Sold me a spoiled steak and cheese sub. Then refused to refund my money. No I want my almost $17 back.

The everything crust isn't what it used to be. We ask for extra everything crust and barely get anything. Very disappointing.

Not even sure it’s worth writing my experience . Just read all the 1 star reviews. This place needs new management. Asap.

We ordered food at 9:08pm and never realized till 10:50 that the food has been sitting at our front door for over an hour and they even forgot some of our order

Absolutely would not order from this store sorry not only was my food 1hr and 25 mins late but the food was cold and soggie 27.00 bucks was told if I didn't like it call the manager! Which I was told she don't have time to worry about it so sad this place went to he'll never again will I order from there and there employees are rude I was very polite and nice lesson learned

One bad experience is not worth a low review. Good every other time before and after. Changing from 2 star to 5 star.

Even Little Caesars better than this disgusting place. The worst pizza I have ever had in my life. A plain loaf of sliced bread is a better experience. The sauce disgusting. The cheese bland. The butter crust bland.

Waited 4 hours! 4 hours Got ZERO FOOD. 4 FLIPPING HOURS

These stores are quickly going into a spiral into the ground. I don't think they will be in business much longer for all of the usual reasons. Rude employees that last for a few weeks and are replaced by other undesirables. Food quality issues, frequently they are out of supplies like sesame seeds and pepperoni. Call center in India trying to upsell you stuff that you don't want. Reduced ingredients like cheese and sauce. Website issues that are controlled locally at each individual store. Who is managing all of these stores? They need triage before its too late.

This place just gets worse and worse every time I order.

They always do a great job. I order then walk around Publix grabbing a couple things and when I get back the pizza is hot and ready. It’s better with a crispier crust too. Butter cheese garlic for the win! Thanks

We are in the area to stay with family for the holiday. Was looking for a pizza place on Google we had never had. What an excellent choice! The butter cheese flavored crust is to die for! The ingredients were plentiful and the meal deals really help feed the family. Too bad we dont have one of these in our area. This will be our go to place for pizza moving forward.

They have a soft crust pizza that is very good. The flavored crust can add to the flavor of the pizza. I've had several pizzas here, and so far I have been happy with the amount of sauce and toppings. Their pizzas seem to be consistent and good.

I was baffled when I called tonight to order my son's usual (junior cheese pizza & 20oz crush). Usually it's that's simple. Phone call takes 30 seconds or less and they have the order made for me in 8 minutes. Tonight however, a lady with a foreign accent answered. Tried to order but the lady would not get off the phone with me. Tried to upsell me every item on the menu. So after saying "that's all i need" for the sixth time. I hung up on her. Went in to hopefully pick up my order but of course the lady never put it through. The gentleman at the counter said they now have a call center to take orders!!! So, I just spoke to a lady in India to order pizza 2 miles away. Not going through that again so I guess I won't be ordering.

Food was hot & fresh when it arrived. Very tasty!

Between here and dominos, the best thin crust, light sauce, pineapple, ham, and bacon pizza. Awesome 3 cheesy bread too.

Hadn't had HH in ages so glad to find this location. Tried it few weeks ago but my taste buds were off due to illness. Tried it again and Delicious. The Greek salad is surprisingly good and the pizza hit the spot. The staff has always been very friendly. Worth it.

I have an allergy to cheese and this is the first time in a year that a pizza place has made me a pizza without cheese and not making a mistake making it . The staff at this location went above to make sure the order was do right and thank you so much .

Pizza wasn't as good as it normally was the salad was not good at all and it's normally really good so maybe it was just the shift

first time customer, ordered today less than an hour ago . buffalo hot wings ,just right. not drenched in that vingary mess they were hot spicey and flavorful.steak n cheese foldd over was beyond good I can't stop eating it .my pizza made to order was par excellence fresh ingredients still hot .and the chef salad was head lettuce cut irregular,and perfect,loaded with toppings and came with crackers all wrapped tight .you have won the heart and stomach of this fat Yankee 😍😍😍I will be back
