Please be careful! I went to this place yesterday and ordered to-go. Once I got home and after eating part of my meal, I realized that the craps were full of mud. The sauce had a weird taste from the start, but I thought it was just something off with the seasoning. Once I started to eat the craps I realized how much mud they had, not only mud but a slimey layer that smelled horrible. Some of the legs were missing as well, and they had a disgusting smell. I called the store immediately, and the manager himself told me that they don't wash these before cooking them. I asked for a refund, but rather than correcting the bad experience, he only gave me a partial refund, claiming that I had consumed the shrimp. He then asked me to bring the food back to the restaurant for me to even get the refund, which I did, but he made me drive back and didn't even bother to apologize. Go to a better please, horrible food and horrible customer service.

The crawfish boil was outstanding! The crawfish were fresh, and the seasoning was spot on. The restaurant has a laid-back atmosphere, and the service was fast and friendly.

We wanted seafood and found this place less than 2 miles from where we were staying. We both got snow crab legs and really enjoyed our food. I had a mixed sauce (garlic, buttery, Cajun and lemon and requested mild seasoning and it was just right.

First time I ate the seafood tray as I saw so many times on video, and I was more than happy, the seasoning is good, the size and quantity, the service was also friendly. I recommend it and would return again

Megan was our server this evening and it was the best service my boyfriend and I have ever had. She was friendly, prompt, and always had a smile on her face. The food was UNBELIEVABLE. Get their house sauce with the seafood boil. You won’t be disappointed!!

OMG the food here was amazing. I had the seafood boil twice. They were just that nice. The rest of my family had a basket meal which they said was really nice also. The waitress we had was really nice and good with the kids. Awesome place highly recommend it.

We ate here for the first time the other day and we will definitely be back. Honesty it it was one of the best crab and seafood bake’s I have ever had. Better than anything I had in Maryland or in NY where I’m from. This spot will always be on our list for when we come to Orlando. Definitely check them out if you have not been.

Loved everything about about it must come!! If you are in the area on vacation the food was great! My waiter was very kind ask for Megan! She will take care of you with open arms! If you don’t listen what customer is ordering then don’t ask. What is the point of creating menus? What gave me is entirely different amount than what I ordered, and wrong item Also take care of your restroom environment

I Went there with my wife Wednesday Night and I received the nasty attitude I ever saw in my life from the server his name Dee he was nasty as a Street law life young man I have no idea how is this person serving people in a High end restaurant!!!??? He was Super Nasty and mad because I told him I never been here before can you help Us to pickup the best meal you serve here and will make us comeback again he just lost $50 Tip serving 2 people.

Excellent place to try seafood. The food comes in a bag and very well seasoned. Some will find it a little salty, but nothing that spoils it. It's really worth it if you're visiting Orlando for a trip. And if you have the custom in Brazil, please leave a tip if possible, just to remember that the remuneration is different than in Brazil, most of it comes from the tip.

Really good good good seafood place. The seafood boil was quite acceptional. With tasty & REALLY HOT sauce. (I'm always i glutton for punishment & order the hottest sauce )The margarita 🍹 was almost strong enough, but never large enough. However the bartender had a heavy hand like I like it. There weren't many patrons inside so it wasn't popping. I'll be sure to go back on a Friday or Saturday night.

Maintaining excellent hygiene standards, Hungry Crab keeps the dining area spotless.

The waitress tried to sell us way much more food than we need. We were unsure about the portion therefore before placing the order, we asked her if that’s too much ($79 combo and half dozen oyster) for two people with standard appetite, and the waitress reassured us and repeatedly said no. When we got the pot, there were lobster tails ($45 extra charge) in it which we never ordered. We (2 people) were charged $180 in total as the waitress scammed us to order food for 6 people.

I got the snow crab boil with garlic butter seasoning mild and it came with 1 corn and 1 potatoe. The seasoning was delicious that I was licking my hand at times. Lol. While the intensity was supposed to be mild, I really didn't taste it, which was fine for me since I don't really like spicy food.

This restaurant is a hidden gem for seafood lovers. Everything from the lobster to the fish is top-notch. Also, very impressed with their COVID-19 hygiene measures.

Stayed at nearby timeshare and did a takeout. Ordered crab and shrimp combo. Shrimp was good. Crab not so much. What ticked me off was that the manager charged me $5 for crab cracker that is worth $1.29 at restaurant supply store. Manager wanted to make 300% plus profit on something that could have been offered for a dollar or even free. Orlando is a tourist destination so what vacationers would have a crab cracker at the hotel/timeshare. Shortsighted by the manager.

Oysters, not fresh, nasty flavor! Went because of the high Google reviews. Extremely disappointed. Budget place with mediocre service. Calamari was frozen and fried, and oysters were definitely far from fresh. Do yourself a favor, skip it. We left without ordering our main meal because it was so bad.

Highly recommend! Go big or go home! The Hungry Crab Festival (we added sausage) was AMAZING AND WORTH EVERY PENNY!!! Three very hungry people ate just a bit more than half. And we had D! He is a great ambassador for this restaurant and he steered us towards a fabulous seafood experience. We will be back. 😋

Fries were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, the best I've ever had. The fried squid was also very good and had a very fresh flavor. The restaurant is elegant and the service is top notch.

Quick solo trip and thought, hey, a little seafood action would be perfect! For all my Disney goers and friends who love coming to Orlando, you gotta come to @hungrycrablakebuenavista and be served by the amazing D! He is all business when it comes to “what to expect” when you sit down. Almost intimidating….= don’t wear fancy clothes, you’re going to wear a bib, gloves and it’s gonna get messy! Fact, you need to roll your sleeves up! The Raw oysters are fresh, tasty and huge! Of course they pair best with a Beer! I ordered the 1/2 lb Snow crab and shrimp combo! The size was perfect for 1 person. Filling and juicy! D is one of those guys, you are so happy to meet and look forward to seeing again. First impression are lasting indeed. Highly recommend Hungry Crab for your next adventure in food!!!

The food was good but our server was very rude to my mother who isn’t a fluent English speaker. Dee seemed to have issues explaining the difference between seasonings and made it seem like it was a hassle to serve our table of three. Hopefully this was a rare occurrence as the food is good

Nice place. It's a barrish atmosphere to me. The food was good. Great clam chowder. Reasonable portion size but they only offer one size. Crab cakes were ok but lacked a little flavor, great texture. We also got the tilapia which was super yummy. I ordered fried scallops and was sorely disappointed. I returned them once because they weren't cooked fully. The second portion came out and they were cooked but rubbery in parts and not cooked well in others. Not sure what was going on with them. We'd go back nonetheless. The food was overall really good. Oh, good sausages too!

I don't see how that place has the ratings it has. It's totally generic. Gumbo was bland, oysters had shell bits in every one of them. Wings were overly battered. Save yourself time and money and go somewhere else.
