The food was delicious, and I thought the prices were fair. The service was good and the restaurant was very clean and the atmosphere was pleasant.

Went to this IHOP after church and had a great experience! Gabriela was very helpful and her service was amazing! The food came out very quick and let’s be honest …. IHOP never disappoints!

Excellent service...they didn't have ice cream for the milk shake, they didn't have sauces for the pancakes (only zirop) and it was very cold...it was very hot outside but with the cold inside, outside, it was pleasant.

I just entered this IHOP… as soon as I go in and go to the bathroom, a worker comes out of the stall and goes right into the kitchen without washing her hands.

Absolutely wonderful breakfast, service was perfect and the milkshake was a dream.

Terrible atmosphere. There were 4 waitresses shouting at each other, commenting on the private life of each of them and including the private lives of other waitresses who were not even present. Then a blonde lady arrived who was returning to work today and as you can imagine, the hubbub and scandal increased giving her the "welcome back" to the job. Impossible to have a meal in peace. The food was served almost cold even after having made the specific request to bring it very hot. I returned the food and they did bring it this second time with the eggs hard and overcooked and the rest of the food in the plate only a little warmer. I complained to the Manager. The manager unfazed. I decided to leave hungry. What a mess!

Online ordering is not working. Called to place order was told I could order thru Uber eats or door dash because she wouldn't do over the phone orders. I asked to speak to the manager. Was placed on hold for 15 minutes. No manager ever came to the phone. Terrible service 😑

The food is terrible, the Pancakes are horribly thick and raw, the truth is that you can't go to any restaurant anymore, they are eating the food with their legs and without flavor, what a disgrace nowadays

I was deeply shocked by my experience at this restaurant. When my friend and I called to report missing items from our order, the staff actually spoke about two Chinese girls to the employee next to them and then abruptly hung up the phone. This blatant racial discrimination is unacceptable and made us feel insulted and hurt. What's more frustrating is that when we tried to contact them again, they showed no remorse or sincere apology. The way the restaurant handled the matter was unprofessional and completely inappropriate, without providing any proper compensation for their mistake. This behavior is shameful and should not be tolerated. I strongly advise others to avoid this restaurant until they resolve and correct their discriminatory practices and improve customer service.

This ihop was absolutely terrible. It’s disgusting how they’re infested with roaches and still serving food. I went for breakfast with my family when suddenly a roach crawled onto my cup. I honestly still tried to handle the situation in a calm matter trying to signal our waiter over, which she ignored us several times. When she finally came she didn’t look slightly phased or even concerned about the situation. She proceeded to just tell us that they’re fumigating the back (where the food is currently being cooked) and they “tend to come out”. She then brings us our bill and tries to have us pay in full when our food was barely touched. We tried to get the manager multiple times, she obviously didn’t think the situation was serious enough because the moment she finally showed her face she wasn’t sincere at all. Still told us she we have to pay or bill. I’m not one to try and get food for free and I was perfectly fine with paying for half. Nothing was comped. TERRIBLE customer service, TERRIBLE environment, and ABSOLUTELY disgusting. I love ihop but this location made me not go back to one since. Should of got a refund tbh

Service wasn't good. She didn't come to check on us to see if we needed anything. When I asked if I could get just a order of strawberries she got irritated and said that she would have to see if they have enough.

On my trip to Florida I’ve been to IHop like 10 Times never disappoint it . I try all the pancakes and I want more haha . Definitely 5 stars 🌟 from me . Next time I’ll try every single item on that menu .

The only good thing was the attention, but the food and coffee left a lot to be desired.

The foods ok but the service is terrible, we went on fathers day, my 83 year old grandfather got a table in the morning and waited 15 minutes for us to arrive, a lady kicked him out of the table to replace him for someone else. we arrive and they move us to a table next to the bathroom. then we waited 15 minutes for them to move us to a better table just terrible service.

It’s deserve less than 1 star. Coming to this place for years know they have a new staff is horrible they be talking sow loud about the lashes and where they got there lips done and injected and you be seating there waiting for them they just Goofing around I needed some thing for me kid drink it took more 20 minutes lady come table ! Then after all that my food was cold then i ask wifi no wifi every time i go no wifi my kid can see nothing is tablet then after that even my phone other people phone lose their signal inside there ! And after all that they don't have apple pay or digital pay just card or money just reducible that a place for it to have everything mostly every they have a-lot services there or the general manager doesn't care about all of that or the corporation doesn't know all of this or doesn't care !

It was absolutely freezing inside, super crowded. Food came cold, and I couldn't get ahold of the waitress to complain. Took food to go since we were freezing.

I Frequently visit this location often because of its convenience . The service, food, and drinks are great! But lately like today, 4/13/24 2pm , was not a good day. I ordered my usual waffles, scrambled eggs , bacon , hash browns and coffee. They were inedible, the waffles were hard like a rock and the rest of the food was cold. 🤬. I couldn’t get a waitress to come to my table to save my life. And the restaurant wasn’t even full , 3 tables of people were sitting on tables.. Why? . Because I hear all chit chatting at the front and noone paying attention to what was happening around Finally , someone came over after another customer complained about no one coming over to take their order. I got a new order and once again I had to flag someone that wasn’t my waitress to get my check because noone was checking in on me to see if I needed anything else. To finish this day I ended with food poisoning from this place! 😡🤬😤. I have no idea what’s happening here, but service, the host wasn’t even around.. was not good experience!

I go to have breakfast frequently at this IHOP and I recommend it 100%, the food is good, the atmosphere is very pleasant, but the best of all is the attention from the moment you arrive, all the staff is concerned that you have a good time and that your stay is pleasant.

