This place is awesome! I was immediately greeted by three friendly faces in Deacon, Landon and Mayleiah. They walked us through how to order and the food was fresh and delicious! Not to mention they give generous portions of tuna! Between the great food and customer service, I’ll be coming back here whenever I’m in town!

Absolutely delicious poke and incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Every ingredient in the bowl was delicious. I’m glad we stopped here while passing through Tallahassee. If I lived here, I’d be in big trouble and would be eating there several times a week!

Ashley and Deacon make the best bowls!!!! Also this place literally has the best poke in Tallahassee. I come here 2-3 times a week. They are all so family friendly!! And Ashley and Deacon make my order perfect every single time even sprinkle a little extra on there. I love the new stickers and Dole flavors every week and month to. I’m telling you this is literally my favorite place to eat at in town!! 💜🌈🥰

This place is like "Cheers" - relaxed atmosphere, everybody's happy and even the food is really fresh, tasty and fun to eat! It's consistently good because you decide exactly what you want in your poke bowl, and you can sample ingredients you're not familiar with. The Dole whips are delicious, refreshing and the flavors are rotated often. Today's choices are Raspberry and Birthday Cake - and the swirl is yummy! I'm so glad that we have this healthy alternative to fast food here in Tallahassee

My favorite restaurant to go to in town! They always have fresh seafood and amazing quality. The portions always are great helpings (get the double protein you won’t regret it). All of the staff are awesome to talk to and always friendly. PLUS they never skip out on the sauces if you ask.

I’ve been wanting to try this place forever and I’m glad I finally did. My poke bowl was awesome; all of the toppings and protein were very fresh and tasty. I also loved the birthday cake flavored Dole whip! The shop itself is super cute & the employees are kind :)

Yes, the vegetable/topping portions are huge, but there wasn’t much protein in the bowl. It also wasn’t dressed very much so it just didn’t taste good. Sad to say, it was probably the worst poke we’ve ever had. ☹️and we are very forgiving with poke/sushi as we have lived in landlocked areas.. I ended up throwing out a huge portion of food 😞

My sister wanted sushi, I wanted Kairos, we found an excellent compromise in Island Fin Poke Co. Went for the first time yesterday and the service was excellent, the food was great, and they let us sample their soft serve flavor of the day, delish!! The way to my heart is unlimited toppings and they have it. If you're looking for a little lunch while out shopping, GO HERE!

Go try this place. You won't be disappointed. What I love is that the staff is so helpful whether it is your first time or trying it many times. If you don't know what you want or just want to try something different, they will let you taste items, that way, you get what you want in a bowl. I even tried the octopus. They change out their Dole whip often.

Oh my goodness, where do I start. My glorious poke bowl. The scrumptious salmon with the original sauce tickled my tummy with amazing flavors. I WILL be back again and I’ll be buying two bowls instead of one

Next level. Sets the bar for a poke bowl experience. They don't skimp on toppings or place limits on how many of them you can pick. I was free to load up and really felt like I got a fair amount of food for the price. I sat down to eat and it was like being transported to a mystical flavor paradise. DONT BE AFRAID TO GET SAUCY!!! The service was super friendly and helpful as well, offering information but also recommending flavor pairings that obviously worked out very nicely for me. I don't tip at counter service establishments, but after considering the service we received throughout our entire visit, this place will be an exception to that moving forward. Everything was also extremely clean. My only regret is not having photos to include in this review. But I'll get them on our next visit 🤎

I love this place. I used to go to Publix for a Poke bowl, but not since Island Fin opened. They have more toppings of what I love to eat. Delish! I work nearby and it’s just off a man exit of I-10 and Thomasville Rd. by REI Coop. My coworkers love coming here because it’s so quick to get.

Did not smell pleasant when I walked in. The cashier was nice and friendly, but I did not even order anything because the smell deterred me.

My husband and I went there for the first time and it was an amazing experience. The young lady was very friendly and explained everything to us as she probably does for everyone else with patience and understanding that it was our first visit. Everything was fresh and delicious. I’m excited to go back. Oh! I almost forgot to mention the pineapple and strawberry soft serve was out of this world good!

I have never once been disappointed when I get Island fin poke. From the clean welcoming environment when you walk in the door, to the fresh delicious food. We are so lucky to have such a fantastic locally owned poke shop here in Tallahassee.

this was seriously an amazing experience. it was my first time there and i had everything explained to me so thoroughly and kindly by this young man, i unfortunately didn’t catch his name. amazing customer service skills and even convinced me to get some dole whip (50% off during happy hour!!). really just made my day honestly. i wish the best for the owners and staff because wow!! also, the food was 10/10

We showed up with no expectations and were SO impressed. The young man working the counter was really knowledgeable, welcoming, and enthusiastic. He gave details explanations and offered to wait to make our dole soft serve until after we’d eaten. When he heard we wanted to eat outside he called over the owner to wipe down the table. I don’t think I’ve ever seen someone working a counter do such a good job with customer service. I’d come back based on that alone. But the food was also… delicious. Fresh, the right temp, and really flavorful. So now we really have to come back.

