Excellent service.Today I can feel a different atmosfere , fast more friendly service.An upgrade of usual Hooters experience. ( we had quite a few not so pleasant)I believed they have a new management at Coral Way and 33 rd ave..Thanks Hooters and Shay !!! Great service!!

Hooters in Coral Gables, the service is very friendly and the nachos are very good.

24 years ago was my first visit to Hooters, I had a great time. This was my fourth time, and I understand the economy is difficult , since suppliers are gauging prices, and we can spend hours talking about it, and of course many places are struggling to survive and then there's the tip situation which is a mess, but 24th years ago, the food was incredible, it was a real experience. The ladies are doing their best to keep up with the program, the company should check the wings, they got so tiny , and the Nachos... don't get me started with the nachos please.

Their sauces don’t taste like the normal hooter sauce

This place is very well located on a very nice and walkable street, the service is friendly, it has many diners, very good prices, very good service, fast, friendly, caring, family-oriented, I recommend it.

The worst service I've experienced in a while. The server, Fiorella, politely took and delivered our order of beer, hot wings and fries. Then promptly disappeared. Fiorella never came around to see if we wanted water, more beer, or anything. Fiorella, along with the other girls, were just standing around-the place was half empty. When she finally came back (we had finished and managed to flag her down), I told her I would have loved water, another order of fries, and that I typically drink 2-3 beers with my meal. Instead of being polite, she got an attitude took my cash amd stormed off to get me change. Fiorella returned, tossed me change and receipt on the table and left. I haven't been there in years and definitely won't be back. The food and vibe aren't the same anymore.

The worst service I have had in 43 years in a Restaurant, the girls only talked to each other and the cell phone while the manager only made food in the kitchen. I waited more than 30 minutes to be served. The girl's attitude was not pleasant at all. If he doesn't want to work, it's not my fault, he truly desects.

The service is the worst. Servers take too long to attend to the client. No managers are looking at what happens in the field. Nobody sees if the client is looking for something. I love Hooters' wings and environment, but I hate service.

Literally was ignored the whole time, food took almost 40 minutes, uncharged an extra 3 ranch when I ordered 20 wings and buffalo shrimp it should come with the ranch by default. None of my dishes came with its own sauce. I was just too over it to make a fuss I wanted to leave ASAP.

The sandwiches could have been seasoned better. But the Siesta Key drink was incredible.

Excellent place, delicious nachos, good prices and the attention of the waitress Merlys was incredible.

Nice atmosphere with inside and outside seating. The food took quite a while to come out but it was worth the wait. Wings were cooked to perfection, salads were huge and very fresh, sliders were also very good! Waitress was very sweet!

Believe this place gave us food poisoning last week. We had the wings and fried pickles. Not going back. The atmosphere was nice though.

I’ve ordered online and on the phone and they tell have told me 20 mins I get there in 30 and still waited multiple times for an extra 40 mins so total waited for like a hour for a small order

if you are not Spanish nor do you speak Spanish they will look right past you! not welcoming at all, servers barely speak english nor do they understand it. don’t waste your time or your money here.

This location had the miami heat game audio all the time and nobody was watching the game . Everyone was there because the soccer game Madrid vs barselona . As soon as the soccer game start the but music even knowing that everybody was asking for the game audio . I don’t know but looks like is something anti cultural .

Everyone was waiting for the Real Madrid vs Barcelona game and before the game started the audio that was on was that of the Miami Heat game. When the soccer game started they turned off the audio and played music. The entire time there was the audio of the Miami heat game. It seems racist or disrespectful to me.

I usually don't give reviews on anything, but I had to on this hooters restaurant. It was the worst service I ever had . The food was not good. So my experience was a flat out zero. Nasty!!!

Marc is an extremely abusive manager to these young women. It is incredibly unacceptable how poorly HR has handled the excessive complaints about this fool. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen. His disrespect in this establishment should be banned. Until then, this hooters location won’t get another dime out of me

The waitresses were 5 stars BUT the food came out 1 plate at a time group of 4 people all was cold, the last plate was the lunch chicken wings delivered cold with little sauce. Very disappointed But The Waitresses were Fantastic.

