Love the food quality, price and set up of the store. Super easy to find a meal prep replacement for everyday. The only issue is I wish some of the options had less fat/carbs vs protein. I’ll definitely be coming regularly for the healthier options.

Food is good but I had a problem with the customer service. I needed to change a payment method and I called several time. They said to speak with the manager to change a payment already made. They never provided support and eventually they never called me back.

Amazing meal prep and great value, 5 stars if I could get them but I can’t emphasize how pointless the overhead of a physical location is if you don’t stock it. Fourth time going the day after a restock and there’s hardly any traditional meals left and zero of the more popular ones. Please adjust to the demand we want to give you more money! 🙏 Response to their response: I checked online as suggested (thank you I didn't realize you could do that and that is very helpful). However, it only proved my point, literally the ONLY item in stock was the breakfast muffins. The ONLY item! Please increase supply🙏

I’m furious I didn’t find it sooner 😡. Thank god I was passing nearby and saw the shop and got curious. The food tastes very fresh, delicious, like home cooked. No digestion side effects. I tried ordering box meals before. They were horrible. I’m truly greatful to have this so close to my apartment. I just wished I found it sooner. And the person there helped me and explained everything. 👏👏👏 great stuff. Thank you

I tried many meal prep service but this place beats the competition. From price to quality definitely worth it. Food options are typical the same so you may get bored after a month of eating there but price keeps me coming back

I love that I can pick up healthy meals, without having a subscription. The food is also yummy.

So far the three dish that I try I like very much what stood out to me most is portion control. I love the meal size , it’s perfect for me I’m a bariatric patient. I hate wasting food and I also don’t wanna over eat either and the portions are great for me. What I look forward to is more low-carb meals because I’m bariatric and I wanna stay on a low-carb high protein side.

With multiple options to choose from and a variety of snacks to suit your liking. Ideal nutrition definitely is ahead of the game. The store itself is always clean and well maintained. The store is always staffed with friendly employees eager to assist and answer any questions. The food is great and ready for purchase at an unbeatable price of about $8. You can visit for a quick bite or load up your bags with multiple meals to take home. I visit daily and for good reason.

Love this place and come here nearly everyday. Such a great, convenient addition to downtown. Pros: 1) Everything I've tried has been tasty and fresh. I like that even though it's health-conscious, they don't skip on the sauces with many dishes. 2) The price -- $7.70 per meal is such a steal. I've been doing the math compared to groceries and meal delivery services where you still need to cook everything yourself and Ideal Nutrition still has them beat! 3) Rewards program for free meals after you spend a certain amount. 4) They frequently have buy one, get one free sales on items that are rotating off the menu. Cons: 1) There is a bit of inconsistency sometimes. For example, with the wings sometimes my meal comes with 8 wings, sometimes only 6 or even 5. I initially thought maybe they measured by weight but another example is I'll get 2 small pieces of broccoli then another time I'll get loaded with lots of big broccoli pieces so it really just seems like a gamble. I feel like that affects the actual nutritional facts listed. 2) Needs a bit more frequent menu changes as I find myself sometimes getting bored with current selections. 3) Snacks, bars, and cookies seem a little overpriced so I've never bought them. $5 for 4 veryyy tiny muffin/cookie ball bites is just too much. Despite that, I'm still giving 5 stars for the convenience and overall quality.

Just switched to this place for my weekly meal plan. Wanted to give it a try and was blown away by the quality and flavor! This is my second week and I have yet to come across something I don't like. Truly amazing value and quality.

i ate your meal prepped food everyday, twice a day, for six months. i cannot stand to eat it again i am so bored of the current selection and every selection for the last 30 days. you NEED better selection. i am begging you to do this please i do not want to go back to buying groceries.

It is a very good food alternative at a good price for being in Miami. There is something for everyone, vegetarians, Vegans, Keto...etc a box at USD $7.3. at 9am there are "Buy 1 get 1"

I order most of the food I eat during the week from here. The price is great, the food is great. Really impressed with the offering.

I recently discovered this restaurant was around the block from my job! Healthy filling meals for only $7.50! I couldn't believe it. I'm never going back to Sushi Sake or Pucci's Pizza for lunch again lol