Having been stationed in Hawaii for 6 years I grew to live poke and other Hawaiian foods. This place tasted great and was as close as you can get to Hawaiian poke without being in Hawaii. I’ll be back again for more.

I love this place, the customer service is amazing, the food, the bowls and the ice cream are the best ever! For people like me with restrictions on gluten or dairy is perfect option.

The guy, Jesus, at the establishment was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. This was our first time going here and he took his time to explain everything and each item and ingredient. We took it to go and when we ate it at home were very pleased. We will definitely be going back and getting a Dole whip next time. Yum!

This place is fabulous! The food is fresh and healthy, and it reminds me of being in Hawa'ii. The owner Luke is very friendly and accommodating. There is indoor and outdoor seating, and they are pet friendly with dog water bowls. This is a lovely franchise that it is locally owned and operated. There are lots of cool things on the wall including surfboards with Tallahassee on them. You can customize your bowl with us to 3 proteins and a variety of toppings. The base is your choice of white rice, brown rice, or spring mix. There are so many things to add including fresh chopped pineapples, mangoes, jalapeños, edamame, and lots of choices of sauces. On Tuesdays the premium toppings including avocado, roe, and krab are free. There is also happy hour every late afternoon where the Dole whips (delicious soft serve dessert) are half price. I went in January for the first time for the Island Poké anniversary with a friend. She is a regular, and the people who work there are friendly and helpful. Jesus helped me pick all my toppings, and he is very knowledgeable. They also do catering! FYI do a check in on Yelp, and they will give you a Dole treat! Awesome.

The food is delicious, and the service is amazing. The employees are always very friendly and knowledgeable about the food selections. They are happy to walk you through the process if you’re new to Island Poke and want to learn how it works. This is one of our favorite, go-to lunch spots in Northeast Tallahassee.

I love this place. I actually prefer the poke bowl to sushi. The many choices for the bowl allow you to customize it to your taste. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful about the many choices. It is great food and a fun experience!

This is a break from the everyday. The staff is friendly and the food is fresh. It’s a style all its own, with a Hawaiian 🌺 flair. Cool vids of 🏄‍♀️ surfers. Nice drink selection too.

If you are looking for a lunch spot that serves fresh, healthy, delicious food, you need to try Island Fin on Timberlane. I have to have my fix every week. The staff and ownership are awesome and go above and beyond to make everyone happy. They even serve their dine in patrons Dole Whip on most days "just because" at no charge for a small cup. Just drop it by your table. Awesome place. Highly recommend.

If you love Poke or sushi you need to try Island Fin Poke. Price point is perfect. Service is amazing. And n fact if you never had Poke this is the place to try it first. I could go on for days about how much I love Island Fin. I eat here quite a few times a month. The poke bowls are always consistent in both taste and amount received. I build my own bowl and it's enough to fill me up. I have had both the 3 and 6 protein. To me the 3 is the perfect amount. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive.

Excellent pet friendly lunch stop while traveling. Great healthy variety to serve all dietary needs (vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and seafood lovers) build your own bowl. Ingredients were fresh and delicious. Service was terrific.

Hard to say which is better - the ingredient quality, service, or atmosphere! This is probably the top poke place on my list now. At Island Fin Poke you get 3 scoops of protein, so you can mix and match! I got spicy tuna, shrimp, and chicken. I got the marinade my new friend Deacon called the “sweet heat” and it complemented everything else well. They might not have the largest selection of add one of every place in town, but they have some good quality fruit, with the mango being a great choice! Great sauces to finish as well. Deacon behind the counter did a great job walking me through the options and loaded me up with good stuff! They also gave us a complimentary Dole sample that was very good!

Impeccable service and delicious food

Food was spectacular, and the employees were out of this world. The urge to jump the counter and kiss them was almost too much.

I always get a bowl to go. Everything is always fresh. The young lady is always very helpful friendly and welcoming. She always has a big beautiful smile on her face. She knows her stuff.

The Manager was giving out free Bowls in honor of Veterans Day with an I.D. card. I was grateful to meet him and try a bowl.. Food was ready, just pick your three items from different selections.

My favorite Poke place in town!

I had a build your own Poke bowl and it was delicious. The salmon was fresh and full of flavor. There are a variety of toppings and sauces to choose from. Portion size was pretty decent as well. Dole soft serve was a nice sweet treat. The employees were very friendly and helpful.