Arrived at 3:00 AM on 03/25/2024, after a late flight. Was excited to find an IHOP. Unfortunately, their truck hadn't arrived yet, and therefore, they were out of pretty much everything we asked for. Fries, burgers, etc. We picked what we could. Waitress never came back after dropping off food. The pancakes arrived on a very small plate. Therefore it was unavoidable not to get syrup on the table when you put syrup on the pancakes. Again, waitress didn't come back for us to be able to request a larger plate. In the end, had to go up to the front to pay because we couldn't get her attention for the check. I don't believe this IHOP, third shift, abides by any corporate standards and should not be a representation for other IHOPs.

What a find! (I know, not difficult, but given the wide choice of fast food diners, it can be a lottery for Jonny Foriegner). Firstly, our server, was amazing. At 7am on a Saturday morning she was fast, entertaining and attentive. Many comical moments as we asked for Cappuccino etc, only to be told "we only serve American coffee". And oh my what a great cup of coffee it was. I think you should change the name of your coffee from "American" to "Cuban Coffee" or "Brazilian Coffee" as this tastes to good to be American :-) Then every dish of food we ordered was fabulous. Avocado in toast. Omelette. Will be sure to return. Hope all Ihops are this good. And great value for money too.

I visited this ihop and I loved it, if the place is packed you know you get fresh food, the food was great like the ihops in NYC.

Better experience...avocado toast is pretty good....I ordered that with the plain French toast....However they were short on the iced tea.

Soda tastes off. Like there's something wrong with the water or the dispenser or the flavoring is maybe expired? But the food comes out looking like you could take a picture for the menu, tasting like the picture makes you expect it would. The server seemed always present without ever interrupting and it was about 6 dollars cheaper than the other major chain in the area

We stopped for a bite to eat here in the evening and well, wish we would have gone elsewhere. First the place was empty. But still it took over 30 minutes to get what we ordered. Once it got to our table it was almost cold. I can also say that there were probably two waitresses tending to the whole place. The taste of the food was at best mediocre and there was nothing that stood out except the disappointment of choosing this place. For breakfast maybe it is a good place, but not for dinner!

Pues ocurre, que a nuestra comida tener tantos inconvenientes, pues una mesera (que no era la que nos atendía), se acerco amablemente a preguntar que pasaba..... y pues le comentamos la situación, y ella al percatarse de la realidad, sugirió que llamaría al gerente, para que conversara con nosotros (suponíamos que vendría a pedir disculpa y ponerse a la orden para una próxima visita)........ Pero NO, el SUPER GERENTE ARROGANTE se acerco a la mesa, y nos trato de manera grosera, despectiva y racista...... de las pocas palabras que dijo, las ultimas fueron ¨Yo no tengo tiempo pare esto, así que digan que quieren y ya¨, todo esto con una actitud y gesticulación corporal de que nos detestaba y estábamos molestando (cuando realmente nosotros ni siquiera habíamos solicitado conversar con el, fue una iniciativa de la amable mesera que antes nos había preguntado) ..... A este ataque despiadado a nuestra familia, pues mi respuesta fue muy simple : ¨Disculpenos, no queremos nada, ha sido un error, a lo que el sin decir mas nada, dio media vuelta y se marcho. A los 2 minutos la mesera nos trajo la cuenta, por orden del SUPER MEGA ULTRA GERENTE Gill Villanueva, para que nos marcháramos. Así que simplemente, pagamos y nos retiramos, tratando de que esto no dañara nuestra mañana de un día de Navidad. Así que les invito a no visitar este Ihop, en el turno de este gerente, porque pueden dañar su día.

I went to this location with my friend around December 23, 2023 her and I both ordered meals that were around $20 per plate, and the drinks were about $4 each. Anyhow I remember seeing the bill amount to be $53 or $54 after tax, I didn’t put a tip on the check because the tip was given as cash $3.00 to the waitress. Fast forward to today, January 5,2024, I find out on my credit card account online, that someone at this location had fraudulently modified the check amount on the merchant receipt copy, as ihop had charged my credit card for $76.50. You try calling this location and nobody who works there ever answers the call. This is part of their whole process when it comes to committing fraud like that, they know the average person does not hold on to their receipts for a long period of time and if they were to change the tip amounts to obtain more money from your credit card, all they have to do is do it that way, while saying nothing or deny it as a means of sustaining plausible deniability.

No lo recomiendo nos atendió una señorita y tenía mal humor ya que ese día tenía muchos clientes, sin embargo no es nuestra culpa que ella tenga muchas persona, la comida estaba muy mala, el nuevo menú de willy Wonka estaba mal cocinado, después de quejarnos con la señorita que nos atendió, llamaron al manager, al señor Gio Gutiérrez fue muy cruel se nos acercó y nos dijo que no tenía tiempo para escuchar detalladamente, que si teníamos algún problema le dijéramos rápido, se supone que tiene que ser una persona ejemplar para su personal, pero el es aun peor que su personal, una experiencia que no le deseo a nadie

Servers were lovely, friendly fast and efficient. Large menu with lots of choices. Refillable drinks. Waffles were good as was the eggs benedict. It was busy most tables were taken, but we managed to get a table without a reservation.

Sausage was pink, hamburger was pink, everything was undercooked, even the eggs were undercooked. When I asked to speak to the manager and have the meal refunded because we did not eat it he refused and tried to replace the food again. He had no type of customer service and I informed him I was very disappointed in his restaurant and in him in particular. I'm a general manager of a restaurant and I would never have handled it that way. The waitress we had was very nice and tried to make things better but was not able to make things better because he would not allow her. I would never go back to this restaurant again and I would never recommend this restaurant.

Our server was the only server working and she was not from that store but she did great taking care of us. The food was plenty good but the atmosphere was just kind of blah.
