Have been coming here for years and have never once been disappointed. The food is always good. The atmosphere is nice and the service is always great. Tarrin is new but he is already doing such an amazing job! He is extremely attentive and kind. We look forward to coming back and seeing him again!

We use to see this place all the time but finally went and had lunch. It was great the food was good, service was good and overall we all had a great time

Food and service is excellent! Portions/pricing are great. My grandmother and I eat here often and never have a bad meal. One of the only places in town that cooks tofu correctly too, so delicious. The customer service is outstanding and today we got take out and it was so good! Definitely a rarity in this day and age. Probably the only good Asian restaurant in Greeley. Thank you!

This is a ver nice place to eat with family and friends. The atmosphere is quiet, yet casual. The is also amazing, and they give you good size portions. (Lots of food for the price) The service here is also nice, it is very timely and the staff is kind. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Sushi is great. Hibachi side is also great. Pricing isn't too expensive.

I’m not giving our server a 1 star. I’m giving if the manager or the owner what ever she is a 1 star she doesn’t even deserve that. We have been there on a couple occasions where she has been so rude to the customers and the staff!! Our server tonight walked out because she was treated so poorly. We will never go back. Yes the food is good but if you can’t treat your staff well then you don’t deserve our business. Also the bar tender is the the managers son and he’s a little a hole too!

My wife and I just ate here for the first time. We often pass by them and vow to try them some time. That time was today. My only regret is not trying them sooner. The restaurant is beautiful, the food was delicious, the staff was friendly and my wife and I, are now regular patrons. Kudos to Ambrosia Asian Bistro for a great dining experience!

Came for lunch. It was so very delicious. Our service was great. She was very friendly and helpful with the menu. Price is very reasonable. We will return.

Walked in at 1130 am nobody was at the bar or desk waited didn't see any staff waited about 5 minutes and left . Looked nice Inside but there where no staff even visible

Okay first off, the restaurant is beautiful!!! Gorgeous atmosphere. And the staff is incredible. We've been twice now and everyone is incredibly friendly and accommodating. And the food!! Heavenly. Beautiful presentation! If you can, please go! It's a wonderful dining experience.

The sushi and tofu Lo Mein were great! (2/3 of us were vegetarian, and very happy. Our favorite was the Avocado Roll!) They mixed up something small and our server made up for it well even though he didn't need to. Good food and good service! (Don't get the salad though, it's just some watery romaine lettuce and peanut butter)

Such a nice clean place. Lunch came out super quick, hot and was delicious.

Went to celebrate a family birthday and made a reservation days ahead. As food was being prepared for part of the party we then asked and they said we could o my have 9 per grill and served the other part of our party with another group of customers. Had this been disclosed when we made the reservation we would have taken out business else where. We were still charged a 18% gratuity for the large party even though we were separated from our other guests. Staff is very unprofessional in handling issues and have a very it is what it is attitude. Very overpriced for the experience we received.

Honestly service from the bartender was rude, they also didn't even bother to ID which is really concerning. Overall the food was okay, but the kid behind the cash register was rude as well not really dining in again with service like that.

Fantastic Asian restaurant. The menu is great. If you want hibachi grill, they offer that too and they are great. One of the best restaurants in Greeley Colorado. I strongly recommend this place.

I used to like their food and service. I gave 5 stars after I had been there several times. I recommended this restaurant to my friends and my costumers. Last time I was there, egged roll was burn and chicken in our fried noodles was still cold. I called the young guy and politely let him know. I came again with my kids even after that and the same guy ignored us and after a while the lady also came and won’t ask or say anything. I walk out with my kids. And now I decided not to go there again. Sadly, people don’t like feedback and not ready to improve. They just get mad at the costumer for letting them know something we are not satisfied with.

We came on a whim for a couple of our granddaughters. They love this place. Service is always good. Our Hibachi “chef” was just okay. We have had a couple that are a blast to be around. It’s hard to explain to a 6 year old why the chef is different from last time. He way overcooked the lobster. It was hard to eat. Steak was really good. All in all…, our granddaughters had a good time.

Second time here.. Great decor and atmosphere

Went there Saturday night 2/17/24 for the Hibatchi grill experience. The food was very good. Prices were on the expensive side, but It was a special occasion. The restrooms were pretty dirty though. I did not read the bill properly which is my fault, but a gratuity charge of 18% for 4 people was added to the bill. I did not see that at thte time. I tipped another almost 20%. Their site says they add the 18% gratuity charge for a party of 6 or more, which is misleading. It was okay, but we will likely not be going back.

They were very nice and attentive to making sure we had everything we needed. The food was phenomenal as well. Definitely will be coming back.

Their sashimi is unbelievable; the tuna and salmon are delectably buttery in their own respective ways. The eel and corresponding sauce is to die for (genuinely would lose a limb for another piece of this delicacy) and the tempura shrimp is incredibly tender as well as delicious. The miso soup and house salad is impeccable as a first course, plus the hibachi (chicken and shrimp with low mein and vegetables) is both entertaining and some of the best quality ingredients I’ve had in awhile. 10/10 recommend this location for their service, menu, atmosphere, and overall quality experience!

