I loved it! Looking forward to another Tampa visit just to go back!

I couldn’t have walked into a better shop. I was able to speak to the owner Lisett (pray I’m spelling it right) but she is an amazing woman and owner. She shared with me an encouraging message and made my entire experience great! I’m thankful I stopped by and I encourage anyone who is reading this to do the same. By the way, the food and drink was amazing! 100/10 ‼️

Took 20ish mins for a salad and a sandwich to be made and it wasn’t that busy. No dressing on the salad, no kale included even though mentioned. Veggies in the salad have a slight taste like they’re stored in a container that wasn’t rinsed enough. Salmon sandwich was not bad-had the dressing. But a bit monotonous in ingredient usage. You could make something better at home.

Omelettes were tasty! Kids loved them❤️

I am giving them 5 stars because the fruit salad was fresh and delicious. They need flavored creamer to be perfect. Service needs a little attention to detail. Did I mention how fresh the fruit was? Joe

I felt very welcome here! Food was great. I got the açaí bowl and turkey, egg and cheese sandwich. My friend got the omelette. Great Christian atmosphere and great coffee! I’ll be back!

I’ve never felt so compelled to write a negative review. This is the most mediocre establishment I’ve visited in all of my time living in Tampa. Their high Google rating attracted us but I’m genuinely confused as to how these reviews even exist given our experience. To reiterate a previous reviewer’s comment, I have never felt so misled by previous reviews. It’s clear that the over-the-top (it’s EVERYWHERE) religious messaging at this establishment is enough for people to overlook the quality of the food and lack of service. We waited over 30 minutes for a hard, plain, flavorless sandwich and a bland omelette. This is the type of restaurant you leave thinking “I could have made this better myself.” The owner clearly cares more about convincing people to write her a positive review and gain a following on IG rather than making actual good food within a reasonable amount of time. The 2 free smoothie coupons we received do not suffice for how unpleasant this was. Would absolutely not recommend.

I enjoyed my acai bowl and they put a great amount of almond butter on it. But, the coffee! I loved that cup of coffee! I needed that cup of coffee to be exactly the way it was at that exact minute. And I needed it in a mug that said, Trust in the Lord. Because my family is going through a hard time right now with my daughter's father-in-law in hospice. And I needed to be reminded to trust in the Lord right now at this very moment.

The service was amazing and the food was very good and fresh.

Cute as a button cafe. It’s hard to find healthy food when you’re traveling. I hit the jackpot. The Acai bowl was great. Sweet employees too. Locally owned is a big bonus. I try to always support my locally owned and operated businesses. I will be back when I visit again.

Best vegetarian bowl I’ve ever had, half cool and half roasted veggies seasoned perfectly. Extremely fresh, atmosphere was incredible, and you can tell the folks who run this place are truly after the Lord’s own heart. Eating here is truly treating your body as a living temple of the Kingdom!

Love the atmosphere with Bible verses on the walls and Christian music in the background. I ordered a iced latte with oat milk and it was really good. I was really disappointed with the food. It was way overpriced for the portions they served. I ordered an avocado toast that cost around $8 and it was a miniature one :( Friendly staff but service was a bit slow. I finished my small avocado toast before I got my drink.

The food here is absolutely delicious. I ordered the veggie panini. The crust of the panini was crispy and flakey. Biting into it, you can practically taste the crisp freshness of the kale. There's a burst of creamy saltiness that evelops your palette. This dish was healthy and delicious perfection. I can see why the rating is as high as it is.

Beautifully done shop. Food was very fresh and tasty. For the one review that gave less stars for the religion being pushed is just non-sense. The atmosphere is so welcoming which is how it should be. They do not make you go to church no different than going to a chinese buffet with a buddha. Excellent place.

Delicious selection of drinks and food. The service was amazing! One of the employees even offered to hold my baby so I could eat and enjoy the company of my group.

Food is good, service is really sloooowwwww. I was really hungry after the flight, so being one of the few customers and waiting for the staff to take the order wasn’t the best experience. The food was really good. I wanted to place extra order for their lentil soup, had to wait for 5 mins at the cashier stand, nobody came out. There was less than 5 customers in the cafe, it wasn’t crowded t all. But the staff were really not interested on work. I opted for the nearest Wawa for quicker service and better price by the way.

Stopped in to enjoy a Cappuccino with oat milk, and a breakfast sandwich. The aroma as I walked in was wonderful. The sandwich delicious and found everything to be excellent.

The food and smoothies were good. The only downfall of this place is the religious decor. They play Jesus music fairly loud, and the place is just decorated with God things. As a restaurant in South Tampa, they should remain neutral since South Tampa is so diverse. Unfortunately, I will not return to this place due to the pushing of their religious beliefs.

The food here is just like it says in the name, healthy and fresh. I love the egg sandwiches and all the drink options. The staff is very friendly and there are always new specials to choose from. The restaurant is clean and cute and it is located in a great area. Just wish there were more eateries like this one instead of all the bad fast food options that are a dime a dozen.

