My word Jack in the Box has a faster turn around than these folks. You would think since they added a second lane and a new walk out window they would be a lot quicker. It’s the opposite, they’re a lot slower. About 3 times as long drive through wait than any other chick fil a I been to. The management on the drive through service needs to do their job. Ain’t no way I waited 18 minutes for a #1 this morning.

Horrible service went on 9/15 and made a mobile order and I went through drive thru and wouldn't give it to me I am disabled and they made me walk across the parking lot cause it's there policy... my order when I walked clear inside was right bybtje drive thru window they could have given it to me..Ridiculous behavior and when I went inside to complain the manager guy gave me dirty look and they lady who grabbed my order said it's our policy to make u walk....I thought you guys cares about your customers yet i was treated like a pos...I will never come back after this experience and I'll tell my family and friends to and social media about my experience...

they supposedly offer gluten free options, but I got seriously ill after eating only their gluten free sandwich.

I've been to a few Chick-fil-A's, and this one is pretty good. The only downfall is they don't seem to manage their drive-through as well as other Chick-fil-A's do. They're great about delivering food when it's ready to the right vehicle even if you aren't next in line.

My chicken nuggets were srumptious

Crazy, Greeley is the only chick fil a that closes at 9… my girlfriend wanted chicken and 9:10 and she couldn’t get her chicken. That’s outrageous. Now she’s really sad and honestly that’s just insane. You guys closed and now she’s really sad. “My Pleasure” well she isn’t pleased alright.. I’m just so upset with this place. I love the food don’t get me wrong, but nothing is more important than my girlfriend happiness.

The drive-through is cramped and awkward,other than that I love the Cobb salad with chicken fil e sauce.

Gluten Free Buns ! Fast and Friendly service !!

We have been getting ice cream cones here since it’s opened. My 84 year old grandma receive a very small cone. She asked for a bigger one. The manager refused to replace her cone with a bigger cone. She was so disappointed. This billion dollar company could afford a nice size ice cream cone for an 84 year old woman!! So disappointed!!

The man that took our order was very unpleasant, the lady that handed us our food missed our extra sauces and then threw them at us when we politely asked for them, and they didn't give us our straws. Very disappointed

This is one of the worst Chick-fil-A's located in GREELEY. save yourself from going here, they are usually out of something like Mac & cheese, like over 5 times, and the Chicken is not hot. It's warm and the service is the WORST for the attitude of the team members at this location.......DON'T GO HERE...

Always a great experience when eating food from here. The drive thru and inside lines move quickly. Customer service is outstanding. And it's one of the few restaurants that I don't feel like I have to check the bag before leaving, to make sure everything (including sauces) is/are in there.

The only irritation I have is the evening crew keeps giving me sweet tea when I order unsweet. I enter the order in the app myself. It's on my favorites. When I order during the day, I get it unsweetened. I live 20 minutes away one way so going back to exchange tea isn't going to happen. Other wise it was fast and good.

The food was okay but just warm and small portions. It took them almost 45 minutes to get it to us even after we ordered online 20 minutes before leaving to pick our order up. Our order was only 1 order of nuggets and 1 order mac and cheese 1 nugget meal. 65 minutes for such a small order and the food being luke warm, we will NOT be going back.

Slowest inside service ever. 3 registers and only one open after waiting at 2 that were open. We get to it and they say they can’t help us. Good service super slow inside but super fast outside. Worst one I’ve ever been too.

The professionalism and friendliness of the staff is absolutely outstanding whenever I come here! My orders are never made incorrectly either. It certainly is a plus how delicious their food is too! I love coming here whenever I get a craving.

You may need to keep on things if you are doing takeout orders. They will sit up there on the counter and they don't check to see if your waiting. My new discovery is the cow crunch salad and it is absolutely amazing and I do not like kale it is so good I look forward to it every time I go now!

First off they don't do well done fries. I don't understand why not. Nobody likes soggy fries.. what upset me is I asked for 6 sauces and got 2. My order was a large fry and 2 spicys. Pretty reasonable..

