Prime rib sandwich was excellent. A range of low to moderate pricing, Good range of selections on the menu.

Marina was an excellent server, and the food was amazing! I don't think I've ever had a better Reuben sandwich, and the margaritas were just right. I'll definitely be back.

With such a high rating I was expecting to be impressed with the food at this place, but the Reuben I had there was decidedly mid. The rye bread was unlike any other I had ever encountered before without much rye flavor and was very dry. I get that it was toasted, but it's consistency was more like Dutch rusk than a flavorful rye bread. At $17+ for a sandwich and chips I was expecting more; definitely good, not great, and not worth the price. I do not recommend, but perhaps my tastes are not your tastes.

I have never raved about a sandwich before, but the Nae Nae WAY sandwich, with roast beef and avocado cream had to be the best sandwich ever! The waitress was great, service was great, and atmosphere wonderful. We're passing through Greeley, but when we come back, we will come back!

Stopped here on a work trip and it was amazing. Food was great, the employees were super friendly and it was speedy too. Would go back again if I'm ever in Greeley again.

Came for lunch, on a Wednesday afternoon place was busy, but we found a table. Ordered there signature Prim Rib Dip and it was good, the aujus was flavorful I really enjoyed it. My daughter ordered the Reuben and she really like it alot. We also ordered the Cob Salad that to was delicious. Over all, great food, great service and we will be back soon!

I’m a frequent customer here due to its friendly atmosphere and top-notch food. It’s a quick and healthy lunch for me that’s close by to the airport (where I work). Thanks for being my go-to salad and sandwich lunch spot in Downtown Greeley!

It really sucks that the Britt's little Italy is off the menu. For that I'm never coming back to The Cow ever again.

Small Cafe bar clean well-kept bathrooms. Handicap accessible. Food was amazing but don't be in any hurry. Not in the middle of the day. So if you only have 1 hour for lunch you may not make it back on time

We visited The Cow Saturday evening about 6:30. They were out of bacon. No one behind the bar so the servers have to make their own drinks, slows down service. There was the Arts Picnic, movie letting out and hockey across the street, they were not prepared for customers. It seemed strange how surprised they were and that no one was managing the staff.

The dip sandwich was life changing!!! Staff was very friendly. On my next road trip I will be stopping by!

Pricey to my standards! Food ok, Menu needs more choices! We went on a Tuesday and it was sandwiches, chips, salads, soups and few different Appetizers . Never been here before and wanted to check it out.

Had a great meal after trying another place didn't seem to want out money. Our second time here and couldn't be happier. Prime rib Thursday is the deal of the century. Go here.

I had the cowboy nachos. The homemade cheese was really runny and mayed my chips soggy. The chilly on them had no flavor. My husband has the prime rib sandwich. Heto said it didn't have flavor and wasn't worth the price. The waitress was great though!

My mom and I just ate there tonight and the staff were really nice. Our waitress was really sweet and kind.

Came in a few weeks ago after a good friend raved about the sandwiches! Absolutely loved it! The bartender Rae did a fantastic job at making me feel welcome and answering my questions! Her cocktail skills and knowledge were impressive and delicious! Got the Elvis sandwich also and all I can say is WOW! Overall a 10/10 experience!

Pretty basic fare for lunch, but the food was well prepared and presented. Also, the staff were awesome and friendly. My pesto chicken sandwich was tasty, but I would have liked it a bit hotter (temp) and with less bread (which was tasty, though). Overall I enjoyed my food and would go back.

Grate place with amazing sandwiches, and the all the staff was wonderful to deal with. The owner was very helpful as well and the air bnb was a grate place to stay

Trust me, ask for Patricia to make your old fashioned… amazing happy hour prices too! Came for Thursday night Prime Rib special. Did not suck… Actually, it was perfectly med-rare as ordered. The caesar salad and baked potato were on point as well. This nondescript spot on the corner of 8th Ave & 9th street is much more upscale than it appears. Great bourbon selection, fantastic service, and the food does not disappoint. Highly recommend, will definitely repeat.

We order take out from here very often, today kinda sucked! I ordered at 11:39, usually ready in 20 minutes or less, While I showed up 5 minutes early I waited patiently, waited another 10 minutes and was told the "chef" used the wrong bread and is remaking my sandwich, I think even the manager or owner asked me if I have been helped, finally 12:20 I got my order, fresh but I got it! I wish they could have jus been honest, either they didn't see the online order or they set it aside as other folks were served, table of 4, table of 4 and a single person, either way Ill be back because my husband loves these sandwiches, just be honest folks! :)

It's worth the prices to come here: delicious! I highly recommend the Elvis, the Jessa, and the queso appetizer. It's pretty cool that they have mocktails available, which were also really good.

Everything about this cafe is very good. What puts it over the top is the incredible customer service. One server who I find particularly fantastic is Sydney. She goes above and beyond for her guests and does it with a beaming smile and cheer.

Super friendly. Pricy though. Yet better prices then some steak houses downtown with more for your dollar on the plate.

