Delivered half my food. The half thdt wad delivered was let in the rain in front porch aftet I was messaged and told the delivery person or someone we ould notify me when th order was about to arrive. Cold food in a wet bag. AWFUL!!!!

Ask them for FRESH food & watch them retrieve it & drop in for cooking. If not you will get old food. Nice people who take your order.

Jjs has went down In front they are rud and rude in phone place looks bad. Neighborhood isn't good lots of accidents happen on 87th and Cicero

THE FOOD SO BUSSSIIINNN YOU GOTTA COME HERE. THE MILD SAUCE GOES SO CRAZY WITH THE CHICKEN TENDERS AND SHRIMP. I RECOMMEND EVERYTHING ON THE MENUE BUT NGL THE WINGS R THE BEST THING TO EAT . AND YOU HAVE GOT TO AT LEAST TRY THIS ONCE IN YOUR LIFE BECAUSE IT IS BEST FAST FOOD RESTAURANT IVE EVER TRIED

This is the best fast food restaurant I have been in and the boss is really nice and funny and makes many jokes that make many people laugh like me and my kids. He is really friendly with my kids and always makes them smile.

Fish is not suppose to be green … Wanted the white powder lemon pepper; never have I ever had the original lemon pepper seasoning . Called in for them to say walk in only . Just go out west !

I always order the catfish or catfish steak dinner the food is good but the portions are small they need to increase and stop skimping on the fries the pieces of fish need to be bigger if you're paying for catfish steaks portions those are bigger pieces opposed to catfish but everything else is great they do real good job when you call in and place your order on the phone your food is ready when they say it is they always greet you with a smile and recognize their regular customers keep up the great work just go back to giving more fries and make sure that you get the right size portions that you paid for

I still say that the catfish is good and I'm a very picky person when you come to food and if I say it's good it's good this is the only place I will order my catfish from. I can't say anything else about others items on the menu because I don't know. I do know that their prices are over priced. I would go more often but the high prices limit my visits

I haven't had good fried perch from fast food restaurants in months. It seems the perch is different no matter where I go. However, the catfish is still the same and that's what I order. The prices are outrageous though. Which is why I'm becoming pescatarian and cutting out fried foods.

today must have been an off day I ordered a catfish and shrimp and the shrimp was old and the catfish was too very disappointed!

The food was inedible. I ordered the chicken special (2 wings, 2 thighs, 2 legs) and catfish nuggets. The guy on phone was rushing and even though I said don't fry it hard a couple of times, the catfish was a brick, cold and looked like it had been refried more than once. The chicken was black to the bone. Not sure what happened-new cook, new management- but it has turned me off this location.

They burned every shrimp in the order!fries were old! Leave this place alone. They are horrible!

I ordered a combo with shrimp and fish. The only good thing about the food was that it was hot! The food was absolutely disgusting and they use bare hands to cook the food!!! I will not be returning!!

Those guys know how to fry fish right!!! Nice and flaky, not hard like chicken like those other places do!! I will be back!

I asked for my wings to be fried hard but they weren’t and they have some disgusting batter on them. New Management does mean the food is better. I’m disappointed

I always order the catfish tails. They're so delicious and meaty. I requested no lemon pepper on my order and they inadvertently put it on my order. I was pleasantly surprised that they weren't heavy handed with the lemon pepper, which made the fish so much more palatable.

I have been frequenting this place for many, many years and I couldn't be more pleased with them!!! The food and service is great!!!

Order large cat all steaks and got 4 xsmall pieces and it was very tasty. I won't be going to that JJ in the future

We've been going here for a long, long, long time & usually the service is fine. Placed an order the other day, picked up the food, got home & it wasn't what I requested. I called back & asked if they're able to see the notes & she says yes & begins to read them out loud. When she got to the specifics, she says, "Oh. I missed that. I'm sorry". That's it? Can u correct the mistake?

Very, VERY, Very Nasty attitude from Cashier young black lady. I will NEVER return to such a store. I ordered a Jumbo Shrimp and a large Catfish. She told me it will be 20 minutes. I arrived 30 minutes later. only the catfish as ready. When I asked, she stated in a very nasty voice, " we dont drop shrimp without payment up-front. I told her I didnt know that. I would not have ordered the shrimp if I had known that. She walked away from the window, rolled her eyes and said nothing else.

Customer service is so poor a young lady picked up the phone saying yes what u need then hung up the phone I been in enterprise for 2 hours then had to come over to jj fish to get me and my some food very very unprofessional and rude if I was not very I will not spend another dime of my money in there thank you 87th Honore.

Amazing food , you should totally order the wings and tender.

Strictly take out, and the decor strongly encouraged that, but the succulent fish, which is their specialty makes you want to return for more.

As far as FAST FOOD FISH...I LIKE THEM! And I DON'T like a lot of places. They do their BEST in customer service. The HOOD really makes them work for it though...#Wild100s I Haven't made any complaints since I started eating there... So they must be doing something right. 🤷🏿‍♀️✊🏾

Not big on circuses, is clean, the lady taking orders was very nice and courteous, I will add the chicken breast I ordered was tasty, and plenty for my money, I recommend this JJ's.

What does it take to get order correct. Twice lemon pepper left off after reminding your staff to give it to me.

Called in to place a large order for a party, was quoted one price over the phone and told a higher price once I picked up the order. They would not honor the price quoted over the phone. Highly upset..

The food is good, I always get the cat fish. I tried the buffalo fish for the first time, it was good but too many bones for me.

Their food is always good however there is always an excessive wait even with a call-in order.

The j&j fish on 1834 West 87th Is the best in Chicago. they make the food as you requested and it arrives to you hot and tasty. Please keep up the good work because all the other j & J's have gone to hell.

Asked for fish cooked soft and it was very hard. Bad experience, I addition restaurant displayed a sign that said no mask no service. I had to leave out numerous times because guys came in without masks ordered their food and stood inside talking and laughing but no mask.

My husband said that catfish fillet dinner was excellent. I had the chicken tenders, they were excellent as well.

Love the Catfish Steaks always nice pieces..However, the Cold Greasy Fries takes away from the Dinner..Seems that the Fries are always sitting in Basket long periods of times and not timely prepared .

Not all JJs are created equal!! I found out the hard way. I found this JJ thank God, and I love everything they cook as well as their staff. I come from WI for their food & it's TOTALLY WORTH the 5 hr round trip!!!!