Had a great, healthy breakfast here the other day. Making plans to come back soon, it was really good. I had a berry smoothie and a turkey panini. If I could make a suggestion, I’d say to place a sign at the other door pointing to the actual working door, I was confused about it and saw the same happening to other clients. This is not a complaint, but an encouragement. You have a great place!

I would highly recommend trying this Cafe. We ordered the Cuban sandwich and Chicken avocado salad. The food was delicious. The staff was very friendly and atmosphere spiritually up lifting. We would definitely go there again.

Best breakfast we had in the city. The owner is Ecuadorian, really friendly, takes her time to talk and know her client. The staff is really helpful and efficient. The food is fresh, healthy and tasty with reasonable price. The atmosphere makes you feel like home. I will be back for sure

Little hidden Gem. Café is beautiful, the staff Washington verá friendly. Best Coffee in town. Ford verá deliciosa. I was eating the lentillas soup and grilled chicken panini. My kid try healthy & lite acai fruit bowl. They have fresh squezzed Orange Juice. Our experience here was fantastic. We felt so welcome like family. You should try it :)

Little Hidden Gem. I like to come over again. The panini was great and so was the smoothie. Place looks great inside is a must try for me. The staff is very sweet and very hard working.

Wow! Our whole experience here was nothing short of fantastic. We felt so welcome from the second we stepped in the door. The coffee was flavorful and strong. The egg white omelet was SO flavorful and satisfying. The homemade salsa is exquisite. I really loved that they had pink Himalayan salt on the tables…that’s not something you see everywhere! Wish I lived closer so I could make this a regular stop!

First time here, the staff is of the best i have experienced & i travel for work have been to many privately owned restaurants…the customer service here was one of the best i have had. Though my egg white omelette was a little dry. My latte was delicious.

I had the good fortune of finding this café while seeking out a healthy lunch in the South Tampa area. Upon entering, it was nice to receive a warm greeting; and I appreciated the spiritual messaging throughout the store. I ordered the fresh wild salmon prepared as a panini, and it was delicious! Overall, my first visit was great, and I plan to come back. To the reviewer who gave the establishment a one-star rating, I would advise he dine at the fast-food restaurant that pitches ‘you rule’ and ‘you can have it your way’. That would be a more suitable place for him, as he wouldn’t have to wait long nor give any thought to what’s most important in life.

I am always looking for healthy restaurants in the South Tampa area and went in Healthy n Fresh for the first time. I ordered a fruit bowl for myself and a rice and black bean bowl for my husband. My fruit bowl was delicious and fresh! My husband liked his dish, too. The thing was, when I walked in to pick up my order - I felt immediately like a stranger and felt very out of place. I don't think I ever felt that way in any restaurant before! It's not not the people were not nice, they were lovely. But I was awestruck by the amount of "Jesus" writings in very large signs and paintings on all of the walls, a large cross and all Jesus related momentos for sale on the shelves. I can completely respect the religious compassion someone may have - but it was a little off-putting in a business that I would think wants to make all people feel comfortable in their place. Please don't get me wrong, I can feel perfectly comfortable with small symbols of a business owner's religion around - but this was A LOT! I in no way, shape or form intend to insult anyone at this business - but I just thought it would be OK for me to express how I, as a customer, felt.

Renovated bigger and very relaxed cafe, the food was delicious. We order lentils soup and vegan panini for vegetarian options, and they have a lot of healthy and tasty food.

The staff was friendly and the cafe is comfortable and cozy. The Cuban sandwich taste authentic.

Update: Awesome News! They’re expanding their store! More seating and increasing their kitchen space. I’m so happy to see this growth! My favorite local spot. Their healthy and comfy açaí bowl is one of my favorites along with their turkey panini. Decided to try their grilled chicken panini and it surely did not disappoint. The food is worth the price and will keep you coming back for more. Their staff and owner are so nice and accommodating too. Surely their little restaurant will have you leaving with a full belly and wide smile 😊

From the moment you step into this place you are greeted with this "I'm at home" vibe. The customer service is absolutely impeccable they really go above and beyond and you can taste that same effort in their food as well. I had the breakfast sandwich, which could have easily been two meals and I'm very glad I came hungry! Every bite was so fresh and so packed full of flavor! My husband had the avocado toast, add beacon and let me tell you this toast came out not looking like much but the flavor was overwhelmingly good! This little dish really packed a punch and will definitely be ordered by us time and time again. The entire experience was very memorable, so much so that 5 stars just isn't enough. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

Ordered the breakfast sandwich with avocado and a cappuccino. Flavors are good, pastry is flaky without being too dry. Sandwich size is filling. Cappuccino is on the sweeter end of the spectrum, but they'll ask if you want sugar. Foam included a decorative message. Atmosphere is pleasant, not too loud. Customer service perfect balance of making sure everything is good but not overwhelming. Highly recommend.
