Ordered door dash and food was missing called and the lady was rude and not professional at all told me it wasn't there fault there was missing food. Yet bag was sealed by them.

Last standing Hoagieville in Missoula. Have been going to them since they started out on Higgins. What an iconic spot for Missoulians. Love them!

Took over an hour to get one sandwich

Service has really went downhill fast. Hipster managers with no work ethic just decide to close whenever they feel like it. Never open until 8 pm like it says on the website. Old Bob and Nick should really reconsider how this place is being run, otherwise it will close down just like the other locations have. Hoagie Ville was one of the best spots in Missoula for years, but not so much anymore. Montana Club not far behind with the ridiculous prices and Texas RH now destroying them.

The lady who was helping up front she has shaved hair on the side she is not very helpful she assumes you to know where things are and just rude

They need to figure out their hours, online doesn’t match with in store

Definitely do not open up when they are supposed to be open food quality is not bad and the eating area is dirty could use some better cleaning

I am not much of a fast-food guy, but Hoagieville is what fast food is supposed to be, the staff at this location are great, and of course, the food doesn't disappoint, I am just bummed that this is the last Hoagieville left! As mentioned, the staff here are great and there would be no Hoagieville without them!

Pros: ok! The mushroom burger was so good! And a bargain at 6.95, this compares to a much more expensive burger. DIL got the bacon chicken sandwich which featured an impressive breast and generous bacon. The buns were sift and yummy my daughter enjoyed the kids grilled cheese. Her fries were good!! Crunchy outside with actual potatoes inside Fast service Great prices Con: it’s in a mall, so you have mall atmosphere. I’ll be back for sure.

Lazy teenagers who take forever and serve cold doordash food to people who already paid for their food. Don't leave the food out cold on the counter!

Closes at 5:45 when there are other people who just got their food. Mall doesn’t close till 6. Easily could have gotten me my food before close. I’ve been a customer for years. Very disappointed in the service now that they are the only location open. Don’t want anyone to over work themselves. SMH

My kids love Hoagieville. We are sad that the reserve street location has closed because frugal just isn't for us.

Food is good, service is better! Everyone is really nice and super friendly, no issues there. The burgers, Superchicks, hoagies, and world famous cheese fries are awesome! If you're looking for a quick bite of a wonderful, long time classic of Missoula, go no further than Hoagieville! P.S - They sell their seasoning for $7 a bottle and it's wonderful on popcorn as a tip! 😉

Staff was actively arguing and ridiculing the lady taking my order and the food was not worth it because it was way to salty. Like really really salty.

Hands down THE BEST!!! and I mean THE BEST!!! The Super Chick is easily the best chicken sandwich ever!!!! Their cheese fries are OK too 😉 😜 Sad though that are down to one location - and that's in the mall. Miss the old drive ins...

Hours say they close at 8pm on weekdays, came in today at 6:45 and they told me they were closed while there were people still eating inside the store. Terrible service, not good employees

Overall wasn't a huge fan of the cheese fries but will have to go back to try some of the other stuff.

I had to take my wife to an old haunt to allow her the joy of the cheese fries. We were both not hungry, but knew if we didn't stop that we would not go back. We went just for the fries, but got the meal anyway. It did not disappoint, but she surprisingly thought the burger was even better than the fries.

Hoagie feels the best because they have the best chicken nuggets and the fries

This is one of tue best local fast food joints in Missoula. The hoagie and cheese fry is the tried and true classic but they do a great job on sandwiches and fries accross the board.

Ordered delivery and when got food missing items called and was told for missing because "been busy with orders"and if I wanted my food come and get it myself. Like I didn't order delivery for a reason and that I couldn't leave my house. Absolutely some of worst service ever. Doubt I will ever be back.

When the fries are fresh they are the best I've ever had. I recommend the seasoned fries, but the cheese fries are good if you're into cheese. I love their turkey hoagie. Personally not a fan of the burgers or chicken sandwiches, not sure if that's just my preference or if they're legitimately not done well. The only reason it's 4 and not 5 stars is because you do not want to go if there is anyone in line on front of you. 4 people in front of me today, said it would be a 15-20 minute wait, no worries, not in a rush. It was a 35 minute wait and the food was barely warm. I wouldn't mind the wait if it was at least fresh. If they're busy at all, you'll be waiting a long time and then might forget to call out or bring out your order.

The people working there were very rude and it took like 30 minutes for us to get our cheese fries which were not even worth it and they forgot our ranch so we had to go back up there and ask for it

the people working on this tuesday at 5 pm were extremely rude. it took like 20 min to get our cheese fries out and they weren't even hype! they forgot our ranch too!

I've been going here for many years, and it's always been nice, the food is good. Except this one instance, the girl at the counter quite literally threw my change at me, like at least just set it on the counter, my only complaint I've had in 21 years.

I only order milk shakes and cheesy fries here. Super yummy. Not a fan of anything else on the menu.

Best cheese fries and chicken sammich

The Southgate Mall location had been a go-to for my kids & myself since I was in high school, but I can't say I will ever go back after our experience Sunday, August 28th, 2022. The kid that took our order never looked us in the face, messed up my daughter's order & then made her to pay to fix their mistake, instead of comping it. The staff was entirely rude. The girl doing the drinks put literally 3 pieces of ice in my daughter's drink & when my daughter asked for more ice, the young lady acted like it was putting her out & didn't even add enough ice for it to cover the top of the liquid. The ice has always been part of the Hoagieville experience!! This whole situation was beyond disappointing, because not only is this only one of 2 locations left, but the Reserve St location is awful, so this was the only "good" one left. Does customer service even exist anymore?

Good old hoagies for what they be! Sauces are sufficiently sapid, that being said, the tables and area are a bit crowded and the staff are rather busy, but not rude, just have rapid customers to tend to.

Was there on Sun Feb 20th, had an employee handle everything excessively without gloves. Didn't wash his hands after handling money and then drinks. While I was sitting there eating, he started picking zits on his face and biting his finger nails and I never did see him wash or sanitize his hands.

High prices but tastes good. .. not so healthy I don't think..

The service was top notch. The food was good for mall food. The ambience was mall ambience. Overall it's a decent place with tasty choices. Would recommend if you're in the mood for a quick bite.

Biggest issue is lack of seating and slow workers. It's one thing if they can get people through quick to leave, or have a bunch of seating for everyone to sit, but it's another to be slow and have limited seating. Good food though, would recomend

Delicious. The cheesy frys were amazing. I got the mushroom burger and the mushrooms were thicker then the burger so i was a little let down by that. But they were also so busy so maybe they makde them thinner so they would cook faster.

Their cheese fries are TO DIE FOR! but in my opinion the burger looks WAY more impressive then it tastes. It was good, but the patty is barley a quarter inch thick, and not worth the calories I gained eating it. BUT THOSE FRIES MAN!❤️♥️

I was told after trying Hoagieville's cheese fries I'd never look at cheese fries the same way again. The cheese is melted to perfection, little to no oil or residue. The fries are crunchy and salty and great for dipping despite being covered in cheese. Definitely going back once I get the chance. I didn't know I was doing cheese fries so dirty before this.

They have very delicious Bacon Burger's and cheese fries so if you are ever in the southgate mall in Missoula Mt stop by and see for yourself I highly recommend it and they are up on the covid-19 regulations too

In the mall, this restaurant has a cramped dining room. Food was prepared quickly. The bacon hoagie and Philly cheesestakes were good enough. Large servings of fries. Coke soft drinks.
