We had a company come by and drop off Eileen's cookies for our office. We are a small Direct Primary Care office and these are getting gobbled up pretty quickly. They might be the most delicious cookies we've had; soft and wonderful flavor.

This has been my go to cookie store since I was a teenager. The cookies are always fresh, soft and absolutely delicious. The staff is friendly and welcoming making every visit a pleasant experience whether it’s for a treat for myself for a gift for someone else, Eileen’s never disappoints!

I’ve been frequenting this establishment since I was a toddler - every Saturday evening we would purchase a dozen cookies and that would be our “breakfast” on our way to church. When I was in preschool we came here and made cookies. The memories are endless. A while back I messaged asking about potential delivery options and I was told that was not an option. A few months later, new owners enter the room, they message me saying they are going to start deliveries and wanted to make sure I knew. They quickly boxed me up some yummy snickerdoodle’s and a few days later, I’m in DC enjoying my cookie with my coffee. I’ll always be loyal to these cookies - can’t wait to order more and share with friends and colleagues not around the Greeley area. Thanks again!

I wanted to order a custom cookie for graduation and found the perfect design on their website. I called to place my order, gave them the design number and was told they don't have a copy of that design. I asked if they could just pull it up from their own website since it's on there and they said no. I don't understand why they list designs on their website if they won't make them. Pretty disappointed

The cookies are wonderful and the staff is always more than wonderful. They are knowledgeable about the products and very nice and personable.

This is hands down one of the best places to go to get a sweet treat. Eileen's cookies are some of the best cookies I have ever tasted!

Delicious. Not too expensive. Not obnoxiously huge and sweet. Did I mention delicious? Oh, and the staff is always very nice.

My father in law got some for my sons 6th birthday... 1st my son was already over the cake, cookies and other sweats because his birthday had already passed. 2nd, the cookies crumbled and were gross. It looked like a 2nd grader put them together. I wasn't impressed with the taste. With that being said, who knows how long they were sitting in my father in laws car before he actually gave them to my son. Everyone else's experience seem far better than mine. pictutes

Delicious!! My favorite cookie store not only in Greeley, but in northern Colorado. My favorite cookie is a frosted sugar cookie with sprinkles because it not only makes my taste buds happy but puts a smile on my face with a little something special. The prices are also much sweeter compared to other cookie stores. Enjoy the goodness!!

This is my favorite bakery. I don't live near one, so I often beg my sister to send me cookies. Whenever I go there for a visit, a trip to Eileen's is absolutely necessary! As usual, they were well stocked and had a great selection! The cookies were fresh and soooo amazing!

Best cookies in town! Eileen's doesn't just have the best cookies, but they have great staff and good prices. The m&m cookie and the traditional chocolate chip are my favorites, but I've also enjoyed the peanut butter chocolate chip, snicker doodle, even the oatmeal raisin. The cookies are just the right texture and consistency, and the taste is spot on. Have yourself a cookie!

I just walked out the store and haven’t tried the cookies yet but I was so blown away by the service alone. Brandy, Brandy, Brandy, thank you for being so welcoming and generous, I look forward to returning and giving this place more of my business! I will be recommending this place to all my peers!

The cookies are good but there very expensive

I am a bit disappointed. On Friday the 9th I called to order two dozen 3 inch frosted cookies. My husband and I are moving into the area and we love Eileen's Cookies, so we thought it was would be a nice housewarming treat. In addition to calling in the order, I also prepaid. I gave the young lady on the phone our payment method so my husband could just pick them up. That payment did go though, it is on our statement. Today when my husband went to pick up the cookies, there was no order for us. I give the employees working at the time great props because they went ahead and made two dozen fresh cookies for him. That was very kind of them. He did end up having to pay for the order, so we had to dispute the charges on our card for when we prepaid last Friday. I am just disappointed that our already paid for order was not in the system, so we didn't get the exact cookies we requested. Great customer service on the staff working there today though.

The cookies are amazing! My favorite is the chocolate chip, frosted. They have a weekly special and usually some day old cookies at a great price.

I love the cookies from this business they are always fresh and delicious. I always know what I am getting because they are made the same wash time.

I recently “discovered” this store after my nail appointment next door, and I am so happy I did! Their cookies are perfect every time, fresh, and I’ve only received the friendliest service. The snickerdoodle cookies are by far my favorite, and will definitely be stopping by more often.

Best bought cookies ever! No baking powder nor baking soda whang like all other cookies. They taste like my homemade cookies... 😋 so many delicious flavors, I always walk out with at least six bags... They have chocolate chip, oatmeal, sugar cookie, molasses, oatmeal butterscotch, double chocolate, snickerdoodle, frosted, and many more... Always fresh and super delicious! Great for parties or gifts or just for you!