I know how disgusting Marc the manager treats the girls there. He has the grossest attitude and puts his misery on these poor girls. I cannot believe a place like this would continue to pay him to lead a group of powerful women when he has the worst insecurity ever

Dined in last night. Food and service was fine. However, Marc's (the manager) was unacceptable. His treatment to these young girls should not be tolerated. I have witnessed firsthand inappropriate behavior and would recommend the company does something about this. Will not return.

Yesterday I visited Hooters with some coworkers, the truth is that everything was delicious, good service and a very welcoming atmosphere, the girl who served us, I don't remember her name well, was very friendly and helpful, the truth is, without a doubt it is a 100% place. Recommended to have a good time. I loved the place without a doubt I must return

The wings were not prepared like in other branches of the same chain below average food

I would give zero stars if possible. I ordered 10 wings flappers only. Got half flappers and half drummets. I ordered onion rings. They were burnt. When the food showed up by Uber Eats it was cold. Not warm. COLD! And this location is only 1 mile from my hotel hear. I will never order from here again!

Overall wasn't a horrible experience. The food was good and the manager made sure everybody had everything they needed. He seemed to stay on top of everything. However the waitresses were hit or miss. There were around three girls at the front door and none of them sated me although they seated the people right in front of me. They just told me to sit wherever they didn't really care. The main thing that I didn't like, I ordered the Mahi tacos. When ordering I asked to substitute the slaw or baked beans for French fries which the menu said I could do for $1.99 or at least that's the way I understood it. All my waitress said was no problem. After I finished eating I realized I was charged for a full side of french fries. When I mentioned it she said that doesn't come with your tacos it only comes with the sandwich. Definitely something that she should have told me prior to putting the order in especially considering I specified I wanted my side to be fries instead of the baked beans or slaw that was offered with it. Ironically the fries were the worst portion of my meal and I didn't even end up eating them. They were completely overdone or old. I honestly couldn't tell which possibly both. Also to clarify I have ordered tacos at several other Hooters and it's always been included as a side or they've just always rang it in that way. I should also clarify that I drive for work and have been to most every Hooters in the US.

Appetizers times I've gone are cold left at warmer a while before being served. Buffalo shrimp came out cold ridiculous. Servers are to worried about looking good in mirror or restrooms and talking leave tables unattended for times... Drinks ordered outside usually takes forever One server at bar at times doing all orders. Needs new management it's not what it was originally, when opened up...Manager rude.

Our waitress was terrible, maybe others were better. We had to go to the bar to order drinks a couple of times. The hot sauce on the wings not as spicy as other locations we have visited. We wouldn’t go back to this location.

Went to pay with my debit card but due to the card not having a chip reader and their machine not having a slot to slide my card the MANAGER MARK TOLD THE WAITER TO WRITE MY DRIVER LICENSE NUMBER AND EXPERATION DATE ON THE BILL.. WTH

As a Miami Resident we have come to this hooters that the supervisor even recognized my husband this establishment has declined severely. The girls there are so rude and their behavior is discussing having no class these girls that talk back to you like you in the street, they need a better hiring process is this area. As a so called family establishment I would not go there sitting with 3 kids and extremely hungry, they took forever to take out order, then our order was mixed up leaving 2 people out of our party waiting to eat mind you there was people arriving way later than our group and received their food ahead of time. Why? Because the other waitresses were being spiteful towards our table from the very beginning since we sat down. This is extremely frustrating. They were not even busy to excuse them because all the waitresses were standing around gossiping. The manager on today 03/01 in the afternoon behaved so unprofessionally. He said due to me letting out a curse word of frustration he stated arguing with me like he was going to fight me a women, when my husband saw he was verbally the way he was talking to me he was not having that type of disrespect and told the manager to please not touch my husband and the manager said my husband touched him, in what way I have no idea. Because he didn’t want to shake your hand who hires these people, Then a girl started arguing from behind the counter like she was in the streets and honestly it was down right such a horrible experience. I hope that they have HR DEPARTMENT LOOK INOT THIS ESTABLISHMENT BECAUSE THE WHOLE STAFF DIDNT HAVE THE EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE TO DEAL WITH FRUSTRATED CUSTOMERS. In which they from the very beginning they where having a prejudice against us. I hope they have different team members where they know how to deal with the public.

