Bowling alley closed down a hour early just because they wherent “busy enough” after we left and paíd they still had bowlers bowling and free to go

Parker closes when he wants. Even though google says they close at 11 they shut us down over an hour early because “they weren’t busy enough”

Blast from the past feel but well maintained with nice upgrades. Also it is affordable family fun.

What a wonderful place! Starting with the pro shop, I have had nothing but great experiences. It was nearly impossible to schedule having a ball drilled @ Sweetheart 10 Pin in Loveland, but I walked in to Highland Park and they got me in right away. After the first time using my newly drilled ball I had some “tweaking” that needed to be done. Again, I stopped by the pro shop after we finished our game and they hooked me up. I believe his name was Zach, who was working in the shop, is knowledgeable and his customer service was out of this world! We love everything about Highland Park Lanes and would 10/10 recommend them to anyone!

Continues to be the best spot to bowl. Less kids running wild and the lanes are well maintained. Staff are great. Pro shop employees are helpful and knowledgeable. The spicy bloody Marry is where it's at!

2/12/24 The staff working who were working around noon today were amazing. They were so helpful and kind. We had a small birthday party for a 6 year old. The building was clean and the food was very good! It's worth checking out. It's a great family establishment. A big thank you to the staff!

This is, by far, my favorite bowling alley. The staff treats you like family. They have a wide selection of gear and Zach is a fantastic bowling instructor. A+++++

Jackson at the pro shop is awesome, knowledgeable and super friendly. Lanes are awesome, and so are the people working there. Great food. By far my most favorite place I've ever bowled.

Family was in town and I had brought them along with my brand new Shitzu puppy at 2.51lbs who I couldn’t leave at home. I politely asked if it was okay if he stays and after asking someone we agreed to hold him and not put him down. Very understandable and more than generous so we complied, Little Rocky Slept, and we all Really enjoyed Bowling! Super Clean and fun! It's a bowling alley, what should I say...um, better than Chipper's downtown, but not as fancy as the Summit. But Summit is more pricey.

This house is BS. For State tournament, if you're are in Doubles brackets, but not Singles brackets, you still have to wait until Singles is over to collect your already finished Doubles bracket winnings. Wasted an hour of my life waiting for people to finish Singles. Never again

Well maintained lanes great atmosphere. 36 lanes of absolutely wonderful bowling fun and shenanigans. One of the best Bowling Alleys in the country.

This place is wonderful! Zachary assisted us with getting our new balls drilled. We are not from the area and decided to go here for a few reasons. The pro shop has hours that accommodate many, it was within reasonable driving distance, and the prices were fair. Little did we know it was the best choice for us! We got measured quickly and got to watch the whole process. Zach was not only knowledgeable and friendly, he was fast and professional without being uptight (which is what we found at another pro shop). We didn't stay to bowl unfortunately but the place seemed big, clean, and well maintained. Would 100% recommend!

Best Bowling alley north of Denver!

Owner son is so rude does not care about his customers was bowling paying money for a lane and let’s a kid bowl next to us and no score or anything was showing up on the screen just looked like a screen your normally walk in and see that no one is bowling on granted this kid was bowling on the other lane him and his family was paying for already for awhile and then jumped to the other side and started bowling and asked why we are paying for a lane when this kid wasn’t and all they could say he was and that he was pin setting with no score and all he could say was if you don’t like it you can leave I have been coming here since I was a young kid and have never seen this my entire life coming here all because this kid knew the front counter people he gets away with not paying for a lane while my friend group had to wait for this kid to throw his ball on a free lane while we are paying for a lane don’t think I will ever come here again I will take my money else ware totally rude customer service

This place is fantastic! We had our company Christmas party here and everything was so smooth and perfect! We had a blast and will 100% come back to bowl here! The lanes were big and well well oiled! The food was pretty good and the bartender did a killer job! Very well done!

We attended Highland Park Lanes today with our 9 year old and we’re blown away with how nice this facility is. We had 3 different food orders and all of the food was very good. We bowled, played video games, and had a drink. All of the staff was very friendly. Very nice place and highly recommend. We will be back soon

Good and nice facilities but little pricey

Me and my family always come here and bowl and have such a good time! But this time a staff member copped an attitude with us and then continued to gossip with his other co workers. A little un professional. Hopefully next time our experience will be better…. Update: Parker reached out and was very understanding. It’s nice to know Highland Park Lanes cares about there customers and takes the time to reach out and make things right. We will definitely be returning!

This was only the second time I’ve been bowling in my life but I have to say I’ve been missing out on some fun times. Highland Park Lanes is a great bowling alley. The food was great and the drinks reasonably priced. I was surprised how great the pizza was. I think I found a new hobby 😎

Floors are pretty ruff when bowling

Bowling’s decent though the shorter counter kid on Tuesday nights could use a lesson in customer service. Anytime an issue is brought to his attention he gets an attitude about it. Other wise good experience.

Good times to be had up in here! Lanes are clean and maintained, the staff friendly, helpful, and attentive, and goodly busy when we were there. My only "complaint" is we had a tiny bit of a hard time finding bowling balls that fit our hands. That said, it wasn't a huge issue and we enjoyed ourselves very much. Will most definitely go again.

Best bowling alley on this side of Colorado. Had some problems with the machines and they took care of us in making sure we were able to bowl for the time we paid for. My new favorite bowling alley!!! Would rate 10 stars if I could.

Kade has been here every weekend. It is astonishing to see a high school student with so much dedication to the work place.