I am so irritated someone introduced me to these stinking delicious cookies. They have the best snickerdoodles and my whole family gets super excited about their frosted sugar cookies. I don’t complain about the price either! Those sugar cookies are about $7.50 a dozen and totally worth it. Love this place!

My wife picked up some cookies from Eileen's colossal cookies and oh man are these good cookies. These cookies are WAY better than that crumbl joint and priced much better. 10/10 will be coming back for more very soon!!!

Best cookies in town. I give a coupon for a free dozen to my new customers, especially when they have children, but I haven't seen an adult that turns me down either. Great for parties and special events.

Ordered cookies for delivery after having a terrible craving. The Crumbl cookie store was charging $15 for 5 cookies! Unreal. Luckily Eileens has common sense and 14 cookies were around $7. So I ordered 3 dozen. They were fresh and tasty just what I wanted.

recieved a macadamia cookie today in my Meals on Wheels lunch. Was so delicious decided to buy more next month. Needed to see others feedback first tho. AWESOME sold. cranberry oatmeal here i come i put chocolate chip in mine but i sure I will love Eileen too. oh thank you soooo much for helping Meals on Wheels.

These are the best cookies around! There are usually a couple dozen in my house every week, as my wife loves them too! You just can't do better than those Oatmeal Chocolate Chip! :) I have taken a dozen cookies here and there as gifts for others, and they jump for joy when they see what I brought! These cookies work great as a courtesy or a thank you to customers, for any business who is looking to give appreciation back to their customer base! The owner, Gini, is very passionate about her establishment and will ensure a great experience to all her customers! Hands down the best cookies you’ll ever have.

We live out of town and I ordered cookies a day ahead of time. I mentioned when I ordered it would be close to 530 when I could pick up. When we got to town we called to say depending on lights we might be a couple of minutes late. We were told the doors would be locked at 5:30 and would not be allowed to pick up even 2 minutes late. Luckily we made it at 5:25 and just had to be handed the cookies since we had already paid when we ordered. Just surprised at the rude response to our call.

They won’t sell you more than 3 dozen frosted cookies and have a small hand written sign stating such when you walk in. Not cool when your supposed to pick some cookies up for a small event and they have an entire case FULL of them. So disappointed. Won’t be back anytime soon. 😢 Very poor business decision.

I just love Eileen's Colossal Cookies. They have a home-baked quality. The selection is great! I still haven't tried them all. The staff is kind and friendly. They are great as a treat, a gift, for fundraising, or getting the kids to finish homework. A family fav for sure!

Great customer service, very accommodating to your specific needs. If you plan to walk in to purchase pre-frosted cookies, I'd try and go in early. Those ones sell out quick. Otherwise you can always call in your orders. They sell dozens of cookies in bags for a little more sometimes less than $5. Way cheaper than Mary's Mountain Cookies!

What a selection.So many cookies it's impossible to choose. I make it a point to go to Shwartz's krautbergers kitchen next door and then cookies to take home at Eileen's. Comfort food all the way. Two of Greeleys finest mom and pops.

Ordered cookie cake for daughters Birthday today, received call at 10 that they can't deliver gal that took call yesterday is new and didn't know the delivery person wasn't working today, will refund or send tomorrow. I asked to speak to owner or manager to see if there was anything we could do... even If I could pay someone else in store to run over real quick, since her Birthday is today (I live 2 hrs away). I was told the owner was the delivery person and she would tell me the same thing (obviously they spoke with her before calling me), I got her number anyway, Left message, don't expect a call back. Just surprises me that delivery is few blocks away and no one willing to help out (theres more behind my daughter getting a cookie cake on her birthday, but I won't go into details about that...) Its all good,... I'll race to figure something out, unfortunate since Eileens has been a family tradition for the past 28 years. Take the time to train your people, "especially if your the owner and make the deliveries", Innovation is so important today and your Customers keep you alive, take the time to call them back. (10 min).

Yummy cookies, so hard to decide what one or two to eat and you gotta have milk with them right? During the summer you can eat onw of their big ice cream cookie sandwich, omg they are so so good and will fill you up for sure. Employees are very nice and helpfull and storw smells great, hmmm wonder why?

I wanted my granddaughter to have a cookie basket delivered to her home for her 6th birthday. I don't live close so I called the store. I asked if they could deliver to la salle, abruptly I was told no. La salle is literally a half mile from Evans, which they'd deliver to. A bad choice to abruptly say no when a grandmother is willing to pay extra for grand kids. A lost sale that could of added additional profit. Big marketing mistake.

My daughter's swim team uses Eileen's for a fundraiser. The product is excellent! Depending on what other fundraisers have been collected before, their turn around on these orders varies from 2-3 weeks.

Eileen's Colossal Cookies was fantastic. I have only been once or twice, and the cookies are super good. Usually for me, if I taste something and like it after one or two times, it will stay the same way always. The snickerdoodle cookie was super good, I couldn't put it down once I started!