First time eating at Chick- fil-a very disappointed food sucked Plus the damn outside order takers act like they didn't wanna come to our car cuz we was black. Then again that's Greeley for you. It bad when all serve is chicken and it was super duper gross. 😔

Food came out before drinks. The food order was not complete when they brought it to us. It's not the best visit we've had here.

There were no workers by the drive through stands as they were told to stand around the side of the building, resulting in everyone on the outside line having to wait for longer because they couldn't see and everyone in the inner line cut in front of them.

This has one of the most delicious chicken sandwiches, nuggets, and other stuff I've ever laid my taste buds on! And don't get me started on the Chick-fil-A Sauce! It just goes super well with the chicken! 15/5, would AMAZINGLY recommend!

To start off with I love chic filet, but this time it was not gooooood! I travel a lot and eat chic filet a lot! This is the very 1st time I have wrote a bad review ever for them! I use the app ALL THE TIME. WE MAXED OUT THE APP AT OVER 200 DOLLARS. I HAVE NEVER HAD A ISSUE WITH THE APP EVER. TILLLLLLLL NOW SUPPOSEDLY THE APP LIES AND IS BROKEN RIGHT FROM THE MGRS MOUTH. The app states we will track your driving so your food will be ready when you arrive. Nope not this time! The Mgr said that the app is broken and it's not their fault. Just so you know I asked 3 times are you sure because I write reviews ALL THE TIME LOOK IN MY PROFILE! I HAVE OVER 14 MILLION VIEWS YES 14 MILLION VIEWS!!! SHE said it does not track you and tell you that your food would be ready. I said weird I do this allllll the time. I got knowwhere with the Mgr. SHE said it was a corporate thing. So I hope if your corporate people or owners read this they fix it or tell her that it's not true! Again this is o probably the 50th time I've used the app to order food for my wrestling teams. Then I asked for a shake (sorry sir it is in cleaning mode ??!!!) What it's 845 I asked what time do you close she replied 9 I asked then why is the shake machine off? I got no answer so they lost out on an additional 15 shakes at 4.50 a shake that's quite a bit of cash they let go do to them wanting to leave quicker than they should! I honestly could not believe my eyes do to me eating at your restaurants 2 to 3 times a week. This was really a bad night and I hope your store changes their ways of operation. Close at 9 not 845 and I mean leave the shake machine on until 9pm period!! Good luck and I hope this is a good learning experience for your staff!

This is an excellent fast food restaurant to visit. Great food, excellent service, and the amount of time to receive the food from ordering is great. The biggest gripe I have is how long the wait is in the drive thru line... but that's just how it is at Chick-fil-A because everyone wants to eat there! (A good problem to have!) This location has always clean, and the atmosphere is welcoming.

I love Chick fil A but this visit was disappointing. Chicken sandwich seemed to be changed to a much smaller size. Disappointing since you pay a premium price.

Last Friday night we were going to a football game in Greeley Colorado and we are out of town guests and we googled your location. First we pull in and there is a stack of cars waiting to get into drive thru which blocked us from entering the parking lot. We were gonna go inside use the bathroom and than order food to go because we were on the road for 2 hours. I noticed a small lot behind the chik fil a and pulled in. It was noted chik fil a employee parking. I thought I could just park there for 5 min to go in and make my order to go. There were at least 5 spots available. A young employee with 2 other chik fil a trainiees came up to me and said I cant park there its employee parking. That started a negative dialogue. I could not understand why 5 minutes would bother anyone after sometime I asked for their manager and went into the chik fil a and explained my situation to another young manager. I said id go to the bathroom and than leave while my wife was ordering food. I pulled into paneras parking lot while i waited for my wife. She arrived at the car with our order and told me that the bathroom was not only disgusting there was no paper towels or toilet paper in the womens bathroom, but your parking lot was SAFE!

Drive through is the busiest spot in town, but if you use the app, things go so much smoother. These folks still know how to make things move.

They never have my order ready....when I order door dash. I'm not kidding my Dasher has waited there for 20 minutes. I know the restaurant gets the order before the Dasher so why isn't it ready?