Tasty, inventive food but pricey. We don't come here often because of the prices. But it is easy to find a couple choices to decide between... something for next time.

We are frequently there for lunch. The food is great. They put their own spin on some regular meals. My husband is not a fan of tomatoes, but he loves their tomato bisque. The service has always been fantastic as well. It has a terrific atmosphere. We recommend them to our other friends that are looking for small quaint restaurants.

We chose the upstairs event room for a management retreat, coordination was seamless, with the room set up just as we needed. Opting for lunch from the menu, service was excellent and the food was amazing! A BIG thank you to The Cow for ensuring our management retreat was a truly successful event!

Our server Ray was incredible! She seemed to be running the entire front end as a one-woman show and was still incredibly attentive to all of her tables! I would come back for her service alone.

Ordered the Cuban and French onion soup.. Sandwich had good flavor but was like a 5 inch small roll and was supposed to be roasted pork but tasted like warmed up lunch meat. Still good flavor. Onion soup was served in a really tiny bowl, maybe 4 oz. Soup itself tasted good just didn’t have melted cheese on top like it should.. 21 dollars before tip just seems unreasonable for what I got.. Good atmosphere and service.. Food is just overpriced for what you get.. I recommend going a few doors down to the taco bar instead..

First & last time there. Service was SLOW (maybe 3 tables to serve), staff standing around in the back talking. Not much of a food selection/food wasn’t that good. Floors were gross with crumbs all over.

The service was great but the small menu is way overpriced. I ordered a $16 Ruben sandwich and thought it would be a big sandwich but it was not. The sides were lack luster and overall I was not impressed. If the sandwich was realistically priced, it would have been OK but you're paying way too much for a small meal.

You can just feel it in the atmosphere that this is a successful business. My Wife and I came in for a drink and appetizers before an event and we’re met with great service, attitudes, and product. Thankful for our time at the Cow Saloon.

Loved!! Great staff, fun environment, and delicious food!!! I loved the upstairs event space as well! What a great place to rent out for events. Can't wait to book my next event there! Portions where huge!! I had the Jessa that was recommended by staff. Loved it!!! It was like taking a fabulous BLT and putting a fun spin on it to make it EXTRAORDINARY! seriously!

I really liked the location and atmosphere. The menu is a little limited selections. It’s mostly sandwiches, soup and salads. I had the onion soups and it was very tasty and thick. The hubs had the pesto chicken sandwich and he liked it. The patio is Cachi approved :)

Jodie was such a pleasure to work with! She accommodated for 20 people and the food, service, and hospitality was out of this world! She even went out of her way to buy balloons for my moms birthday. 10/10 recommend!

What a wonderful restaurant! Laid back atmosphere, the wait staff were friendly, and everyone working really seemed like they enjoy what they do. My wife asked what mocktails they have, and the bartender came up with one for her that was amazing! We will be back

This place truly has great salads, cowboy chili and sandwiches. The drinks are creative and delicious, the service has always been good, and I never leave here hungry. I would also recommend the Thursday night prime rib. I wish it was more than one night.

This used to be our favorite place. They've changed things on the menu, and the changes aren't great. Tried to go in on a Friday night at 9:50 pm, during Friday Fest and they stopped us before we could sit down and hollered "ALREADY CALLED LAST CALL, WE'RE CLOSING IN A FEW MINUTES". There was still probably 100+ people downtown on the block, but only 2 tables in the cow. We were a party of 6, and all regulars. We miss the Mad Cow.

The best nachos, fabulous sandwiches, the prime rib dip is out of this world. The Cobb salad is sooooo yummy! And the staff, always smiling, knowledgeable and kind!

This is basically a nice sandwich shop with drinks and apps. The place is nice, decorated well. That staff is very friendly but not what I thought especially with "saloon" in the title. The apps and Rum Runner was good.

Everybody’s always searching for that place “where everybody knows name” and The Cow is that place. You’re greeted personally most often by one of the owners or recognized by your drink order by the outstanding bartenders. The atmosphere is light and laughing and the food is outstanding. Portions even more generous than the taste—savory, satisfying and always done to order. There is something joyful about The Cow that makes us always choose it for our downtown go-to and most often makes us drive cross-town just to GO downtown! The Cow is a cornerstone of Greeley and can I just say….helloooo Rueben or prime rib sandwich! You cannot go wrong with anything on the menu! Get there!

We LOVE The Cow! From the staff, to the food, to the community oriented aesthetic. The Cow is a Greeley staple and a choice we pick when we need a good family friendly meal. The staff is so friendly and super accommodating. I held a private business party here and my staff talked about it for months after because it was so good! 5 Stars!

My wife and I always stop by for the Cow for lunch or dinner. The food is always consistently great and service is always on point. Definitely will continue stopping by anytime!!