Is the sevice ever gonna get better? Why are bartenders acting like they are doing us a favor ? I just come here for the beer and the wings. Also one of the rare spots in Miami where you can hear some good music. Do not expect any service or respect. Especially if you are a woman sitting by yourself.

Atmosphere was great.. Brooke was bartender of the year.. quick to notice when I needed a refill. Too bad it was a one time business trip and likely I’ll never be back.. but if for some reason I am.. hope to be a returning customer.

I had a free 10 wings birthday coupon which clearly states I can use for online, in app, or dine in orders and the restaurant denied me twice. I tried both dine in and in app pick up orders but they would not let me use the coupon, claiming that this location doesn't take those coupons. However nowhere on the coupon did it say specific locations only. What a waste!!

horrible service, 40 minutes waiting for the bill and the waitress never cleaned my table after eating, the dishes were dirty the entire time!! I remember why I hadn't returned to that horrible place, everything especially the service.

My friend got his meal 15 minutes after I got my meal. Not good.

Mark Bortnick ("manager") screamed at and attempted to humiliate three (3) separate servers while we were at their restaurant. I have never experienced more degrading behavior coming from a supposed "manager." The food and service from the kitchen and servers was absolutely amazing; however, the management needs to be seriously reconsidered (I'd shoot for a firing considering his foul behavior) regarding his employment status.

This is the first online review that I have ever felt the need to write in my life. My girlfriend and I were having an amazing night with great service and food from the serving staff, but halfway through the dinner, the manager, Mark B, unreasonably scolded our server plus two other servers in a matter of 60 seconds. This was undoubtedly very apparent and clear in front of all customers. I am completely aware of how server/manager relations and communications go as I (along with my girlfriend) have worked extensively in the food service industry, and we were both DISGUSTED by how this was gone about by the manager Mark. We were planning on frequenting this location as we live nearby, but after tonight's experience, I am not sure if we can continue to support an establishment while Mark is the leader. It was appalling to see how he treats his employees and very very surprising that a national chain would employ him as the supervisor.

Somehow they completely messed up my order. The level of incompetence blows my mind, likely more the cooks fault than the waitress... but both are to blame. I ordered chicken wings, all flats, with buffalo sauce… received mixed flats & drums, and a few actually had bbq sauce rather than buffalo 🤦‍♂️😆🤣🤷‍♂️ And the wings themselves weren’t even good. I tipped 20% as usual, not checking inside my takeout box until I got home… my mistake.

If your not of Spanish background you won't enjoy the atmosphere.... The music that the waitresses play is all Spanish... They will make you feel like an outsider.

**BAD LOCATION**First, their food is horrible, burnt wings& tiny, probably use old grease . & Let's talk about the waitresses who are completely unprofessional playing with their cell phones , Men ""especially need to get wise to these waitresses as far as tipping them. Remember They're going to complain no matter what tip you give them..* Give them the bare minimum*.. another little thing to add to this ...is I've seen the girls at the bar test how your drink tastes with a straw and then put it back in your drink..

I had been here before with veteran/military buddies and was able to get the free meal they offer for vets/military. But today, they did not. According to the waitress, they stopped doing the vet/military meals at 6:00pm. So that is why I'm giving it 3🌟. Plus their FB page the waitress would be wearing "patriotic" attire, NOPE!!!! Very disappointed in their way of saying we "support the troops" 🇺🇸🇺🇸

Quick service and great attitude. Only problem was the manager drinking beer and then grabbing another after last call in front of the customers no less. Not a good look.

Poorly managed. Shrimp taco with two tiny shrimps in it. Then the manager had the nerve to tell me "actually it was 3 small shrimps" the taco was stuffed with lettuce and two shrimps. Save your time and money in work near but won't be going there again. The Last time we came it was burnt wings so we figured we try the tacos how can you mess that up... well they do

The girls are stunningly beautiful and the service is good. The good is terrible. The cheesesteak had very little meat and cheese and was extremely salty and greasy. The fries tasted like they didn’t change the oil in the fryer for a week.

