Great place for our everyday Hero's. Military, first responders and nurses!

Enjoyable. Cool. Discounts for military. I always start here and finish the night here. Beer and liquor, bars upstairs and downstairs, open late, often live music. A very comfortable place. Gets crowded easily.

They did have food, but there is a Jamaican restaurant next door that offers really good food. My son had oxtails and rice with cabbage. This is a great bar honoring those who serve as well as first responders. Great place in Key West to check out. The waitress was the best. I will definitely be going back the next time I am in Key West, Florida

5 Star for the amazing music flowing out of this joint. We were outside at Miso Happy, the Thai joint next door and just sitting outside, the music coming out of Heroes made our entire day. What a wonderful vibe!! Kudos..!!

Didn't eat stopped in for a local beer and to hang my dept patch, need more places like this that support Military, Police and Medical field

We found patches from all over the US and even traded coins. Cute little place.

Found this place while on our pre-wedding pub crawl with friends and family. My “brother” is a fire captain in St.Augustine and knew there was a patch in there for us to find. He found it and we got some great pics for his department. Rhonda was AMAZING and set us all up with great drinks and good music to dance to. She bantered back and forth with me and my fiancé and made our visit super special! Would highly recommend a visit!

Truly support first responders!

Not a hero like our incredible service members and first responders but this place is for everyone. The staff is so friendly and the drinks were great and priced good for Key West. Always something on special with a good mix of beers to choose from. Back in KW a few weeks and can’t wait to visit here again.

This will be a definite stop for us anytime we are in Key West. The beer is cold and a really good price! The atmosphere is very close to "Cheers", you feel welcomed and like a local the minute you walk in, even if you are not military or first responder (as long as you support those groups). Go Navy!

If you’re a veteran or first responder do yourself a favor and check this place out. Awesome atmosphere, hearty drink pours, and a heavy discount as well. We had a Bloody Mary here to start the day and it was delicious and the service was fantastic. Thank yall!

Just drinks and dancing upstairs but the band played on into the morning hours. Bartender was awesome.

Most friendly bar in Key West. Right away we became family with the bartender and fellow patrons that were drinking. Very cool place and every cooler people there. We were recommended by a local in Tavernier and so glad we went! Also very good food next door!

Great and friendly service. Happy to have you come and patronize. Everyone working here seems to have a great time working together. Watching them interact is entertainment within itself. Professional, but fun and sincere.

Good bar in a good location, three of us came in. There is a lower bar and an upper bar. The barmen in the lower bar was unfriendly in his responses and made us want to leave right away. The place was empty except for one patron couple. We asked the barmen for beer types which is when we got rude responses with short answers with unfriendly expressions. When we asked if he served any cocktails he just said no. The patron couple there told us to go up stairs and said they serve cocktails up there. We then asked if upstairs is the same business Heroes, and she said yes which surprised us as to why the downstairs barmen did not let us know this. We went up stairs and had a great experience with Pixie and ended up having a few drinks and staying longer. Pixie was fun, and personable.

Been to key west many of times. Never been to Hero’s yet. However I’ve heard great stories from my professional colleagues and will be bringing my wife next week to celebrate our anniversary. PS I’ll be bringing some awesome patches to establishment. BOOM! UPDATE: Visited there with my wife and enjoyed it from the get go. We made it there 4 nights each time conversing with the bar staff and enjoyed them immensely. Got to place my L.E. patches on the wall of fame and was honored to do so.

Pixie is the amazing kind of bartender who (I saw) treat ladies & men she met today, as if she knew them for years. After feeling so welcome myself, I asked another patron how long she knew Pixie. She replied "just met her today". Her creativity with throwing obscure but amazing cocktail creations together is another example of how seriously she takes her position of helping clients have a memorable experience in Key West.

Just off the main drag. It’s rough and ready, you’ll either like it or you won’t. More a place for a beer on your own than a marriage proposal! Great staff.

Great vibes, amazing location, fun music. I would’ve already loved it here but Rhonda and Pixie made us feel even more at home. Will be back every time I’m in Key West

This is an amazing place with amazing people and very talented musicians. It was the most fun I have ever had at fantasy fest. I will return. Highly recommended.

Owner is an Awesome Guy, Music is Fantastic especially with the man on stage encouraging the crowd to get in on it, and passing out instruments, unbelievable experience, really this is the kind of spot you want to end up singing and dancing the night away! ☆☆☆☆☆ FIVE STARS EXPERIENCE.

This place is unbelievable!!!!!! I will always come there when I’m in Key West. I hope we can move here. Pixie was our bartender and hell I’ll come here just for her great service. She knows her liquors, can tell you how it’s made if you need to know. Our glasses were never empty. Everything was cold and strong and good. This place is IT!!!!!!!!

I have finally found my place. It has taken me almost 20 years to let my guard down. Fighting survivors' guilt and the things that I had to do. Along with my TBI and not understanding how to deal. I was able to just relax and live in the moment. Thank you for this. I can not wait to return next year.

My girlfriend is a sheriff's deputy and was excited to check this place out. We were really bummed because the bartender hardly gave us the time of day. My girlfriend mentioned she was law enforcement and he gave a discount on our drinks but never cared to ask where we were from or anything engaging. He pretty much ignored us and chatted it up with a local patron that brought his dog in. The bar seemed cool but find some bartenders that actually enjoy being social!

Hero’s is such a hole in the wall place. But it will not let you down. Especially if Jeremy is working. I have never had better conversations with a bartender until I met Jeremy. And if you have had one too many (def not me) right across the street is MR Z and hero’s will let you eat inside. Such a wonderful vibe here. Will be back every time!!!!!!