We’ve been here a few times and I feel like it’s hit and miss. A few weeks ago we came and it was great. This evening we went with a bigger party for a birthday and made reservations for 6:30. We went in ahead of time to check in and our table was given to someone else because she thought the other party was us. Waited 20 minutes for a table and then another hour and half for our food and to get refills on our drinks. They weren’t prepared for the large party either even though they said they could accommodate for 11. We were squished together. We told the waitress and cook that there was a gluten allergy and they seemed to acknowledge but then the cook was cross contaminating so we had to tell another waitress about it so their food could be cooked in the kitchen because the cook didn’t remember apparently even though he confirmed it when he first came out. Also, when portioning the cook didn’t seem prepared. He was giving out vegetables and I was the last person and got like 5 pieces of vegetables and then said sorry I gave the others more. More practice needed maybe? You would think after giving up our table, waiting an hour and a half for food, not remembering the allergy and then shorting people food that there would have been maybe a free dessert offered, money off the bill, or something to make up for the terrible experience. We also mentioned a birthday and they usually sing but that got skipped. Chef didn’t offer saki either not that it was a big concern but I really think tonight was just a disaster! Debating on going back and we usually enjoyed the place.

We were there for less than 45 min and rushed out the door. They sat us with a group that had already ordered. We didn't even sit down and they were trying to take our order. The group we were sat with unfortunately had to leave abruptly. We were still eating when the staff started clearing our seats, they put a box on top of my plate while I was still eating. When paying $200 for a dinner for 4 I don't need to be pushed out the door.

Really good food and atmosphere! They did a very expensive remodel a few years ago and it still looks awesome. The service is good and I have heard the hibachi is awesome but I have never tried it myself. I like the sesame or orange chicken. My friends love their curry.

Food was really tasty, but the crispy duck could do a little more crisp. The Jalapeños beef was the bomb. But the meat portion is very poor. Mostly vegetables, sadly. Would definitely go again if we are in the area.

Excellent experience for Hibachi, Sushi or anything gluten free!

The portions in the hibachi are not worth the price. Your plate might get less or more. Don’t sit your child there. My daughter had pieces of HOT food hit her while they were stirring/cooking. Then got splashed with the VERY HOT water while they were cleaning the grill afterwards . Some of that even got in her food. the cook didn’t even care just looked up and continued cleaning. Waste of expensive meal!

Went here for my son's birthday tonight and it was an amazing experience. Thanks to all the team at ambrosia for a wonderful experience!

THE BEST CHINESE PLACE YOU CAN GO TO i recommend it

Just left this place and I won’t be back. The server was awesome but the lady screaming in the back about the order that I sent back, that was wrong was rude and made sure the whole restaurant heard her complaining about my food being sent back. She belongs in the kitchen where they scream orders back and forth at each other and not in front where people are eating. Just not professional.

We had bunch sushi and dishes ordered- Chinese dish was great and drunken noodle I was hesitant to order but it was great as well! You can get variety of Asian food here! Japanese, Chinese and Thai! 👍🏻

I just wanted to share how much I enjoyed my visit to this Bistro. The hibachi experience was fantastic – a perfect mix of delicious dishes and entertainment. But what truly made it unforgettable was the way the staff treated us like they'd known us forever. Trust me, you've got to give this place a try!

Said I wanted Mongolian beef after they confirmed what was in it which they said was beef and onion they gave me beef and Broccoli soup which I didn’t realize until I got home which is a hour drive won’t be back also had to wait around for 10 min just to get someone to ask me what I needed

I told my waiter that I have celiac’s so I need to be careful of the food choice I went with his recommendation and I got sick before I was even done eating so not a good place to go if you have gluten allergies

Loved this place they even have a no carb menu.

We’ve been eating their food now for the past year and a half. We usually get it take out, which they are very quick about, usually taking only around 10-20 minutes after placing the phone call. We order the tofu in peanut sauce and tofu green curry almost every time and they are always very good and flavorful. We’ve gotten some of the other veggie dishes and they do not disappoint. They get the tofu consistency right (nice crusted, saucy layer with a soft tofu inside with the peanut sauce and in their green curry a nice, firm sautéed tofu triangle) with their dishes, which has been difficult to find in Greeley. When we’ve gone to dine there, we’re always surprised by how insulated the back room is from the street noise. The ambiance is pleasant and relaxing and we’ve always had pleasant interactions with their staff. If you’re vegetarian, and from what some of the other reviews say, if you’re not, they are a great choice for Asian fusion eating.

I always get takeout but it is always really good. Can't go wrong with the sesame chicken!

