Being from NY, boba in Miami had left me very disappointed. I had actually given up having boba in Florida. We came across hotline boba by chance and I do really think the boba is top tier. I always get the taro frappe which is delicious. Have also tried matcha, masala chai (so good) Thai, and black tea boba. All are reasonable in price and excellent in taste. The staff is always very welcoming, patient, and willing to explain the menu/give recs. They are extremely professional which is rare for Miami customer service. They also will remake a drink if you’re not satisfied. I will continue to go back and enjoy the Asian mart as well. Hoping for more authentic Asian influences in Miami. Also, I just love that they have a hassle free parking lot! Highly recommend, worth the trip and your money!

I ordered from Hotline Boba through Uber Eats for the first time ever today and oh my goodness! They accidentally made the wrong drink but made the correct drink before putting both drinks in the bag. It’s so crazy because I couldn’t even decide if I wanted vanilla or caramel and they ended up making both. They left a cute sticky note on the incorrect drink. This truly made my day and now I really am going to start going to the restaurant in person 🫶✨

Boba place tucked inside the Asian market. The place is very nice and bright. They have multiple choices for drinks. I was disappointed when they informed me that they didn't have any Boba (tapioca) but the drink was good anyway.

Boba here is amazing! Our favs are the taro and passion green! So yummy definitely recommend and the Asian market attached to it is also fun

The boba is really good and tastes authentic. I recommend the Thai tea or Taro. As someone who is lactose intolerant I appreciate all of the alternative milk options they have, with macadamia being my favorite.

Cute little boba spot in the back of an Asian grocery store. We always enjoy walking around the store while waiting for our boba. There's a lot of unique and traditional boba/tea/smoothie options. Our favorite is the Taro Slush/Frappe! Great flavor and boba. The drinks are great, but the price can be expensive for boba tea (our favorites cost ~$8-10 per drink). Upping this review to 5 stars because they're consistently very good drinks the many times we've went, making the price worth the occasional treat :)

The taste and experience was phenomenal. In addition to boba, there is a whole suite of food stuffs from Korea and Japan. Somewhat pricey, but pretty worth it for the selection.

I absolutely love this place! Hidden inside of an Asian mart that has everything you can possibly want. We don’t have much places like this in Miami. This is a must visit.

(Worth the long read!) I love buying my boba here! It is located inside an Asian mart and the customer service is always so wonderful and friendly. I recently went to purchase some boba for me and my young daughter since she never had her own boba before and wanted to try one for the first time. I paid for our boba and as always the man who attends us is very kind to me and my daughter. Unfortunately, as we went to go pay for other purchases from the Asian mart, my daughter dropped her boba drink before it was opened. However, the man from hotline boba saw this happen and ran to help me and my daughter. He gave my daughter a new boba and told me it was on the house. I offered to pay for the new boba but he declined. I will never forget his kindness especially seeing how sad my daughter was for dropping her boba. It was very wonderful to see someone care about their customers. I have always come here to buy my bobas since it opened, and I will continue to support this location. P.s all of their boba flavors are DELICIOUS!

By far the best boba place I’ve tried in Miami. You can come into the market where it’s located to shop around while you wait for your order. Very aesthetic and very consistent with their drinks. Been here 3 times and it’s never missed.

If you only knew how real bubble tea should taste like you wouldn't agree that this place is good. Went there yesterday, visiting Miami from up North east coast and my whole family was dissapointed. Bubbles too hard, no level of sweetness only one level, regular for all. No fresh ingredients like taro or fruit, all powder and fruit puree. I want to give my review that way someone else don't make a mistake of going there thinking it's a good bubble tea place. I believe in Miami will be hard to find a bubble tea place. If you just want bubble tea and don't care then it's the place to go but if you are a true bubble tea drinker and know the difference and want a good place then it's not.

wow such a cute place filled with asian snacks and ramen, w a bubble tea place in the back. Parking lot on the side of the mart very convenient. Good taro milk tea with pudding and the boba is only brown sugar, its a nice chewy texture. Bright interior and has a lil ramen bar (hot water machine).

My favorite boba tea place yet! The boba pearls were very soft and sweet, not too gummy at all! We tried two flavors that were both nice but the melona was a big hit if you like a bright sweet flavor. Customer service was nice, not very busy, and there's bench seating for about 4 people in front of the counter.

lovely staff and amazing drinks. the girl taking care of us this evening was very friendly and always greets you with the biggest smile you have ever seen and the owner who is nice as well. my favorite place.. i decided to try another place yesterday down in Brickell and it doesnt come any where close to the quality of the drinks and the service you get here which is unmatched. thank you so much hotline boba staff <3 EDIT: came back again (10/16/2022) quality and service same as usual. the best. found out the employee always taking my order and making drinks for me is Sara and she is very sweet and will take great care of you and make sure your drinks are delicious. she even remembers my order all the time. this place seems to always recognize their regulars and appreciate their business. you never leave there without a “thank you” or “have a nice day/ night” thank YOU a million times to this place for always providing an amazing experiense (:

I love coming here! The bubble tea is amazing! Bruce is usually working when I come in and he’s just so kind, patient and attentive. I’ve never tried a tea I didn’t like. When I’m craving boba this is my go-to spot. They also have milk alternatives which I’ve found in my experience is hard to find amongst boba places. True hole in the wall! So glad I found this place because it’s honestly some of the best Boba around. I’ve tried MANY from Ft Lauderdale to Homestead and I definitely enjoy this one the best. I got their taro boba with almond milk and you can just taste the quality of tea and tapioca. The staff is also super kind and it’s inside a nice Asian market with lots of great goodies! Definitely make the trip here if you’re craving some delicious boba.

Fantastic little spot off Calle Ocho that’s worth the trip. Best boba I’ve found on the East Coast with lots of creative and delicious flavor combos as well as plant milk options! The mart is also fantastic- lots of great stuff to browse and pick up while you wait for your tea. Highly recommend!

Yummy drink but the boba was a bit too soft. I like mine with a bit more form to it and some chewiness . Mango lassi was yummy and brown sugar tiger tasted great too.