I cannot believe how much they charge for sandwiches. A family if 5, 3 of which just eating Pb&j kids meals, cost $74! The place is themed after cows yet no cow meat is served, no burgers, fries or anything. The kitchen is the size of a large bathroom where I’m convinced they just have bread, a toaster, a bag of baby carrots, Lays chip, lunch condiments, pickles, and soda. That’s the extent of the menu. It’s food you buy at Sam’s and make at home, nothing more. The Arnold palmers are unsweetened because they only serve unsweetened tea but they charge $6 for a glass of lemonade. The waitress’s wear booty shorts and low cut shirts in an attempt to boost the atmosphere, yet it’s just children in there and old drunks. No tv just xtra dust to watch move. Our waitress never even returned until she saw us getting up to leave. She also was the bartender apparently despite the fact she looked to be about 18. If you want a sandwich go to Jimmy Johns or Subway, it’s cheaper snd better. This place in no way deemed a restaurant it just has the wait time of one. The kids meal comes with HALF a sandwich, 4 baby carrots and a handful of lays chips. Or, microwaved pretzel bites with spicy jalapeño cheese that no kid will touch. This item like many others, is recycled as an appetizer. You can even get the PB&J as a “ meal” for adults. Lol I’m PO and laughing at the same time.

This is a unique and fun stop in Greeley Colorado. Sydney is an incredible server both knowledgeable and prompt without being pushy. I had the BBBLT with a quarter pound of bacon on sourdough bread - oh my goodness it is tremendous. My wife had the Cobb salad and said it was delicious. She also commented on the fact that someone knows how to hard boil an egg. Overall, this is a stop you need to make - I’ll be back.

My friend and I both had the rueben sandwich and salad. It was very good. They use pastrami rather than corned beef, which was a nice change. Service was great.

Great time with the family! Yummy sandwiches and desserts. My daughter loves the cheesy bread and cow pie. For the adults - awesome cocktails and don’t sleep on prime rib night on Thursdays! A great treat for a fantastic classic steak dinner.

Stopped in for a "business" lunch and had some great food and a nice little whiskey pour. The food was great and took a bunch of stuff home to the family, they all loved it and it was quickly devoured. Portions are good sized and will fill you up. The Cowboy Nachos are good and the Reuben & Keri are two of our favorite sandwiches. They don't have every whiskey in the world but what they do have it very good. They are continually expanding the selections and the brands & expressions are solid. They have some of the best pricing on pours around. You won't be disappointed. This is a good spot for an afternoon lunch or come to downtown Greeley and hangout for the nightlife. The Cow is quickly becoming one of our favorite eateries.

This is now one of our favorite eats in Greeley. We have been there twice, and both times the staff was kind and accommodating. The waitress on our last visit went the extra mile to make my friend's birthday special. Plus, the food is absolutely delicious and we look forward to seeing what the soup of the day will be. We also appreciate the fact that there are gluten free options, and tasty ones at that. I highly recommend this restaurant.

This is my family’s lunch spot. Their menu is simple, but they do it so well. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, and honestly I never knew a sandwich could be so good! The service is amazing too, everyone we’ve met that works there is so proud of what they do, and they should be. A true gem of Greeley.

I had, hands down, the best meal I’ve ever had in Greeley at The Cow during their Valentine’s Day event. The owners are the most lovely, local family and the chef is such a gem. We stop in for lunch often, though you should be sure to catch them for their holiday special menus as they are unbelievably amazing. During downtown events we like to snag a drink on their patio - it’s the perfect location for hearing the music and being a part of the hustle and bustle comfortably. We love The Cow!

We stopped in for lunch today for the first time. They were very busy with only a few seats open. We were greeted cheerfully when we walked in and found a table for two. Tiffany waited on us and she was fantastic! Friendly, alert and checked in with us on cue. The food was amazing. Best Ruben sandwich we've had in a very long time, the tomato soup was piping hot and delicious and my side Caesar salad was fresh and crisp. The beers came in a chilled glass. My husband and I both were super happy we decided to give The Cow a try. We'll definitely be repeat customers!

We had several of the sandwiches and they were really tasty. They didn’t have the cider I wanted which was fine but they also didn’t have anything else that interested me to drink. My friend ordered a beer that ended up being expired which was a problem for her anxiety and the bartender could not find another unexpired bottle. She ended up having to pay for the beer she couldn’t drink.

Update 2-10-23. This place has changed sizes of what we're homemade looking and tasting sandwiches to a run of the mill sandwich shop who is catering to a pseudo cowboy type ambiance. Bummer this place was great for so long. Way over priced and pathetic. 1-12-2020- Best place to enjoy a drink and excellent quality food. Always a good clean, and and enjoyable experience. If your looking for a good place to relax and have good atmosphere, this is worth checking out.

There's a university and a couple community colleges in Greeley, but they may have not been back in session on Jan, 4, 2020. Restaurant wasn't too busy, maybe half of the 12 or so tables were full around 1 pm, no one at the bar. We had my 3 year old grandson with us, and the cook made his grilled cheese sandwich and the waitress delivered it right away to keep him happy. We all had cups of homemade soup (very hearty, well seasoned) and half sandwiches. They were enormous and all fresh ingredients, with choice of 4 kinds of bread and 3 different sides. Service was attentive.
