Food is excellent. Owners are very nice.

We tried a three meat plate with brisket, ribs, pork burnt ends plus jalapeño sausage. The burnt pork belly ends were our favorite. We love family owned places.

The food is fresh and homemade. Friendly staff. I really like the ease of the online ordering system.

My opinion, Best BBQ, Brisket, Ribs, hands down. It's the only bbq my wife and u don't get indigestion from. They have a special prosses " intentionally " that they do to make that happen. The portions are very generous as well. Great job HCC.

A few weeks ago I stop by to grab some delicious BBQ! Well let me tell ya this. it was the most delicious BBQ I've ever had hands down the smoked sausage was on point the beans was perfect everything about this place says perfectionist quality service. Great job to all the staff it's a win win in my book will definitely be going back there.🙂

Everything here was great! Delicious brisket, pork belly burnt ends, boudin, and awesome potato salad. If I didn’t live 2 hours away, I’d be there once a week. Friendly folks too! Owner took time and sat with us. Made sure we were taken care off.

I purchased an order of each meat brisket, turkey, sausage, ribs... I've heard good things about the pork ends but they were the first meat to sell out... apparently lots of customers like it... my favorite meats were the ribs and sliced brisket... the resturant is organized, clean and comfortable, food portions were large, meat was flavorful and tender... prices are great... the local owners were wonderful with a amazing back story... I look forward to my next visit...

Got 2 Durwin sandwiches to go, the brisket was sliced ( not chopped) and very dry and tuff, buns were hard. We ended up letting the trash can have it for dinner. 2 stars for the veterans discount !! Thank you.

Best dang BBQ in town hands down! They get all the checks right: flavor, smoke, not greasy, great price, and the nicest people you'll meet. Go see Jason and you'll definitely not leave disappointed or hungry! Rick

Brisket and potato salad were great but the ribs were incredible. Best ribs I have had in East Texas.

Pretty good, been a fan for a lil while. Great ticket time, Great food, Great people. Gotta get the pork belly burnt ends, just trust me.