I really liked the food, atmosphere, music and the women seemed to gel so well together and were all very nice! My daughters and I love going to Hooters and they're our favorite wings and so unique! Let's be real no one has the same Buffalo recipe as they do! 911 sauce is awesome too!! 👌

4/13/23, 3:30pm—came in, sat down since no hostess, Karla (waitress) right in front of me asked for help, a friend customer comes in she speaks with “friend” for a good 2 minutes while not acknowledging my call to order. Finally, she comes to the table with attitude then refuses to take my order and asks another waitress to take care of me, very unprofessional.. shared experience with manager on duty “Tony” he advised that he would speak to her about her behavior. I live one block away, always come here, guess never again.

!!DO NOT ORDER FROM UBER EATS!! Every time I place a delivery order, things are missing. I just ordered 30 wings and they only sent 10 wings. I called the store and they had me on hold for 20 mins and no one helped me. Mind you, this is not the first time it happens to me. My first Uber eats order with them was 2 desserts and they only sent me 1. I’ve also ordered straight from their hooters phone line and they still manage to get missing items in my order and I’ve had to wait at the restaurant for another 20 mins for the wings to be cooked; only for the manager to give “great customer service” because they have no other choice up front but when orders come in they always mess up. There needs to be a new management in place.

The wings, western burger, and Buffalo shrimp were flavorful. The keylime pie was not good. It did not have a keylime flavor. The service was slow but ok.

I went to Hooters today and it was amazing! Our server, Lilly, was really nice and helpful. She recommended the spicy garlic sauce and honey Thai for our boneless wings, and they were absolutely delicious. The whole experience was great - everyone was friendly and welcoming when we walked in. But what really stood out was how great Lilly was. She made sure we had everything we needed and was always checking in on us to make sure we were enjoying our meal. Overall, I had a really great time at Hooters and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for good food and great service. If you go, be sure to ask for Lilly!

I recently visited Hooters and had an amazing experience! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome and friendly smiles. Our server, Lilly, was exceptional - she was very sweet, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. We ordered the boneless wings and Lilly recommended the spicy garlic sauce and honey Thai. Let me tell you, those were excellent choices! The wings were cooked to perfection and the sauces were just the right amount of spicy and sweet. Overall, I had a fantastic time at Hooters thanks to Lilly's great service and recommendations. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for delicious food and outstanding customer service. Five stars all around!

Slow and lazy service, it took us forever for a waitress to take our order and for our food to arrive. The restaurant only had three tables occupied, so it wasn't a busy day. A lot of the employees are occupied by gossiping and texting on their phones. My table was also dirty and had fruit fly wings.

I go to Hooters a lot. I always order 3 Mile Island original wings. The wings are always good. But the wings here, were EXTRA AWESOME! Kudos to the chief! Only complaint, is the AC at the indoor bar was TOO DAMN COLD!

Came here twice on our vacation to Miami. Service and food was absolutely amazing and we had such a blast! The staff were so much fun! Recommend this place. 1000%. I wish the Hooters in Toronto was this amazing.

If you are a woman and by yourself don’t bother to come to Hotters in Coral Way and 33rd ave , the girls are only interested in promptly coming to a table with a bigger group or a table with men completely ignoring you, in my opinion with an ignorant mentality thinking that they would get better tips. Sadly because I am a big tipper when the service is right. I did tell the manager and left. I encourage the manager at this location to look around and notice some of the bad women workers at this location.

BE ADVISED Do Not Come To Any Hooters

Very bad customer service 😑. When we arrived since it was only me and the kids, the girls look at us up and down and just told us to seat whatever. The two guys that walked after us, were escorted to their table. Then, it took like 20 minutes to get a waitress to come get our order and like 1 hour to get 🙄 our food. I decided to treat me self to a drink, it took like 3 people to fet my waitress to come get my order. Got my drink, not what I ordered. Now the bathrooms disgusted. In general not what it used to be.

The food has went down hill over the years. The breaded wings are barely breaded and the sauce is so weak, mostly butter. The service was great but food not so much. This will be my last visit to hooters. There are too many better options out there. Which is sad because I loved hooters before they went cheap to stay afloat