I don't understand how it's possible to have 40 people on shift at any point and still be constantly behind. Doesn't help that the newest team member is always put on expo by themselves, meaning every order that goes out has to be checked 3 times by an untrained teenager. You will stand there for 30 minutes as a seemingly infinite number of capable people walk by to ask if you need help then walk off.

Went for breakfast and it was made in a timely manner.

We love chick-fil-a and come here all the time. When my kids would eat here ever day if we let them. Try the spicy chicken sandwich with a couple of waffle fries on it and drizzle some hot wing sauce and ranch on it for a tasty treat.

I don't get the hype. I ordered a nugget meal, the nuggets were mediocre and the fries have no flavor unless you cover them in the sauce. My kid ordered a chicken sandwich and after taking a bite asked me if the chicken was done because it tasted funny; we ripped the sandwich in half to check and the center was raw.

3 years ago I would've gave them 5 stars. But, Not anymore... their chicken has definitely gotten smaller. ( Literally like half the size) And they are still just as expensive. I won't be eating here again, anytime soon.

Very stingy on sauces. This is the only chick fil a location where they limit the amount of sauce you can have to 2 per order.

Every other location makes the chicken wrap with the regular crispy chicken if I ask but this location refuses with an attitude. I think the grilled chicken is disgusting served cold and other locations gladly make the wrap with crispy chicken so I’ll gladly never revisit this Greeley location

One of the few local fast food places with a play place! Always clean inside and always fast, fresh food! Only negative is the parking situation.

Drive through was long so I went inside thinking it would be quicker. Therr was only one person in front of me inside the building. They recieved their order quickly but I sat there for 20 minutes as they knock out the whole drive-thru. I had to ask where my food was after everyone looked at me as they worked. I recommend you train your staff to acknowledge that if someone is standing there for a while that they might want to follow up with them. A total of maybe 6 employee walked past me a dozen times while I was waiting and nothing. It was like I didn't exist! Very disappointing.

Chicken sandwich was way overcooked. Like leather. Was very surprised because usually they're pretty good.

I don't know how they do it so well but I've never had a bad experience here. If I could eat chicken every day I would eat here even more than I already do! I appreciate you people of chick fil A! 🙏

Fast food SERVICE is not something you find much these days. This is a Christian based company that hires caring, hard working people with true work ethics. Their food is great and they have the best drive through of ANY chain! And I love that they are closed on Sunday's!

After hearing everybody Rave about how amazing this chain is, I decided to go. I was completely disappointed and underwhelmed. The chicken strips I got for lunch were about the same size as my fingers. They were old and somewhat burnt. There wasn't enough food there to feed a small child, let alone a grown man. The fries were all right but they were obviously old. My drink which I got an iced tea, was filled so full with ice that there was maybe two drinks worth of tea.

The customer service is hands down the best ever! The food is good. I love getting a large half-cut iced tea, light on ice!

Parking is a bit tricky, but it's always worth it. The food is delicious 😋 the service was great. We went at lunchtime. The drive thru was packed, so we went inside. There were plenty of seats, and the service was great.

We use to go to the one in Thornton . We always had great food . We live in Greeley and have gone to this place the salads had old lettuce and a few pieces of chicken the tomato’s are old. be sure that I am going to contact corporate with this restaurant.

This is the worst Chick Fil A I have been to! Salads are gross with wilted lettuce and barely any chicken. I have been to multiple locations that had fresh salads and sandwiches. This Greeley location barely has anyone in the drive thru and I’m sure that’s why this place is not good. To boot I paid $37 for 2 gross salads and 2 shakes that are extra small. What a rip off! I tried this location two times thinking this time it might be better with a different staff but it’s even worse! This Manager needs to get it together!!

The service was fast and friendly. There was a floor person actively cleaning tables as patrons left. The place was tidy.

Super busy and packed. The drive thru line was super congested, all the way to the street, which made it almost impossible to get into the parking lot to dine in. Inside was also packed and loud but to be expected based on the drive thru. Clean, staff is nice, but if people isn't your thing or your looking for a quiet lunch, this is not the place. I think the parking lot should be re done to allow people who just want to dine in to enter without waiting in the drive thru line.
