Im not sure what day they make fresh rice but every time i order here i get old rice. I tried to give grace thinking it would improve with more business but yesterday i got rice so old it was hard. I wont ever be back

The jerk chicken was made with so much love to the point im stuff. I couldnt take a picture of the food before i ate but it was so good to the point the love and spices of the food always keep eating ill be back again. Thank you so much for the meal

If you are a fan of Jamacia and their food, this place is legit. Great flavors and quality. Also a to go meal is large enough for two people easy. If you like spicy ask them to kick it up. The jerk and curry were mild but really tasty. Try it. You won't be disappointed.

I pride myself as a food connoisseur so I tend to be very picky with where I eat. This is my second time coming to this restaurant and I had to call back to say thank you to them. These peppered shrimps graduated Summa Cum Laude from Harvard! Delightful and delectable with the right spice and the kind of sauce that will make you lick your fingers and your plate! The perked chicken was nice and soft with the perfect flavor for this Jamaican girl and my family! Thank you for not just being another Jamaican restaurant. You have set the bar very high with your cuisine.

We shared the oxtail and it was a delicious meal and well prepared. It came with rice and beans and cabbage. I will definitely be back to try out some curry dishes!

I have no idea what happened, but I spent the entire day in the bathroom yesterday. I ordered Jerk chicken and had the oxtail gravy. The taste was fairly okay. The food did not seem too fresh, however, and I am assuming that is why I fell ill yesterday. I wish I could have left a better review, and it isn't my intention to bring a Caribbean business down, but something just wasn't okay 😕

This was by far the worst Jamaican food I have ever eaten, I got the jerk chicken it was fresh, burnt, and dry my husband had the pork and he hated it the rice seems like it was frozen and they put water on it to thaw it out. The plantain was burnt. We ended up eating some and took the rest home to give our kids and they didn't even like it. A two person meal for $58 dollars was not even worth it. I guess because it's in Naples and Naples is on the expensive side they're selling the food expensively. Not worth it at allll. Will never ever again waste my money! Disappointment is an overstatement to this place. Jamaicans and other nationalities flock to this place because ain't no others around. Dutch pot and Golden Krust needs to come out to these parts will put this place to shame.

Wow! This place is a hidden gem! I wouldn’t have known about this place if it wasn’t for one of my clients. He is Jamaican and says it is amazing so I had to go try it. This place definitely did not disappoint. Great portions and everything we ordered was so good 😋

Ok! This small restaurant was on my list to go. Let's review it in our 3 categories. Food: I had posted a couple of plates that I had ordered. The food is delicious! I definitely recommend it. Please order beef parties. They are exquisite 👌. Just to give you a heads up. They are medium spicy if you love spicy foods. Service: Let me tell you, as soon as I walked through that door, I was welcomed with a smile, and the first thing I heard was, are you familiar with Jamaican food? My goodness, this is the best customer service I've ever had in a long time. This nice gentleman walked me through the menu. Very nice! 5 🌟 Atmosphere: I like to do a short video from the places I go with the whole purpose of checking the atmosphere. I am all into Jamaican food, and I love reggae music. The vibe of reggae music playing in this restaurant makes it special. Decoration on point! The whole purpose of my reviews are to help small businesses like this one. I’m originally from Toronto, Canada, which has a huge Jamaican population and amazing authentic Jamaican food that I’ve enjoyed over and over again. When I moved here to SWFL I was looking for the same experience. Overall, my experience at Island Vybz was nothing short of fantastic. I’ve dined here four times now. Delicious food, friendly staff, and quick service combined to create a memorable dining experience. I highly recommend to anyone looking for an authentic taste of Jamaica served with a side of hospitality. Place is great! Five stars.

A few years ago I had a debate with someone from Jamaica who made the claim that SW Florida does not have any authentic Caribbean food, specifically Jamaican. At that point, I had no rebuttal, but had this restaurant been around, I could easily have won that debate. This food is the real deal I'm not a Jamaican so I can't put a full stamp on it, but I have loved it. It's delicious and worth coming back for more. The chefs are doing a great job. I think SWFL now has something that can stake that authenticity claim, but look at other reviews and hopefully those from the Caribbean will give it the stamp of approval.

Some of the most authentic oxtail in their specials so good as close as you're gonna get on this Coach soccer here in Naples guys gotta check them out there. Jerk chicken is off the hook oxtails off the hook everything everything is so good. They have an amazing friendly staff and you hit them up on the Uber. Or DoorDash.

That curry goat is 🔥! Go get some. You won’t be disappointed.

All the food is great. The staff is great. Everyone is very friendly and down to earth. Hands down the best jerk wings I’ve ever had.

After a friend said I had to try this place, I decided to go for it. My thought was the obvious, jerk chicken. But I saw the oxtails entree on the menu so I had to order them. Did so as a takeout dish. The attendant behind the counter let me know all entrees come with rice/beans, sweet plantains, and side salad. It was a generous portion of rice and beans. Plenty for two people. Maybe order a side of chicken wings and you should have plenty for two people. The oxtails were tender and smothered in their sauce, fall of the bone. The sides were a good compliment. My only suggestion would be on to go orders, put the salad in a separate container. The salad became warm and wilted with the heat from the hot food, otherwise excellent. Plenty of dining in seats if so desired.

We traveled 40 minutes to try there food it was well worth it the food and service was awesome

The food was excellent, I recommend this restaurant to all Caribbean and non island folks. My escotivch fish was season to perfection not salty or loaded with sugar with a hint of ginger. Pleasant staff, Jamaican vybz please hold on to your chef we will be back for more of this excellent food. Best jamaician restaurant from Miami to Bradenton florida.

Cooks are Excellent. Older female cashier in front does not like white people and lets it be known. I experienced her treatment personally many times and saw her treat other white customers similarly. Sadly, I will not be returning.

Wonderful food! We had the curried goat and the oxtails, both were super flavorful. The goat had quite a bit of heat, which was fine for us. Both meats were hacked so there are small bones throughout to watch for. This is typical for island fare. Both meals came with rice and beans, which were the best I ever had. They also came with a slaw and plantains, which were both great. It was a very nice meal to go, since even if you eat there, it's served from styrofoam.

Finding good authentic Caribbean food in SWFL is next to impossible! I usually get my fix when I go to the east coast…BUT God has chosen to bring some reeeeaaaallll flavor to Naples! We went in an had the jerk chicken, brown stew chicken and the curry chicken. Delicious, filling, flavorful & washed down with Kola champagne drink to wash it down. It came with peas and rice, plaintains, and mixed vegetables. The service was great-ordering was seamless and they were friendly. The owner (I assume) came to ask how we liked our meal. The place had good seating inside and outside. Generous with portions, generous with the sauce and the meat helping…be prepared to get ya fingers dirty and meat falling off the bone.(I hope they will consider bringin an Agee or auntie to add some roti, Chana and Saheena to marry with that beautiful curry chicken;to the menu …this Trinidadian 🇹🇹 would be forever grateful!! ) nevertheless I will be coming back and sharing the love for others to enjoy this amazing cuisine!!
