I ordered a gargantua and the meat had a fowl tast and smell to it;; I threw it away,, jimmy johns has always made a great sandwich,, but the must have changed their meat to a cheaper quality,,, bad mistake

Only my second time eating here. Always mad confusion behind the counter. Never have this issue at Jersey Mike’s.

My bf got me a large turkey and cheese sub. This is NOT worth $10.49. There's maybe three and that generous deli size pieces of turkey on this sub! So sad.

You know how the commercials say ‘so fast you’ll freak”? This aint the place Why waste time with a survey? Its clear the store owners have no concern because they would be replying to reviews and not corporate

We came in around lunchtime on a Saturday and got great service/subs.

You don't seem to get as much meat as other sub shops but there's something about the #5 Vito sandwich that just comes together perfectly for me. I get it with no onions and extra tomatoes and I enjoy it to the very last bite. They're always fast and this is a great alternative to a burger place. UPDATE: Yesterday I stopped here and was taken aback by the fact that I could not order a 16" sub with the exception that I wanted EZ mayo on only half. You see it's less expensive to order one 16" sub instead of two 8" subs. I figure that they would allow you to do that provided that it's all the same sub. The kid behind the counter informed me that it all had to be prepared EXACTLY the same way or it could not be considered one 16" sub. He offered to prepare the whole thing without mayo and then give me a couple mayo packets. I was dumbfounded for a minute. Mayo packets MUST be more expensive than a tablespoon of mayo from the jar. In my opinion this is an example of poor customer service. I was upset about this. I think I'll give Jersey Mikes a try next time.

It's been many years since I visited this establishment. I was VERY impressed, the owner reminded me of my late grandfather. Very friendly atmosphere and great food! I will be returning

Love Jimmy John's, just moved to the area and was not impressed with the staff. Got my order wrong on 2 of my 3 sandwiches and the staff didn't seem helpful at all. I get there are good days and bad days so I'm hoping this was just one of the off ones....

Staff is absolutely amazing, never had an issue with anything from them.

The young lady that helped me was very friendly and efficient. She took great care to make sure my food was ready quickly and prepared properly. She even gave my dog a treat. She was a great rep of Jimmy John’s.

I freaking love the Beach Club sandwich and the chocolate chip cookie. I would definitely recommend Jimmy John's to everyone 😁

I have been to two Jimmy John's in the last week and both had excellent people working there. Don't know what the management is doing but they're doing the right things! Highly recommended!

Great place not many choices but Great subs

The Jimmy John's at Mt Dora is always excellent! Friendly people working there and making a huge effort to deliver a great product. I love this location for having a drive through window. The drive through window is a big plus for me. Keep it up, from this happy customer!

Small and clean, quick service, friendly staff. Limited seating inside. A nicely run shop.

Of all the sandwich/sub restaurants, not only is Jimmy John’s my favorite, this particular location is my all time favorite. The food is fresh and fast. The staff is always very friendly and fun to joke WITH. And the Manager is second to none. Extremely nice and friendly man who has a great sense of humor. I LOVE THIS PLACE!

We stopped there on Tuesday and ordered our usual sandwiches. Unfortunately we left our credit card there as we headed to the Auto Train in Sanford. After we checked the car into the train station we noticed we left our credit card at this JJ shop. I called the store and Justin answered. After speaking with the owner/manager Justin agreed to mail the credit card to us in Virginia. We just received it today - 5 days later. This kind act really saved us a lot of effort. Thank you all for this very nice help.

Way too expensive for a sandwich

Huge shout out to the crew there tonight. They remade my order and delivered it because there was an unfortunate mishap with the first one. Didn’t feel like calling the boss and arguing over a sandwich and definitely did not expect anything to happen, but they have my respect now after that generous surprise! Very grateful people there are actually caring.

Friendly and fast catering! Not only is Jimmy John's one of the best values when having to feed a bunch of people... they do it really fast. Some of the best bread for a sandwich, too. Really can't go wrong with Jimmy's