After one visit, I definitely want to go back. The only real detractor was that they had run out of my 1st entree choice, however my 2nd choice came out with no delay. Everything we ordered was really delicious, with the entrees having generous portions at a reasonable price. Can't wait to go back and explore the menu farther. Even the ambiance was very pleasant.

I always enjoy this restaurant and visit often. The food is consistently excellent and affordable. My last visit on a Saturday night found the restaurant full and capably handled by only two servers. My party of five enjoyed being served by Henry, an affable and attentive young man who worked hard to provide us with excellent service.

The food was so awesome!! We had a great time with the family!

We ordered three meals and an appetizer. All three were delicious, and two didn't even make it into a takeout box because it was so good. The service was good and besides not having a great beer selection (which was expected) the drinks were also tasty and well made.

Absolutely delicious! Out of three plates we only took about half a dish home because it was so good. The peanut curry was especially delicious.

Decent food with great service and a great environment. I like the different curries. I am not fond of the sesame chicken because I like my sesame chicken with more of a crunchy batter on it...and the coating has a little bit too much vinegar for me.

Absolutely delicious and very beautiful restaurant. Definitely my favorite hibachi in Greeley and Asian cuisine. What makes them different? They certainly stand out when it comes to unique flavor and seasonings that combine together into a delicious meal!

I travel the country in my occupation. I've driven over a million miles. I have had a vacation in Manhattan, NY, and Rapid City SD. So when I stack this restaurant against the 47 other states restaurant's, I give it a 7.5. It's better than avg but one of the best in Northern Colorado. Here in Greeley, Ambrosia is definitely a 9.5 out of 10

I ordered a hot and sour soup. It was served cold. I sent back to be heated. The soup came back to me cold a second time. The third time my soup was served hot. I order a fried chicken plate. It was served raw. The manager argued that it was not. The chicken was red to the bone. I am attaching a photo. I do not recommend this restaurant.

Every dish is beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. In 5 plus years of coming here, we have never been disappointed. The service, atmosphere, and food are 5 star good! The hibachi grill, sushi, and menu items are all worth every penny. The black dragon roll and soft shell crab are our favorites.

This is a really good restaurant. We eat there all the time, but recently the restroom fragrance has been made so strong it stinks up almost the entire restaurant. Who wants to smell the restroom scent while they are eating, That's disgusting! Please remove the smell and I will remove the bad review. Update: They removed the bad restroom smell so updated to 5 stars.

Food was good, nice place, my only concern is the size of the menu. How do they keep everything on that menu?

Atmosphere was beautiful, service was good and our appetizers were great but my main dish lacked flavor. It might have just been what I ordered, chicken and shrimp lo mein. It was cooked well, but it just had no flavor.

They at my party of over 20 and people kept showing up. They accommodated and didn't say anything. Not something I'm proud of but still was nice for them to work with my family. The hibachi cooks are always funny and great cooks

My go-to place to eat in Greeley. Their curry is delicious, the menu has great options, it's reasonably priced and has good service. Highly recommend.

The fried rice I got was very delicious like the best Iv ever had. Teriyaki chicken was good as well but was missing somthing I couldn't quite put my finger on.

1 Chef and 1 waitress. They went so fast they were unengaged. Food had no flavor. Very disappointing!! Will never come back.

This place is always a great choice when dinning or taking out. If you want a traditional experience you can dine in normally. If you want a party experience with someone cooking infront of you do the hibachi; it's alot of fun with a group of friends or family! This place is PACKED on the weekends and holidays. I do suggest setting up a reservation prior to going in for any of the options above. Take out is a not so great experience. Food will remain amazing which is the only reason I still do takeout with Ambrosia when I am not in the mood to be around crowds. They have a drive through window that I've only used once an wad during the pandemic it was quick an efficient. They have sense stopped using their drive through window. So its crowded, an you want your food in and out when you take out. But you have to walk in. An wait. Wait for all the other people to be seated prior to even being noticed for your take out. If you try to jump ahead of the line alot of people tend to get snippy with you (I experienced this recently)

Usually get good service but we put in a pickup order and they told us it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. My wife waited 45 minutes before it was ready. They gave her no explanation and didn't offer even a partial refund.

Food was great. Noise level unbearable. Children that were there were crying and scared with all the noise. Very expensive.

Easily the best place is Greeley, atmosphere is nice and relaxing and the staff are incredibly friendly, our server D made the entire experience much more fun, will definitely be back.

This is one of our favorite restaurants in Greeley. Food is delicious. The sushi hibachi, plated dishes. We have not been disappointed once.

Went here for hibachi last night food and service was great. Was a little disappointed that the gratuity was added to my ticket. Being forced to tip kind of turned me off to this place. Pay attention to your receipt before you pay.

A great place for sushi in Greeley! My favorite is the mango roll. They have a ton of different food options, which is perfect for picky eaters!

So full! Great dishes - strong drinks and a relaxed atmosphere. We love eating here. We've done the Hibachi and enjoyed it, but mostly come for the dining room.
