1 person order. Wait until it is completely done and food delivered before taking the next order. You have 1 person cooking amd 2 people standing around with thier hands in pocket waiting to take orders and give people tjier food. Weeks ago, they had a miracle worker in the drove thru. She would take orders while preparing them. With out this hardees isn't going to make it.

She had an attitude when we pulled up and began ordering. Had an attitude while paying and giving. And then forgot one of our sandwich’s then when we came back to get it she was so confronted she didn’t even want to come up to the window. Extremely unprofessional at 6:00 in the morning we were very nice and patient.

My hairdresser Christin is fantastic at cutting and coloring. I think she is my therapist too. The building is beautiful, relaxing and totally modern. Spa services are wonderful and there are fabulous ways to pamper yourself. Parking is great and there is a deli in the same complex.

This place is horrible and should be shut down! The employees are idiots and thats being nice! The last two times ive been here they never get the orders right the first time whether they are busy or not, today was no different, both orders ahead of me were wrong then I get my food and get home and notice my order was wrong as well, ordered the monster burger which is suppose to have bacon and no lettuce and tomatoes but what do I find once opening it no bacon at all but has lettuce and tomatoes on it, plus I'm pretty sure the lady cooking in the back was using the same gloves to do everything from grabbing raw beef to putting toppings on people's burgers and wrapping them up and the girl at the front using her t shirt to wipe the counter off where they place people's food! I will never return to this restaurant!

We love this Hardee's location! the staff is always quick and efficient with service. The food is always hot, fresh, and made with high quality ingredients! We love to go after a long day of hiking and it is so refreshing to have an awesome, fast bite!

Great breakfast biscuits. I've been going there since I was a child, and I love breakfast at Hardee's. Bacon egg and cheese biscuits are my favorite. Bathrooms are always clean, and the staff seems cheerful and helpful.

Got a steak biscuit. It was big,fluffy,hot. Melt in ur mouth. They serve breakfast til 12 noon now. Mmm really good. Was gonna only eat half buttttt

I was in line at drive thru close to 40 minutes! A man in front of me was cussing and yelling, the woman behind me cancelled her order and left. I was boxed in by other customers and couldn't get out of line. I wasn't going to say anything to the poor young thing waiting on me, not her fault and saw her standing and waiting for food for people also. Read the other reviews and I can see this is an ongoing problem. Get it together or close down! And no I don't want copy and paste anything per your corporate auto reply, JUST DO BETTER!

Breakfast taco was ok! A bit small but it's expected when you get 2 for $5...the drive thru person was super friendly 😊👍

First time getting poor customer service in 12 years. Cashier didn't greet us, say thanks or even smile. After taking orders turned her back on us. Drink machine's coke was only seltzer, no coke syrup. She said it had been out. No sign stating that and customers wasting the seltzer. No attempt at changing the syrup container. No ketchup anywhere so had to ask her for some packets. Didn't say a word, just took some from under the counter and put on the counter instead of handing to me. Sure wish another friendlier crew had been working tonight. We're use to smiling faces at this location. Fish sandwiches were over cooked but the fries were very good.

Had the taste for Hardee’s tenders and this is what I got..burnt chicken that of course doesn’t look like the pictures…then I had to stop at McDonald’s to get new fries because the ones Hardee’s gave me was old and disgusting!

Simple request of no mayonnaise and they couldn't make it happen. When i told the lady at the counter.. her response was "i didn't make it" a little accountability and an I'm sorry let me fix that would have been nice but not at this location. All i got was attitude. SMH. I promise to never visit this establishment again.

It took 19 minutes to get our dine in order. After 15 minutes, I asked what the delay was. I was told by a very exasperated employee that there was a back log on everything. Food was okay but service was terrible. Very disorganized staff. Will not be going there again. Too many other places to eat.

The lady's there are so sweet it makes up for the over cooked biscuits most of the time

Yes the service is slow, but the food is not great as I never get what I order. I don't know if they are stupid or just don't care. I ordered three breakfast sandwiches and I only checked to see if there were three there. When I got home I found that none of the three was what I ordered. Time and time again. But no more, ever again!!!!!

4 people out front and they still can't get peoples orders filled.

Ever since they have advertised the cinnamon raisin biscuits being back, they never seem to have them when I go there. Don’t have a sign out saying they are there, if they aren’t available. False advertising. Otherwise they are usually fine at breakfast.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was hot and yummy. The only thing I could complain about is the cleanliness of the restaurant. It could be better.

They are always friendly when I pull up to the Drive-Thru window. I love that they give a Veteran Discount all year long. I love their Biscuit & Gravy and their Cinnamon Biscuit also. This is the BEST restaurant (Fast Food place) to get Breakfast by far.

do not go to this place everyone who works there does not care about their job or the people they are serving and will do anything to take your money and be rude

Incredibly rude staff. Stood at the counter for 3 minutes, staff said "Be with you in a moment" ignored 2 of us standing at the counter while she filled 4 orders for . I said excuse me, how long is a moment? She ignored me, I raised my voice and asked again and she replied that I was yelling at her and she would not serve me. Then complained she was short staffed, as if I was responsible, and she would not be serv8ng me because I "yelled" after I was ignored. Kind of an unreal/sureal experience when "the Karen" is behind the counter!

The service was unbelievably slow. The food was okay but disappointed our hopes.

Do not go to this Hardee’s. Service is awful. Staff seem incompetent and it took way too long to get our food which was not even good. The restaurant is dirty and tables and floors are sticky.

The first Frisco burger I've had in 10 years probably that was excellent. Great service from the lady in the drive thru.

Same thing, different day. Sticky dirty floors. And yes, it gets to me. It makes me think about what else is dirty. Do they skip wiping the tables in the dining room sometimes? (I'm not trying to be mean but it is what it is) It's not that hard to mop. There's no way they moped those floors last night before closing which is usually what most places do. I was on there at 9 am. I don't think I'm eating there again. The food is good and the people are friendly.

Service at Hardee's was good. All tho it seemed like they need to hire more people. There was one lady taking orders and handing out food. And she was taking orders for drive-thru. Wich slowed the line up at the front. But she was nice and friendly. I think they also need a cleaner because the floors are realy dirty and sticky. My shoes were sticking to the floor. I bet the bathroom was even worse. But they have great food. I would return probably.

Seems to have gone downhill. I should have known because there's nobody in line. I used to love sausage gravy on a sausage biscuit but I just got the gravy biscuit. The gravy didn't have chunks.. it was smooth and off white with sausage specks. I didn't trust it to taste it. The cinnamon rolls were hard and old. The pork chop biscuits. I didn't trust to eat it either. I had an appointment. I should have asked for a refund but I was too sick to remember. So I'm completely out of over 20 $. I won't return.

One of the best rural Hardee's I've ever visited, with a shockingly social, attentive staff. We've been here for both breakfast (can't beat a Hardee's breakfast!) and dinner, and were pleasantly surprised both times It is not a new building, and is definitely fast food through and through, so don't expect a classy dining experience. With that said, the eating space was clean, clear, and napkins / utensils were stocked, so no complaints here!

The Prime Rib biscuit was the worst thing we ever tried to eat. We both threw them in the trash can. Not going back.

For there being no one in line in front or behind me, 1 combo meal should not take 10 minutes to put together. The burger that I ordered custom, so it was made at the time, yet the burger was extremely dry And flavorless. It was as if they were precooked an hour in advance. And when did combos become 13 dollars? Go next door to Cookout.

Slow service. Drive-thru was backed up out into the main highway for 2 to 3 blocks. Waynesboro needs another Hardee's out on the west side of town.

I was disappointed.I got hot dogs and the hot dogs were so rubbery,I could hardly chew them.Also,I went there yesterday,I had to call the cops.I went in,the lights were on in the dining area,but the lights in the grill area were dark,nobody was there.The cops came and said they were closed.They had left and left the restaurant unlocked.Luckily I went there and I looked out for you.

The food was close to not even okay. 2 of the chicken tenders I ordered (from the combo) weren't even the size of a nugget! The fries tasted weird and the only thing that was good was the delivery and drink. Not great experience.

Yesterday morning I saw the drive thru line was long, so I went in. They were slammed! Everybody was working hard, fast, efficient, a well-oiled-machine! I saw happy guests dining in. I chose to order carry-out because of my schedule. The coffee was superb, combo #3 (sausage & egg biscuit) was great and we will be back to "dine in"!
